Abstract

可净化甲醛的水性内墙漆生产工艺涉及装修建材技术领域。水性内墙漆生产过程中含有一定量的甲醛,加上橱柜、地板、瓷砖等装修材料释放的甲醛相互叠加,很容易造成室内环境甲醛超标,同时该类材料的甲醛释放周期长,从而严重影响消费者的健康安全。为解决内墙漆甲醛释放问题,本发明发现添加德国莱恩Ryansun®生物净醛因子后,可大大降低内墙自身的甲醛释放量,同时能够吸附其他材料中的甲醛,起到明显的净醛效果。

可净化甲醛的水性内墙漆生产工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及装修建材技术领域,具体地说是涉及一种可净化甲醛的水性内墙漆生产工艺。
背景技术
目前,水性内墙漆是广泛使用的墙壁装饰材料之一。作为家庭装修中的墙体表面材料,其环保要求日益提高。内墙漆生产过程中含有一定量的甲醛,加上橱柜、地板、瓷砖等装修材料释放的甲醛相互叠加,很容易造成室内环境甲醛超标,同时该类材料的甲醛释放周期长,从而严重影响消费者的健康安全。因此,环保型内墙漆将是未来发展的重点方向。
发明内容
为解决内墙漆甲醛释放问题,本发明提供一种可净化甲醛的水性内墙漆生产工艺,其具有净醛功能,能够吸附游离甲醛,保证内墙漆甲醛释放量远低于国家标准,同时能够吸附其他材料中的甲醛,起到净醛作用。
本发明提供如下技术方案:
配方比例:去离子水250-300份、分散剂5-7份、消泡剂2.5-3.5份、丙二醇10-15份、重钙粉1500目220-270份、钛白粉90-110份、水洗高岭土2500目45-55份、煅烧高岭土2500目45-55份、纤维素HBR250 2.5-3.5份、PH调节剂0.5-1.5份、乳液180-230份、成膜助剂6-8份、增稠剂5-7份、防腐剂2-3份、德国莱恩Ryansun®生物净醛因子4-6份。
优选的,所述分散剂为巴斯夫分散剂4140AS;
优选的,所述消泡剂为消泡剂A2799;
优选的,所述PH调节剂为瓦克BS168;
优选的,所述乳液为巴斯夫净味乳液ECO7080;
优选的,所述成膜助剂为伊士曼成膜助剂CA5290;
优选的,所述增稠剂为伊士曼AS60碱增稠剂3.5-4.5份、聚氨酯增稠A278 1.5-2.5份;
优选的,所述防腐剂为索尔MV。
上述内墙腻子粉的制备方法如下:
1)将去离子水与分散剂、消泡剂、丙二醇、成膜助剂、防腐剂混合,并进行低速搅拌均匀;
2)加入钛白粉、重钙粉、纤维素HBR250进行高速分散,制成白浆;
3)将白浆分批缓慢加入到乳液中,低速搅拌均匀得到初涂料;
4)将增稠剂加入到初涂料中,调整初涂料的粘稠度,加入PH调节剂调PH值7-8,即为水性内墙漆成品。
本发明发现添加德国莱恩Ryansun®生物净醛因子后,可大大降低内墙漆自身的甲醛释放量,同时能够吸附其他材料中的甲醛,起到明显的净醛效果。
具体实施方案
内墙漆原材料配比: 水275份、分散剂6份、消泡剂3份、丙二醇12份、重钙粉1500目250份、钛白粉100份、水洗高岭土2500目50份、煅烧高岭土2500目50份、纤维素HBR250 3份、PH调节剂1份、乳液200份、成膜助剂7份、增稠剂6份、防腐剂2.5份、德国莱恩Ryansun®生物净醛因子5份。
具体步骤
1)将去离子水与分散剂、消泡剂、丙二醇、成膜助剂、防腐剂混合,并进行低速搅拌均匀;
2)加入钛白粉、重钙粉、纤维素HBR250进行高速分散,制成白浆;
3)将白浆分批缓慢加入到乳液中,低速搅拌均匀得到初涂料;
4)将增稠剂加入到初涂料中,调整初涂料的粘稠度,加入PH调节剂调PH值7-8,即为水性内墙漆成品。
本实施例制成的内墙漆添加了德国莱恩Ryansun®生物净醛因子,可有效吸附其他材料中的游离甲醛,大大降低甲醛释放量,保证室内空气达到环保标准。

1.可净化甲醛的水性内墙漆生产工艺,其特征是:配方比例:去离子水250-300份、分散剂5-7份、消泡剂2.5-3.5份、丙二醇10-15份、重钙粉1500目220-270份、钛白粉90-110份、水洗高岭土2500目45-55份、煅烧高岭土2500目45-55份、纤维素HBR250 2.5-3.5份、PH调节剂0.5-1.5份、乳液180-230份、成膜助剂6-8份、增稠剂5-7份、防腐剂2-3份、德国莱恩Ryansun®生物净醛因子4-6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可净化甲醛的水性内墙漆生产工艺,其特征是:所述分散剂为巴斯夫分散剂4140AS;所述消泡剂为消泡剂A2799;所述PH剂为瓦克BS168;所述乳液为巴斯夫净味乳液ECO7080;所述成膜助剂为伊士曼成膜助剂CA5290;所述增稠剂为伊士曼AS60碱增稠剂3.5-4.5份、聚氨酯增稠A278 1.5-2.5份;所述防腐剂为索尔MV。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可净化甲醛的水性内墙漆生产工艺,其特征是:制备方法1)将去离子水与分散剂、消泡剂、丙二醇、成膜助剂、防腐剂混合,并进行低速搅拌均匀;2)加入钛白粉、重钙粉、纤维素(HBR250)进行高速分散,制成白浆;3)将白浆分批缓慢加入到乳液中,低速搅拌均匀得到初涂料;4)将增稠剂加入到初涂料中,调整初涂料的粘稠度,加入PH调节剂调PH值7-8,即为水性内墙漆成品。
