本发明属于建筑材料技术领域,具体涉及一种膨润土防水涂料。
背景技术
房屋渗漏一直是建筑行业的老、大、难问题,主要原因是防水材料质量差。目前国内、外所采用的高科技防水涂料主要有三类:第一类是溶剂型,其主要缺点是成本高,安全性差,对人体有害,易燃,污染环境,使用不够普遍;第二类是水乳性高分子涂料,成本高,不够理想;第三类是弹性改性沥青,该类产品低温柔性好,但高温时性能不好。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种膨润土防水涂料,解决现有涂料耐水性、耐热性差等技术问题。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种膨润土防水涂料,由以下重量份原料配制而成:膨润土80-100份、硅藻土20-30份、聚乙烯醇80-100份、正丁醇20-40份、铬酸钾10-20份、灰钙粉20-30份、体质颜料15-25份、云母粉25-35份、羟甲基纤维素钠3-5份、木质纤维5-7份、防霉剂10-20份、沥青20-30份、去离子水70-90份。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:所述膨润土防水涂料,由以下重量份原料配制而成:膨润土90份、硅藻土25份、聚乙烯醇90份、正丁醇30份、铬酸钾15份、灰钙粉25份、体质颜料20份、云母粉30份、羟甲基纤维素钠4份、木质纤维6份、防霉剂15份、沥青25份、去离子水80份。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:所述体质颜料按重量份计包括以下组分:钛白粉30份、二氧化硅粉10份。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:所述防霉剂为烷基磷酸酯。

一种膨润土防水涂料,由以下重量份原料配制而成:膨润土100份、硅藻土30份、聚乙烯醇100份、正丁醇40份、铬酸钾20份、灰钙粉30份、体质颜料25份、云母粉35份、羟甲基纤维素钠5份、木质纤维7份、防霉剂20份、沥青30份、去离子水90份。
所述体质颜料所述体质颜料按重量份计包括以下组分:钛白粉30份、二氧化硅粉10份。
所述防霉剂为烷基磷酸酯。

1.一种膨润土防水涂料,其特征在于由以下重量份原料配制而成:膨润土80-100份、硅藻土20-30份、聚乙烯醇80-100份、正丁醇20-40份、铬酸钾10-20份、灰钙粉20-30份、体质颜料15-25份、云母粉25-35份、羟甲基纤维素钠3-5份、木质纤维5-7份、防霉剂10-20份、沥青20-30份、去离子水70-90份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的膨润土防水涂料,其特征在于由以下重量份原料配制而成:膨润土90份、硅藻土25份、聚乙烯醇90份、正丁醇30份、铬酸钾15份、灰钙粉25份、体质颜料20份、云母粉30份、羟甲基纤维素钠4份、木质纤维6份、防霉剂15份、沥青25份、去离子水80份。
