Abstract

本发明公开了一种鸭饲料及其制备方法,按其重量份计,由以下原料组成:刺梨渣、玉米杆、小麦秆、麸皮、豆粕粉、葵花粕、酒糟、混合粉、水洗沙、菜籽饼、植物油、复合剂、食盐、枯草芽孢杆菌,通过青贮料制备、发酵物料的制备、混合、再发酵、制粒、包装制得的鸭饲料利用刺梨加工厂生产废弃物刺梨渣对玉米杆和小麦杆进行发酵制成青贮饲料,再通过刺梨渣、酒糟、豆粕粉、葵花粕进行共同发酵,既提升了饲料的营养成分,也增加了饲料的香味成分,提升鸭子进食性,额外添加营养物质有效的补充了发酵过程中部分营养物质的流失,保证了饲料的营养成分。本发明工序简单、成本低廉、制得的饲料营养丰富、促进鸭子进食。

一种鸭饲料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于饲料加工技术领域,具体涉及一种鸭饲料,同时还涉及其制备方法。
背景技术
中国是鸭养殖大国,为了提高鸭的出栏率,提高鸭生长速度,开始在饲料中增加一些辅料达到上述效果。但是一些企业为了盲目缩短生长周期,以及快速增重,在饲料中添加色素、防腐剂或过量的添加剂,饲养出的鸭子肉质较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述问题,提供一种营养丰富、不含添加剂的鸭饲料。
本发明的另一目的在于提供该鸭饲料的制备方法。
本发明的一种鸭饲料,按其重量份计,由以下原料组成:刺梨渣30-32份、玉米杆11-13份、小麦秆4-7份、麸皮5-6份、豆粕粉6-7份、葵花粕8-9份、酒糟8-10份、混合粉4-6份、水洗沙0.5-0.7份、菜籽饼3-5份、植物油2-2.4份、复合剂0.8-1份、食盐0.9-1.2份、枯草芽孢杆菌0.5-0.8份。
本发明的一种鸭饲料的制备方法, 包括以下步骤:
(1)青贮料制备:将玉米杆11-13份、小麦秆4-7份制成长度为4-6cm的小段和刺梨渣3-5份混合均匀后,加入枯草芽孢杆菌0.5-0.8份,密封32-34℃发酵18-20天,备用;
(2)发酵物料的制备:将剩余刺梨渣6-7份和酒糟8-10份、豆粕粉6-7份、葵花粕8-9份混合均匀后,密封36-38℃发酵8-10天,破碎后,备用;
(3)混合:将青贮料、发酵物料、混合粉4-6份、水洗沙0.5-0.7份、菜籽饼3-5份、食盐0.9-1.2份混合均匀后,得混合物料,备用;
(4)再发酵:将混合物料和剩余刺梨渣混合后, 33-35℃密封发酵1-2天,备用;
(5)制粒:将步骤(4)发酵好的物料和菜籽饼3-5份粉碎过40目筛,加入混合粉、复合剂、植物油2-2.4份混合均匀后,制成长度为0.2-0.4cm的颗粒,得颗粒饲料备用;
(6)包装:将颗粒饲料装入包装袋内,即得。
上述的一种鸭饲料,其中所述的混合粉由钙粉、贝壳粉、鱼粉、金银花粉、胡萝卜粉按1:2:4:2:6组成。
上述的一种鸭饲料,其中所述的复合剂由维生素D、维生素E和维生素K按1:1:1比例调配而成。
上述的一种鸭饲料,其中所述的植物油为花生油或豆油中的一种。
上述的一种鸭饲料,其中所述的枯草芽孢杆菌是购买于山东仁捷生物科技有限公司。
与现有技术相比,具有明显有益效果,从以上技术方案可知:本发明利用刺梨加工厂生产废弃物刺梨渣对玉米杆和小麦杆进行发酵制成青贮饲料,再通过刺梨渣、酒糟、豆粕粉、葵花粕进行共同发酵,既提升了饲料的营养成分,也增加了饲料的香味成分,提升鸭子进食性,额外添加营养物质有效的补充了发酵过程中部分营养物质的流失,保证了饲料的营养成分。本发明工序简单、成本低廉、制得的饲料营养丰富、促进鸭子进食。
具体实施方式
实施例1
本发明的一种鸭饲料的制备方法, 包括以下步骤:
(1)青贮料制备:将玉米杆11Kg、小麦秆7Kg制成长度为4cm的小段和刺梨渣5Kg混合均匀后,加入枯草芽孢杆菌0.5Kg,密封34℃发酵18天,备用;
(2)发酵物料的制备:将剩余刺梨渣7Kg和酒糟8Kg、豆粕粉7Kg、葵花粕8Kg混合均匀后,密封38℃发酵8天,破碎后,备用;
(3)混合:将青贮料、发酵物料、混合粉6Kg、水洗沙0.5Kg、菜籽饼5Kg、食盐0.9Kg混合均匀后,得混合物料,备用;
(4)再发酵:将混合物料和剩余刺梨渣混合后, 35℃密封发酵1天,备用;
(5)制粒:将步骤(4)发酵好的物料和菜籽饼5Kg粉碎过40目筛,加入混合粉、复合剂、豆油2Kg混合均匀后,制成长度为0.4cm的颗粒,得颗粒饲料备用;
(6)包装:将颗粒饲料装入包装袋内,即得。
实施例2
一种鸭饲料的制备方法, 包括以下步骤:
(1)青贮料制备:将玉米杆12Kg、小麦秆5Kg制成长度为4cm的小段和刺梨渣4Kg混合均匀后,加入枯草芽孢杆菌0.7Kg,密封33℃发酵19天,备用;
(2)发酵物料的制备:将剩余刺梨渣6Kg和酒糟10Kg、豆粕粉7Kg、葵花粕8Kg混合均匀后,密封37℃发酵9天,破碎后,备用;
(3)混合:将青贮料、发酵物料、混合粉5Kg、水洗沙0.6Kg、菜籽饼4Kg、食盐1Kg混合均匀后,得混合物料,备用;
(4)再发酵:将混合物料和剩余刺梨渣混合后, 33-35℃密封发酵2天,备用;
(5)制粒:将步骤(4)发酵好的物料和菜籽饼4Kg粉碎过40目筛,加入混合粉、复合剂、花生油2.2Kg混合均匀后,制成长度为0.3cm的颗粒,得颗粒饲料备用;
(6)包装:将颗粒饲料装入包装袋内,即得。
实施例3
一种鸭饲料的制备方法, 包括以下步骤:
(1)青贮料制备:将玉米杆13Kg、小麦秆4Kg制成长度为6cm的小段和刺梨渣3Kg混合均匀后,加入枯草芽孢杆菌0.8Kg,密封32℃发酵20天,备用;
(2)发酵物料的制备:将剩余刺梨渣6Kg和酒糟10Kg、豆粕粉6Kg、葵花粕9Kg混合均匀后,密封36℃发酵10天,破碎后,备用;
(3)混合:将青贮料、发酵物料、混合粉4Kg、水洗沙0.7Kg、菜籽饼3Kg、食盐1.2Kg混合均匀后,得混合物料,备用;
(4)再发酵:将混合物料和剩余刺梨渣混合后, 33℃密封发酵2天,备用;
(5)制粒:将步骤(4)发酵好的物料和菜籽饼3Kg粉碎过40目筛,加入混合粉、复合剂、豆油2.4Kg混合均匀后,制成长度为0.2cm的颗粒,得颗粒饲料备用;
(6)包装:将颗粒饲料装入包装袋内,即得。

