Moisturizing and wrinkle-removing foundation and preparation method thereof

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the field of cosmetics, and relates to a moisturizing and wrinkle-removing foundation and a preparation method thereof.

Background

The foundation refers to a foundation product containing inorganic powder such as titanium dioxide, has the effects of concealing, filling fine lines, homogenizing skin color and the like, and is a very important product in cosmetics. Many foundation products include pressed powder, BB cream, CC cream, air cushion BB cream, air cushion CC cream, foundation cream, dropper foundation liquid and the like.

The foundation products in the market are mainly in a concealer function and a water-in-oil dosage form, and in addition, some organic sunscreen agents, active substances and the like are added. The existing foundation products generally have the defects of greasy skin feeling, poor moisturizing capability, weak wrinkle removing capability, low safety and the like.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide foundation with strong moisturizing capability and good wrinkle removing effect so as to make up for the technical defects of the existing foundation products.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for preparing the above moisturizing and wrinkle-removing foundation.

The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

the polyalcohol is more than one of glycerol, polyglycerol-2, polyglycerol-3, polyglycerol-4, 1, 3-propylene glycol, 1, 2-propylene glycol or 1, 3-butanediol;

the low-viscosity silicone oil is more than one of 1.5 silicone oil, 2 silicone oil, 3 silicone oil, 4 silicone oil, 5 silicone oil, 6 silicone oil, cyclopentadimethicone, cyclohexasiloxane or octyl methicone;

the emollient oil is more than three of glycerol tri (ethyl hexanoate), isononyl isononanoate, isostearyl alcohol isostearate, pentaerythritol tetraisostearate, pentaerythritol tetra (ethyl hexanoate), neopentyl glycol di (ethyl hexanoate), squalane, diisooctyl carbonate, hydrogenated polydecene, hydrogenated polyisobutene, jojoba oil or white pond flower seed oil;

the emulsifier is more than one of lauryl PEG-10 tri (trimethylsiloxy) silicon ethyl polymethylsiloxane, PEG-10 polydimethylsiloxane, bis-isobutyl PEG/PPG-10/7/polydimethylsiloxane copolymer, PEG/PPG-19/19 polydimethylsiloxane, polyglycerol-2 isostearate, polyglycerol-3 diisostearate, polyglycerol-2 dipolyhydroxystearate, polyglycerol-3 polyricinoleate or polyglycerol-2 sesquicaprylate;

the colorant is titanium dioxide, iron oxide yellow, iron oxide red and iron oxide black which are treated by silicone;

the suspension thickening agent is diatomite and/or organic bentonite;

the active matter is more than one of tocopherol phosphate, retinol, phytosterol or soft phospholipid;

the chelating agent is EDTA disodium;

the anti-allergy agent is herba Portulacae extract (purchased from Simian Jinlv bioengineering technology Co., Ltd.) and/or dipotassium glycyrrhizinate;

the skin feeling regulator is more than two of polydimethylsiloxane cross-linked polymer, polydimethylsiloxane/vinyl polydimethylsiloxane cross-linked polymer, silica silylate, boron nitride, bismuth oxychloride or mica;

the film forming agent is acrylic acid (ester)/poly-trimethyl siloxane methacrylate copolymer, trimethyl silicon alkoxy silicate ester/poly dimethyl silicon oxygen alkanol crosslinked polymer;

the inorganic salt is one of sodium chloride, magnesium sulfate heptahydrate or potassium chloride;

the antiseptic is more than one of methyl hydroxybenzoate, chlorphenesin, phenoxyethanol or ethylhexyl glycerol.

