The menu configuration method provided by the embodiment of the application can be executed by a menu configuration device. The apparatus may be implemented by software and/or hardware, and may be generally integrated in a server. The menu items can be sorted based on a sufficient amount of menu use data, and the designated menu items to be used are displayed in advance, so that the use efficiency and the user experience of the menu items are improved conveniently.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart diagram illustrating a menu configuration method provided in the present application. Taking the application of the method to a server as an example for illustration, the method includes the following steps S101 to S105, wherein:
s101: a menu configuration request is received from an electronic device, wherein the menu configuration request includes at least two designated menu items and a first user identification.
In the embodiment of the application, the menu bar includes a plurality of menu items, the menu items can be divided into a designated menu item and other menu items based on the menu configuration request, the designated menu item can be any menu item, can be understood as a menu item required by the user, and the other menu items are menu items other than the designated menu item.
The menu configuration request is used for indicating that the arrangement sequence number of the specified menu item is smaller than the arrangement sequence numbers of other menu items, namely the arrangement sequence of the specified menu item is before the arrangement sequence of other menu items. That is, in response to a menu configuration request, the order of the designated menu items may be advanced and the order of the other menu items may be moved backward so that the designated menu item is located in front of the other menu items. Therefore, the appointed menu items required to be used can be displayed in advance, and the use efficiency and the user experience of the menu items are improved conveniently.
The menu configuration request may include at least two specified menu items and a first user identification, etc. The first user identifier may be any website administrator who sends the menu configuration request, or a website administrator corresponding to a specified task in the menu configuration request. The menu configuration request may be sent by any website administrator, which may be a developer or a tester, and is not limited herein.
If the browser supports the target plug-in (e.g., Chrome plug-in) in which the menu items are arranged in the order, the website administrator may configure a specified menu item to be displayed in advance, and a network address or other identifier (e.g., name, etc.) of a webpage corresponding to the specified menu item, on a plug-in option page of the target plug-in. Then, when the browser accesses the webpage, a menu configuration request can be generated based on the configuration information, and the menu configuration request is sent to a server corresponding to the browser, so that the appointed menu items can be displayed in advance.
If the browser does not support the target plug-in, the website manager can generate a menu configuration component in advance or install the menu configuration component, so that other website managers can use the menu configuration component in a webpage when logging in the webpage and needing to change the arrangement sequence of menu bars, and input a specified menu item in the menu configuration component, thereby generating a menu configuration request based on the configuration information and sending the menu configuration request to a server corresponding to the browser to realize the advanced display of the specified menu item.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a page display diagram of a menu configuration component according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 2, in the first web page, the user may input "bank" and "fund management". In the second webpage, the user can input "product management and" product management review ". As such, upon clicking the "Save" button, a menu configuration request for a first web page may be generated, and designated menu items in the menu configuration request may include banking and funds management, and a menu configuration request for a second web page may be generated, and designated menu items in the menu configuration request may include product management administration and product management reviews.
S102: and acquiring first menu use data of the first user corresponding to the first user identification according to the first user identification.
As described above, the menu usage data of the user (or website administrator) corresponding to the user identifier when logging in the application program may be stored in advance based on the user identifier, and after receiving the menu configuration request including the first user identifier, the menu usage data of the first user corresponding to the first user identifier may be obtained according to the first user identifier. In this embodiment, the menu usage data of the first user corresponding to the first user identifier may be referred to as first menu usage data.
S103: if the first menu usage data fails to be acquired, or the quantity of the first menu usage data is less than a first threshold value, acquiring second menu usage data of a second user associated with the first user.
The first threshold is not limited in this application, and may be a designated value, for example, 20. It may also be calculated from an average value of the number of times of use within a preset unit time, a specified proportion (e.g., 30%) of the number of menu items, or the like. The number of the menu usage numbers is larger than the first threshold value, and may be understood as a sufficient number of menu usage data.
It is to be understood that if the first menu usage data fails to be obtained, it may indicate that the first menu usage data of the first user corresponding to the first user identifier is not stored. If the number of the first menu usage data is less than the first threshold, which may indicate that the number of the first user using the menu items is insufficient, the arrangement number of each menu item may be determined based on the menu usage data of other users (e.g., the second menu usage data of the second user).
In the embodiment of the present application, the second user is associated with the first user, and may be a co-worker of the first user, for example, a user of the same department, a user who has processed a related item, a user who has previously processed an item corresponding to the specified menu item, and the like.
In one possible example, the method of selecting the second user includes the following steps a 1-a 5, wherein:
a1: a third user associated with the specified menu item is determined.
