本发明涉及一种双列圆锥滚子轴承,特别是关于一种高端百米轨梁立辊圆锥滚子轴承
背景技术
百米轨梁立辊轧机对轧制的H型钢质量较高,这一要求主要取决于轴承的刚度,轴承是百米轨梁轧制生产线的关键部件,直接决定轧制H 型钢的轧制质量。轧钢时,钢坯的冲击力,使滚道与滚子处于正平接触状态;当不轧制钢材时,立辊因自重处于下沉状态,滚道与滚子处于非正平接触状态,因为轴承工作游隙及其他间隙(包括滚子与内滚道和保持架兜孔之间形成的轴向间隙、轴承装配保持架收缩后形成的径向窜动量)的存在,滚子与保持架及内圈挡边之间将产生-定冲击力,游隙与间隙越大,冲击力越大,使得保持架梁频繁产生塑性变形,并最终出现断裂,造成轴承早期失效,为了提高轴承使用寿命,必须减小双向间隙。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的缺点,本发明的目的是提供一种高端百米轨梁立辊双列圆锥滚子轴承。
本发明目的技术解决方案为:一种高端百米轨梁立辊圆锥滚子轴承,由双列圆锥滚子轴承构成,其特征在于:两个内圈小端面相抵,所述的内圈外弧面设有滚道,滚道两端设有挡边,挡边根部设有凹穴,所述的滚道内装有滚子,所述的滚子之间装有保持架,最外侧设有外圈。
本发明同现有技术相比具有以下优点:1、润滑好。2、使用寿命长。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图说明实施例:
两个内圈2小端面通过销钉连接并相抵,内圈2外弧面设有滚道,滚道两端设有挡边,加强挡边的强度,增大挡边的承载能力;挡边根部凹穴5,适当加大凹穴5,加强润滑;滚道内装有滚子3,滚子3之间装有保持架4,最外侧设有外圈1。
本发明取消传统双列圆锥滚子轴承无外隔圈,必须严格控制两外圈之间的距离,通过与轴承座的轴肩进行合理的匹配,进行游隙的自调整,精准的控制轴承的工作游隙,大大增加轴承的使用寿命;
严格控制保持架4的径向串动量,减小保持架4径向串动量,提高轴承的旋转精度。