The preparation method of the moisturizing and wrinkle-removing foundation comprises the following steps:

(1) mixing deionized water, polyalcohol, inorganic salt and chelating agent, heating and stirring until completely dissolved, cooling to room temperature, adding anti-allergic agent, and stirring to obtain water phase mixture;

the heating in the step (1) is preferably heated to 80-85 ℃;

(2) fully wetting and dispersing a colorant by using low-viscosity silicone oil, adding skin moistening grease and an emulsifier, homogenizing and dispersing uniformly at a high speed, adding a suspension thickening agent and a film forming agent, and fully stirring and dispersing uniformly to obtain an oil phase mixture;

(3) slowly adding the water phase mixture into the oil phase mixture at room temperature while stirring, and after the water phase mixture is completely added, homogenizing and dispersing the system at a high speed; cooling the system to room temperature, adding the active substance, the skin feeling regulator and the preservative, fully and uniformly stirring, and discharging.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages and effects:

aiming at the defects of greasy skin feel, poor moisturizing capability, weak wrinkle removing capability, low safety and the like of foundation products on the market, the foundation provided by the invention has the advantages of strong moisturizing capability and good wrinkle removing effect, is beneficial to improving the skin elasticity, and can meet the all-round requirements of consumers.

Example 1

A moisturizing and wrinkle-removing foundation comprises the following components in percentage by weight:

polyglycerol-34%, 1, 3-propylene glycol 6%, disodium EDTA 0.1%, sodium chloride 1%, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate 0.15%, purslane extract 0.08%, isononyl isononanoate 3%, neopentyl glycol di (ethyl hexanoate) 3%, glycerol tri (ethyl hexanoate) 4%, meadowfoam seed oil 3%, octyl methicone 3%, cyclopenta dimethicone 2.2%, cyclohexasiloxane 2.8%, silicone treated titanium dioxide 8.6%, silicone treated ferrite yellow 0.39%, silicone treated ferrite red 0.21%, silicone treated ferrite black 0.02%, lauryl PEG-10 tri (trimethylsiloxy) silaethyl methicone 2.5%, polyglycerol-2 isostearate 1.2%, polyglycerol-3 diisostearate 1.5%, diatomaceous earth 0.5%, organobentonite 0.8%, acrylic/trimethicone methacrylate copolymer 0.5%, and mixtures thereof, 1% of trimethylsiloxysilicate/dimethiconol cross-linked polymer, 2.5% of tocopherol phosphate, 0.2% of retinol, 0.2% of phytosterol, 0.5% of lecithin, 0.8% of polydimethylsiloxane/vinyl polydimethylsiloxane cross-linked polymer, 0.5% of boron nitride, 0.15% of methyl hydroxybenzoate, 0.1% of chlorphenesin, 0.45% of phenoxyethanol, 0.05% of ethylhexylglycerol and the balance of deionized water.

Example 2

A moisturizing and wrinkle-removing foundation comprises the following components in percentage by weight:

7% of glycerol, 5% of 1, 3-butanediol, 0.1% of disodium EDTA, 1% of sodium chloride, 0.15% of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 0.1% of purslane extract, 4% of isostearyl isostearate, 3% of neopentyl glycol di (ethyl hexanoate), 4% of pentaerythritol tetra (ethyl hexanoate), 4% of jojoba oil, 5% of octyl methicone, 3% of 2-silicone oil, 3.8% of 5-silicone oil, 9.2% of silicone-treated titanium dioxide, 0.39% of silicone-treated iron yellow, 0.21% of silicone-treated iron red, 0.02% of silicone-treated iron black, 1.8% of bis-isobutyl PEG/PPG-10/7/polydimethylsiloxane copolymer, 1.5% of polyglycerol-2-dipolyhydroxystearate, 0.9% of polyglycerol-2-sesquicaprylate, 0.5% of diatomaceous earth, 0.8% of organobentonite, 0.5% of acrylic acid/trimethicone methacrylate copolymer, 1% of trimethylsiloxysilicate/dimethiconol cross-linked polymer, 3.5% of tocopherol phosphate, 0.3% of retinol, 0.2% of phytosterol, 1% of lecithin, 1.2% of polydimethylsiloxane cross-linked polymer, 1% of mica, 0.15% of methyl hydroxybenzoate, 0.1% of chlorphenesin, 0.45% of phenoxyethanol, 0.05% of ethylhexyl glycerol and the balance of deionized water.

