本发明属于精细高分子材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种塑钢板专用PUR包覆胶及其制备方法。
背景技术
近年来,随着人们生活水平的提高和环保意识的增强,环境友好型产品越来越受到普遍的关注,特别是在家装行业,发展环保型绿色胶黏剂已势在必行。所谓环保型绿色胶黏剂,是指对环境无污染,对人体无毒害,符合“环保、健康、安全”三大要求的胶黏剂,水性化、固体化、无溶剂化、低毒或无毒化成为今后胶黏剂发展的主要方向。PUR热熔胶因其粘接快速、效率高、无污染、无毒等特性而得到越来越多的应用。
PUR热熔胶是一种湿气固化反应型聚氨酯热熔胶,以异氰酸酯和多元醇反应的高聚物为主体,同时加入适量的增粘树脂和助剂,PUR热熔胶的开放时间、粘接性和韧性(弹性)可调节,并有着优异的初始强度、最终粘接强度、耐温性和环保性等,根据以上特性,PUR热熔胶在家装行业得到了广泛的应用。
在家装行业,PUR热熔胶在PVC膜包覆各种造型的铝型材、木塑板、实木板以及塑钢板等基材上的应用是一个重要的分支。针对塑钢材料,由于各个生产厂家的配方千差万别,回收料的比例各不相同,且塑钢表面比较光滑等原因,导致该基材在实际应用中受到较大的限制,常常出现初期粘贴力和后期粘贴力较小,高温反弹的情况,不能满足实际生产需求。
发明内容
为了解决上述现有技术中的不足,本发明的目的之一在于提供一种塑钢板专用PUR包覆胶,该PUR包覆胶具有优异的初始粘贴力和后期粘贴力,粘合密实。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案为:
一种塑钢板专用PUR包覆胶,主要由如下重量份数的原料组成:聚醚多元醇10~35份、聚酯多元醇40~70份、二异氰酸酯5~10份、增粘树脂8~20份、交联剂2~8份、偶联剂3~10份和催化剂0.01~0.04份;
所述增粘树脂的分子结构中含有一个或多个活性基团。
分子结构中带活性基团的增粘树脂,可以与异氰酸酯发生反应,交联形成的网状结构使得胶水的耐热性大大提升,可有效解决PVC膜包覆各种型材时出现的反弹问题,初粘力和后期粘贴力有较明显的改善,综合性能得到明显提升。
作为优选,塑钢板专用PUR包覆胶,主要由如下重量份数的原料组成:聚醚多元醇15~30份、聚酯多元醇45~60份、二异氰酸酯5~8份、增粘树脂10~20份、交联剂3~6份、偶联剂3~10份和催化剂0.01~0.04份。
作为优选,所述活性基团为羟基或羧基。
作为优选,所述聚醚多元醇的相对分子质量为500~5000;优选为1000、2000和3000。
作为优选,所述聚酯多元醇为聚己二酸己二醇酯二醇、聚己二酸丁二醇酯二醇、无定型聚酯多元醇、液态聚酯多元醇中的一种或几种按照任意比例的混合。

本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案为:
一种塑钢板专用PUR包覆胶的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)将聚醚多元醇、聚酯多元醇和增粘树脂同时加入到反应釜中,在压力为-0.085MPa~-0.1MPa,温度为100℃~120℃的条件下脱水2~4小时;
2)停止加热,待反应釜内温度降温至65℃~80℃时,向反应釜内加入二异氰酸酯搅拌反应,在70℃~80℃下反应1~2小时;
3)向反应釜中加入交联剂,在70℃~80℃下搅拌反应0.5~1小时;
4)向反应釜中同时加入偶联剂和催化剂在70℃~80℃下搅拌聚合反应20~40分钟,然后过滤、出料、包装,即得到塑钢板专用PUR包覆胶。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
1、本发明的塑钢板专用PUR包覆胶通过聚醚多元醇、聚酯多元醇、带活性基团的增粘树脂与异氰酸酯反应,并加入交联剂、催化剂等,使得所得到的PUR包覆胶对塑钢板有优异的初始粘贴力和后期粘贴力,在较高温度下反弹也得到了有效的控制,粘合密实,其从根本上解决了现有PUR包覆胶在塑钢板上应用中存在的问题,能够满足实际生产的需要;
2、本发明的塑钢板专用PUR包覆胶的制备方法简单、采用交联剂后加的方式可以有效的控制反应速度和胶水的粘度,使得产品的稳定性大大提高,同时在交联剂的作用下形成一定的网状结构,有利于对塑钢板的粘接。

以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
实施例1
塑钢板专用PUR包覆胶,主要由如下重量份数的原料组成:聚醚多元醇10kg、聚酯多元醇40kg份、二异氰酸酯5kg份、增粘树脂8kg份、交联剂2kg份、偶联剂3kg份和催化剂0.01kg。

