Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of information management, in particular to an information management system and a method for an oil field construction site, wherein the information management system comprises a background subsystem and a front terminal system; the background subsystem is used for controlling the user authority and the input, storage and management of information; and the front terminal system is used for displaying, inquiring and downloading background information, and recording and uploading field information. The intelligent management system is flexible to use, can stably circulate real-time information on an operation site and behind, effectively connects all departments in series, improves the working efficiency, can carry out operations such as information uploading and information checking on the operation site by oilfield operators in real time, ensures timely delivery of company bulletins and effective recording of site operation, and realizes intelligent management of information.

Background
The oil field construction operation sites are scattered and far away from each other, the on-site HSE control information and risk control condition branch companies cannot master the information in time, and meanwhile, the management and regulation system, the weekly report, the HSE supervision information and other contents of the branch companies cannot be transmitted to each operation site in time. the team standing book recording module is used for equipment facility standing books, sling lifting appliance standing books, high-pressure part standing books, measuring instrument standing books, tool standing books, certificate standing books, accident time standing books, labor insurance product standing books and health examination standing books;
and the field inspection table acceptance module is used for horizontal well acceptance records, conventional well acceptance records, ground resistance test records, waste disposal lists, well control pressure test records, well control device use records and temporary special inspection records.
The HSE management unit comprises a branch HSE management module, a team HSE activity module and a class HSE activity module;
the branch HSE management module is used for recording, displaying and managing a regulation and regulation file, a construction instruction file, an experience sharing file, a violation management file, a risk management and control file, a hidden danger management and control file, a system management file, a notice, supervision information, a week work arrangement file and HSE assessment information;
the team HSE activity module is used for recording, displaying and managing a target responsibility book, an HSE commitment book, a private car management file, a defense clearing file, an emergency management file, a traffic management file, a well control management file, an HSE configuration list, a capability evaluation file and an observation and communication file;

The second technical scheme of the invention is realized by the following measures: an information management method for an oil field construction site comprises the following steps:
the administrator inputs various information required by the user in the background subsystem, and configures the login password and the authority of each user through the background subsystem;
and the user logs in the front subsystem by using the login password, operates the information in the background subsystem within the authority range, inputs and uploads the information to be submitted, wherein when the information to be submitted is uploaded, the information can be automatically stored, and breakpoint transmission is carried out continuously.
The invention can stably circulate the real-time information at the operation site and behind, thereby effectively connecting all departments in series, improving the working efficiency, simultaneously, the oil field operation personnel can carry out operations of uploading information, checking information and the like in real time at the operation site, ensuring the timely delivery of company bulletins and the effective record of the site operation, and realizing the intelligent management of the information.

the administrator management module is used for adding and deleting super administrator authorities, adding team users, managing team user login passwords, checking administrator login information and checking team user login information; the administrator login information comprises information such as login time, login times and last login IP of each administrator, and information such as login times and login time of the group user login information.
And the team user login module is used for checking the team user login information.

