步骤3)亚底表面处理:在步骤2)之后在亚底上采用烘烤涂布机涂一层蜡层,涂层厚度0.95um~1.05um,烘烤参数涂布的速度是每分钟35m~45m米,涂布烘烤温度115℃~125℃;
步骤4)亚底表面刮涂环保气象硅胶层:在步骤3)之后,在155℃~165℃进行恒温处理3~5min,然后在带有熔融蜡的亚底表面采用烘烤涂布机涂一层环保气象硅胶层,涂层厚度1.95um~2.05um,烘烤参数涂布的速度是每分钟5m~15m,涂布烘烤温度155℃~165℃;

彩印图文上丝印环保架桥剂确保彩印的油墨与硅胶粘接牢度,架桥剂上面丝印环保白色硅胶,白色是把彩印的颜色衬托出来及防升华的效果环保硅胶表面印刷架桥剂确保硅胶与热熔胶膜粘接牢度好,耐水洗,不脱层的效果。

一种硅胶柯式烫画制作方法,包括如下步骤:

步骤2)PET正面亚底处理:在PET正面采用烘烤涂布机涂一层哑面层形成亚底,涂层厚度1.0 um,烘烤涂布速度是每分钟35m,涂布烘烤温度100℃;
步骤3)亚底表面处理:在步骤2)之后在亚底上采用烘烤涂布机涂一层蜡层,涂层厚度1.0um,烘烤参数涂布的速度是每分钟40m米,涂布烘烤温度120℃;
步骤4)亚底表面刮涂环保气象硅胶层:在步骤3)之后,在160℃进行恒温处理4min,然后在带有熔融蜡的亚底表面采用烘烤涂布机涂一层环保气象硅胶层,涂层厚度2.0um,烘烤参数涂布的速度是每分钟10m,涂布烘烤温度160℃;

所述亚底是采用环保特氟龙剂在PET正面采用烘烤涂布机涂布得到,所述环保特氟龙剂包括如下质量百分比的组分:特氟龙80%,哑粉15%,固化剂5%。
所述蜡层是采用食用蜡在亚底上采用烘烤涂布机涂布得到。
所述环保气象硅胶层是采用环保气象硅胶在带有熔融蜡的亚底表面采用烘烤涂布机涂布得到,所述环保气象硅胶包括如下质量百分比的组分:气象甲基乙烯基99.6%,食品级铂金固化剂0.2%,延时剂0.2%。
所述吸墨层是采用吸墨树脂在环保气象硅胶层上采用烘烤涂布机涂布得到,所述吸墨树脂包括如下质量百分比的组分:环保TPU树脂99.3%,固化剂0.7%。
所述架桥剂包括如下质量百分比的组分:甲基乙烯基96.6%,食品级铂金固化剂0.2%,延时剂0.2%,偶联剂3%。
所述环保白色硅胶包括如下质量百分比的组分:甲基乙烯基84.6%,钛白粉15%,食品级铂金固化剂0.2%,延时剂0.2%,偶联剂3%。
本发明在PET背面涂环保静电处理剂,确保涂布或彩印时不产生静电,保证印刷质量;
亚底表面涂食用蜡,产品烫压后保证后图案能够离型到产品上;
亚底表面刮涂环保气象硅胶,确保表面图案耐磨性及不脱色,
气象硅胶表面涂布吸墨层,确保彩印上色好,色牢度好,吸墨层是保证硅胶表面可以上彩印UV油墨,同时确保UV油墨与硅胶粘接牢度好,
用专用6+1海德堡机彩印,确保图案清晰高,色彩艳丽;
彩印图文上丝印环保架桥剂确保彩印的油墨与硅胶粘接牢度,架桥剂上面丝印环保白色硅胶,白色是把彩印的颜色衬托出来及防升华的效果环保硅胶表面印刷架桥剂确保硅胶与热熔胶膜粘接牢度好,耐水洗,不脱层的效果。