In the embodiment of the present application, the third user refers to a user who is involved in the specified menu item, and may be understood as a user who frequently uses the specified menu item. The method for determining the third user is not limited, the menu use records corresponding to all the appointed menu items can be obtained, the use times of each user using the appointed menu items are determined based on the menu use records, and the user with the use times exceeding a threshold value is taken as the third user. And the target application corresponding to the appointed menu item can be determined firstly, and then the website management personnel corresponding to the target application is taken as a third user, so that the determined frequency of using the appointed menu item by the third user is enough, the second user is selected from the third user, and the reference value of the second menu use data of the second user can be improved.
A2: first work information of a first user is obtained.
A3: and acquiring second work information of a third user.
In the embodiment of the present application, the work information includes work content, time of job entry, work experience, and the like, which is not limited herein. The first work information is work information of a first user, and the second work information is work information of a third user. It should be noted that, the execution sequence of step a2 and step A3 is not limited in the present application, and step a2 may be executed first and then step A3 may be executed, or step A3 may be executed first and then step a2 may be executed, or step a2 and step A3 may be executed at the same time.
A4: and determining a user association value between the third user and the first user according to the first work information and the second work information.
In the embodiment of the present application, the user association value is used to describe the work association between the first user and the third user, and the method for determining the user association value is not limited. In one possible example, step a4 may include: acquiring a target similarity value between the first working information and the second working information; and determining a user association value between the third user and the first user according to the target similarity value.
The target similarity value is used for describing the similarity of the work content between the first user and the third user, and the first work information and the second work information can be obtained by comparison; or the similarity value obtained by comparing the first working information and the second working information can be used as a reference similarity value, and then the target similarity value and the like can be obtained based on the correlation value between the first working information and the second working information and the reference similarity value.
The method for determining the user association value based on the target similarity value is not limited, and the determination may be performed based on a mapping relationship between the prestored similarity value and the user association value, or the association grade corresponding to the target similarity value may be determined first, and then the user association value is determined based on the association value corresponding to the association grade, and the like.
It is to be understood that, in this example, the target similarity value between the first work information and the second work information is obtained, and then the user association value between the third user and the first user is determined according to the target similarity value. Therefore, the accuracy of obtaining the user correlation value can be improved.
A5: and selecting the second user from the third users according to the user association value.
The method for selecting the second user is not limited, the third user corresponding to the maximum value of the user association values can be selected as the second user, and the user association values larger than the specified value can be selected as the second user. The designated value may be determined according to the first threshold, and the like, which is not limited herein.
It is understood that, in steps a 1-a 5, the third user associated with the specified menu item is determined, and then the work information of the first user and the second user are respectively obtained to obtain the first work information and the second work information. And then, determining a user association value between the third user and the first user according to the first work information and the second work information, and selecting the second user from the third user according to the user association value, so that the accuracy of selecting the second user can be improved.
S104: and if the quantity of the second menu use data is larger than or equal to the first threshold value, determining the arrangement sequence numbers of the appointed menu item and other menu items according to the second menu use data.
In the embodiment of the present application, the arrangement serial number can be used to determine the display order of menu items in the menu bar, adjacent menu bars, and the like. The present application is not limited to the method for determining the arrangement number, and in a possible example, the menu bar includes the designated menu item and other menu items, the number of the designated menu items is N, and the step S104 includes the following steps B1 to B4, where:
b1: a usage evaluation value of the specified menu item and the other menu items is determined from the second menu usage data.
In the embodiment of the present application, the usage evaluation value is used to describe the probability or frequency of using the menu item, and the method of determining the usage evaluation value is not limited. In one possible example, step B1 may include: determining the use times and/or the continuous use duration of the appointed menu item and other menu items in the preset unit time according to the second menu use data; and determining the use evaluation value of the specified menu item and other menu items according to the use times and/or the continuous use duration.
The preset unit time, the number of times of use and the duration of continuous use can be referred to the above, and are not described herein again. In the embodiment of the present application, the usage evaluation value may be a preset value associated with the number of times of usage or the duration of usage, or may be a weighted average value between the number of times of usage and the duration of usage, and the like, which is not limited herein.
It is to be understood that, in this example, determining the usage evaluation values of the specified menu item and the other menu items from the number of times of usage and/or the duration of usage of the specified menu item and the other menu items, respectively, by the second user within the preset unit time determined from the second menu usage data, that is, determining the usage evaluation values from the viewpoint of the usage menu items, can improve the accuracy of determining the usage evaluation values.
B2: and determining the arrangement serial number of the appointed menu item in the first N arrangement serial numbers according to the sequence of the use evaluation values from large to small.
