That is, every 10 people queue up at the intelligent counter, 1 person will be transferred out of the intelligent counter to the manual counter for queuing, and the first reserved value is 10. Similarly, based on 1200 historical queuing people in one month of the manual counter, 200 people are transferred from the intelligent counter to the manual counter for queuing, and the corresponding transfer probability of the manual counter is as follows: 1200/200 ═ 6 persons/time. That is, in every 6 people in the queue of the artificial counter, 1 person is transferred from the intelligent counter to the artificial counter for queuing, and the second reserved value is 6.
It should be noted that the first reserved value and the second reserved value may be calculated at the banking outlet every day according to a preset time period, or may be calculated once a week.
S202: judging whether the number of the first queuing people is multiple of the first reserved value or whether the number of the second queuing people is multiple of the second reserved value;
in the embodiment of the invention, in the process of determining whether the bank outlets meet the condition of reserved numbers, only one reserved number or a plurality of reserved numbers reserved for queuing in the manual counter can be reserved. When determining whether the reserved number needs to be reserved or not, whether the number of people in the first queue of the intelligent counter in the bank outlet is a multiple of a first reserved value or whether the number of people in the second queue is a multiple of a second reserved value or not needs to be judged.
S203: if the number of the first queuing people is multiple of the first reserved value or the number of the second queuing people is multiple of the second reserved value, determining that the bank outlets meet the number reservation condition;
in the embodiment of the present invention, it may be determined that there may be more than one reserved number queued in a manual counter reservation. If the number of people in the intelligent counter is multiple of the first reserved value, or the number of people in the second queue is multiple of the second reserved value, the number of the people in the manual counter can be reserved.
Specifically, as long as one user queues up in the intelligent counter in advance, whether the reserved number needs to be reserved can be determined according to the current first queuing number and the current second queuing number.
As in step S201 of the above embodiment, if the first reserved value is 10 and the second reserved value is 6, after the user reserves the queuing at the bank outlet, when the number of the first queuing people reaches 10 people, 20 people or a multiple of 10 people, the user can reserve the reserved number for queuing at the manual counter. Wherein, when the number of the first queue people reaches 10 people, at least one reserved number of the manual counter is provided, and when the number of the first queue people reaches 20 people, at least two reserved numbers of the manual counter are provided. When the number of the first queuing people is not a multiple of 10, but the number of the second queuing people of the manual counter reaches 6, 12 or 6, the reserved number for queuing in the manual counter can be preset.
It should be noted that if the number of the first queuing people is a multiple of the first reserved number and the number of the second queuing people is a multiple of the second reserved number, the bank outlets also satisfy the reserved number condition.
S204: and if the first queuing number is not a multiple of the first reserved value and the second queuing number is not a multiple of the second reserved value, determining that the bank outlets do not meet the number reservation condition.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the user orders to queue at the intelligent counter, the first queuing recognition of the intelligent counter is not the multiple of the first reserved value, and the second queuing number is not the multiple of the second reserved value, the reserved number is not required to be reserved.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the number of first queuing people of the intelligent counter and the number of second queuing people of the manual counter in the bank outlet are changed in real time. At the current moment, if the user makes a reservation to queue, the bank outlet can determine whether the counter reserved by the user to queue is an intelligent counter. If the counter reserved for queuing by the user is an intelligent counter, the method provided by the above embodiment may be executed. If the counter reserved for queuing by the user is an artificial counter, the method provided by the above embodiment need not be executed.
Further, if in the process of determining whether the number of people in the second queue is a multiple of the second reserved value, the number of people in the second queue can be the actual number of people who have reserved to queue in the people counter; or the sum of the reserved number reserved and the actual number of people reserved for queuing at the manual counter.
In the queuing method of bank outlets provided by the embodiment of the invention, whether the bank outlets meet the condition of reserved numbers or not is judged according to the number of the first queuing people, the number of the second queuing people, the first reserved value and the second reserved value. If the number of the first queuing people is multiple of the first reserved value or the number of the second queuing people is multiple of the second reserved value, the bank outlets meet the reserved number condition, and reserved numbers for queuing in the manual counters are reserved in the bank outlets; if the number of the first queuing people is not multiple of the first reserved value and the number of the second queuing people is not multiple of the second reserved value, the bank outlet does not meet the reserved number condition, and the reserved number for queuing at the bank outlet does not need to be reserved. Whether the reserved number needs to be reserved or not can be determined based on the first reserved value and the second reserved value, so that the reserved number which is queued in the manual counter is reserved for each user who is queued in the intelligent counter when the reserved number needs to be reserved, and queuing time of the user when the user is queued from the intelligent counter to the manual counter is shortened.