and the team station entry module is used for acquiring, storing and managing form data entered by teams and groups and setting management authority for the form data, wherein the management form data comprises classification, query, download, modification, deletion and printing of the form data.
As shown in fig. 1, the front terminal system includes a permitted job management unit, a job information entry unit, a division information presentation unit, and an HSE management unit;
the permission operation management unit is used for allowing hoisting operation, firing operation, temporary power utilization operation, high-altitude operation, controlled space operation and excavation operation;
the operation information input unit is used for inputting operation information, standing book information and inspection information;
the branch company information display unit is used for notifying announcement, monitoring information, week work arrangement, HSE examination, a team information management module, team HSE activity record, construction daily report, monthly examination, field supervision, standardized management, dynamic data, permission operation, inspection acceptance, ledger management and HSE management;
and the HSE management unit is used for HSE management of branch companies, teams and classes.
As shown in fig. 1, the operation information entry unit includes a team daily essential data filling module, a team ledger recording module, and a field check table acceptance module;
the team daily necessary-filling data module is used for well control activity records, team activity records, staff training records, hand-over well records, road survey records, post walking check tables, hydrochloric acid use records, equipment operation records and contractor five-hand-over bottom;
the team standing book recording module is used for an equipment facility standing book, a sling lifting appliance standing book, a high-pressure part standing book, a measuring instrument standing book, a tool standing book, a certificate standing book, an accident time standing book, a labor insurance product standing book and a health examination standing book;
the field inspection table acceptance module is used for horizontal well acceptance records, conventional well acceptance records, grounding resistance test records, waste disposal lists, well control pressure test records, well control device use records and temporary special inspection records.
As shown in fig. 1, the HSE management unit includes a branch HSE management module, a group HSE activity module and a class HSE activity module;
the branch HSE management module is used for recording, displaying and managing a regulation and regulation file, a construction instruction file, an experience sharing file, a violation management file, a risk management and control file, a hidden danger management and control file, a system management file, a notice, supervision information, a week work arrangement file and HSE assessment information;
the team HSE activity module is used for recording, displaying and managing a target responsibility book, an HSE commitment book, a private car management file, a defense clearing file, an emergency management file, a traffic management file, a well control management file, an HSE configuration list, a capability evaluation file and an observation and communication file;
the class HSE activity module is used for recording, displaying and managing a safety analysis file before work, an existing problem analysis file, an evaluation record file, a safety/technical training record file, a safety experience sharing file and a shift record file, wherein the safety analysis before work comprises a file related to risk shift, work summary and arrangement before construction work, and the safety/technical training record file comprises training records of new staff, shift staff and trainees.
Embodiment 2, as shown in fig. 2, the method for managing information in an oil field construction site includes the following steps:
the administrator inputs various information required by the user in the background subsystem, and configures the login password and the authority of each user through the background subsystem;
and the user logs in the front subsystem by using the login password, operates the information in the background subsystem within the authority range, inputs and uploads the information to be submitted, wherein when the information to be submitted is uploaded, the information can be automatically stored, and breakpoint transmission is carried out continuously.
The user can log in the front terminal system by using terminal equipment such as a mobile phone and a tablet, and information interaction is realized through the front terminal system and the background subsystem. The user supports breakpoint continuous transmission when uploading information, so that data uploading can be still carried out under the condition that the network is unstable.
The invention can stably circulate the real-time information at the operation site and behind, thereby effectively connecting all departments in series, improving the working efficiency, simultaneously, the oil field operation personnel can carry out operations of uploading information, checking information and the like in real time at the operation site, ensuring the timely delivery of company bulletins and the effective record of the site operation, and realizing the intelligent management of the information.
The above technical features constitute the best embodiment of the present invention, which has strong adaptability and best implementation effect, and unnecessary technical features can be increased or decreased according to actual needs to meet the requirements of different situations.
Claims (9)
1. An information management system for an oil field construction site is characterized by comprising a background subsystem and a front terminal system;
the background subsystem is used for controlling the user authority and the input, storage and management of information;
and the front terminal system is used for displaying, inquiring and downloading background information, and recording and uploading field information.
2. The oilfield construction site information management system of claim 1, wherein the back-office subsystem comprises a user management unit and an information management unit;
the user management unit is used for adding and deleting user rights and checking user login information;
the information management unit is used for inputting, storing and managing information, wherein the information comprises working files, pictures, videos, standing books and forms.
3. The oilfield construction site information management system of claim 2, wherein the user management unit comprises an administrator management module and a team user login module;
the administrator management module is used for adding and deleting super administrator authorities, adding team users, managing team user login passwords, checking administrator login information and checking team user login information;
and the team user login module is used for checking the team user login information.
4. The oil field construction site information management system according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the information management unit comprises an information entry module, a branch entry module, a standing book management module and a team station entry module;
the information input module is used for inputting, storing and managing team files and performing management authority setting on the team files, wherein the management team files comprise classification, inquiry, downloading, modification and deletion of the team files;

the branch company information display unit is used for notifying announcement, monitoring information, week work arrangement, HSE examination, a team information management module, team HSE activity record, construction daily report, monthly examination, field supervision, standardized management, dynamic data, permission operation, inspection acceptance, ledger management and HSE management;
and the HSE management unit is used for HSE management of branch companies, teams and classes.