1.一种鸭饲料,按其重量份计,由以下原料组成:刺梨渣30-32份、玉米杆11-13份、小麦秆4-7份、麸皮5-6份、豆粕粉6-7份、葵花粕8-9份、酒糟8-10份、混合粉4-6份、水洗沙0.5-0.7份、菜籽饼3-5份、植物油2-2.4份、复合剂0.8-1份、食盐0.9-1.2份、枯草芽孢杆菌0.5-0.8份。
2.权利要求1所述的一种鸭饲料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)青贮料制备:将玉米杆11-13份、小麦秆4-7份制成长度为4-6cm的小段和刺梨渣3-5份混合均匀后,加入枯草芽孢杆菌0.5-0.8份,密封32-34℃发酵18-20天,备用;
(2)发酵物料的制备:将剩余刺梨渣6-7份和酒糟8-10份、豆粕粉6-7份、葵花粕8-9份混合均匀后,密封36-38℃发酵8-10天,破碎后,备用;
(3)混合:将青贮料、发酵物料、混合粉4-6份、水洗沙0.5-0.7份、菜籽饼3-5份、食盐0.9-1.2份混合均匀后,得混合物料,备用;
(4)再发酵:将混合物料和剩余刺梨渣混合后, 33-35℃密封发酵1-2天,备用;
(5)制粒:将步骤(4)发酵好的物料和菜籽饼3-5份粉碎过40目筛,加入混合粉、复合剂、植物油2-2.4份混合均匀后,制成长度为0.2-0.4cm的颗粒,得颗粒饲料备用;
(6)包装:将颗粒饲料装入包装袋内,即得。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种鸭饲料,其特征在于:所述的混合粉由钙粉、贝壳粉、鱼粉、金银花粉、胡萝卜粉按1:2:4:2:6组成。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种鸭饲料,其特征在于:所述的复合剂由维生素D、维生素E和维生素K按1:1:1比例调配而成。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种鸭饲料,其特征在于:所述的植物油为花生油或豆油中的一种。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种鸭饲料,其特征在于:所述的枯草芽孢杆菌是购买于山东仁捷生物科技有限公司。
