Test example I, skin irritation test
1. Test materials: collagen moisturizing anti-wrinkle compositions prepared in examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 5.
2. Test subjects: 90 female volunteers were selected, aged 25-50 years.
3. The test method comprises the following steps: the collagen moisturizing and anti-wrinkle compositions obtained in examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 5 were applied to the face of the subject, and the results were observed after 15 min.
4. And (3) test results: the observation shows that no irritant reaction such as local redness and eruption occurs in 90 subjects, which shows that the collagen moisturizing anti-wrinkle composition is safe and non-irritant and has no adverse reaction.
Test example two, moisture retention anti-wrinkle energy efficiency test
1. Test materials: the collagen moisturizing and anti-wrinkle compositions prepared in examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 5.
2. The test method comprises the following steps: the relative moisturizing rate, the skin water content, the heavy metal content and the wrinkle relieving degree of the tested collagen moisturizing and wrinkle resisting composition are respectively tested.
3. The experimental results are shown in table 1, wherein the content of heavy metal is as follows: mercury is less than or equal to 1mg/kg, arsenic is less than or equal to 10mg/kg, and lead is less than or equal to 40 mg/kg.

As can be seen from table 1, the collagen moisturizing and anti-wrinkle compositions prepared in examples 1 to 4 have higher relative moisturizing rate, skin moisture content, lower heavy metal content, and better anti-oxidation and facial wrinkle soothing properties than the collagen moisturizing and anti-wrinkle compositions prepared in comparative examples 1 to 5, wherein the collagen moisturizing and anti-wrinkle composition prepared in example 4 has the best combination properties, and is the best embodiment of the invention.

1.21 to 7.46 percent of humectant A, 1 to 4.43 percent of humectant B, 0.05 to 0.13 percent of thickening agent, 0.04 to 0.2 percent of pH regulator, 1 to 5 percent of 1, 2-hexanediol and the balance of water;
the humectant A comprises the following components in parts by weight:
1-9 parts of macromolecular sodium hyaluronate, 600 parts of glycerol and 50-350 parts of propylene glycol;
the humectant B comprises the following components in parts by weight:
20-80 parts of erythritol and 50-400 parts of recombinant collagen.
2. The collagen moisturizing and anti-wrinkle composition according to claim 1, which comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
humectant A5.05%, humectant B3.6%, antiseptic 0.4%, antiallergic agent 0.5%, thickener 0.12%, pH regulator 0.12%, 1, 2-hexanediol 2% and water 88.21%;
the humectant A comprises the following components in parts by weight:

4. The collagen moisturizing and anti-wrinkle composition according to claim 3, wherein the preservative is composed of jasmone and litchi leaf extract in a weight ratio of 7: 1.
5. The collagen moisturizing and anti-wrinkle composition according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising 0.2% -1% of an anti-allergic agent, wherein the anti-allergic agent is composed of a folic acid fermentation product and a melissa extract in a weight ratio of 2-4: 1.
6. The collagen moisturizing and anti-wrinkle composition according to claim 5, wherein the antiallergic agent is composed of a folic acid fermentation product and a bee pollen extract in a weight ratio of 3: 1.
7. The collagen moisturizing anti-wrinkle composition according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the thickener is carbomer 941; the pH regulator is triethanolamine.
8. Use of the collagen moisturizing and anti-wrinkle composition as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7 in preparation of a cold pack mask, a moisturizing cream.
9. The method for preparing the collagen moisturizing and anti-wrinkle composition according to any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising the steps of:
s1, adding carbomer 941 and 1, 2-hexanediol into water with the total water consumption of 95-99%, and soaking in an emulsifying cylinder for 12-24 h;
s2, adding the humectant A and the preservative into an emulsifying cylinder containing the carbomer 941 and 1,2 hexanediol soaked in the step S1, stirring, heating to 70-90 ℃, keeping the temperature for 30-50min, then opening a cooling system of the emulsifying cylinder, keeping the stirring speed unchanged, and cooling to 40-50 ℃ to obtain a component A;
s3, sequentially adding the humectant B and the antiallergic agent into the component A obtained in the step S2, stirring for 5-10min at a constant speed to obtain a component B;
s4, dissolving the pH regulator triethanolamine in water according to the proportion to obtain a component C;
