本发明公开了一种塑料管材打磨装置，包括旋转轴，旋转轴上固定有螺纹状的第一抛光刷，旋转轴外套设有旋转筒，旋转筒内壁固定有第二抛光刷；旋转筒端部成形有内环齿，内环齿啮合有动力齿轮轮，动力齿轮轮与旋转轴固定连接；所述动力齿轮轮连接有旋转动力装置。本发明解雇简单，使用方便，可以同时打磨塑料管材的内壁和外壁，大大提高了塑料管材的打磨效率，且可以实现快速进料和自动出料，大大节省了人工。

本发明属于材料领域，具体的说是一种塑料管材打磨装置。
背景技术
塑料管制作完成后，内部和外部都可能存在凸起或突刺等，需要打磨光滑。但是现在的打磨装置，只能打磨内部或外部，无法同时打磨，造成工序复杂，浪费时间。此外，现有的装置进料不方便。
发明内容
为解决上述问题本发明提供了一种塑料管材打磨装置。本发明解雇简单，使用方便，可以同时打磨塑料管材的内壁和外壁，大大提高了塑料管材的打磨效率，且可以实现快速进料和自动出料，大大节省了人工。
为实现上述目的，本发明所述的技术方案是：
一种塑料管材打磨装置，包括旋转轴，旋转轴上固定有螺纹状的第一抛光刷，旋转轴外套设有旋转筒，旋转筒内壁固定有第二抛光刷；旋转筒端部成形有内环齿，内环齿啮合有动力齿轮轮，动力齿轮轮与旋转轴固定连接；所述动力齿轮轮连接有旋转动力装置。
进一步的改进，所述旋转动力装置为正反转电机。
进一步的改进，所述旋转轴和旋转筒外均安装有轴承，轴承连接有支架。
进一步的改进，所述支架固定在桌面上。
进一步的改进，所述桌面通过连杆与旋转动力装置相连。

具体实施方式
实施例1
一种塑料管材打磨装置，包括旋转轴1，旋转轴1上固定有螺纹状的第一抛光刷2，旋转轴1外套设有旋转筒3，旋转筒3内壁固定有第二抛光刷4；旋转筒3端部成形有内环齿5，内环齿5啮合有动力齿轮轮6，动力齿轮轮6与旋转轴1固定连接；所述动力齿轮轮6连接有旋转动力装置7。
旋转动力装置7为正反转电机。旋转轴1和旋转筒3外均安装有轴承8，轴承8连接有支架9。支架9固定在桌面10上。桌面10通过连杆与旋转动力装置7相连。
本发明使用方法如下：
将塑料管插入旋转轴1，旋转动力装置7正转，带动旋转轴1反转，通过螺纹状的第一抛光刷2使得塑料管进料同时打磨塑料管内表面，同时通过内环齿5旋转筒3正转，抛光塑料管外表面。打磨完毕到设定时间后旋转动力装置7反转，即实现了塑料管的自动出料。

1.一种塑料管材打磨装置，其特征在于，包括旋转轴(1)，旋转轴(1)上固定有螺纹状的第一抛光刷(2)，旋转轴(1)外套设有旋转筒(3)，旋转筒(3)内壁固定有第二抛光刷(4)；旋转筒(3)端部成形有内环齿(5)，内环齿(5)啮合有动力齿轮轮(6)，动力齿轮轮(6)与旋转轴(1)固定连接；所述动力齿轮轮(6)连接有旋转动力装置(7)。
2.如权利要求1所述的塑料管材打磨装置，其特征在于，所述旋转动力装置(7)为正反转电机。
3.如权利要求1所述的塑料管材打磨装置，其特征在于，所述旋转轴(1)和旋转筒(3)外均安装有轴承(8)，轴承(8)连接有支架(9)。
4.如权利要求3所述的塑料管材打磨装置，其特征在于，所述支架(9)固定在桌面(10)上。
5.如权利要求4所述的塑料管材打磨装置，其特征在于，所述桌面(10)通过连杆与旋转动力装置(7)相连。
