Optionally, if the specific function description information is specifically compatibility repair information or/and specific service description information, the fourth determining unit is specifically configured to: if the target software thermal update package corresponding to the specified application program exists on the first server, detecting whether an immediate update instruction is received, if so, immediately acquiring a download address of the target software thermal update package from the second server, downloading the target software thermal update package according to the download address, and then thermally updating the specified application program according to the target software thermal update package; if the immediate updating instruction is not received, judging whether the version information of the target software hot updating package comprises compatibility repair information or/and specific service description information; and if the version information of the target software hot update package comprises compatibility repair information or/and specific service description information, judging whether update confirmation information is received or not, sending update inquiry information, and detecting whether the update confirmation information fed back by the user is received or not.
In the embodiment of the present invention, if a user fails to log in a specific application program, it is determined whether a target software hot update package corresponding to the specific application program exists on a first server, where the target software hot update package is: a software hot update package having a release time that is after a release time of a currently running version of the specified application; and if the target software thermal update package corresponding to the specified application program exists on the first server, acquiring a download address of the target software thermal update package from a second server, wherein the second server is a server corresponding to the identity information of the user, downloading the target software thermal update package according to the download address, and thermally updating the specified application program according to the target software thermal update package. The target software hot update package can be downloaded according to the download address under the condition that the user fails to log in the specified application program, and the specified application program is subjected to hot update according to the target software hot update package, so that the user does not need to uninstall the application program and reinstall the new application program in order to solve the abnormal situation, namely, the user does not need to perform complicated operation, and the update time of the hot update is short, so that the efficiency of solving the abnormal situation of the application program by the user when the user does not successfully log in the application program is greatly improved.
It should be understood that, the sequence numbers of the steps in the foregoing embodiments do not imply an execution sequence, and the execution sequence of each process should be determined by its function and inherent logic, and should not constitute any limitation to the implementation process of the embodiments of the present invention.
Example three:
fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a terminal device according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the terminal device 3 of this embodiment includes: a processor 30, a memory 31 and a computer program 32 stored in said memory 31 and executable on said processor 30. The processor 30, when executing the computer program 32, implements the steps in the above-described respective data updating method embodiments, such as the steps S101 to S102 shown in fig. 1. Alternatively, the processor 30, when executing the computer program 32, implements the functions of the units in the above-described device embodiments, such as the functions of the units 21 to 22 shown in fig. 2.
Illustratively, the computer program 32 may be partitioned into one or more modules/units that are stored in the memory 31 and executed by the processor 30 to implement the present invention. The one or more modules/units may be a series of computer program instruction segments capable of performing specific functions, which are used to describe the execution process of the computer program 32 in the terminal device 3. For example, the computer program 32 may be divided into a first determining unit and a first hot-update unit, and the specific functions of each unit are as follows:
the first judging unit is used for judging whether a target software hot update package corresponding to a specified application program exists on a first server or not if a user fails to log in the specified application program, wherein the target software hot update package is as follows: a software hot update package having a release time that is after the release time of the currently running version of the specified application.
The first hot updating unit is used for acquiring a download address of the target software hot updating package from a second server if the target software hot updating package corresponding to the specified application program exists on the first server, wherein the second server is a server corresponding to the identity information of the user, then downloading the target software hot updating package according to the download address, and then carrying out hot updating on the specified application program according to the target software hot updating package.
The terminal device 3 may be a desktop computer, a notebook, a palm computer, a cloud server, or other computing devices. The terminal device may include, but is not limited to, a processor 30, a memory 31. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that fig. 3 is only an example of the terminal device 3, and does not constitute a limitation to the terminal device 3, and may include more or less components than those shown, or combine some components, or different components, for example, the terminal device may also include an input-output device, a network access device, a bus, etc.
The Processor 30 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), other general purpose Processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other Programmable logic device, discrete Gate or transistor logic device, discrete hardware component, or the like. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like.
The memory 31 may be an internal storage unit of the terminal device 3, such as a hard disk or a memory of the terminal device 3. The memory 31 may also be an external storage device of the terminal device 3, such as a plug-in hard disk, a Smart Media Card (SMC), a Secure Digital (SD) Card, a Flash memory Card (Flash Card), and the like, which are provided on the terminal device 3. Further, the memory 31 may also include both an internal storage unit and an external storage device of the terminal device 3. The memory 31 is used for storing the computer program and other programs and data required by the terminal device. The memory 31 may also be used to temporarily store data that has been output or is to be output.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, only the above-mentioned division of the functional units and modules is illustrated, and in practical applications, the above-mentioned function distribution may be performed by different functional units and modules according to needs, that is, the internal structure of the apparatus is divided into different functional units or modules to perform all or part of the above-mentioned functions. Claims (9)

1. A method for updating data, comprising:
if the user fails to log in the specified application program, judging whether a target software thermal update package corresponding to the specified application program exists on a first server, wherein the target software thermal update package is as follows: a software hot update package having a release time that is after a release time of a currently running version of the specified application;
if the target software thermal update package corresponding to the specified application program exists on the first server, acquiring a download address of the target software thermal update package from a second server, wherein the second server is a server corresponding to the identity information of the user, downloading the target software thermal update package according to the download address, and thermally updating the specified application program according to the target software thermal update package;
the data updating method further comprises the following steps:
if the user successfully logs in the specified application program, judging whether a target software thermal update package corresponding to the specified application program exists on the first server;
if the target software hot update package corresponding to the specified application program exists on the first server, judging whether the version information of the target software hot update package comprises specific function description information;
if the version information of the target software hot update package comprises specific function description information, judging whether update confirmation information is received;
and if the update confirmation information is received, acquiring a download address of the target software hot update package from a second server, downloading the target software hot update package according to the download address, and then carrying out hot update on the specified application program according to the target software hot update package.
2. The data updating method of claim 1, wherein before the determining whether the target software hot update package corresponding to the specified application exists on the first server, the method comprises:
determining the failure times of the user to log in the specified application program;
judging whether the failure times are larger than or equal to preset login failure times;
correspondingly, the step of determining whether the target software hot update package corresponding to the specified application program exists on the first server specifically includes:
and if the failure times are larger than or equal to the preset login failure times, judging whether a target software hot update package corresponding to the specified application program exists on the first server.
3. The data updating method of claim 2, wherein the data updating method further comprises:
if the failure times are larger than or equal to the preset login failure times, generating login abnormal information;
and uploading the login abnormal information to a first server.
4. The data updating method of claim 1, wherein the determining whether the target software hot update package corresponding to the specified application program exists on the first server comprises:
acquiring published version information corresponding to the specified application program from a first server, wherein the published version information comprises at least one of the following: the release time of the released version or/and the version number of the released version;
obtaining a comparison result of the published version information and the current running version information of the specified application program;
and judging whether a target software hot update package corresponding to the specified application program exists on the first server according to the comparison result.
5. The data updating method of claim 1, wherein before the obtaining the download address of the target software thermal update package from the second server, the method comprises:
detecting whether update confirmation information is received;
correspondingly, the obtaining of the download address of the target software hot update package from the second server includes:
and if the update confirmation information is received, acquiring the download address of the target software hot update package from the second server.
