本发明公开了一种瓶胚模内喷涂装置,包括喷涂组件、冷却组件及取胚组件,吹气件及喷嘴与冷却筒内部连通,取胚组件包括保护罩、吸气杆、吸气垫及吹风板,吸气杆及保护罩固定于吹风板,吸气杆位于保护罩内,吸气垫位于吸气杆端部,吹气件将瓶胚吸附于冷却筒内冷却,瓶胚冷却后,取胚组件移动使吸气杆伸入瓶胚并且瓶胚端面与吸气垫由于真空紧贴使瓶胚被吸住,取胚组件带动瓶胚后移与冷却筒分离,保护罩及冷却筒形成密封的喷涂区域,喷嘴向喷涂区域喷涂,使瓶胚被喷涂。通过上述设计,瓶胚喷涂过程在模内完成,这样会大大减少设备和场地的投入,减少能源的消耗,整个装置结构相对简单,控制和维护容易。

瓶胚模内喷涂装置
技术领域
本发明涉及喷涂装置,尤其是涉及一种瓶胚模内喷涂装置。
背景技术
当前日化产品的包装有很大部分采用PET材料,因为PET有着玻璃的光泽且重量比玻璃轻,其包装方式多为由PET瓶胚吹成瓶子,但是PET的硬度比玻璃的小,容易刮花。为了保证瓶胚或瓶子的表面完整无刮痕,现有的方式多数是在瓶胚或瓶子外面套上一个塑料袋,这既增加人工和材料成本又不环保。随着技术的进步,现在出现了在瓶胚刚生产出来的时候在其表面喷涂一层保护膜,这保护膜可以保证瓶胚在运输和吹瓶过程中其表面不会有刮痕。但是喷涂这层保护膜是发生在瓶胚注塑完成冷却后,而且需要外接喷涂设备。此设备需从瓶胚的成形设备中将瓶胚取出后移动到喷涂专区内喷涂,然后再转移到瓶胚装箱区。其体积较大,控制复杂,需要的厂房空间也比较大,成本高,能耗高。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种能够将喷涂过程在模内完成的瓶胚模内喷涂装置。
本发明的目的采用以下技术方案实现:
一种瓶胚模内喷涂装置,包括喷涂组件,所述喷涂组件包括喷嘴,所述瓶胚模内喷涂装置还包括冷却组件及取胚组件,所述冷却组件包括吹气件及冷却筒,所述吹气件及所述喷嘴与所述冷却筒内部连通,所述取胚组件包括保护罩、吸气杆、吸气垫及吹风板,所述吸气杆及所述保护罩固定于所述吹风板,所述吸气杆位于所述保护罩内,所述吸气垫位于所述吸气杆端部,所述吹气件将瓶胚吸附于所述冷却筒内冷却,所述瓶胚冷却后,所述取胚组件移动使所述吸气杆伸入所述瓶胚并且所述瓶胚端面与所述吸气垫由于真空紧贴使所述瓶胚被吸住,所述取胚组件带动所述瓶胚后移与所述冷却筒分离,所述保护罩及所述冷却筒形成密封的喷涂区域,所述喷嘴向所述喷涂区域喷涂,使所述瓶胚被喷涂。
进一步地,所述保护罩包括凸起,所述凸起包覆所述瓶胚的瓶口,使所述瓶口不受喷涂影响。
进一步地,所述喷涂组件还包括喷涂液入口及转换阀,所述喷涂液入口通过所述转换阀与所述喷嘴连通,所述喷涂液入口进入的喷涂液经所述转换阀雾化后从所述喷嘴喷出。
进一步地,所述喷涂组件还包括喷涂液回口,所述喷涂液回口与所述转换阀连通,所述瓶胚喷涂完成后,所述转换阀转换成吸气,所述喷涂区域残存的喷涂液从所述喷涂液回口回收。
进一步地,所述喷嘴位于所述吹气件中,所述喷嘴的直径小于所述吹气件的内径。
进一步地,所述吹气件为吹气螺丝。
进一步地,所述冷却筒包括内套、外套及筒体,所述外套安装于所述筒体内,所述内套安装于所述内套端部。
进一步地,所述冷却筒设有收容部,所述收容部由所述外套及所述内套形成,所述收容部与所述喷嘴连通。
进一步地,所述瓶胚收容于所述收容部时,瓶口从所述收容部伸出。
进一步地,所述保护罩的宽度大于所述冷却筒的直径。
相比现有技术,本发明瓶胚模内喷涂装置还包括冷却组件及取胚组件,冷却组件包括吹气件及冷却筒,吹气件及喷嘴与冷却筒内部连通,取胚组件包括保护罩、吸气杆、吸气垫及吹风板,吸气杆及保护罩固定于吹风板,吸气杆位于保护罩内,吸气垫位于吸气杆端部,吹气件将瓶胚吸附于冷却筒内冷却,瓶胚冷却后,取胚组件移动使吸气杆伸入瓶胚并且瓶胚端面与吸气垫由于真空紧贴使瓶胚被吸住,取胚组件带动瓶胚后移与冷却筒分离,保护罩及冷却筒形成密封的喷涂区域,喷嘴向喷涂区域喷涂,使瓶胚被喷涂。通过上述设计,瓶胚喷涂过程在模内完成,这样会大大减少设备和场地的投入,减少能源的消耗,达到节能减耗和降低成本的作用,整个装置结构相对简单,控制和维护容易,减少后期服务的难度。

