技术领域
本发明涉及土壤修复技术领域,尤其涉及一种土壤修复用淋洗装置。
背景技术
土壤淋洗技术是指将可促进土壤污染物溶解或迁移的化学溶剂注入受污染土壤中,从而将污染物从土壤中溶解、分离出来并进行处理的技术;土壤水洗是用清水对污染土壤进行洗涤,将附着在土壤颗粒表面的有机和无机污染物转移至水溶液中,从而达到洗涤和清洁污染土壤的目的;目前的土壤修复装置未能将二者结合起来,使得修复装置功能单一。
目前土壤的修复工作亟需快速完成以保证土壤资源的有效利于,土壤的淋洗技术能够有效的清理土壤中的污染物,现有的淋洗装置在实际操作时大多土壤是不移动的,仅通过添加修复液实现淋洗,这就导致修复过程需要频繁的更换土壤,如果一次修复较多土壤又将极大的降低修复效果,造成人力资源的浪费;
并且加入的修复液在处理土壤时将在土壤中形成化合物残留,这些残留物部分需要清理,而目前的淋洗装置需要将土壤取出后另做清理才能去除残留物,不具有连续性,需要多次重复的操作,在面对一些污染程度不是很高的土壤的修复工作时,极大的降低了整体的处理效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有技术中土壤淋洗过程清洗不便的问题,而提出的一种土壤修复用淋洗装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:一种土壤修复用淋洗装置,包括淋洗箱,所述淋洗箱的内底部固定有机箱,所述机箱的上端固定有输送箱,所述机箱的内底部固定有驱动电机,所述驱动电机的输出轴贯穿输送箱的底部延伸至输送箱内部并固定有绞龙转轴,所述绞龙转轴的上端设有用于土壤破碎的搅拌机构,所述输送箱的侧壁贯穿插设有连接管,所述淋洗箱的外壁固定有储料箱,所述连接管远离输送箱的一端贯穿淋洗箱的侧壁与储料箱连通,所述输送箱的侧壁开始有落水腔,所述落水腔远离绞龙转轴的一侧贯穿插设有多个拦截网,所述输送箱的底部开设有多个贯穿插设有多个与落水腔连通的排药网,所述输送箱的侧壁贯穿插设有与落水腔内部连通的排废管,所述淋洗箱的内壁固定有与多个拦截网一一对应的喷头,所述淋洗箱的侧壁贯穿开设有取出槽,所述取出槽的侧壁通过螺栓固定有封闭板。
在上述的土壤修复用淋洗装置中,所述搅拌机构包括固定在绞龙转轴上端的搅拌管,所述搅拌管的侧壁固定有多个搅拌杆,所述搅拌管的周向侧壁贯穿插设有多个隔离滤板,所述淋洗箱的上端贯穿插设有输药管,所述输药管的外壁与搅拌管的内壁通过轴承转动连接。
在上述的土壤修复用淋洗装置中,所述输送箱的内壁固定有分化网,所述搅拌管贯穿分化网,所述输送箱的顶部固定有导向板,所述机箱的侧壁与淋洗箱的内壁共同固定有滤水网,所述淋洗箱的侧壁贯穿插设有排水管。
与现有的技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
1、本发明中,通过驱动电机带动绞龙转轴转动使得土壤得到推送,使得土壤的淋洗形成一个持续进行的过程,而不需要人为多次的添加土壤和取出土壤,能够一次性持续处理较多的土壤,并且输药管中的修复药液自上而下流动,而土壤自下而上移动,使得修复药液能够对土壤形成冲击,实现对土壤的有效淋洗,提高淋洗效果;
2、本发明中,通过绞龙转轴带动搅拌管转动,使得搅拌管带动搅拌杆转动,使得搅拌杆不断的搅拌土壤实现土壤的破碎处理,避免土壤结块,使得土壤破碎细化,便于后续的清理工作;
