It is understood that the third data associated with the historical data in the second data is determined, and then a portion of the target report (i.e., the first report) is generated based on the third data and the historical data, and another portion of the target report (i.e., the second report) is generated based on the second data other than the third data. Finally, a target report is generated based on the first report and the second report. That is, the accuracy of generating the target report can be improved by generating the local report and combining the local report with the whole report.
It should be noted that the target report may mark reference data to indicate the referential of the data. The target report can mark the historical time of the historical data to prompt a worker that the first data in the target report is the data corresponding to the historical time, so that the timeliness of the data is improved.
In the method shown in fig. 1, after a report request of a target report is received, data for generating the target report is searched. Within the report deadline of the target report, if the first data in the data for generating the target report fails to be searched, it indicates that the generation timeliness of the target report is affected by continuously waiting for the uploading of the first data. The first data can be predicted based on historical data of the first data and second data which is successfully searched, and reference data is obtained. And generating a target report based on the reference data and the second data. Therefore, the report is generated by adopting the historical data, the failure of report generation can be avoided, and the success rate and the timeliness of report generation are improved. And a report is generated based on the historical data and the second data, the reliability of report generation can be improved.
In a possible example, after step S104, if first data sent by the contact object is received, the target report is updated based on the first data. It can be appreciated that updating the target report based on receiving the first data sent by the contact object can improve the timeliness of the target report.
In one possible example, if the target report fails to find the corresponding first data, determining whether the first data is delayed data; if yes, historical data of the first data is obtained.
If the reporting time of the delayed data is later than the reporting time limit of the target report, the first data which is the delayed data cannot be received within the reporting time limit of the target report. Therefore, in this example, after failing to find the first data, if the first data is determined to be delayed data, the target report may be generated based on the historical data acquisition of the first data. And using the obtained first data in a next generated target report so as to improve the efficiency and the success rate of generating the target report.
The method of the embodiments of the present application is set forth above in detail and the apparatus of the embodiments of the present application is provided below.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of an apparatus for generating a report based on historical data according to the present application, and as shown in fig. 2, the apparatus 200 includes:
the communication unit 202 is configured to receive a report request of a target report;
the processing unit 201 is configured to, within a report deadline of the target report, if a first data search corresponding to the target report fails and a second data search corresponding to the target report succeeds, obtain historical data of the first data; predicting the first data based on the historical data and the second data to obtain reference data; generating the target report based on the reference data and the second data.
In one possible example, the processing unit 201 is specifically configured to determine a change rule of the first data based on the historical data; determining third data associated with the historical data from the second data; determining an association relationship between the third data and the historical data; and predicting the first data based on the change rule and the association relation to obtain reference data.
In one possible example, the processing unit 201 is specifically configured to determine a report type of the target report; determining a first data type of the first data; determining a second data type associated with the first data type based on the report type; and searching data corresponding to the second data type from the second data to serve as third data associated with the historical data.
In a possible example, the processing unit 201 is further configured to determine a contact address of a contact object corresponding to the first data; if the contact ways comprise a first contact way and a second contact way, determining the notification sequence of the first contact way and the second contact way respectively;
the communication unit 202 is further configured to send an acquisition request of the first data to the contact object based on the first contact address if the notification order of the first contact address is before the notification order of the second contact address; if the first data sent by the contact object is not received within the preset duration of the first contact way, sending the acquisition request to the contact object based on the second contact way;
the processing unit 201 is further configured to determine that the first data search fails if the first data sent by the contact object is not received within the report deadline.
In one possible example, the processing unit 201 is specifically configured to determine a first probability that the contact object is notified by the first contact address; determining a second probability of obtaining the first data based on the first contact information; determining a notification recommendation value for the first contact address based on the first probability and the second probability; determining a notification order of the first contact ways based on the notification recommendation value.
In a possible example, the processing unit 201 is further configured to update the target report based on the first data sent by the contact object if the first data is received.
In one possible example, the processing unit 201 is further configured to determine a report type of the target report; determining a work plan of a checking and receiving person corresponding to the target report; determining the report deadline based on the report type and the work plan.
For detailed processes executed by each unit in the apparatus 200, reference may be made to the execution steps in the foregoing method embodiments, which are not described herein again.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a computer device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 3, the computer device 300 includes a processor 310, a memory 320, a communication interface 330, and one or more programs 340. The processor 310, the memory 320, and the communication interface 330 are interconnected via a bus 350. The related functions implemented by the communication unit 202 shown in fig. 2 can be implemented by the communication interface 330, and the related functions implemented by the processing unit 201 shown in fig. 2 can be implemented by the processor 310.
The one or more programs 340 are stored in the memory 320 and configured to be executed by the processor 310, the programs 340 including instructions for:
receiving a reporting request of a target report;
within the report deadline of the target report, if the first data corresponding to the target report fails to be searched and the second data corresponding to the target report succeeds to be searched, acquiring historical data of the first data;
predicting the first data based on the historical data and the second data to obtain reference data;
generating the target report based on the reference data and the second data.
In one possible example, in terms of the predicting the first data based on the historical data and the second data to obtain the reference data, the program 340 is specifically configured to execute the following steps:
determining a change rule of the first data based on the historical data;
determining third data associated with the historical data from the second data;
determining an association relationship between the third data and the historical data;
and predicting the first data based on the change rule and the association relation to obtain reference data.
In one possible example, in the aspect of determining the third data associated with the historical data from the second data, the program 340 is specifically configured to execute the instructions of:
determining a report type for the target report;
determining a first data type of the first data;
determining a second data type associated with the first data type based on the report type;
and searching data corresponding to the second data type from the second data to serve as third data associated with the historical data.
