苎麻纤维内部特殊的超细微孔结构使其具有强劲的吸附能力,能吸附空气中甲醛,苯,甲苯,氨等有害物质,消除不良气味。经过日晒后,可以将吸附的有害物质挥发掉,使得其吸附功能自动再生。

C、采用碳酸钙微粉溶解在水中,加入食品级甘油,配制成表面处理液;将坯布浸入表面处理液中,加热至50-60℃进行1000-1200W超声波处理,浴比为1:(6-8),时间:5-8min;
D、采用浸压法对坯布进行染色,具体条件如下:浸轧温度控制在60-70℃,浸轧率70-80%,浸轧处理液中含有1-8%的天然植物染色剂,浴比为1:(10-12),pH值5.5-6.2;
E、进行高温蒸汽固色定型,温度:100℃,时间:2-3min;
F、印花并进行清水浸轧,再在50-60℃条件下烘干,即可。