3、本发明中,土壤在经过分化网时将被分隔成多个细小的颗粒,使得土壤在后续的清洗过程中能够得到全面的清洗,提高整体的清洗效果,进而提升修复效果,并且土壤在越过导向板时将沿导向板的斜面滚落,进而使得下落的土壤具有一定的水平初速度,使得土壤在后续的清洗过程中将受到更大的冲击力,进而提高清理效果;
4、本发明中,通过喷头喷出的高速水流对土壤的冲击,使得土壤得到彻底的清洗,使得土壤中残留的有害物质及修复药液被清理掉,并且由于水流速度较快,清洗后的水流仍能落在拦截网上,进而进入落水腔得到收集,不会与土壤再混合,保证清理后土壤不受二次污染,提高清理效果;
5、本发明中,通过设置滤水网,使得淋洗后的土壤在堆积的过程中,其自身残留的清洗水流将在重力作用下越过滤水网而脱离土壤,实现对土壤的二次淋洗,提高整体的淋洗效果。

参照图1-2,一种土壤修复用淋洗装置,包括淋洗箱1,淋洗箱1的内底部固定有机箱2,机箱2的上端固定有输送箱3,机箱2的内底部固定有驱动电机4,驱动电机4的输出轴贯穿输送箱3的底部延伸至输送箱3内部并固定有绞龙转轴5,绞龙转轴5的上端设有用于土壤破碎的搅拌机构,输送箱3的侧壁贯穿插设有连接管6,淋洗箱1的外壁固定有储料箱7,连接管6远离输送箱3的一端贯穿淋洗箱1的侧壁与储料箱7连通,输送箱3的侧壁开始有落水腔12,落水腔12远离绞龙转轴5的一侧贯穿插设有多个拦截网17,输送箱3的底部开设有多个贯穿插设有多个与落水腔12连通的排药网13,输送箱3的侧壁贯穿插设有与落水腔12内部连通的排废管14,淋洗箱1的内壁固定有与多个拦截网17一一对应的喷头18,喷头18与外部水泵连接,能够向淋洗箱1内喷射高速水流,进而实现对土壤的冲洗,使得土壤得到有效的清洗,淋洗箱1的侧壁贯穿开设有取出槽21,取出槽21的侧壁通过螺栓固定有封闭板22。
搅拌机构包括固定在绞龙转轴5上端的搅拌管8,搅拌管8的侧壁固定有多个搅拌杆11,搅拌管8的周向侧壁贯穿插设有多个隔离滤板10,淋洗箱1的上端贯穿插设有输药管9,输药管9的外壁与搅拌管8的内壁通过轴承转动连接,输药管9与外部药箱连接,能够将修复用药液通入搅拌管8中,绞龙转轴5的转动将带动搅拌管8及搅拌杆11转动,使得土壤在上移的过程中被搅拌杆11击打破碎,使得土壤不会结块,在后续的处理过程中土壤保持细化,并且土壤得到搅拌能够与修复药液接触更加充分,提高淋洗效果。
输送箱3的内壁固定有分化网15,搅拌管8贯穿分化网15,分化网15具有多个较小的网孔,在土壤越过分化网15时将会得到进一步的切割,使得土壤越过分化网15后变成细小颗粒状,避免土壤呈较大的块状下落,小颗粒的土壤下落后能够更好的被水流冲击清洗,使得土壤的清洗修复效果更好,输送箱3的顶部固定有导向板16,导向板16的外壁为向下的斜面,土壤上升至导向板16的最高点时将沿着导向板16的下面滚落,进而使得土壤下落时能够得到一定的水平初速度,进而在后续与水流接触时,受到更大的冲击,使得土壤的冲洗更加有效,提高土壤修复效果,机箱2的侧壁与淋洗箱1的内壁共同固定有滤水网19,淋洗箱1的侧壁贯穿插设有排水管20,土壤淋洗完毕后将堆积在滤水网19上,而土壤无法越过滤水网19,使得土壤冲洗过程中残留的水流能够在重力作用下越过滤水网19,进而使得土壤中的清洗液与土壤分离,提高土壤的洁净程度,提高整体的淋洗效果。
本发明中,在对土壤进行修复时,首先向储料箱7中放入一定量的待修复土壤,土壤在重力作用下通过连接管6进入到输送箱3内部,然后启动驱动电机4使其带动绞龙转轴5转动,在绞龙转轴5的驱动下输送箱3内部的土壤将被向上推送,同时向输药管9中输送修复药液,修复药液经输药管9进入到搅拌管8中,并经隔离滤板10进入到输送箱3内部与土壤接触,自上而下的流动实现对土壤的淋洗,淋洗后的废液将经排药网13进入到落水腔12中,最终由排废管14排出;