Example 3

A moisturizing and wrinkle-removing foundation comprises the following components in percentage by weight:

polyglycerol-43%, 1, 2-propylene glycol 7%, disodium EDTA 0.1%, sodium chloride 1%, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate 0.12%, purslane extract 0.15%, pentaerythritol tetraisostearate 5%, diisooctyl carbonate 3%, squalane 2%, meadowfoam seed oil 2.5%, octyl methicone 9%, silicone-treated titanium dioxide 10%, silicone-treated iron yellow 0.39%, silicone-treated iron red 0.21%, silicone-treated iron black 0.02%, lauryl PEG-10 tris (trimethylsiloxy) silylethyl methicone 1.7%, PEG-10 polydimethylsiloxane 1%, polyglycerol-3-poly (ricinoleate) 1.5%, diatomaceous earth 0.5%, organobentonite 0.5%, acrylic acid (ester)/poly (trimethylsiloxy) methacrylate copolymer 0.5%, trimethylsiloxysilicate/poly (dimethylsiloxane) cross-linked polymer 1%, (ii), 5% of tocopherol phosphate, 0.15% of retinol, 0.1% of phytosterol, 0.8% of lecithin, 0.5% of polydimethylsiloxane/vinyl polydimethylsiloxane cross-linked polymer, 1% of bismuth oxychloride, 0.5% of boron nitride, 0.15% of methyl hydroxybenzoate, 0.1% of chlorphenesin, 0.45% of phenoxyethanol, 0.05% of ethylhexyl glycerol and the balance of deionized water.

Comparative example 1

A moisturizing and wrinkle-removing foundation comprising, as compared with example 1, a reduced amount of acrylic acid (ester)/trimethicone methacrylate copolymer, trimethylsiloxysilicate/dimethiconol crosslinked polymer, tocopherol phosphate, retinol, phytosterol, and a lecithin, and the same kind and content of other materials as those of example 1.

Comparative example 2

A moisturizing and wrinkle-removing foundation comprising, as compared with example 2, a reduced amount of acrylic acid (ester)/trimethicone methacrylate copolymer, trimethylsiloxysilicate/dimethiconol crosslinked polymer, tocopherol phosphate, retinol, phytosterol, and a lecithin, and the same kind and content of other materials as in example 2.

The effect test and evaluation were performed using the moisturizing and wrinkle-removing foundations prepared in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 2, and a commercially available foundation as a control, and the results were shown in table 2:

As can be seen from Table 1, the moisturizing and wrinkle-removing foundations prepared in examples 1-3 are superior to commercially available foundations in efficacy, of which example 3 is the best; comparative examples 1-2 correspond to examples 1-2, respectively, and the addition of the film former and the active can greatly improve the effect of the foundation from the results of foundation effect tests and evaluations.

The test method involved in the embodiment of the invention is as follows:

1. the test was conducted by 10 subjects (half of all men and women, aged 40-60 years, professionally trained) in each group, who were 6 groups, each corresponding to 6 foundation samples in the test, and the test was conducted for 60 days after cleansing in the morning and applying the foundation once.

2. Each subject group was scored for each test item with half-face test foundation and half-face test foundation applied simultaneously, and the score for each item in each group was averaged to obtain the results.

3. The test items include: moisturized, reduced wrinkles, increased skin elasticity; each item is 0-10 points, and the higher the score is, the higher the item index is.

The above embodiments are preferred embodiments of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and any other changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations, and simplifications which do not depart from the spirit and principle of the present invention should be construed as equivalents thereof, and all such changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations, and simplifications are intended to be included in the scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. The moisturizing and wrinkle-removing foundation is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight:

5-15% of polyhydric alcohol, 3-12% of low-viscosity silicone oil, 8-20% of emollient oil, 2.5-8% of emulsifier, 5-12% of colorant, 0-3% of suspension thickener, 2-8% of active substance, 0-0.1% of chelating agent, 0.05-2% of anti-allergy agent, 0-5% of skin feel regulator, 0-6% of film forming agent, 0.5-1.2% of inorganic salt, 0.5-1.5% of preservative and the balance of deionized water;

the active matter is more than one of tocopherol phosphate, retinol, phytosterol or soft phospholipid;

the film forming agent is acrylic acid (ester)/poly-trimethyl siloxane methacrylate copolymer, trimethyl silicon alkoxy silicate ester/poly dimethyl silicon oxygen alkanol crosslinked polymer.

