因此需要设计一种高强度复合牛津布及其制备方法,使得牛津布的质地厚实,结构丰富,清洗简单。牛津布的制备工艺严谨,制备出来的牛津布质感厚实,保暖性能佳。

作为优选的,所述牛津布层由第一经纱线和第一纬纱线交织而成,所述第一经纱线和所述第一纬纱线均为锦纶空变丝;所述第一经纱线的纤度为200D,所述第一纬纱线的纤度为160D;所述第一经纱线和所述第一纬纱线之间形成有用于增加面料透气性能的狭缝,所述狭缝呈矩形。
一种高强度复合牛津布制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、制备底面织布层中的第二经纱线和第二纬纱线;
步骤二、步骤一中,第二经纱线的制备方法为:按照重量份数计,称取银纤维40~50份,竹炭纤维20~30份,蚕丝纤维15~20份,石蜡40~50份、软蜡5~15份,硅油3~5份,微晶蜡1~10份,石墨1~15份,渗透剂5~6份;将所述石蜡放在特制的反应釜中进行熔融,将所述石蜡进行熔融后,向反应釜内加入软蜡和微晶蜡;边加入边搅拌,直至高度黏合;得到混合物A,向所述混合物A中加入银纤维和渗透液;将所述银纤维在所述混合物A中进行充分浸润,浸润时间为2~6h;浸润完成后依次加入竹炭纤维、蚕丝纤维边加入边搅拌均匀;得到混合液B,向所述混合液B中加入石蜡、硅油以及石墨,对所述混合液B进行低温加热,高速搅拌,使得银纤维、竹炭纤维和蚕丝纤维被充分混合;制备得到所述第二经纱线的纺丝液;

步骤三、将步骤二中制备得到的纺丝液放入干燥桶内进行干燥,过滤,去除杂质;对混合的银纤维、竹炭纤维和蚕丝纤维进行开松梳棉并进入细纱机,制备得到第二经纱线。
步骤四、制备第二纬纱线;将天丝纤维、麻纤维和棉纤维以3:4:1的比例均匀混合,得到混合纤维。对混合纤维进行充分透彻的给湿操作,对混合纤维进行开松、梳棉、并条、粗纱和络筒工艺,最终制备得到所述第二纬纱线。底面织布层内的第二经纱由多种纤维制成,结构丰富,增加了面料的结构强度,能够使得面料具备一定的抗撕裂性能,且底面织布层质地柔软,舒适亲肤。
步骤五、将制备得到的第二经纱线和第二纬纱线进行水洗除尘。将水洗后的第二经纱线和第二纬纱线放入纺织机进行编织形成底面织布层对底面织布层烘干、预缩和柔软整理,使得牛津布的柔软度更好。
步骤六、将牛津布层和底面织布层通过封边结构粘合在一起,形成高强度复合牛津布。

本发明公开了一种高强度复合牛津布及其制备方法,包括:
由上而下依次设置的牛津布层和底面织布层。通过设置上述牛津布层和底面织布层能够使得牛津布的结构更加丰富,质地更加厚实,穿着更加保暖。所述牛津布层和所述底面织布层之间设置有封边,通过上述封边,使得牛津布层和地面织布层相互扣合在一起,拆装方便,操作简单。
上述牛津布层和底面织布层之间设置有封边。上述封边包括:毛面部和勾面布,上述毛面部固定在牛津布层的底部,勾面部设置在底面织布层的顶部。毛面部和勾面部相互配合。
上述牛津布层远离毛面部的一侧设置有用于防水的PVC薄膜,PVC薄膜的厚度为0.28mm。通过设置上述PVC薄膜,能够使得面料具备一定的防水性能。
牛津布层由第一经纱线和第一纬纱线交织而成,第一经纱线和第一纬纱线均为锦纶空变丝。第一经纱线的纤度为200D,第一纬纱线的纤度为160D。上述第一经纱线和第一纬纱线之间形成狭缝,狭缝呈矩形。通过设置上述狭缝,能够增加面料透气的性能。
一种高强度复合牛津布制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、制备底面织布层中的第二经纱线和第二纬纱线。
步骤二、步骤一中,第二经纱线的制备方法为:按照重量份数计,称取银纤维50份,竹炭纤维30份,蚕丝纤维20份,石蜡50份、软蜡15份,硅油5份,微晶蜡10份,石墨15份,渗透剂5份。将石蜡放在特制的反应釜中进行熔融,将石蜡进行熔融后,向反应釜内加入软蜡和微晶蜡。边加入边搅拌,直至高度黏合;得到混合物A,向混合物A中加入银纤维和渗透液,将所述银纤维在混合物A中进行充分浸润,浸润时间为6h。浸润完成后依次加入竹炭纤维、蚕丝纤维边加入边搅拌均匀。得到混合液B,向混合液B中加入石蜡、硅油以及石墨,对混合液B进行低温加热,高速搅拌,使得银纤维、竹炭纤维和蚕丝纤维被充分混合。制备得到第二经纱线的纺丝液。

