技术领域
本发明属于喷涂领域,涉及左轮拨杆的喷涂技术,尤其是一种左轮拨杆润滑脂雾化喷涂系统。
背景技术
左轮拨杆为汽车空调门的零件,如图1所示,需要在标号2.3两个部位喷涂润滑脂。现有的喷涂方法多采用手工完成,喷涂不均匀,喷涂效率低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足之处,提供喷涂位置准确、喷涂速度快的左轮拨杆润滑脂雾化喷涂系统。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种左轮拨杆润滑脂雾化喷涂系统,包括润滑脂存储罐、润滑脂高压输送单元、润滑脂雾化喷涂单元、自动输送带单元及PLC控制系统,润滑脂存储罐通过管路连接润滑脂高压输送单元,润滑脂高压输送单元连接润滑脂雾化喷涂单元,所述的润滑脂雾化喷涂单元包括两个雾化喷枪、两个雾化喷枪分别通过喷枪支架固定,两个喷枪之间的距离通过安装在喷枪支架两侧的距离调节机构调节。
而且,在雾化喷枪的下方传送带上安装位置传感器,当左轮拨杆到达雾化喷涂枪的喷嘴下方后,开启喷涂雾化阀进行喷涂。
而且,在自动输送带单元的传送带的上方安装两压料杆。
而且,所述的润滑脂高压输送单元包括通过管路连接的高压泵、稳压器和高压阀组。
而且,两个喷枪之间的距离根据左轮拨杆的两个喷涂点位间隔的距离设定。
而且,在润滑脂存储罐内安装有用于控制油位的压油盘。
本发明的优点和积极效果是:
本系统彻底解决了雾化喷涂不均的问题,满足生产节奏,其采用雾化喷嘴不动,左轮拨杆沿着传送带移动,从而满足生产节奏完成左轮拨杆内壁喷涂润滑脂要求。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述,以下实施例只是描述性的,不是限定性的,不能以此限定本发明的保护范围。
一种左轮拨杆润滑脂雾化喷涂系统,包括润滑脂存储罐、润滑脂高压输送单元10、润滑脂雾化喷涂单元、自动输送带单元7及PLC控制系统。润滑脂存储罐通过管路连接润滑脂高压输送单元,润滑脂高压输送单元连接润滑脂雾化喷涂单元,所述的润滑脂雾化喷涂单元通过吊架9固装,包括两个雾化喷枪4、两个雾化喷枪分别通过喷枪支架8固定,两个喷枪之间的距离通过安装在喷枪支架两侧的距离调节机构5调节,所述的距离调节机构采用螺杆与螺母调节,两喷枪支架通过螺杆5-1连接,在喷枪支架上固装螺杆支撑架5-2,在螺杆支撑架两侧分别套装一调节螺母。
在雾化喷枪的下方传送带上安装位置传感器,当左轮拨杆到达雾化喷涂枪的喷嘴11下方后,开启喷涂雾化阀进行喷涂,待本批喷涂件结束,喷涂枪停止喷涂。
所述的自动输送带单元为传送带,左轮拨杆紧密摆放在传送带上,在传送带的上方设置两压料杆6,压住左轮拨杆的中间位置。
所述的润滑脂高压输送单元包括高压泵、稳压器和高压阀组。该单元具有以下特点:(a)系统高压泵组的流量为0.9L/min,工作压力15MPa左右可输出所需要的润滑脂。(b)装有稳压器,在喷涂过程中,使喷嘴压力波动范围控制在很小的范围,同时减少了高压泵组的频繁启动,延长了使用寿命。雾化效果可达到50μm。(c)在泵出口安装压力表,随时可观察系统压力。
所述的PLC控制系统选用德国西门子公司的(SIEMENS-S7)系统为控制核心,配合先进的位移传感器和高压气动阀等组成了一套自动喷涂系统,分别对润滑脂储料、高压输送、输送带系统、雾化喷涂系统等几大部分进行控制与监控。由PLC控制自动完成高压泵启动、输送带驱动、喷嘴雾化喷涂、传感器信号检测和故障报警等功能。
本系统完全为自动控制完成,操作人员只需要1个操作工,进行上料位及下料位。并且雾化喷涂润滑脂的喷涂端是均匀的,左轮拨杆输送胎具自动清理润滑脂。输送带的运行速度可使单个左轮拨杆完成喷涂平均只需要0.34s,这样1个操作人员生产效率可达1000个/h以上。并且喷涂的润滑脂量基本相同,质量得以保障。
以上所述的仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

1.一种左轮拨杆润滑脂雾化喷涂系统,其特征在于:包括润滑脂存储罐、润滑脂高压输送单元、润滑脂雾化喷涂单元、自动输送带单元及PLC控制系统,润滑脂存储罐通过管路连接润滑脂高压输送单元,润滑脂高压输送单元连接润滑脂雾化喷涂单元,所述的润滑脂雾化喷涂单元包括两个雾化喷枪、两个雾化喷枪分别通过喷枪支架固定,两个喷枪之间的距离通过安装在喷枪支架两侧的距离调节机构调节。
2.根据权利要求1所述的左轮拨杆润滑脂雾化喷涂系统,其特征在于:在雾化喷枪的下方传送带上安装位置传感器,当左轮拨杆到达雾化喷涂枪的喷嘴下方后,开启喷涂雾化阀进行喷涂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的左轮拨杆润滑脂雾化喷涂系统,其特征在于:在自动输送带单元的传送带的上方安装两压料杆。
4.根据权利要求1所述的左轮拨杆润滑脂雾化喷涂系统,其特征在于:所述的润滑脂高压输送单元包括通过管路连接的高压泵、稳压器和高压阀组。
5.根据权利要求1所述的左轮拨杆润滑脂雾化喷涂系统,其特征在于:两个喷枪之间的距离根据左轮拨杆的两个喷涂点位间隔的距离设定。
6.根据权利要求1所述的左轮拨杆润滑脂雾化喷涂系统,其特征在于:在润滑脂存储罐内安装有用于控制油位的压油盘。
