脑多肽是一种纯天然生物提取物。
新鲜猪脑匀浆，三此冻融，-20度(摄氏)，12—24 小时，再恢复室温至融解，使细胞破碎，未裂解物，加 入胰蛋白酶酶解，分子量小于10000的提取物即为 脑多肽。
此提取物可明显改善大脑活动，增强记忆力，对 早老性痴呆，脑供血不足等疗效显著。

Description

脑多肽是一种纯天然生物提取物，不含化学物质。
中国自古以来就有“以脑补脑”的民间提法。而大脑中含有的多种生物活性物质：神经节苷脂，催眠多肽，P物质，下丘脑激素等，如能经过生化提取，去粗取精，则是一种良好的健脑补脑的生物制剂。
而猪脑，成本较低，丰富易得，用其制成的脑多肽系列产品，可以改善学习能力，回忆更好，补偿脑血管代偿不足;改变神经衰竭状态，促进大脑发育等。此外，还可辅助治疗内源性抑郁及中风，脑炎等。
实现本发明的技术路线为：取新鲜猪脑稀释5-10倍后，搅拌匀浆，将匀浆液迅速降温至-20度（摄氏），保持12-24小时，恢复室温，缓慢融解，如此，反复三次，（三次冻融），离心冻融液，取上清，经一万的超滤膜超滤，超滤液即为A液。离心的沉渣以1∶200-1∶2000的比例加入胰蛋白酶使其酶解，4度（摄氏），12-24小时。再次离心，对上清液超滤，得B液。A，B液混合，即为富含小分子肽类及各种氨基酸的产品。
这种方法简便易行，A，B液既可以单独使用，也可以混合使用，作为不同用途的制剂形式。

1、猪脑经研磨匀浆后，三次冻融。
2、离心，取1的上清液。
3、把胰蛋白酶加入1的沉渣中酶解。
4、超滤。
