技术领域
本发明涉及面膜领域,具体为一种牡丹无炎美肤面膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着社会经济的高速发展,人们生活的压力逐渐加大,其脸部通常会滋生大量的痘痘。寻常脸部痘痘产生主要是因为:(1)外界因素:生活饮食、作息习惯、自身压力;(2)内在因素:a.水油失衡,皮脂腺分泌旺盛;b.菌群失衡,金黄色葡萄球菌、痤疮丙酸杆菌(皮脂是痤疮丙酸杆菌的食物来源,过多皮脂分泌引发痘痘)、表皮葡萄球菌滋生;c.酸碱失衡,破坏皮脂膜pH5.5弱酸性环境。
为了缓解痘痘带给人们生活上的不便,市面上出现了一些痘痘药膏、痘痘面膜等。但是大多数药剂只能作用在患者的浅表部位,其抗炎效果并不能持续进行,进而影响了痘痘的治疗效果。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种牡丹无炎美肤面膜及其制备方法,该牡丹无炎美肤面膜具有可抑制患者脸部微生物生长且有效渗入患者皮肤内层的功效。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种牡丹无炎美肤面膜,以重量百分含量计,该牡丹无炎美肤面膜包括如下组分:牡丹丹皮酚0.1~0.8%、牡丹芍药苷0.5~1.5%、牡丹多肽0.01~0.1%、牡丹籽油0.1~1%、乙酰壳糖胺0.1~1%、黄原胶0.1~0.3%、氢化蓖麻油0.1~1%、光触媒1~2%、甘油5~7%、透明质酸钠0.2~0.4%、聚乙二醇-400 3~5%、EDTA-2Na0.01~0.1%、苯氧乙醇0.05~0.15%以及水75~90%。
作为优选,以重量百分含量计,该牡丹无炎美肤面膜包括如下组分:牡丹丹皮酚0.2~0.7%、牡丹芍药苷0.8~1.3%、牡丹多肽0.03~0.08%、牡丹籽油0.1~0.7%、乙酰壳糖胺0.1~0.8%、黄原胶0.15~0.3%、氢化蓖麻油0.1~0.7%、光触媒1~1.8%、甘油5.5~7%、透明质酸钠0.25~0.4%、聚乙二醇-400 3~4.5%、EDTA-2Na 0.03~0.1%、苯氧乙醇0.05~0.13%以及水78~90%。
作为优选,以重量百分含量计,该牡丹无炎美肤面膜包括如下组分:黄芩乙醇提取物、丹参提取物水提物、薄荷醇、灵芝乙醇提取物、三叶青乙醇提取物以及马齿苋水提物中的任意一种。
作为优选,以重量百分含量计,该牡丹无炎美肤面膜包括如下组分:牡丹丹皮酚0.5%、牡丹芍药苷1%、牡丹多肽0.05%、牡丹籽油0.5%、乙酰壳糖胺0.5%、黄原胶0.2%、氢化蓖麻油0.5%、光触媒1.3%、甘油6%、透明质酸钠0.3%、聚乙二醇-400 4%、EDTA-2Na0.05%、苯氧乙醇0.1%以及水85%。
本发明还提供了一种牡丹无炎美肤面膜的制备方法,该制备方法包括如下步骤:
S01、按比例加入pH5~6的水于搅拌锅中,加热至温度为35~50℃。
S02、分别准确称取甘油和聚乙二醇-400,混合均匀,且加入预设重量百分含量的透明质酸钠,再向其中加入预设重量百分含量的黄原胶,搅拌均匀后投入上述搅拌锅中,搅拌均质3次至完全溶解。
S03、调节温度到80℃,接着加入到牡丹籽油和氢化蓖麻油,加完后搅拌均质2次,得到混合液A。
S04、在混合液A中加入乙酰壳糖胺和EDTA-2Na,均质1次,得到混合液B。
S05、混合液B经降温至35~45℃,加入牡丹芍药苷,牡丹丹皮酚,牡丹蛋白肽,灵芝乙醇提取物,三叶青乙醇提取物,马齿苋水提物以及光触媒,均质1次后得到面膜基液。
S06、在面膜基液中加入苯氧乙醇,且调节pH至5~6,均质2次,得到面膜。
作为优选,在步骤S01中,水是纳米水,其pH为5.5。
作为优选,在步骤S01中,温度为40℃。
作为优选,在步骤S02~S04中,均质搅拌的转速为30rpm,搅拌时间为1h。
作为优选,在步骤S05中,降温的温度为40℃;均质搅拌的转速为30rpm,搅拌时间为0.5h。
本发明的有益效果为:
(1)在本发明中,通过敷用该一种牡丹无炎美肤面膜可以抑制使用者皮肤上微生物的滋生,同时促使皮脂分泌畅通,达到及时排毒的功效。
(2)本产品通过在组方上加入了牡丹丹皮酚、牡丹芍药苷、牡丹多肽、牡丹籽油以及光触媒,可有效抑制使用者脸部皮肤上微生物的滋生,同时亦可修复损坏的组织细胞,加速脸部新角质更生的速度。

一种牡丹无炎美肤面膜,以重量百分含量计,包括如下组分:牡丹丹皮酚0.5%、牡丹芍药苷1%、牡丹多肽0.05%、牡丹籽油0.5%、乙酰壳糖胺0.5%、黄原胶0.2%、氢化蓖麻油0.5%、光触媒1.3%、甘油6%、透明质酸钠0.3%、聚乙二醇-400 4%、EDTA-2Na 0.05%、苯氧乙醇0.1%以及水85%。
实施例2
一种牡丹无炎美肤面膜,以重量百分含量计,包括如下组分:牡丹丹皮酚0.1%、牡丹芍药苷0.5%、牡丹多肽0.01%、牡丹籽油0.1%、乙酰壳糖胺0.1%、黄原胶0.1%、氢化蓖麻油0.1%、光触媒1%、甘油5%、透明质酸钠0.2%、聚乙二醇-400 3%、EDTA-2Na 0.01%、苯氧乙醇0.05%以及水89.73%。
实施例3