Based on the method provided in the foregoing embodiment, in step S202 in the foregoing embodiment, when the first number of people in line is a multiple of the first reserved value, or the second number of people in line is a multiple of the second reserved value, the method may further include:
if the number of the first queuing people is multiple of the first reserved value, or the number of the second queuing people is multiple of the second reserved value, determining a first multiple value corresponding to the number of the first queuing people, or a second multiple value corresponding to the number of the second queuing people;
checking the number of reserved numbers in each queuing number corresponding to the manual counter;
and if the number of reserved numbers in each queuing number corresponding to the manual counter is less than the first multiplied value or the second multiplied value, determining that the bank outlets meet the reserved number condition.
In the queuing method of the bank outlets provided by the embodiment of the invention, the number of queuing people of the intelligent counters and the artificial counters in the bank outlets is changed in real time. The intelligent counter and the manual counter do not have the same business handling speed, and in order to reasonably reserve reserved numbers for queuing in the manual counter, after determining that the number of people in the first queue is multiple of a first reserved value or determining that the number of people in the second queue is multiple of a second reserved value, a first multiple value corresponding to the number of people in the first queue or a second multiple value corresponding to the number of people in the second queue is determined. If the number of the reserved numbers in each queuing number corresponding to the manual counter is less than the first multiple value or the second multiple value, the bank outlets meet the conditions of the reserved numbers.
It should be noted that, when the number of the first queuing people is a multiple of the first reserved value and the number of the second queuing people is a multiple of the second reserved value, after the first multiple value and the second multiple value are determined, if the first multiple value and the second multiple value are not the same value, the number of the reserved numbers in each queuing number corresponding to the manual counter is less than any one of the first multiple value and the second multiple value, and all the bank outlets meet the reserved number condition.
For example, the number of people in the first queue is 20, the number of people in the second queue is 18, the first reserved value is 10, and the second reserved value is 6. The first multiplier value is 2 and the second multiplier value is 3. If the number of the reserved numbers in each queuing number corresponding to the manual counter is two, the bank outlets meet the condition of the reserved numbers, and the reserved numbers queued in the manual counter can be reserved. If the number of the reserved numbers in each queuing number corresponding to the manual counter is three or more, the bank outlets do not meet the reserved number condition.
It should be noted that, if there is at least one reserved number in each queuing number corresponding to the manual counter, when a user currently transacting services at the intelligent counter needs to switch to the manual counter, the number with the most advanced queuing in each reserved number may be selected and sent to the user.
By applying the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the reserved numbers which are reserved for queuing in the manual counter are reasonably distributed according to the first multiple value and the second multiple value, so that the number of the reserved numbers which are reasonable in each queuing number corresponding to the manual counter is ensured.
In the method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, based on the content in step S104, the service progress of each service handled by the intelligent counter is monitored in real time among each queuing user corresponding to the intelligent counter. Due to the fact that the number of the services handled by the intelligent counter is limited, individual services need to be completed by a manual counter, or when some services cannot be handled by the intelligent counter, the intelligent counter can be determined to be incapable of completing the services. When it is monitored that the currently handled service of the intelligent counter cannot be completed, a reserved number which is reserved for queuing at the manual counter may be sent to the current user through the intelligent counter, and a process of monitoring the progress of each service is shown in fig. 3, and may specifically include:
s301: when the current user transacts the target service at the intelligent counter, determining each service step corresponding to the target service;
in the embodiment of the invention, each banking business supported by the banking outlets is provided with corresponding business steps. And when the current user transacts the target service at the intelligent counter, determining each step corresponding to the target service transacted by the current user.
Optionally, before determining each step corresponding to the target service, identity authentication may be performed on the identity of the current user, and specifically, identity authentication may be performed in a manner of password authentication, short message authentication, face recognition, fingerprint authentication, and the like, so as to ensure security of a user account corresponding to the current user.
