The method of claim 3, wherein the Spirulina extract is prepared by the following steps: putting spirulina powder into a container, adding water according to the ratio of material to liquid of 1:20, standing in ultrasonic wave for 5h, heating in water bath at 70 deg.C for 1.5h, taking out, centrifuging for 10min with a high-speed freezer at 4000r, and taking out supernatant to obtain spirulina extract.