Step B2 may be understood as sorting in order from large to small according to the magnitude relationship of the usage evaluation values such that the top N arrangement numbers are assigned to the specified menu items. It should be noted that, when the usage evaluation values of the designated menu items are equal, the designated menu items with large usage times or long duration may be preferentially arranged, or the designated menu items located at the front in the menu configuration request may be preferentially arranged, or the designated menu items may be arranged according to the stability of the designated menu items (the designated menu items located at the front are placed in front to reduce the variation range of the menu items), and the like, which is not limited herein.
B3: a menu association value between the designated menu item and other menu items is determined.
In the embodiment of the present application, the menu association value is used to describe the association between the designated menu item and other menu items, and the method for determining the menu association value is not limited. In one possible example, step B3 may include: determining a probability of use that the designated menu item and the other menu items are used simultaneously; a menu association value between the designated menu item and the other menu items is determined based on the usage probability and the usage evaluation values of the other menu items.
The use probability is used as the probability that the designated menu item and the other menu items are used at the same time, and may be determined by the probability that the designated menu item and the other menu items belong to one application or function in the application program, or may be determined by the probability that the designated menu item and the other menu items are used when the second user logs in the web page, and the like, which is not limited herein.
The method for determining the menu association value by using the probability and the use evaluation values of other menu items is not limited in the present application, and the maximum value, the minimum value, the difference value, the average value, the weighted average value, or the like between the use probability and the use evaluation values of other menu items may be used as the menu association value.
It is to be understood that, in this example, the probability of use that the specified menu item and the other menu items are used simultaneously and the use evaluation values of the other menu items are determined separately, and then the menu association value between the specified menu item and the other menu items is determined based on the probability of use and the use evaluation values of the other menu items. That is, determining the menu relevance value from the probability that other menu items will be used by the user, and the probability that the specified menu item will be used with the user, facilitates increasing the accuracy of ranking other menu items based on the menu relevance value.
It should be noted that, in the present application, the execution sequence of step B2 and step B3 is not limited, and step B2 may be executed first and then step B3 may be executed, or step B3 may be executed first and then step B2 may be executed, or step B2 and step B3 may be executed at the same time.
B4: and determining the arrangement serial numbers of other menu items in the arrangement serial numbers after the N arrangement serial numbers according to the sequence of the menu correlation values from large to small.
Step B4 may be understood as sorting the menu items in order from large to small according to the magnitude relationship of the menu association values, so that the arrangement serial numbers after the N arrangement serial numbers are assigned to other menu items. It should be noted that, when the menu correlation values of other menu items are equal, other menu items with high use probability or high use evaluation value may be preferentially arranged, or arranged according to the stability of other menu items (the other menu items originally located in front are arranged in front to reduce the change range of the menu items), and the like, which is not limited herein.
It is to be understood that, in steps B1 through B4, since the arrangement number of the designated menu item is smaller than the arrangement numbers of the other menu items, when the number of the designated menu items is N, the arrangement number of the designated menu item in the first N arrangement numbers is determined according to the descending order of the usage evaluation value of the designated menu item, and the arrangement number of the other menu items in the arrangement numbers following the N arrangement numbers is determined according to the descending order of the menu correlation value between the designated menu item and the other menu items. Therefore, the arrangement serial numbers of the appointed menu item and other menu items are respectively determined, and the accuracy of determining the arrangement serial numbers is improved conveniently.
S105: and updating the menu bar according to the arrangement serial number.
Referring to fig. 3 and fig. 4, fig. 3 is a page display diagram before a menu bar is updated according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, and fig. 4 is a page display diagram after a menu bar is updated according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 3, the arrangement order of the menu columns in the first web page is sequentially a report form, an operation on shelf, a bank, a background management, an alliance, and a fund management. As shown in fig. 2, if the designated menu item is bank and fund management, the order of the menu columns in the first web page is fund management, bank, report, alliance, background management, and fund management in sequence, as shown in fig. 4.
In the method shown in fig. 1, if a menu configuration request from an electronic device is received, first menu usage data of a first user corresponding to a first user identifier is obtained according to the first user identifier in the menu configuration request. If the first menu usage data fails to be acquired, or the quantity of the first menu usage data is less than a first threshold value, acquiring second menu usage data of a second user associated with the first user. And if the quantity of the second menu use data is larger than or equal to the first threshold value, determining the arrangement sequence numbers of the appointed menu item and other menu items according to the second menu use data. And then the menu bar is updated according to the arrangement serial number. Therefore, the menu items can be sequenced based on the menu use data with enough quantity, and the appointed menu items required to be used are displayed in advance, so that the use efficiency and the user experience of the menu items are improved conveniently.
In one possible example, after step S102, if the number of the first menu usage data is greater than or equal to the first threshold, the arrangement number of the designated menu item and the other menu items in the menu bar is determined according to the first menu usage data.