S302: acquiring preset operation time corresponding to each service step;
in the embodiment of the invention, in each banking business of the banking outlet, each business step of each banking business sets corresponding operation time according to the actual operation process of the step, so as to prevent the queuing time of the subsequent queuing users from being influenced by the overlong time of the user staying in one step. After determining each service step of the target service handled by the current user, the operation time of each service step is obtained, and each service step can be monitored according to the operation time.
S303: if the operation instruction corresponding to the current service step sent to the intelligent counter by the current user is not received within the operation time corresponding to the current service step, triggering the intelligent counter to send an operation prompting message and a manual counter switching message to the current user, so that the current user selects to continue operating or switch the manual counter according to the operation prompting message and the manual counter switching message;
in the embodiment of the invention, if the current user does not receive the operation instruction corresponding to the current service step in the operation time corresponding to the current service step in the process of operating each service step of the target service, the intelligent counter needs to be triggered to send the operation prompt message and the manual counter switching message to the current user. After receiving the operation prompting message and the manual counter switching message, the current user can select to continue the operation or select to switch the manual counter.
It should be noted that, in the process of the user operating on the intelligent counter, there may be a delay or a situation where the user confirms the operation content, so that when the user confirms the operation content in the current service step, the user may select to continue the operation if receiving the operation prompt message.
S304: and when the user selects to switch the manual counter on the intelligent counter, determining that the intelligent counter cannot complete the target service, and sending the reserved number to the intelligent counter so as to trigger the intelligent counter to send the reserved number to the current user.
In the embodiment of the invention, if the current user selects to switch the manual counter, the intelligent counter can be determined not to complete the target service. At this time, the processing may determine a reserved number reserved for queuing at the manual counter, and send the reserved number to the intelligent counter, and the intelligent counter sends the reserved number to the current user after receiving the reserved number.
Specifically, there may be a plurality of reserved numbers reserved for queuing at the manual counter, and therefore, when the reserved numbers are sent to the intelligent counter, the reserved number that is queued the forefront may be selected to be sent to the intelligent counter.
In the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the current user transacts the target service, the operation process of the target service is monitored according to the operation time of each service step of the target service. If the operation instruction is not received within the operation time corresponding to the current service step, the current user can be prompted to continue to operate or switch the manual counter through the intelligent counter. And if the user selects to switch the manual counter, sending the reserved number to the user through the intelligent counter.
By applying the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the monitoring of the progress of each service is realized according to the operation time corresponding to each service step, and the reserved number is sent to the user when the operation instruction sent by the user is not received and the user selects to switch the manual counter, so that the user does not need to queue again, the queuing time of the user is saved, and the queuing experience of the user is improved.
In the method provided in the embodiment of the present invention, for each queuing number corresponding to the manual counter, in the process of queuing by the manual counter, a number calling message of the manual counter when calling the number each time needs to be known in real time, and the method may specifically include:
receiving a number calling message sent by the manual counter in real time, and acquiring a current number contained in the current number calling message;
when the current calling number is the reserved number, judging whether the current number is picked up;
if the current number is not picked up, triggering the manual counter to skip the current number and execute a number calling operation on the next number;
and if the current number is received, triggering the manual counter to execute number calling operation on the current number.
In the queuing method of bank outlets provided by the embodiment of the invention, the processor also receives the number calling message sent by the manual counter in real time when monitoring the progress of the intelligent counter handling service in real time, wherein the number calling message comprises the current number of the manual counter needing to be called. It is determined whether the current number is a reserved number reserved for queuing at the manual counter. If the current number is a reserved number, judging whether the current number is already picked up by a user; if the current number is not picked up by the user, namely the reserved number is not picked up by the user, when the manual counter is triggered to execute the number calling operation, the current number is skipped over, and the next number of the current number is called; if the current number is picked up by the user, namely the reserved number is picked up by the user who originally reserves to queue at the intelligent counter, the manual counter is triggered to execute the number calling operation, and the current number is called at the bank branch.
By applying the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, before the manual counter calls the number, whether the current number is picked up needs to be determined under the condition that the current number is determined to be the reserved number, and if the current number is not picked up, the number calling is skipped, so that the time for waiting for queuing of subsequent users is shortened.
The specific implementation procedures and derivatives thereof of the above embodiments are within the scope of the present invention.
