本发明提供一种建筑用的涂料膨润土,按照以下重量份数的原料制备而成:聚乙烯醇95份,膨润土75份,去离子水50份,正丁醇30份,硅藻土25份,体质颜料15份,增白剂4份;所述新型的涂料膨润土中还包括钠化剂10份,增粘剂15份,防霉剂5份,醇酸树脂10份。通过钠化剂采用95%(含水)的工业甲醇或丙烯酸碳酸酯,从而降低了生产成本,通过添加增粘剂和防霉剂来提高产品的黏度和抗霉性,同时添加有增白剂来提高产品的颜色。

技术领域
本发明涉及膨润土制造领域,尤其涉及一种建筑用的涂料膨润土。
背景技术
膨润土是一种层状粘土材料,具有独特的矿物结构和结晶化学性质,天然膨润土主要以钙基蒙脱石为主,钠基蒙脱石相对较少,钠基蒙脱石较钙基蒙脱石具有很多优良性质,如良好的悬浮性、高度的分散性、较高的阳离子交换容量等。涂料膨润土在建筑涂料、铸造涂料、陶瓷涂料中得到了越来越广泛的应用。目前制造出来的涂料膨润土制造成本较高,且在长时间放置时,容易发霉。因此,本发明提供一种建筑用的涂料膨润土,,以解决现有技术的不足。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种涂料膨润土,通过钠化剂采用95%(含水)的工业甲醇或丙烯酸碳酸酯,从而降低了生产成本,通过添加增粘剂和防霉剂来提高产品的黏度和抗霉性,同时添加有增白剂来提高产品的颜色。
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种建筑用的涂料膨润土,按照以下重量份数的原料制备而成:聚乙烯醇90-100份,膨润土70-80份,去离子水45-55份,正丁醇25-35份,硅藻土20-30份,体质颜料10-20份,增白剂2-6份,所述新型的涂料膨润土中还包括钠化剂5-15份,增粘剂10-20份,防霉剂1-10份,醇酸树脂5-15份。
进一步改进在于:按照以下重量份数的原料制备而成:聚乙烯醇95份,膨润土75份,去离子水50份,正丁醇30份,硅藻土25份,体质颜料15份,增白剂4份。
进一步改进在于:所述钠化剂是95%(含水)的工业甲醇或丙烯酸碳酸酯。
进一步改进在于:所述增粘剂是氢化松香脂。
进一步改进在于:所述防霉剂是氧化亚铜。
本发明有益效果:通过钠化剂采用95%(含水)的工业甲醇或丙烯酸碳酸酯,从而降低了生产成本,通过添加增粘剂和防霉剂来提高产品的黏度和抗霉性,同时添加有增白剂来提高产品的颜色。

所述钠化剂是95%(含水)的工业甲醇或丙烯酸碳酸酯。所述增粘剂是氢化松香脂。所述防霉剂是氧化亚铜。

1.一种建筑用的涂料膨润土,其特征在于,按照以下重量份数的原料制备而成:聚乙烯醇90-100份,膨润土70-80份,去离子水45-55份,正丁醇25-35份,硅藻土20-30份,体质颜料10-20份,增白剂2-6份,所述新型的涂料膨润土中还包括钠化剂5-15份,增粘剂10-20份,防霉剂1-10份,醇酸树脂5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑用的涂料膨润土,其特征在于,按照以下重量份数的原料制备而成:聚乙烯醇95份,膨润土75份,去离子水50份,正丁醇30份,硅藻土25份,体质颜料15份,增白剂4份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑用的涂料膨润土,其特征在于,所述钠化剂是95%(含水)的工业甲醇或丙烯酸碳酸酯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑用的涂料膨润土,其特征在于,所述增粘剂是氢化松香脂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑用的涂料膨润土,其特征在于,所述防霉剂是氧化亚铜。