一种牡丹无炎美肤面膜,以重量百分含量计,包括如下组分:牡丹丹皮酚0.8%、牡丹芍药苷1.5%、牡丹多肽0.1%、牡丹籽油1%、乙酰壳糖胺1%、黄原胶0.3%、氢化蓖麻油1%、光触媒2%、甘油7%、透明质酸钠0.4%、聚乙二醇-400 5%、EDTA-2Na 0.1%、苯氧乙醇0.15%以及水79.65%。
测试例1:单因素实验—测试月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱用量比例
通过单因素实验确定抗炎成分牡丹芍药苷,牡丹丹皮酚,牡丹蛋白肽大致用量比例,测定其对金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、痤疮丙酸杆菌的抑菌实验:将培养基制成平板,吸取0.2ml活化好的金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌涂布在平皿中作为空白组,和与一定体积含有一定质量分数的牡丹提取物的面膜基液一起混合用接种环将基液均匀的涂抹在平皿中作为实验组,30min后将平皿倒扣在37℃恒温培养箱中培养,8h观察细菌生长情况及抑菌效果,结果如图1和图2所示。
测试例2:
通过观察,10名受试者连续使用3d,均没有出现红斑、水肿、色素沉着等皮肤过敏现象,由此可初步判断,无炎美肤面膜对人体皮肤安全无毒副作用,其测试前后的结果如图3和图4所示。
本案主要设计了无炎美肤面膜的配方并对其功效进行评测,通过单因素实验确定以牡丹芍药苷,牡丹丹皮酚,牡丹蛋白肽为主抗炎成分的大致用量,其次,通过做金黄色葡萄球菌和表皮葡萄球菌的抑菌试验,以抑菌圈为评判指标,最终确定牡丹芍药苷,牡丹丹皮酚,牡丹蛋白肽具体用量,而后将其添加到面膜基液中。
通过用皮肤测试仪对焕颜亮肤功效进行了评价,长时间的使用后均没有出现过敏现象,可以放心长时间使用,并且在使用后受测者脸部痘痘均有减缓,说明此款面膜能起到一个很好的起到抗炎美肤效果。

1.一种牡丹无炎美肤面膜,其特征在于,以重量百分含量计,包括如下组分:牡丹丹皮酚0.1~0.8%、牡丹芍药苷0.5~1.5%、牡丹多肽0.01~0.1%、牡丹籽油0.1~1%、乙酰壳糖胺0.1~1%、黄原胶0.1~0.3%、氢化蓖麻油0.1~1%、光触媒1~2%、甘油5~7%、透明质酸钠0.2~0.4%、聚乙二醇-400 3~5%、EDTA-2Na 0.01~0.1%、苯氧乙醇0.05~0.15%以及水75~90%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种牡丹无炎美肤面膜,其特征在于,以重量百分含量计,包括如下组分:牡丹丹皮酚0.2~0.7%、牡丹芍药苷0.8~1.3%、牡丹多肽0.03~0.08%、牡丹籽油0.1~0.7%、乙酰壳糖胺0.1~0.8%、黄原胶0.15~0.3%、氢化蓖麻油0.1~0.7%、光触媒1~1.8%、甘油5.5~7%、透明质酸钠0.25~0.4%、聚乙二醇-400 3~4.5%、EDTA-2Na 0.03~0.1%、苯氧乙醇0.05~0.13%以及水78~90%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种牡丹无炎美肤面膜,其特征在于,以重量百分含量计,还包括如下组分:黄芩乙醇提取物、丹参提取物水提物、薄荷醇、灵芝乙醇提取物、三叶青乙醇提取物以及马齿苋水提物中的任意一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种牡丹无炎美肤面膜,其特征在于,以重量百分含量计,包括如下组分:牡丹丹皮酚0.5%、牡丹芍药苷1%、牡丹多肽0.05%、牡丹籽油0.5%、乙酰壳糖胺0.5%、黄原胶0.2%、氢化蓖麻油0.5%、光触媒1.3%、甘油6%、透明质酸钠0.3%、聚乙二醇-400 4%、EDTA-2Na 0.05%、苯氧乙醇0.1%以及水85%。
5.一种牡丹无炎美肤面膜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S01、按比例加入pH5~6的水于搅拌锅中,加热至温度为35~50℃;
S02、分别准确称取甘油和聚乙二醇-400,混合均匀,且加入预设重量百分含量的透明质酸钠,再向其中加入预设重量百分含量的黄原胶,搅拌均匀后投入上述搅拌锅中,搅拌均质3次至完全溶解;
S03、调节温度到80℃,接着加入到牡丹籽油和氢化蓖麻油,加完后搅拌均质2次,得到混合液A;
S04、在混合液A中加入乙酰壳糖胺和EDTA-2Na,均质1次,得到混合液B;
S05、混合液B经降温至35~45℃,加入牡丹芍药苷,牡丹丹皮酚,牡丹蛋白肽,灵芝乙醇提取物,三叶青乙醇提取物,马齿苋水提物以及光触媒,均质1次后得到面膜基液;
S06、在面膜基液中加入苯氧乙醇,且调节pH至5~6,均质2次,得到面膜。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种牡丹无炎美肤面膜的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤S01中,水是纳米水,其pH为5.5。