Corresponding to the method described in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a queuing apparatus for bank outlets, which is used to implement the method in fig. 1 specifically, and the queuing apparatus for bank outlets provided in the embodiment of the present invention may be applied to a computer terminal or various mobile devices, and a schematic structural diagram of the queuing apparatus for bank outlets is shown in fig. 4, and specifically includes:
the determining unit 401 is configured to determine, when receiving a notification message that a user intends to queue in an intelligent counter, a first number of people in queue and a second number of people in queue in a bank outlet to which the intelligent counter currently belongs; the first queuing number is the current queuing number of an intelligent counter in the bank outlet, and the second queuing number is the current queuing number of an artificial counter in the bank outlet;
a first determining unit 402, configured to determine whether the banking outlet satisfies a preset reserved number condition according to the first number of people in line and the second number of people in line;
a reservation unit 403, configured to reserve a reserved number queued in the manual counter if the bank branch satisfies the reserved number condition;
and the sending unit 404 is configured to monitor the service progress of each service handled by the intelligent counter in real time, and send the reserved number to the current user corresponding to the target service via the intelligent counter when it is monitored that the target service currently handled by the intelligent counter cannot be completed, so that the current user queues up at the manual counter after receiving the reserved number.
In the queuing device for bank outlets provided by the embodiment of the invention, when a notification message for queuing in an artificial counter is received, the determining unit determines the first queuing number and the second queuing number of the bank outlets, and the judging unit judges whether the bank outlets meet the reserved number condition according to the first queuing number and the second queuing number. If the bank outlet meets the reserved number condition, the reservation unit reserves the reserved number for queuing in the manual counter. In the process of monitoring each service in real time, if the currently transacted target service cannot be completed, a sending unit is needed to send the reserved number to the current user. The device provided by the invention can ensure that the reserved number for queuing in the manual counter is reserved for the user of the intelligent counter under the condition of meeting the reserved number, shorten the queuing time of the user from the intelligent counter to the manual counter and improve the user experience.
In the apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the first determining unit 402 includes:
the first determining subunit is used for determining a first reserved value corresponding to the intelligent counter and a second reserved value corresponding to the artificial counter, wherein the first reserved value is the transfer-out queuing probability of the users for queuing from the intelligent counter to the artificial counter based on the historical queuing number of the intelligent counter in a preset time period; the second reserved value is the queue transition probability of the users from the intelligent counter to the manual counter for queuing based on the historical queuing number of the manual counter in the time period;
the judging subunit is used for judging whether the number of the first queuing people is a multiple of the first reserved value or whether the number of the second queuing people is a multiple of the second reserved value;
the second determining subunit is used for determining that the manual counter meets the number reservation condition if the first queuing number is multiple of the first reserved value or the second queuing number is multiple of the second reserved value;
and the third determining subunit is used for determining that the manual counter does not meet the number reservation condition if the first queuing number is not a multiple of the first reserved value and the second queuing number is not a multiple of the second reserved value.
The device provided by the embodiment of the invention further comprises:
the selecting subunit is used for determining a first multiple value corresponding to the first queuing number or a multiple value corresponding to the second queuing number if the first queuing number is a multiple of the first reserved value or the second queuing number is a multiple of the second reserved value;
the checking subunit is used for checking the number of reserved numbers in each queuing number corresponding to the manual counter;
and the fourth determining subunit is configured to determine that the bank outlets satisfy the reserved number condition if the number of reserved numbers in each queuing number corresponding to the manual counter is less than the first multiplier value or the second multiplier value.
In the apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the sending unit 404 includes:
a fifth determining subunit, configured to determine, when the current user handles the target service at the intelligent counter, each service step corresponding to the target service;
the acquiring subunit is used for acquiring preset operation time corresponding to each service step;
the first sending subunit is configured to trigger the intelligent counter to send an operation prompting message and a manual counter switching message to the current user if an operation instruction corresponding to the current service step sent to the intelligent counter by the current user is not received within the operation time corresponding to the current service step, so that the current user selects to continue operating or switch the manual counter according to the operation prompting message and the manual counter switching message;
and the second sending subunit is used for determining that the intelligent counter cannot complete the target service when the user selects to switch the manual counter on the intelligent counter, and sending the reserved number to the intelligent counter so as to trigger the intelligent counter to send the reserved number to the current user.