2. The moisturizing and wrinkle-removing foundation according to claim 1, characterized in that: the polyalcohol is more than one of glycerol, polyglycerol-2, polyglycerol-3, polyglycerol-4, 1, 3-propylene glycol, 1, 2-propylene glycol or 1, 3-butanediol.

The moisturizing and wrinkle-removing foundation according to claim 1, characterized in that: the low-viscosity silicone oil is more than one of 1.5 silicone oil, 2 silicone oil, 3 silicone oil, 4 silicone oil, 5 silicone oil, 6 silicone oil, cyclopentadimethicone, cyclohexasiloxane or octyl methicone.

The moisturizing and wrinkle-removing foundation according to claim 1, characterized in that: the emollient oil is more than three of glycerol tri (ethyl hexanoate), isononyl isononanoate, isostearyl alcohol isostearate, pentaerythritol tetraisostearate, pentaerythritol tetra (ethyl hexanoate), neopentyl glycol di (ethyl hexanoate), squalane, diisooctyl carbonate, hydrogenated polydecene, hydrogenated polyisobutene, jojoba oil or white pond flower seed oil.

The moisturizing and wrinkle-removing foundation according to claim 1, characterized in that: the emulsifier is more than one of lauryl PEG-10 tri (trimethylsiloxy) silicon ethyl polymethylsiloxane, PEG-10 polydimethylsiloxane, bis-isobutyl PEG/PPG-10/7/polydimethylsiloxane copolymer, PEG/PPG-19/19 polydimethylsiloxane, polyglycerol-2 isostearate, polyglycerol-3 diisostearate, polyglycerol-2 dipolyhydroxystearate, polyglycerol-3 polyricinoleate or polyglycerol-2 sesquicaprylate.

6. The moisturizing and wrinkle-removing foundation according to claim 1, characterized in that:

the colorant is titanium dioxide, iron oxide yellow, iron oxide red and iron oxide black which are treated by silicone;

the suspension thickening agent is diatomite and/or organic bentonite.

7. The moisturizing and wrinkle-removing foundation according to claim 1, characterized in that:

the chelating agent is EDTA disodium;

the anti-allergy agent is purslane extract and/or dipotassium glycyrrhizinate.

The moisturizing and wrinkle-removing foundation according to claim 1, characterized in that: the skin feeling regulator is more than two of polydimethylsiloxane cross-linked polymer, polydimethylsiloxane/vinyl polydimethylsiloxane cross-linked polymer, silica silylate, boron nitride, bismuth oxychloride or mica.

9. The moisturizing and wrinkle-removing foundation according to claim 1, characterized in that:

the inorganic salt is one of sodium chloride, magnesium sulfate heptahydrate or potassium chloride;

the antiseptic is more than one of methyl hydroxybenzoate, chlorphenesin, phenoxyethanol or ethylhexyl glycerol.

10. Method for preparing a moisturizing and wrinkle-removing foundation according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that it comprises the following steps:

(1) mixing deionized water, polyalcohol, inorganic salt and chelating agent, heating and stirring until completely dissolved, cooling to room temperature, adding anti-allergic agent, and stirring to obtain water phase mixture;

(2) fully wetting and dispersing a colorant by using low-viscosity silicone oil, adding skin moistening grease and an emulsifier, homogenizing and dispersing uniformly at a high speed, adding a suspension thickening agent and a film forming agent, and fully stirring and dispersing uniformly to obtain an oil phase mixture;

(3) slowly adding the water phase mixture into the oil phase mixture at room temperature while stirring, and after the water phase mixture is completely added, homogenizing and dispersing the system at a high speed; cooling the system to room temperature, adding the active substance, the skin feeling regulator and the preservative, fully and uniformly stirring, and discharging.