随着土壤的不断上移,土壤将与搅拌杆11接触,而绞龙转轴5的转动会带动搅拌管8及搅拌杆11转动,进而使得土壤在搅拌杆11的搅拌作用下被破碎,实现土壤的有效粉碎,避免土壤大量结块不利于后续处理;随着土壤的移动,土壤将越过分化网15脱离输送箱3,在土壤越过分化网15时将被分化网15进一步细化,形成小颗粒状,便于后续的淋洗,土壤最终越过导向板16的顶部后沿着导向板16的斜面滚落,增加土壤下落的初速度,使得土壤与后续水流接触时能够受到更大的冲击,提高土壤的清理修复效果;
在土壤脱离导向板16后,土壤将由高出向下掉落,此过程中土壤将受到喷头18喷出的水流的清洗,使得土壤中的有害物质或残留的修复药液将在冲击下脱离土壤,实现对土壤的进一步有效淋洗,提高土壤的修复效果,并且由于喷头18喷出的水流速度较快,使得水流即便受到土壤的阻挡也不会发生较大的偏移,仍然能够落在对应位置的拦截网17上,使得水流能够冲击土壤中的物质被将其携带至拦截网17位置,最终清洗水流穿过拦截网17进入到落水腔12中,最终由排废管14排出,而土壤受到冲击后被清理干净且不会越过拦截网17进入到落水腔12中,土壤将继续掉落直至落在滤水网19上,土壤将在滤水网19上堆积,进而使得土壤中残留的水分在重力作用下越过滤水网19进入到淋洗箱1底部,最终经排水管20排出,实现对土壤的进一步处理,在土壤处理完毕后可打开封闭板22将土壤取出。

1.一种土壤修复用淋洗装置,包括淋洗箱(1),其特征在于,所述淋洗箱(1)的内底部固定有机箱(2),所述机箱(2)的上端固定有输送箱(3),所述机箱(2)的内底部固定有驱动电机(4),所述驱动电机(4)的输出轴贯穿输送箱(3)的底部延伸至输送箱(3)内部并固定有绞龙转轴(5),所述绞龙转轴(5)的上端设有用于土壤破碎的搅拌机构,所述输送箱(3)的侧壁贯穿插设有连接管(6),所述淋洗箱(1)的外壁固定有储料箱(7),所述连接管(6)远离输送箱(3)的一端贯穿淋洗箱(1)的侧壁与储料箱(7)连通,所述输送箱(3)的侧壁开始有落水腔(12),所述落水腔(12)远离绞龙转轴(5)的一侧贯穿插设有多个拦截网(17),所述输送箱(3)的底部开设有多个贯穿插设有多个与落水腔(12)连通的排药网(13),所述输送箱(3)的侧壁贯穿插设有与落水腔(12)内部连通的排废管(14),所述淋洗箱(1)的内壁固定有与多个拦截网(17)一一对应的喷头(18),所述淋洗箱(1)的侧壁贯穿开设有取出槽(21),所述取出槽(21)的侧壁通过螺栓固定有封闭板(22)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种土壤修复用淋洗装置,其特征在于,所述搅拌机构包括固定在绞龙转轴(5)上端的搅拌管(8),所述搅拌管(8)的侧壁固定有多个搅拌杆(11),所述搅拌管(8)的周向侧壁贯穿插设有多个隔离滤板(10),所述淋洗箱(1)的上端贯穿插设有输药管(9),所述输药管(9)的外壁与搅拌管(8)的内壁通过轴承转动连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种土壤修复用淋洗装置,其特征在于,所述输送箱(3)的内壁固定有分化网(15),所述搅拌管(8)贯穿分化网(15),所述输送箱(3)的顶部固定有导向板(16),所述机箱(2)的侧壁与淋洗箱(1)的内壁共同固定有滤水网(19),所述淋洗箱(1)的侧壁贯穿插设有排水管(20)。