The device provided by the embodiment of the invention further comprises:
the acquisition unit is used for receiving the number calling message sent by the manual counter in real time and acquiring the current number contained in the current number calling message;
a second judging unit, configured to judge whether the current number has been picked up when the current calling number is the reserved number;
the first triggering unit is used for triggering the manual counter to skip the current number and execute number calling operation on the next number if the current number is not picked up;
and the second triggering unit is used for triggering the manual counter to execute number calling operation on the current number if the current number is received.
The specific working processes of each unit and sub-unit in the queuing device of a bank outlet disclosed in the above embodiment of the present invention can refer to the corresponding contents in the queuing method of a bank outlet disclosed in the above embodiment of the present invention, and are not described herein again.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a storage medium, which comprises a stored instruction, wherein when the instruction runs, the device where the storage medium is located is controlled to execute the bank outlet queuing method.
An electronic device is provided in an embodiment of the present invention, and the structural diagram of the electronic device is shown in fig. 5, which specifically includes a memory 501 and one or more instructions 502, where the one or more instructions 502 are stored in the memory 501, and are configured to be executed by one or more processors 503 to perform the following operations according to the one or more instructions 502:
when a notification message that a user queues in an intelligent counter in advance is received, determining a first queuing number and a second queuing number in a bank outlet to which the intelligent counter belongs at present; the first queuing number is the current queuing number of an intelligent counter in the bank outlet, and the second queuing number is the current queuing number of an artificial counter in the bank outlet;
judging whether the bank outlets meet preset reserved number conditions or not according to the first queuing number and the second queuing number;
if the bank outlets meet the reserved number condition, reserving reserved numbers which are queued in the manual counter;

1. A queuing method for a banking outlet, comprising:
when a notification message that a user queues in an intelligent counter in advance is received, determining a first queuing number and a second queuing number in a bank outlet to which the intelligent counter belongs at present; the first queuing number is the current queuing number of an intelligent counter in the bank outlet, and the second queuing number is the current queuing number of an artificial counter in the bank outlet;
judging whether the bank outlets meet preset reserved number conditions or not according to the first queuing number and the second queuing number;
if the bank outlets meet the reserved number condition, reserving reserved numbers which are queued in the manual counter;
and monitoring the service progress of each service handled by the intelligent counter in real time, and sending the reserved number to the current user corresponding to the target service through the intelligent counter when monitoring that the target service currently handled by the intelligent counter cannot be completed, so that the current user queues up at the manual counter after receiving the reserved number.
2. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein said determining whether the banking site meets a predetermined reserved number condition according to the number of the first queuing person and the number of the second queuing person comprises:
determining a first reserved value corresponding to the intelligent counter and a second reserved value corresponding to the manual counter, wherein the first reserved value is the exit queuing probability of users queuing from the intelligent counter to the manual counter based on the historical queuing number of the intelligent counter in a preset time period; the second reserved value is the queue transition probability of the users from the intelligent counter to the manual counter for queuing based on the historical queuing number of the manual counter in the time period;
judging whether the number of the first queuing people is multiple of the first reserved value or whether the number of the second queuing people is multiple of the second reserved value;
if the number of the first queuing people is multiple of the first reserved value or the number of the second queuing people is multiple of the second reserved value, determining that the bank outlets meet the number reservation condition;
and if the first queuing number is not a multiple of the first reserved value and the second queuing number is not a multiple of the second reserved value, determining that the bank outlets do not meet the number reservation condition.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
if the number of the first queuing people is multiple of the first reserved value, or the number of the second queuing people is multiple of the second reserved value, determining a first multiple value corresponding to the number of the first queuing people, or a second multiple value corresponding to the number of the second queuing people;
checking the number of reserved numbers in each queuing number corresponding to the manual counter;
and if the number of reserved numbers in each queuing number corresponding to the manual counter is less than the first multiplied value or the second multiplied value, determining that the bank outlets meet the reserved number condition.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the monitoring the service progress of each service handled by the intelligent counter in real time, and when it is monitored that the service currently handled by the intelligent counter cannot be completed, sending the reserved number to a current user corresponding to the currently handled service via the intelligent counter, comprises:
when the current user transacts the target service at the intelligent counter, determining each service step corresponding to the target service;
acquiring preset operation time corresponding to each service step;
if the operation instruction corresponding to the current service step sent to the intelligent counter by the current user is not received within the operation time corresponding to the current service step, triggering the intelligent counter to send an operation prompting message and a manual counter switching message to the current user, so that the current user selects to continue operating or switch the manual counter according to the operation prompting message and the manual counter switching message;
and when the user selects to switch the manual counter on the intelligent counter, determining that the intelligent counter cannot complete the target service, and sending the reserved number to the intelligent counter so as to trigger the intelligent counter to send the reserved number to the current user.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving a number calling message sent by the manual counter in real time, and acquiring a current number contained in the current number calling message;
when the current calling number is the reserved number, judging whether the current number is picked up;
if the current number is not picked up, triggering the manual counter to skip the current number and execute a number calling operation on the next number;
and if the current number is received, triggering the manual counter to execute number calling operation on the current number.
