Abstract

The invention provides a kitchen waste bone smashing device which is characterized by comprising a cylinder body and a pressing piston arranged in the cylinder body; a grinding disc is arranged below the pressing piston, and a plurality of grinding teeth are arranged on the surface of the grinding disc; the grinding disc is connected with a driving motor; a drain hole is formed in the side wall of the cylinder body between the grinding disc and the pressing piston; a filter screen is arranged at the inlet of the drain hole; according to the invention, the kitchen waste is quickly crushed by matching the high-speed grinding disc with the firm shell under the action of the pressurizing piston, and meanwhile, liquid components in the residual period are filtered and discharged, so that various bones with complex structures are crushed into chips with certain fineness, and the pollution of the bones to the kitchen waste is solved.

The kitchen waste is a mixture of various food scraps produced in the process of processing food in a kitchen, the types of the food scraps relate to plant roots and stems, meat scraps, bones, melon and fruit skins and shells and the like, and the kitchen waste is complex in components and different in physical properties. The garbage is an aggregate of various organic matters, and can be decayed and deteriorated after being stored for a long time under the humid environment condition, so that the accumulation of bacteria is caused, the environment pollution of a kitchen is caused, and the human health is influenced. However, the garbage is different in shape, the garbage is directly thrown into a household garbage can after being bagged in a traditional treatment mode, bacteria are easily bred and diffused in a household garbage collecting and distributing area, the sanitation potential safety hazard of the household garbage area is improved, and the garbage can is especially suitable for areas with long garbage collecting period and more children gathering. The phenomenon is more obvious in rural areas with a large number of people, and the environment and food are worried.

The bone garbage generated in the process of food processing and meal eating is special garbage which comprises various big bones, shells of seafood and fine fish bones. The garbage is hard in texture and sharp in corners, can easily scratch hands if being improperly processed, can increase the difficulty of garbage processing if being mixed with other garbage and discarded, even damages processing equipment, particularly some kitchen garbage can be properly processed and directly used for feeding animals, and the existence of bones can easily block the throat of animals, thereby causing serious accidents. A separation process is necessary.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a kitchen waste bone crushing device aiming at the problems of hard bone treatment texture, difficult treatment and potential safety hazard existing in household kitchen waste.

The invention adopts the following technical scheme:

4. The kitchen waste bone pulverizing apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bore of the feeding opening of the cylinder is not smaller than the diameter of the pressing piston.

5. The kitchen waste bone pulverizing apparatus of claim 1, wherein the center of the grinding disc is fixed with a transmission rod; the transmission rod is connected with a driving motor below the grinding disc.

6. The kitchen waste bone pulverizing apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bottom of the cylinder body is connected with a conical base.

7. The kitchen waste bone pulverizing apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bottom of the cylinder body is a detachable structure.
