另外,根据技术方案4所记载的发明,提出一种混合动力车辆,以技术方案1~技术方案3中任一项的结构为基础,其特征在于,在所述蓄电池封装体的前方配置有充电器或非接触充电用座,在沿着上下方向观察时所述第一连接器不与所述充电器或所述非接触充电用座重叠。
另外,根据技术方案5所记载的发明,提出一种混合动力车辆,以技术方案1~技术方案4中任一项的结构为基础,其特征在于,所述第二连接器、所述燃料箱及所述消音器在高度方向上重合。
发明效果
根据技术方案1的结构,混合动力车辆在车身前部具备发动机及第一电动马达,并且在车身后部具备第二电动马达,从搭载于车身中央部的蓄电池封装体向第一电动马达及第二电动马达供电。在蓄电池封装体的壳体前壁设置的第一连接器经由第一电力线与第一电动马达连接,在蓄电池封装体的壳体后壁设置的第二连接器经由第二电力线与第二电动马达连接,所述混合动力车辆具备:燃料箱,其配置于蓄电池封装体的后方;以及消音器,其设置于从发动机在蓄电池封装体的车宽方向一侧面通过并向后方延伸的排气管,且在蓄电池封装体的后方以接近燃料箱的方式倾斜,在沿着上下方向观察时由第二连接器、燃料箱及消音器包围的空间中配置有第二电力线的至少一部分,因此能够利用因不能将高温的消音器与贮存可燃性的燃料的燃料箱接近地配置而产生的浪费空间,从而能够空间效率良好地配置第二电力线。
另外,根据技术方案2的结构,第二连接器配置于由蓄电池封装体的壳体后壁、燃料箱及消音器包围的位置,因此能够避免与燃料箱及消音器的干涉,且紧凑地配置第二连接器。
另外,根据技术方案3的结构,第二连接器在沿着上下方向观察时在车宽方向上不与燃料箱重叠,因此能够避免与燃料箱的干涉,且紧凑地配置第二连接器。
另外,根据技术方案4的结构,在蓄电池封装体的前方配置有充电器或非接触充电用座,在沿着上下方向观察时第一连接器不与充电器或非接触充电用座重叠,因此能够避免与充电器或非接触充电用座的干涉,且紧凑地配置第一连接器。
另外,根据技术方案5的结构,第二连接器、燃料箱及消音器在高度方向上重合,因此由第二连接器、燃料箱及消音器包围的空间较窄而成为难以利用的空间,但能够将该空间有效利用到第二电力线的配置中。