In one possible example, before the obtaining the historical data of the first data, the program 340 is further for executing the following steps:
determining a contact way of a contact object corresponding to the first data;
if the contact ways comprise a first contact way and a second contact way, determining the notification sequence of the first contact way and the second contact way respectively;
if the notification sequence of the first contact way is before the notification sequence of the second contact way, sending an acquisition request of the first data to the contact object based on the first contact way;
if the first data sent by the contact object is not received within the preset duration of the first contact way, sending the acquisition request to the contact object based on the second contact way;
and if the first data sent by the contact object is not received within the report time limit, determining that the first data is failed to be searched.
In one possible example, in terms of the determining the notification recommendation values for the first contact address and the second contact address, respectively, the program 340 is specifically configured to execute the following steps:
determining a first probability that the contact object is informed of the first contact way;
determining a second probability of obtaining the first data based on the first contact information;
determining a notification recommendation value for the first contact address based on the first probability and the second probability;
determining a notification order of the first contact ways based on the notification recommendation value.
In one possible example, after the generating the target report based on the reference data and the second data, the program 340 is specifically configured to execute the following steps:
and if the first data sent by the contact object is received, updating the target report based on the first data.
In one possible example, before the obtaining the historical data of the first data, the program 340 is further for executing the following steps:
determining a report type for the target report;
determining a work plan of a checking and receiving person corresponding to the target report;
determining the report deadline based on the report type and the work plan.
Embodiments of the present application also provide a computer storage medium, where the computer storage medium stores a computer program for causing a computer to execute to implement part or all of the steps of any one of the methods described in the method embodiments, and the computer includes an electronic device and a server.
Embodiments of the application also provide a computer program product comprising a non-transitory computer readable storage medium storing a computer program operable to cause a computer to perform to implement some or all of the steps of any of the methods recited in the method embodiments. The computer program product may be a software installation package, the computer comprising an electronic device and a server.
It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the above-mentioned method embodiments are described as a series of acts or combination of acts, but those skilled in the art will recognize that the present application is not limited by the order of acts described, as some steps may occur in other orders or concurrently depending on the application. Further, those skilled in the art will also appreciate that the embodiments described in this specification are presently preferred and that no particular act or mode of operation is required in the present application.
In the foregoing embodiments, the descriptions of the respective embodiments have respective emphasis, and for parts that are not described in detail in a certain embodiment, reference may be made to related descriptions of other embodiments.
In the embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus may be implemented in other manners. For example, the above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, and for example, a division of a unit is merely a logical division, and an actual implementation may have another division, for example, at least one unit or component may be combined or integrated with another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. Claims (10)

1. A method for generating a report based on historical data, comprising:
receiving a reporting request of a target report;
within the report deadline of the target report, if the first data corresponding to the target report fails to be searched and the second data corresponding to the target report succeeds to be searched, acquiring historical data of the first data;
predicting the first data based on the historical data and the second data to obtain reference data;
generating the target report based on the reference data and the second data.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein predicting the first data based on the historical data and the second data to obtain reference data comprises:
determining a change rule of the first data based on the historical data;
determining third data associated with the historical data from the second data;
determining an association relationship between the third data and the historical data;
and predicting the first data based on the change rule and the association relation to obtain reference data.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein determining third data associated with the historical data from the second data comprises:
determining a report type for the target report;
determining a first data type of the first data;
determining a second data type associated with the first data type based on the report type;
and searching data corresponding to the second data type from the second data to serve as third data associated with the historical data.
4. The method of any of claims 1-3, wherein prior to the obtaining the historical data of the first data, the method further comprises:
determining a contact way of a contact object corresponding to the first data;
if the contact ways comprise a first contact way and a second contact way, determining the notification sequence of the first contact way and the second contact way respectively;
if the notification sequence of the first contact way is before the notification sequence of the second contact way, sending an acquisition request of the first data to the contact object based on the first contact way;
if the first data sent by the contact object is not received within the preset duration of the first contact way, sending the acquisition request to the contact object based on the second contact way;
and if the first data sent by the contact object is not received within the report time limit, determining that the first data is failed to be searched.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the determining the notification order of the first contact way and the second contact way respectively comprises:
determining a first probability that the contact object is informed of the first contact way;
determining a second probability of obtaining the first data based on the first contact information;
determining a notification recommendation value for the first contact address based on the first probability and the second probability;
determining a notification order of the first contact ways based on the notification recommendation value.
6. The method of claim 4, wherein after the generating the target report based on the reference data and the second data, the method further comprises:
and if the first data sent by the contact object is received, updating the target report based on the first data.
7. The method of any of claims 1-3, wherein prior to the obtaining the historical data of the first data, the method further comprises:
determining a report type for the target report;
determining a work plan of a checking and receiving person corresponding to the target report;
determining the report deadline based on the report type and the work plan.
8. An apparatus for generating a report based on historical data, comprising:
the communication unit is used for receiving a report request of a target report;
the processing unit is used for acquiring historical data of the first data if the first data corresponding to the target report fails to be searched and the second data corresponding to the target report succeeds in being searched within the report deadline of the target report; predicting the first data based on the historical data and the second data to obtain reference data; generating the target report based on the reference data and the second data.
9. A computer device comprising a processor, a memory, a communication interface, and one or at least one program, wherein the one or at least one program is stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the processor, the program comprising instructions for performing the steps in the method of any of claims 1-7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium stores a computer program, the computer program causing a computer to execute to implement the method of any one of claims 1-7.
