[Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to a water-in-oil emulsion cosmetic that is stable and has an excellent feeling of use. More specifically, the present invention relates to a water-in-oil emulsion cosmetic that contains a large amount of silicone oil and is stable and has an excellent feeling of use. [Conventional technology] Conventionally, water-in-oil emulsified cosmetics cover the skin surface with an oil film to prevent water evaporation, which is effective against rough skin, and because they are water-repellent, they are effective in preventing makeup from fading. Therefore, it is often used in facial cosmetics and makeup cosmetics. On the other hand, silicone oil is often used because it is smooth to use and has excellent water repellency, and in particular, those containing volatile silicone spread well when applied, and the volatile silicone oil evaporates as it is spread, so it adheres well. It has been widely used because it has good elasticity and is resistant to sebum and sweat, making it difficult to break down. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, silicone oil has the disadvantage that it is difficult to emulsify and it is difficult to obtain a stable water-in-oil emulsion system, and despite the strong demand for silicone oil, However, no water-in-oil emulsion cosmetic has been obtained which contains a large amount of this and has stability sufficient for commercial use. Up until now, there have been methods for obtaining water-in-oil emulsified cosmetics using silicone oil with good stability, such as adding waxes to solidify the entire system, and using silica to thicken the system. All of them have drawbacks such as being heavy and sticky. [Means for Solving the Problems] In view of these circumstances, the present inventors have made extensive studies and found that even in an oil phase containing silicone oil at a high blending ratio of 30% or more, polysaccharide sulfates and monosaccharide sulfates The present invention was completed based on the discovery that a water-in-oil emulsion cosmetic that is stable and has an excellent feel when used can be obtained by using an aqueous phase containing one or more salts and a specific surfactant. It came to this. That is, in the present invention, (A) silicone oil is in the oil phase component.
(B) an aqueous phase in which one or more selected from the group consisting of polysaccharide sulfates and monosaccharide sulfates accounts for 0.1% or more of the aqueous phase components; and (C) the following. and a lipophilic nonionic surfactant made of polyoxyalkylene-modified polysiloxane represented by the general formula [1], [2] or [3], and (A):(B) is 2:1 to 1 by weight. It is a water-in-oil emulsion cosmetic in which the ratio is 1:5 and (C) is 1% by weight or more of the total components. The configuration of the present invention will be explained in detail below. The first point of the present invention was to select a lipophilic nonionic surfactant that is good for silicone oil. Conventionally, water-in-oil emulsified cosmetics using hydrocarbon oils include lipophilic emulsifiers such as sorbitan monofatty acid ester, sorbitan difatty acid ester, glyceryl monofatty acid ester, glyceryl difatty acid ester, POE addition hydrogenated castor oil, Polyglycerin fatty acid esters and the like have been used. However, even if an attempt is made to create a water-in-oil emulsion system containing a large amount of silicone oil using these activators, it is not always possible to obtain a good emulsion system due to the different properties of the oil phase. In fact, according to the inventors' research, it was found that most of them have stability problems). However, using a specific surfactant discovered by the present inventors, and one of polysaccharide sulfates and monosaccharide sulfates,
If one species or a combination of two or more species is used, a large amount of silicone oil can be stably emulsified. This is the first finding discovered by the present inventors. Many of the polysaccharide sulfates according to the present invention have excellent effects on the skin. For example, chondroitin 4-sulfate sodium salt and chondroitin 6-sulfate sodium salt are found in the human dermis, such as water retention and elasticity of skin tissue. is known to be closely related to It is also known that, for example, dextran sulfate activates blood circulation and improves metabolism. Furthermore, sorbitol sulfate, which is a monosaccharide sulfate used in the present invention, is expected to have an antiaging effect on the skin. Therefore, one of the polysaccharide sulfates and monosaccharide sulfates with such excellent effects is
The present invention is very useful because it can produce stable water-in-oil emulsified cosmetics by using one or more types. The silicone oil used in the present invention may be any conventionally used silicone oil, and specific examples include dimethylpolysiloxane, methylphenylpolysiloxane, decamethylcyclopentasiloxane, and octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane. In the present invention, particularly volatile low-molecular silicone oils or cyclic silicone oils can be stably blended, which is truly advantageous in terms of the feel of use. When volatile silicone oil is blended, the product has a particularly refreshing feel when used. That is,
It spreads easily during application, and after application, the oil content evaporates, leaving you with a refreshing, non-sticky feeling. When imparting such an effect, it becomes more noticeable as the amount of volatile silicone oil in the oil phase increases, but it is particularly good when 50% or more of the silicone oil in the oil phase is volatile silicone. . Although the amount of silicone oil to be blended is related to the amounts of other oil phase components, the present invention is most useful when silicone oil accounts for 30% or more of the oil phase components.