6. A queuing apparatus for a banking outlet, comprising:
the system comprises a determining unit, a queuing unit and a queuing unit, wherein the determining unit is used for determining a first queuing number and a second queuing number in a bank outlet to which an intelligent counter belongs currently when a notification message that a user queues in the intelligent counter in advance is received; the first queuing number is the current queuing number of an intelligent counter in the bank outlet, and the second queuing number is the current queuing number of an artificial counter in the bank outlet;
the first judgment unit is used for judging whether the bank outlets meet the preset reserved number condition or not according to the first queuing number and the second queuing number;
the reservation unit is used for reserving reserved numbers which are queued in the manual counter if the bank outlets meet the reserved number conditions;
and the sending unit is used for monitoring the service progress of each service handled by the intelligent counter in real time, and sending the reserved number to the current user corresponding to the target service through the intelligent counter when the situation that the target service currently handled by the intelligent counter cannot be completed is monitored, so that the current user can queue at the manual counter after receiving the reserved number.
7. The apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the first determining unit comprises:

the judging subunit is used for judging whether the number of the first queuing people is a multiple of the first reserved value or whether the number of the second queuing people is a multiple of the second reserved value;
the second determining subunit is used for determining that the manual counter meets the number reservation condition if the first queuing number is multiple of the first reserved value or the second queuing number is multiple of the second reserved value;
and the third determining subunit is used for determining that the manual counter does not meet the number reservation condition if the first queuing number is not a multiple of the first reserved value and the second queuing number is not a multiple of the second reserved value.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, further comprising:
the selecting subunit is used for determining a first multiple value corresponding to the first queuing number or a multiple value corresponding to the second queuing number if the first queuing number is a multiple of the first reserved value or the second queuing number is a multiple of the second reserved value;
the checking subunit is used for checking the number of reserved numbers in each queuing number corresponding to the manual counter;
and the fourth determining subunit is configured to determine that the bank outlets satisfy the reserved number condition if the number of reserved numbers in each queuing number corresponding to the manual counter is less than the first multiplier value or the second multiplier value.
9. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the sending unit comprises:
a fifth determining subunit, configured to determine, when the current user handles the target service at the intelligent counter, each service step corresponding to the target service;
the acquiring subunit is used for acquiring preset operation time corresponding to each service step;
the first sending subunit is configured to trigger the intelligent counter to send an operation prompting message and a manual counter switching message to the current user if an operation instruction corresponding to the current service step sent to the intelligent counter by the current user is not received within the operation time corresponding to the current service step, so that the current user selects to continue operating or switch the manual counter according to the operation prompting message and the manual counter switching message;
and the second sending subunit is used for determining that the intelligent counter cannot complete the target service when the user selects to switch the manual counter on the intelligent counter, and sending the reserved number to the intelligent counter so as to trigger the intelligent counter to send the reserved number to the current user.
10. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising:
the acquisition unit is used for receiving the number calling message sent by the manual counter in real time and acquiring the current number contained in the current number calling message;
a second judging unit, configured to judge whether the current number has been picked up when the current calling number is the reserved number;
the first triggering unit is used for triggering the manual counter to skip the current number and execute number calling operation on the next number if the current number is not picked up;
and the second triggering unit is used for triggering the manual counter to execute number calling operation on the current number if the current number is received.