具体实施方式
以下,基于图1~图4来说明本发明的实施方式。需要说明的是,本说明书中的前后方向、左右方向(车宽方向)及上下方向以就座于驾驶员座的乘客为基准来定义。
如图1所示,在四轮驱动的插电式混合动力车辆的车身前部搭载:第一电动马达11,其驱动前轮;发动机12,其驱动对蓄电池进行充电的发电机;以及动力驱动单元13,其具备控制第一电动马达11的驱动的逆变器。另外,在插电式混合动力车辆的车身后部搭载有:第二电动马达14,其驱动后轮;以及动力驱动单元15,其具备控制第二电动马达14的驱动的逆变器。
如图2及图3所示,在地板16的下表面配置有沿着前后方向延伸的左右一对地板框架17,左右的地板框架17的前后方向中间部间由沿着车宽方向延伸的地板横梁18连接。将对第一电动马达11及第二电动马达14进行驱动的蓄电池收纳于蓄电池壳体19内的蓄电池封装体20固定于左右的地板框架17及地板横梁18的下表面。在蓄电池封装体20的前侧配置有经由充电线缆与车身外部的电源连接而对蓄电池进行充电的充电器21(或者非接触式的充电座),在蓄电池封装体20的后侧配置有贮存对发动机12进行驱动的燃料的燃料箱22。
如图3及图4所示,蓄电池壳体19通过将朝上开放的金属(铝)压力铸造制的壳体主体31与朝下开放的金属(铝)压力铸造制的罩32在它们的外周部利用多个螺栓33在上下方向上结合而构成。在蓄电池壳体19的壳体主体31的底部搭载有8个蓄电池模块34,在其上部配置有蓄电池控制装置、接线台、单电池电压传感器等电气安装部件35。
浅的容器状的壳体主体31具备大致平坦的壳体底壁31a、以及从壳体底壁31a的外周立起的壳体前壁31b、壳体后壁31c及左右的壳体侧壁31d。在蓄电池壳体19的罩32形成有朝下凹陷的槽状的凹部32a,另外在罩32的前部朝上突出设置有收纳电气安装部件35的鼓起部32b、32c。
与在蓄电池壳体19的壳体主体31的壳体前壁31b设置的第一连接器36连接的第一电力线37向车身前方延伸并与第一电动马达11的动力驱动单元13连接。另外,与在蓄电池壳体19的壳体主体31的壳体后壁31c设置的第二连接器38连接的第二电力线39向车身后方延伸并与第二电动马达14的动力驱动单元15连接。
这样构成的蓄电池壳体19在使地板横梁18嵌合到罩32的凹部32a中的状态下,利用从下向上贯穿其前后方向中央部的2根螺栓40而紧固连结于地板横梁18,利用从下向上贯穿其车宽方向左侧缘及车宽方向右侧缘的各2根螺栓41而紧固连结于地板框架17。
如图2所示,从发动机12向后方延伸的排气管23沿着蓄电池封装体20的右侧面配置,与在蓄电池封装体20的后方配置的消音器24连接。消音器24、燃料箱22及第二连接器38配置在同一水平面上,且消音器24以相对于前端部而言后端部接近燃料箱22的方式倾斜,因此在消音器24的左侧面、燃料箱22的右侧面及第二连接器38的后表面之间在俯视下划分出三角形形状的空间S(参照图2的打网格部分),在该空间S中配置有从第二连接器38向后方延伸的第二电力线39。
而且,第二连接器38配置于由蓄电池封装体20的壳体后壁31c、燃料箱22及消音器24包围的位置。而且,第二连接器38配置于在沿着上下方向观察时在车宽方向上不与燃料箱22重叠的位置、即比燃料箱22的右端靠右侧的位置。
另外,在蓄电池壳体19的壳体前壁31b设置的第一连接器36配置成在沿着上下方向观察时不与充电器21重叠。
接着,说明具备上述结构的本发明的实施方式的作用。
在四轮驱动的混合动力车辆中,在车身前部具备对前轮进行驱动的第一电动马达11,并且在车身后部具备对后轮进行驱动的第二电动马达14,搭载于车身中央部的蓄电池封装体20从在蓄电池壳体19的壳体前壁31b设置的第一连接器36经由第一电力线37向第一电动马达11供电,从在蓄电池封装体20的壳体后壁31c设置的第二连接器38经由第二电力线39向第二电动马达14供电。
在蓄电池封装体20的前方配置有充电器21(或者非接触充电用座),但在沿着上下方向观察时第一连接器36不与充电器21重叠,因此能够避免与充电器21的干涉,且紧凑地配置第一连接器36。
另外,从在蓄电池封装体20的壳体后壁31c设置的第二连接器38向后方延伸的第二电力线39配置于由消音器24的左侧面、在蓄电池封装体20的后方配置的燃料箱22的右侧面、以及第二连接器38包围的空间S,其中,所述消音器24在蓄电池封装体20的后方以相对于前端部而言后端部接近燃料箱22的方式倾斜,因此能够有效地利用因不能将高温的消音器24与贮存可燃性的燃料的燃料箱22接近地配置而产生的浪费空间,从而空间效率良好且紧凑地配置第二电力线39。
此时,第二连接器38、燃料箱22及消音器24在高度方向上重合,因此由第二连接器38、燃料箱22及消音器24包围的空间S成为较窄而难以利用的空间,但能够有效地利用该空间S来配置第二电力线39。
而且,第二连接器38配置于由蓄电池封装体20的壳体后壁31c、燃料箱22及消音器24包围的位置,且配置于在沿着上下方向观察时在车宽方向上不与燃料箱22重叠的位置,因此能够避免与燃料箱22及消音器24的干涉,且更紧凑地配置第二连接器38。
以上,说明了本发明的实施方式,但本发明在不脱离其主旨的范围内能够进行各种设计变更。
例如、第二电力线39无需全部配置于由第二连接器38、燃料箱22及消音器24包围的空间S,其一部分配置于所述空间S即可。
另外,在实施方式中,排气管23在蓄电池封装体20的右侧面通过,但也可以在蓄电池封装体20的左侧面通过。

Claims (4)

1.一种混合动力车辆,其在车身前部具备发动机(12)及第一电动马达(11),并且在车身后部具备第二电动马达(14),从搭载于车身中央部的蓄电池封装体(20)向所述第一电动马达(11)及所述第二电动马达(14)供电,
所述混合动力车辆的特征在于,
在所述蓄电池封装体(20)的壳体前壁(31b)设置的第一连接器(36)经由第一电力线(37)与所述第一电动马达(11)连接,在所述蓄电池封装体(20)的壳体后壁(31c)设置的第二连接器(38)经由第二电力线(39)与所述第二电动马达(14)连接,
所述混合动力车辆具备:燃料箱(22),其配置于所述蓄电池封装体(20)的后方;以及消音器(24),其设置于从所述发动机(12)在所述蓄电池封装体(20)的车宽方向一侧面通过并向后方延伸的排气管(23),且在所述蓄电池封装体(20)的后方以接近所述燃料箱(22)的方式倾斜,
在沿着上下方向观察时由所述第二连接器(38)、所述燃料箱(22)及所述消音器(24)包围的空间(S)中配置有所述第二电力线(39)的至少一部分,
所述第二连接器(38)、所述燃料箱(22)及所述消音器(24)在高度方向上重合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力车辆,其特征在于,
所述第二连接器(38)配置于由所述蓄电池封装体(20)的壳体后壁(31c)、所述燃料箱(22)及所述消音器(24)包围的位置。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的混合动力车辆,其特征在于,
所述第二连接器(38)在沿着上下方向观察时在车宽方向上不与所述燃料箱(22)重叠。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的混合动力车辆,其特征在于,
在所述蓄电池封装体(20)的前方配置有充电器(21)或非接触充电用座,在沿着上下方向观察时所述第一连接器(36)不与所述充电器(21)或所述非接触充电用座重叠。