请参阅图1至图4,本发明瓶胚模内喷涂装置包括喷涂组件10、冷却组件20以及取胚组件30。
喷涂组件10包括喷涂液入口11、转换阀12、喷涂液回口13及喷嘴14。喷涂液入口11、喷涂液回口13及喷嘴14固定于转换阀12并与转换阀12连通。转换阀12内设有雾化结构。
冷却组件20包括支撑板21、吹气件22及冷却筒23。吹气件22为吹气螺丝。冷却筒23包括内套230、外套231以及筒体232。筒体232固定于支撑板21,外套231安装于筒体232内部,内套230安装于外套231内部靠近支撑板21的端部。内套230与外套231形成收容部233。吹气件22固定于支撑板21并穿过外套231及内套230与收容部233连通。喷涂组件10固定于支撑板21,喷嘴14伸入吹气件22内部与收容部233连通。吹气件22的内径大于喷嘴14的直径,吹气件22的吸气量得到保证。
取胚组件30包括保护罩31、吸气杆32、吸气垫33及吹风板34。保护罩31及吸气杆32固定于吹风板34。吸气杆32位于保护罩31内。吸气垫33固定于吸气杆32靠近吹风板34一端。保护罩31靠近吹风板34的内侧设有凸起310。保护罩31的宽度大于冷却筒23的直径。
使用瓶胚模内喷涂装置时,瓶胚200从模具内由吹气件22吸在冷却筒23上进行冷却,等瓶胚200冷却后。取胚组件30的吹风板34向靠近冷却组件20的方向移动,直至吸气杆32伸入瓶胚200内部,瓶胚200的端面201与吸气垫33接触,由于吸气杆32吸气,端面201与吸气垫33之间产生真空,使端面201与吸气垫33紧贴,取胚完成。取胚组件30的吹风板34向后移动,带动瓶胚200与冷却筒23分离。此时保护罩31与冷却筒23形成密封的喷涂区域,瓶胚200的瓶口202被保护罩31的凸起310包覆,保护瓶口202不受喷涂的影响。喷涂液从喷涂液入口11进入,经转换阀12雾化后从喷嘴14喷出至喷涂区域,使瓶胚200被喷涂。喷涂完成后,转换阀12转换至吸气,喷涂区域残留的喷涂液从喷涂液回口13流出被回收。喷涂液回收完成后,吹风板34带动取胚组件30及喷涂后的瓶胚200后移至安全距离,翻转放胚,然后回到等待点等待下一个喷涂周期。
通过上述设计,瓶胚200喷涂过程在模内完成,这样会大大减少设备和场地的投入,减少能源的消耗,达到节能减耗和降低成本的作用,整个装置结构相对简单,控制和维护容易,减少后期服务的难度。

1.一种瓶胚模内喷涂装置,包括喷涂组件,所述喷涂组件包括喷嘴,其特征在于:所述瓶胚模内喷涂装置还包括冷却组件及取胚组件,所述冷却组件包括吹气件及冷却筒,所述吹气件及所述喷嘴与所述冷却筒内部连通,所述取胚组件包括保护罩、吸气杆、吸气垫及吹风板,所述吸气杆及所述保护罩固定于所述吹风板,所述吸气杆位于所述保护罩内,所述吸气垫位于所述吸气杆端部,所述吹气件将瓶胚吸附于所述冷却筒内冷却,所述瓶胚冷却后,所述取胚组件移动使所述吸气杆伸入所述瓶胚并且所述瓶胚端面与所述吸气垫由于真空紧贴使所述瓶胚被吸住,所述取胚组件带动所述瓶胚后移与所述冷却筒分离,所述保护罩及所述冷却筒形成密封的喷涂区域,所述喷嘴向所述喷涂区域喷涂,使所述瓶胚被喷涂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的瓶胚模内喷涂装置,其特征在于:所述保护罩包括凸起,所述凸起包覆所述瓶胚的瓶口,使所述瓶口不受喷涂影响。
3.根据权利要求1所述的瓶胚模内喷涂装置,其特征在于:所述喷涂组件还包括喷涂液入口及转换阀,所述喷涂液入口通过所述转换阀与所述喷嘴连通,所述喷涂液入口进入的喷涂液经所述转换阀雾化后从所述喷嘴喷出。
4.根据权利要求3所述的瓶胚模内喷涂装置,其特征在于:所述喷涂组件还包括喷涂液回口,所述喷涂液回口与所述转换阀连通,所述瓶胚喷涂完成后,所述转换阀转换成吸气,所述喷涂区域残存的喷涂液从所述喷涂液回口回收。
5.根据权利要求1所述的瓶胚模内喷涂装置,其特征在于:所述喷嘴位于所述吹气件中,所述喷嘴的直径小于所述吹气件的内径。