The method for determining the arrangement serial number of each menu item by using the first menu usage data may refer to the method for determining the arrangement serial number of each menu item by using the second menu usage data, which is not described herein again.
It is to be understood that if the number of the first menu usage data is greater than or equal to the first threshold, it may indicate that the number of the menu items used by the first user is sufficient, and has a certain referential property, the arrangement number of the designated menu item and other menu items in the menu bar may be determined based on the first menu usage data. Therefore, the arrangement serial number of each menu item is determined based on the menu use data of the first user, and the updating accuracy of the menu items based on the arrangement serial numbers can be improved.
In one possible example, after step S103, if the number of the second menu usage data is less than the first threshold, the arrangement numbers of the designated menu items and the other menu items in the menu bar are determined according to the first menu usage data and the second menu usage data.
The method for determining the arrangement serial numbers of the menu items by using the first menu usage data and the second menu usage data may refer to the method for determining the arrangement serial numbers of the menu items by using the second menu usage data, which is not described herein again.
It can be understood that, if the quantity of the first menu usage data is smaller than the first threshold value and the quantity of the second menu usage data is smaller than the first threshold value, it may indicate that the quantity of the menu items used by the first user and the second user is insufficient, and the arrangement serial number of each menu item may be determined by combining the first menu usage data and the second menu usage data, so as to improve the accuracy of updating the menu items based on the arrangement serial numbers.
In a possible example, after step S104, first prompt information corresponding to the sequence number is sent to the first user; if the confirmation operation of the first user is received, executing step S105; or if the adjustment operation of the first user is received, adjusting the arrangement serial number based on the adjustment operation to obtain a first arrangement serial number; and updating the menu bar according to the first arrangement serial number.
The first prompt information may include an association relationship between the arrangement sequence number and the menu item, or a preview image between the arrangement sequence number and the menu item, which is not limited herein. The prompt message can be displayed in a popup window form, and can also be sent to a mailbox or a communication application to be displayed in an image and/or text form.
The confirmation operation is used to determine that the arrangement number does not need to be adjusted, and may be a designated gesture, such as a double click or a hook, a click operation at a fixed position (e.g., a position of a confirmation button), or the like, or may be that a negative confirmation operation or an adjustment operation is not received within a default preset time period.
The adjustment operation is used to adjust the sequence number of the menu items, and may be a sliding operation of the areas corresponding to the two menu items, or a designation operation of the two menu items, and the like, which is not limited herein.
It can be understood that after the prompt information corresponding to the arrangement sequence number is sent to the first user, if the confirmation operation of the first user is received, it indicates that the first user confirms the arrangement sequence number of the menu item, and the menu bar may be directly updated according to the arrangement sequence number. Or if the adjustment operation of the first user is received, the adjustment operation indicates that the first user needs to adjust the arrangement serial number of the menu item in the adjustment operation, so that the menu bar can be updated according to the first arrangement serial number corresponding to the adjustment operation. Therefore, the sorting accuracy of the menu items in the menu bar can be further improved.
In one possible example, before step S101, if a login operation of a first user is detected, a second arrangement number of each menu item in the menu bar is determined according to the first menu usage data; and sending second prompt information corresponding to the second arrangement serial number to the first user.
The login operation may be password login, or may be other authentication methods such as face login, and the like, which is not limited herein. The second prompt message may refer to the description of the first prompt message, and is not described herein again. It can be understood that, if the login operation of the first user is detected, the second arrangement serial number of each menu item is determined according to the first menu usage data, and second prompt information of the second arrangement serial number is sent to the first user. If the first user confirms the second arrangement serial number, the menu bar can be updated according to the second arrangement serial number; otherwise, an adjustment operation of the first user or a menu configuration request may be received to obtain a new arrangement serial number. Thus, the convenience of the user in operating the menu bar can be further improved.
In one possible example, after step S105, the loading completion of the menu item is determined based on the timing detection program; and when the target menu item to be displayed in the current page is determined to be loaded, displaying the target menu item.
The target menu item is a menu item which can be displayed on a current page in the electronic equipment corresponding to the user, and can be obtained by calculation according to the size of the current page and the display size of each menu item. It should be noted that, since the arrangement number of the designated menu item is smaller than that of the other menu items, the target menu item at least includes the designated menu item.
The method for loading the menu items is not limited, and the menu items corresponding to the arrangement serial number in the original display page can be replaced in sequence according to the arrangement serial number of the menu items so as to realize page refreshing.
It can be understood that the loading completion condition of the menu item in the application program is detected based on the timing detection program, and if the loading of the target menu item to be displayed in the current page is completed, the target menu item can be displayed first. Other menu items can be loaded in the background so as to improve the display efficiency.
