本发明用高温煅烧贝壳粉制成的婴儿房专用漆,涉及水性无机健康墙面漆领域。解决目前市场上墙面漆无法达到完全无毒无味、抗菌健康的性能。1.技术方案的要点:生产采用高温煅烧贝壳粉(氢氧化钙),添加碳酸钙(或生贝壳粉)、改性纤维素、磷酸盐、硫酸铝、云母粉、钛白粉、膨润土、可再分散乳胶粉和清水高速分散、再通过砂磨、过滤,制备成PH值11的水性健康墙面漆。2.主要用途:本发明产品可分解甲醛、净化空气、防火阻燃、吸潮调湿、长久防霉抗菌、无毒无味无害、可长期存放没有保质时效、施工后墙面硬度与日俱增等特点。本产品保护婴幼儿健康,具有显而易见的功能性体验,效果立竿见影。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及水性无机健康墙面漆领域,是一种用高温煅烧贝壳粉制成的婴儿房专用漆。
背景技术
目前装修污染危害是很严重的社会问题。据报道,90%的白血病儿童源于装修污染,每年有数以万计的婴幼儿死于装修污染。
乳胶漆(水性漆)全球技术同质化、技术含量低、附加值、环保性差,虽然符合国标或欧标,但依然释放挥发性有害气体。乳胶漆需要大量石粉,开山采石破坏环境;还需大量石油制成的乳液等化工原料,消耗能源,生产和使用中有严重污染。而且乳胶漆在墙面上形成有机薄膜,密不透水,回南天返潮季节易在墙面结露流挂水珠;乳胶漆通过防腐剂保质及抗菌,有效作用时间短,且环保健康性能差。
目前市场上新型环保涂料如硅藻泥、贝壳粉涂料(生贝壳粉)都是干粉型,只适合做厚质艺术施工,而且易粉化、不能水擦洗。
高温煅烧贝壳粉强效抗菌、洁白细腻,是优质的涂料原料。可是其ph值12-13,如此强碱、高活性无机材料制漆,储存稳定性和施工流平性是最大的技术难题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述市场及技术问题,提供一种保护婴幼儿健康的新型环保墙面漆,同时,还提供一种改善室内空气质量,解决墙面防霉抗菌、抗潮的方案。
为了实现上述目的本发明采取如下技术方案:
(1)一种应用高温煅烧贝壳粉制成的婴儿房专用漆,可以沿海堆积如山的贝壳变废为宝,800度以上高温煅烧,用水熟化,成为氢氧化钙。
(2)一种应用高温煅烧贝壳粉制成的婴儿房专用漆,主要材料为氢氧化钙,这是甲醛废水处理和烟囱脱硫净化空气的常用材料,主材自身具有坚固耐久、净化空气、防火、抗菌等特性,而且氢氧化钙为无机胶凝材料,拌和清水,即可硬化、固化,不需使用石化乳液及成膜助剂等,因此可使挥发性有机物趋于零,且耐洗刷性1000次涂膜无异样。
(3)一种应用高温煅烧贝壳粉制成的婴儿房专用漆,其中添加独家研制的改性纤维素,成功解决了氢氧化钙制漆很快会沉淀、分水、硬坨的行业界技术难题,使长期存储的漆料始终保持粘滑、饱满的状态。
(4)一种应用高温煅烧贝壳粉制成的婴儿房专用漆,生产采用高温煅烧贝壳粉,添加碳酸钙(或生贝壳粉)、改性纤维素、磷酸盐、硫酸铝、云母粉、钛白粉、膨润土、可再分散乳胶粉和清水高速分散、再通过砂磨、过滤,制备成PH值11的水性健康墙面漆。
(5)一种应用高温煅烧贝壳粉制成的婴儿房专用漆,因主材为强碱的,故漆料碱性较高,甲醛在空气中氧化为甲酸,人体的呼吸代谢物也是酸性的,如此酸碱中和分解。
(6)一种应用高温煅烧贝壳粉制成的婴儿房专用漆,其中的氢氧化钙能够和空气中的CO2反应生成CaCO3,消耗(吸收)了空气中的CO2,涂装后能够改善室内的空气质量。
(7)一种应用高温煅烧贝壳粉制成的婴儿房专用漆,施工应用时直接在耐水腻子表面或水泥表面涂刷2-3道,无需市场常用的底漆,不会形成连续的漆膜,漆面在高倍放大镜下观察为微孔状。施工时添加漆料质量的0.2-0.5倍清水进行稀释搅拌,即可进行常规喷涂或滚涂,施工流平性好,漆面平滑坚固。
(8)一种应用高温煅烧贝壳粉制成的婴儿房专用漆,漆面多孔结构,可吸收空气中潮气水分,保持漆面干爽。
(9)一种应用煅烧贝壳粉制成的婴儿房专用漆,因主材氢氧化钙为强效杀菌材料,不需添加防腐剂,本发明产品密封阴凉储存,可长久存储,没有保质时效。
(10)一种应用高温煅烧贝壳粉制成的婴儿房专用漆,由原料煅烧贝壳粉(1250目)按涂料固体成分含量的10%-30%;改性纤维素按涂料固体成分含量的3.5%一4.5%;其余为颜料和填料、适量的辅助粘结剂和助剂。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例详述本发明:
(1)制备改性纤维素:将6-7.5份纤维素加入2.5-4份钠盐混合均匀。
(2)一种应用煅烧贝壳粉制成的婴儿房专用漆配方如下:
在分散机里加入适量的自来水,一边低速搅拌(300-500转/分)水一边慢慢倒入以上配方中的混合干粉,高速搅拌(2000-2500转/分)20分钟,卧式砂磨机中速砂磨后过滤制成。性能测试结果见表1。
(3)表1实施例性能测试结果
由表1检测结果可知,本发明技术方案制备的用高温煅烧贝壳粉制成的婴儿房专用漆不仅具有优异的健康环保、改善室内空气质量,解决墙面防霉抗菌、抗潮等特点,而且减少开山采石、节约石油、减少VOC排放,在建筑涂料技术领域中具有广阔的发展前景。
Claims (4)
1.用高温煅烧贝壳粉制成的婴儿房专用漆,其特征在于:生产采用高温煅烧贝壳粉,添加碳酸钙(或生贝壳粉)、改性纤维素、磷酸盐、硫酸铝、云母粉、钛白粉、膨润土、可再分散乳胶粉和清水高速分散、再通过砂磨、过滤,制备成PH值11的水性健康墙面漆。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用高温煅烧贝壳粉制成的婴儿房专用漆,其特征在于:所述的高温煅烧贝壳粉按涂料固体成分含量的10%-30%;所述的改性纤维素按涂料固体成分含量的3.5%-4.5%;其余为颜料和填料、适量的辅助粘结剂和助剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用高温煅烧贝壳粉制成的婴儿房专用漆,其特征在于:所述的高温煅烧贝壳粉为高温800度以上煅烧。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用高温煅烧贝壳粉制成的婴儿房专用漆,其特征在于:所述的改性纤维素由以下方法制备:6-7.5份纤维素加入2.5-4份钠盐混合均匀。