1.一种硅胶柯式烫画制作方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤1)PET背面静电处理:在PET背面采用烘烤涂布机涂一层防静电层,涂层厚度0.90um~1.1um,烘烤涂布速度是每分钟30m~50m,涂布烘烤温度115℃~125℃;
步骤2)PET正面亚底处理:在PET正面采用烘烤涂布机涂一层哑面层形成亚底,涂层厚度0.95um~1.1um,烘烤涂布速度是每分钟30m~50m,涂布烘烤温度95℃~105℃;
步骤3)亚底表面处理:在步骤2)之后在亚底上采用烘烤涂布机涂一层蜡层,涂层厚度0.95um~1.05um,烘烤参数涂布的速度是每分钟35m~45m米,涂布烘烤温度115℃~125℃;
步骤4)亚底表面刮涂环保气象硅胶层:在步骤3)之后,在155℃~165℃进行恒温处理3~5min,然后在带有熔融蜡的亚底表面采用烘烤涂布机涂一层环保气象硅胶层,涂层厚度1.95um~2.05um,烘烤参数涂布的速度是每分钟5m~15m,涂布烘烤温度155℃~165℃;
步骤5)环保气象硅胶层表面涂布吸墨层:在步骤4)后的环保气象硅胶层上采用烘烤涂布机涂一层吸墨层,涂层厚度0.95um~1.1um,烘烤参数涂布的速度是每分钟35m~50m,涂布烘烤温度95℃~105℃;
步骤6)分切成片材:在步骤5)之后对涂布好的卷材根据不同产品及规格分切成片材,便于上机彩印;
步骤7)彩印图文:在步骤6)之后采用专用6+1海德堡机透过吸墨层在环保气象硅胶层表面上进行彩印设定的图文;
步骤8)彩印图文上丝印架桥剂:在步骤7)之后在彩印图文上丝印架桥剂,以确保彩印的油墨能够透过吸墨层使得彩印的油墨与硅胶粘接牢固,并采用涂布烘烤机在115℃~125℃下烘烤20min;
步骤9)丝印热熔胶膜,具体步骤如下:
①丝印环保白色硅胶:在步骤8)之后在彩印图文上环保白色硅胶,丝印1~2次,并采用涂布烘烤机在115℃~125℃下烘烤20min;
②丝印架桥剂:在步骤9)处理后,再印刷架桥剂形成热熔胶膜;
步骤10)在热熔胶膜上覆热熔胶,覆膜温度145℃~155℃;
步骤11)激光切割定位孔,保证后续激光打标时的定位;
步骤12)激光打标,根据产品不同形状打标;
步骤13)排废,把图文以外的废料排掉,剩余的就是需要的图文。
2.根据权利要求1所述的硅胶柯式烫画制作方法,其特征在于,在步骤1)中,所述防静电层是采用环保静电剂在PET背面采用烘烤涂布机涂布得到,所述环保静电剂包括如下质量百分比的组分:甲基乙烯基80~90%,静电剂10~20%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的硅胶柯式烫画制作方法,其特征在于,在步骤2)中,所述亚底是采用环保特氟龙剂在PET正面采用烘烤涂布机涂布得到,所述环保特氟龙剂包括如下质量百分比的组分:特氟龙75~85%,哑粉10~20%,固化剂5%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的硅胶柯式烫画制作方法,其特征在于,在步骤3)中,所述蜡层是采用食用蜡在亚底上采用烘烤涂布机涂布得到。
5.根据权利要求1所述的硅胶柯式烫画制作方法,其特征在于,在步骤4)中,所述环保气象硅胶层是采用环保气象硅胶在带有熔融蜡的亚底表面采用烘烤涂布机涂布得到,所述环保气象硅胶包括如下质量百分比的组分:气象甲基乙烯基99.6%,食品级铂金固化剂0.2%,延时剂0.2%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的硅胶柯式烫画制作方法,其特征在于,在步骤5)中,所述吸墨层是采用吸墨树脂在环保气象硅胶层上采用烘烤涂布机涂布得到,所述吸墨树脂包括如下质量百分比的组分:环保TPU树脂99.3%,固化剂0.7%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的硅胶柯式烫画制作方法,其特征在于,在步骤8)中,所述架桥剂包括如下质量百分比的组分:甲基乙烯基96.6%,食品级铂金固化剂0.2%,延时剂0.2%,偶联剂3%。
8.根据权利要求1所述的硅胶柯式烫画制作方法,其特征在于,在步骤9)中,所述环保白色硅胶包括如下质量百分比的组分:甲基乙烯基84.6%,钛白粉15%,食品级铂金固化剂0.2%,延时剂0.2%,偶联剂3%。
9.根据权利要求1所述的硅胶柯式烫画制作方法,其特征在于,在步骤9)中,所述热熔胶为TPU材料。
