and comprehensively inquiring all suspected two-violation pattern information according to keywords, areas to which the suspected two-violation pattern information belongs, case numbers, pattern numbers, case states, case acceptance, case establishment, city dispatch, district dispatch, application delay, approval delay, district supervision, city acceptance and inspection, city treatment violation verification, failure of city treatment violation verification, re-dispatch, case settlement, case names, case time, sanitary shooting time, case starting time, case ending time, case attributes, case batch, case classification, material stacking, building addition, building demolition, green space destruction, land hardening, new buildings, new greenhouses and other categories.
The present invention will be further described with reference to the following specific examples.
Example (b):
the content of the invention is mainly based on the closed-loop disposal of urban management 'two-default' cases, and the disposal information and the disposal process of the 'two-default' cases are expressed in the form of a flow through the visualization function of the system by relying on the visualization flow of a computer end and a mobile phone end, the Geographic Information System (GIS) satellite shooting spot comparison, the spot positioning, the off-line map navigation and other technologies, so that law enforcement personnel in each area can comprehensively master the information. Synchronization of one and two violation data
The city management 'two violations' renovation system is an extension subsystem of a city management bureau, a user system and an organization framework must share the same set of system information with the user system and the organization framework of an original system, and the user system and the organization framework must be considered to be in butt joint with an original system platform. The data synchronization step can be divided into the following three steps: analyzing and comparing user information, a user information data structure, organization information and an organization data structure in an original system platform; integrating user information and organization information according to the analysis and comparison result of the original data structure and the urban management 'two violations' remediation system; and synchronizing user information and organization information to a city management 'two violations' remediation system in real time in a docking mode of a standard data interface.
(II) and 'violation' data acquisition
The most important thing of urban management 'two-violation' renovation system is the collection of 'two-violation' data, and the invention can carry out operations such as case library creation, case disposal, case inquiry, statistical analysis and the like with the data. The ' two violating ' data are derived from satellite aerial image spots, the satellite aerial image is shot once a month, the current situation of the earth's surface shot in the month is compared with the image spots in the same range area of the previous month, and if the comparison is different, the image spots shot in the month are identified as two suspected violating image spots. And entering the collected data into a municipal supervision and command center after the data is collected and put in storage, carrying out commander selection and comparison on the suspected 'two violations' pattern spot information collected and put in storage by the personnel in charge of the 'two violations' work, confirming whether the pattern spot information is the 'two violations' pattern spot information, carrying out no plan setting and plan setting on the confirmed pattern spot information by the municipal supervision and command center acceptance personnel, and finally forming a 'two violations' case library. (IV) case disposal
According to the created 'two violations' case library, the case handling operation for accepting the scheme can be divided into the following six steps: dispatching a 'two violated' case to a district supervision and command center by a city supervision and command center; after receiving the case, the county supervision and command center dispatches the case to each town street office for disposal according to the area of the case; checking and disposing cases on site after receiving cases by town street office, wherein the disposing is: the site verification, namely verifying that the site conditions comprise site pictures (more than three pictures from different angles before treatment), verification information (whether two pictures are illegal, owner/unit, owner identity card, actual area, spot address, belonging area, case type and the like); treatment information, treatment pictures (three or more pictures with different angles after treatment), treatment situations (site situations, solution opinions and the like); fourthly, supervising and checking the handling situation of the office of each town street by the district supervision and command center, and filling in supervision and handling opinion information; case conditions supervised by the regional supervision and command center are supervised by the city supervision and command center, and supervision opinions are filled in; and feeding back the case to the city treatment violation by the city supervision and command center to check the actual case handling condition, and sending the case which does not reach the end standard to be handled again. The detailed process steps are shown in the following figures:
(V) and 'two-default' case query
The inquiry of 'two violations' cases is that all collected suspected 'two violations' pattern spot information in the system carries out comprehensive inquiry according to keywords, the region of the system, the case number, the pattern spot number, the case state (no case is set up, case is accepted and set up, city dispatch, district dispatch, application delay, consent delay, district supervision, city acceptance and check, city treatment violation check pass, city treatment violation check fail, re-dispatch, case ending and the like), case name, case time (shooting time, case starting time, case ending time and the like), case attributes (whether two violations exist, case batching and the like), case classification (material stacking, building adding, building dismantling, green space destroying, land hardening, newly added building, newly added greenhouse and other categories) and the like.
(VI) and 'two violations' case positioning navigation
In order to improve the disposal rate of 'two violations' cases and the working efficiency of law enforcement officers, a mobile phone APP offline map navigation function is introduced into a mobile phone APP. As the longitude and latitude of the acquired satellite shooting image spot are encrypted, a series of decryption operations (such as GCJ-02 Mars coordinate system to WGS-84 coordinate of GPS) are required to accurately position the case position and assist law enforcement personnel to quickly arrive at the case site through a navigation line to verify and dispose the case during navigation.
(VII) and 'double violations' statistical analysis
The statistical analysis module can conveniently and quickly master information of the overall situation, the disposal situation, the checking progress, the case classification and the like of all cases in the system, provides auxiliary support for leadership command decision making, timely knows law enforcement personnel at the basic level, and follows up the case disposal situation and the checking progress in the region. The statistical analysis comprises: case processing condition collection, case detail collection, case disposal condition statistics, pattern spot check progress condition, two violation classification collection, non-two violation classification collection, case rework condition collection and the like.

The invention is further described below with reference to specific experimental data and simulations.
Experimental data case information is shown in fig. 7. The simulation effect is shown in fig. 8. The case positioning navigation effect is shown in fig. 9. The case management interface is shown in FIG. 10.