That is, if it is 30% or less, other general surfactants can be used. Note that the oil phase components other than silicone oil are general oil phase components used in cosmetics, as will be described later. The proportion of the oil phase component containing silicone oil in the water-in-oil emulsion cosmetic of the present invention is preferably 17-
67% by weight, particularly preferably 20-33% by weight. The lipophilic surfactant used in the present invention is one or more surfactants selected from the following structures [1], [2], and [3]. {In the general formulas [1][2][3], R is a methyl group or partially a phenyl group, R' is hydrogen or an alkyl group having 1 to 12 carbon atoms, p is a number of 1 to 5, and q is 2 ~
The numbers 3, x, m, and n are average numbers, and the polyoxyalkylene-modified organopolysiloxane contains 10 to 40% by weight of polyoxyalkylene groups in the molecule, and the molecular weight of the polyoxyalkylene-modified organopolysiloxane is 2000 or more. Represents a numerical value such that . } The blending amount of the lipophilic surfactant is 1-50% by weight in the water-in-oil emulsion cosmetic. Examples of polysaccharide sulfates used in the present invention include mucopolysaccharide sulfates such as chondroitin sulfate, keratosulfate, and dermatan sulfate, sodium salts, potassium salts, triethanolamine salts, and arginine of polysaccharide sulfates such as dextran sulfate and maltitol sulfate. Examples include inorganic or organic salts such as amino acid salts. Examples of monosaccharide sulfates used in the present invention include inorganic or organic salts such as sodium salts, potassium salts, triethanolamine salts, and amino acid salts such as arginine of monosaccharide sulfates such as sorbitol sulfate. In the present invention, one or more of these may be arbitrarily selected and used. Preferred are sodium salts or potassium salts. The concentration of the polysaccharide sulfate and monosaccharide sulfate in the present invention is 0.1% to 20% in the aqueous phase. If it is less than 0.1%, emulsion stability will not be sufficient, and if it is too much, it will not dissolve. The total amount of the aqueous phase containing polysaccharide sulfates and monosaccharide sulfates is preferably 33-83%, particularly preferably 50-80% by weight, of the total water-in-oil emulsion cosmetic. Used in the present invention: (A) an oil phase in which silicone oil accounts for 30% or more of the oil phase component; and (B) one or more of polysaccharide sulfates and monosaccharide sulfates accounts for 0.1% of the aqueous phase component.
The above mixing ratio of the aqueous phase and (C) lipophilic nonionic surfactant is preferably (A):(B) in a weight ratio of 1:1 to 1:1 from the viewpoint of stability and feel during use. 5. Especially preferably, the weight ratio of (A):(B) is 1:2 to 1:4. One of the characteristics of the water-in-oil emulsified cosmetic of the present invention is that it can contain a large amount of water phase components, which makes it easy to give a refreshing feeling when using it, and it is different from conventional water-in-oil emulsified cosmetics. In comparison, the feeling of use is revolutionary. In addition to the above-mentioned essential ingredients, the emulsified cosmetic composition of the present invention may contain, if necessary, components that are included in ordinary cosmetic compositions. For example, propylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, 1,
3-butylene glycol, glycerin, maltitol, sorbitol, polyethylene glycol,
Moisturizers such as pyrrolidone carboxylic acid salts, solid and semi-solid oils such as vaseline, lanolin, ceresin, microcrystalline wax, carnauba wax, candelilla wax, higher fatty acids, higher alcohols, scran, liquid paraffin, and esters as oil phase components. Liquid oils such as oils and triglycerides, inorganic and organic pigments, inorganic and organic pigments whose surface has been treated with metal soap or silicone, coloring materials such as organic dyes, cationic activators, anionic activators, nonionic activators Surfactants such as agents, drugs such as vitamin E and vitamin E acetate, astringents,
Antioxidants, preservatives, fragrances, PH regulators such as citric acid, sodium citrate, lactic acid, sodium lactate, dibasic sodium phosphate, thickeners such as organically modified montmorillonite, ultraviolet absorbers, etc. are used in the present invention. They can be blended within a qualitative and quantitative range that does not impair the purpose or effect. [Effects of the Invention] The emulsified cosmetic composition of the present invention is stable, has a fresh and non-sticky feel during use, is water repellent after application, and has good durability over time. [Example] Next, the present invention will be explained in detail with reference to an example.
The present invention is not limited thereby. The blending amounts in the examples are weight %. Prior to the examples, evaluation methods adopted in each example will be explained. (Stability) A water-in-oil emulsion cosmetic prepared by a specified method is