1.一种高强度复合牛津布及其制备方法,其特征在于,包括:
由上而下依次设置的牛津布层和底面织布层;
所述牛津布层和所述底面织布层之间设置有封边;所述封边包括:毛面部和勾面布,所述毛面部固定在所述牛津布层的底部,所述勾面部设置在所述底面织布层的顶部;所述毛面部和所述勾面部相互配合;
所述牛津布层远离所述毛面部的一侧设置有用于防水的PVC薄膜,所述PVC薄膜的厚度为0.2~0.28mm。
2.如权利要求1所述的高强度复合牛津布及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述牛津布层由第一经纱线和第一纬纱线交织而成,所述第一经纱线和所述第一纬纱线均为锦纶空变丝;所述第一经纱线的纤度为200D,所述第一纬纱线的纤度为160D;所述第一经纱线和所述第一纬纱线之间形成有用于增加面料透气性能的狭缝,所述狭缝呈矩形。
3.一种高强度复合牛津布制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、制备底面织布层中的第二经纱线和第二纬纱线;
步骤二、步骤一中,第二经纱线的制备方法为:按照重量份数计,称取银纤维40~50份,竹炭纤维20~30份,蚕丝纤维15~20份,石蜡40~50份、软蜡5~15份,硅油3~5份,微晶蜡1~10份,石墨1~15份,渗透剂5~6份;将所述石蜡放在特制的反应釜中进行熔融,将所述石蜡进行熔融后,向反应釜内加入软蜡和微晶蜡;边加入边搅拌,直至高度黏合;得到混合物A,向所述混合物A中加入银纤维和渗透液;将所述银纤维在所述混合物A中进行充分浸润,浸润时间为2~6h;浸润完成后依次加入竹炭纤维、蚕丝纤维边加入边搅拌均匀;得到混合液B,向所述混合液B中加入石蜡、硅油以及石墨,对所述混合液B进行低温加热,高速搅拌,使得银纤维、竹炭纤维和蚕丝纤维被充分混合;制备得到所述第二经纱线的纺丝液;
步骤三、将步骤二中制备得到的所述纺丝液放入干燥桶内进行干燥,过滤,去除杂质;对混合的所述银纤维、竹炭纤维和蚕丝纤维进行开松梳棉并进入细纱机,制备得到所述第二经纱线;
步骤四、制备第二纬纱线;将天丝纤维、麻纤维和棉纤维以3:4:1的比例均匀混合,得到混合纤维;对所述混合纤维进行充分透彻的给湿操作,对所述混合纤维进行开松、梳棉、并条、粗纱和络筒工艺;最终制备得到所述第二纬纱线;
步骤五、将制备得到的所述第二经纱线和第二纬纱线进行水洗除尘;将水洗后的所述第二经纱线和所述第二纬纱线放入纺织机进行编织形成底面织布层对所述底面织布层烘干、预缩和柔软整理;
步骤六、将牛津布层和底面织布层通过封边结构粘合在一起,形成高强度复合牛津布。