1. A two-violation regulation information processing system based on city management, comprising:
two violation data synchronization modules: the system is used for carrying out data synchronization of an original database in a docking mode of a standard data interface;
two default data acquisition modules: the device is used for acquiring suspected two-break pattern spot information by satellite aerial photography;
two violation repository creation modules: the system is used for screening and comparing the collected suspected two-default pattern spot information in a warehouse, confirming whether the two-default pattern spot information exists or not, and establishing two-default case libraries based on the confirmed pattern spot information;
two violation case handling modules: the device is used for carrying out treatment operation on the pattern spot information confirmed in the two illegal case libraries;
two violation case query modules: the system is used for inquiring the confirmed pattern spot information;
two violations positioning navigation module: the system is used for navigating and positioning the position of a case by utilizing the mobile phone APP offline map and providing navigation service;
two violation statistical analysis module: the method is used for carrying out classified collection statistical analysis on the two illegal cases according to case processing conditions, case details, case handling condition statistics, pattern spot checking progress, two illegal classifications, non-two illegal classifications and case rework conditions.
2. The city management-based two-violation regulation information processing method of the city management-based two-violation regulation information processing system according to claim 1, wherein the city management-based two-violation regulation information processing method comprises:
step one, carrying out data synchronization of an original database in a docking mode of a standard data interface;
acquiring suspected two-violation pattern spot information by satellite aerial photography;
step three, screening and comparing the collected suspected two-default pattern spot information in a warehouse, confirming whether the two-default pattern spot information is the two-default pattern spot information, determining whether to accept a scheme based on the confirmed pattern spot information, and creating two-default case libraries;
fourthly, navigating and positioning the position of the case by using the mobile phone APP offline map and providing navigation service; handling the case which accepts the proposal; inquiring the two illegal cases;
and step five, carrying out classified collection statistical analysis on the two illegal cases according to case processing conditions, case details, case handling condition statistics, pattern spot check progress, two illegal classifications, non-two illegal classifications and case rework conditions.
3. The city management-based two-violation regulation information processing method according to claim 2, wherein in the first step, the data synchronization comprises:
(1) analyzing and comparing information, an information data structure, organization information and an organization data structure in an original system platform;
(2) analyzing and comparing the result with system integration information and organization information according to the original data structure;
(3) and the real-time user information and the organization information are synchronized in a docking mode of a standard data interface.
4. The city management-based two-violation remediation information processing method of claim 2, wherein in step two, the data collection comprises:
acquiring satellite aerial image spots once a month as a data acquisition source; comparing the current situation of the earth's surface shot in the current month with the pattern spots in the same range area of the previous month, and identifying the pattern spots shot in the current month as two suspected pattern spots if the comparison is different;
and collecting and warehousing the image spot information which is marked as two suspected violations and contains the image spot names, the areas to which the image spots belong, the image spot classification, the image spot positions, the longitude and the latitude, the shooting time, the image spot image of the current month and the image spot image data of the previous month.
5. The city management-based two-violation regulation information processing method according to claim 2, wherein in step three, the two-violation case library creating method comprises:
screening and comparing the collected suspected two pieces of pattern spot information which are put in storage, determining whether the two pieces of pattern spot information are two pieces of pattern spot information, if so, marking two pieces of illegal cases and storing the two pieces of illegal cases in two illegal case libraries; if the pattern information does not belong to the two illegal pattern spot information, the two illegal cases are marked as the two illegal cases and stored in the two illegal case libraries.
6. The city management-based two-violation regulation information processing method according to claim 2, wherein in step four, the two-violation case handling method comprises:
1) sending the information of the two illegal cases to a district supervision and command center;
2) after receiving the case information, the district and county supervision and command center sends a handling instruction to each town street according to the area to which the case belongs;
3) after receiving the case instruction, the town street office verifies the case site information;
4) the district supervision and command center supervises the disposal information of the office of each town street and fills a supervision and handling opinion table;
5) the city supervision and command center supervises and checks case information supervised by the district supervision and command center and fills a supervision and command opinion table;
6) and the municipal supervision and command center feeds the cases back to municipal administration violation to check the actual disposal information conditions of the cases, whether the actual disposal information conditions meet the settlement standard or not and resend disposal instructions to the cases which do not meet the settlement standard.
7. The city management-based two-default remedy information processing method as claimed in claim 6, wherein in step 3), the verification of case site information after receiving case instructions from the town street offices comprises:
the verification of the field condition comprises the treatment of the first three or more field pictures with different angles, and the verification information comprises whether two pictures are illegal, owner/unit, owner identity card, actual area, spot address, belonging area, case type and related information, field condition and case settlement opinion data.
8. The city management-based two-default remediation information processing method according to claim 2, wherein in step four, the query method includes:
and comprehensively inquiring all suspected two-violation pattern information according to keywords, the areas to which the suspected two-violation pattern information belongs, case numbers, pattern numbers, case states, acceptance case establishment, city dispatch, region dispatch, application delay, consent delay, region supervision, city acceptance check, city treatment violation check, failure check, re-dispatch, case settlement, case names, case time, namely sanitary shooting time, case starting time, case ending time, case attributes, namely whether the two-violation pattern information is two-violation pattern information, case batches and case classification.
9. A computer program product stored on a computer readable medium, comprising a computer readable program for providing a user input interface for implementing the city management based two-violation remediation information processing method of any of claims 2-8 when executed on an electronic device.
10. A computer-readable storage medium comprising instructions that, when executed on a computer, cause the computer to perform the two-violation remediation information processing method based on city management according to any one of claims 2-8.