塑钢板专用PUR包覆胶的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)将聚醚多元醇、聚酯多元醇和增粘树脂同时加入到反应釜中,在压力为-0.085MPa,温度为100℃的条件下脱水2小时;
2)停止加热,待反应釜内温度降温至65℃,向反应釜内加入二异氰酸酯搅拌反应,在70℃下反应1小时;
3)向反应釜中加入交联剂,在70℃下搅拌反应0.5小时。
4)向反应釜中同时加入偶联剂和催化剂在70℃下搅拌聚合反应20分钟,然后过滤、出料、包装,即得到塑钢板专用PUR包覆胶。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1相同的特征不再赘述,本实施例与实施例1不同的特征在于:
聚醚多元醇为相对分子质量为2500的PPG二元醇
聚酯多元醇为相对分子质量为4500的聚己二酸丁二醇酯二醇;
二异氰酸酯为甲苯二异氰酸酯;
增粘树脂为带羟基的松香树脂;
交联剂为三羟甲基丙烷;
偶联剂为KH560;
催化剂为异辛酸铋。
实施例3
本实施例与实施例1相同的特征不再赘述,本实施例与实施例1不同的特征在于:
聚醚多元醇为相对分子质量为5000的PPG二元醇
聚酯多元醇为相对分子量为8500的聚己二酸己二醇酯二醇与相对分子质量为4500的聚己二酸丁二醇酯二醇按照1:1的比例混合而成;
二异氰酸酯为六亚甲基二异氰酸酯;
增粘树脂为带羧基的丙烯酸树脂;
交联剂为1,2,6-己三醇;
偶联剂为KH570;
催化剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡。
实施例4
本实施例与实施例1相同的特征不再赘述,本实施例与实施例1不同的特征在于:
塑钢板专用PUR包覆胶,主要由如下重量份数的原料组成:聚醚多元醇25kg、聚酯多元醇55kg、二异氰酸酯8kg、增粘树脂14kg、交联剂5kg、偶联剂7kg和催化剂0.02kg。
实施例5
本实施例与实施例1相同的特征不再赘述,本实施例与实施例1不同的特征在于:
塑钢板专用PUR包覆胶,主要由如下重量份数的原料组成:聚醚多元醇35kg、聚酯多元醇70kg、二异氰酸酯10kg、增粘树脂20kg、交联剂8kg、偶联剂10kg和催化剂0.04kg。
实施例6
本实施例与实施例1相同的特征不再赘述,本实施例与实施例1不同的特征在于:
塑钢板专用PUR包覆胶的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)将聚醚多元醇、聚酯多元醇和增粘树脂同时加入到反应釜中,在压力为-0.09MPa,温度为110℃的条件下脱水3小时;
2)停止加热,待反应釜内温度降温至73℃,向反应釜内加入二异氰酸酯搅拌反应,在75℃下反应1.5小时;
3)向向反应釜中加入交联剂,在75℃下搅拌反应0.8小时。
4)向反应釜中同时加入偶联剂和催化剂在在75℃下,搅拌聚合反应30分钟,然后过滤、出料、包装,即得到塑钢板专用PUR包覆胶。
实施例7
本实施例与实施例1相同的特征不再赘述,本实施例与实施例1不同的特征在于:
塑钢板专用PUR包覆胶的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)将聚醚多元醇、聚酯多元醇和增粘树脂同时加入到反应釜中,在压力为-0.1MPa,温度为120℃的条件下脱水4小时;
2)停止加热,待反应釜内温度降温至80℃,向反应釜内加入二异氰酸酯搅拌反应,在80℃下反应2小时;
3)向反应釜中加入交联剂,在80℃下搅拌反应1小时。
4)向反应釜中同时加入偶联剂和催化剂在80℃下搅拌聚合反应40分钟,然后过滤、出料、包装,即得到塑钢板专用PUR包覆胶。
以上实施例1-实施例7制备得到的塑钢板专用PUR包覆胶经过检测黏度为10000mPa·s/140℃~70000mPa·s/140℃,NCO含量为1%~5%。
对比实施例1
本对比实施例与实施例1相同的特征不再赘述,本实施例与实施例不同的特征在于:
增粘树脂为不带活性基团的酚醛树脂;
塑钢板专用PUR包覆胶的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)将聚醚多元醇、聚酯多元醇和增粘树脂同时加入到反应釜中,在压力为-0.085MPa,温度为100℃的条件下脱水2小时;
2)停止加热,待反应釜内温度降温至65℃,向反应釜内加入二异氰酸酯搅拌反应,在70℃下反应1小时;
3)向反应釜中加入交联剂,在70℃下搅拌反应0.5小时。
4)向反应釜中同时加入偶联剂和催化剂在70℃下搅拌聚合反应20分钟,然后过滤、出料、包装,即得到塑钢板专用PUR包覆胶。
对比实施例2
本对比实施例与实施例1相同的特征不再赘述,本实施例与实施例1不同的特征在于:
塑钢板专用PUR包覆胶的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)将聚醚多元醇、聚酯多元醇和增粘树脂同时加入到反应釜中,在压力为-0.085MPa,温度为100℃的条件下脱水2小时;
2)停止加热,待反应釜内温度降温至65℃,向反应釜内加入二异氰酸酯搅拌反应,在70℃下反应1小时;
3)向反应釜中同时加入偶联剂和催化剂在70℃下搅拌聚合反应20分钟,然后过滤、出料、包装,即得到塑钢板专用PUR包覆胶。
判断塑钢板专用PUR包覆胶质量的好坏主要考察原作品下线后经过高温处理的初期粘贴强度大小、后期粘贴强度大小以及高温反弹机率等。下面将实施例1-7中所得到的本发明的塑钢板专用PUR包覆胶为实验组,对比实施例1-2得到的包覆胶为对照组。
测试对比:分别将实施例1-7制得的塑钢板专用PUR包覆胶和对比实例1-2在同等条件下进行上机实验,并将所生产的产品分别放在40℃×4h条件下统计反弹情况,测试常温下2h、24h和48h的粘贴力。测试结果如表一所示:

从表一中可以看出,实施例1、2、3、4、5、6和7在反弹,初期粘贴力和后期粘贴力方面的性能明显优于对比例1和2,因此,本发明所得的塑钢板专用PUR包覆胶能够较好的满足市场需求。
虽然以上描述了本发明的具体实施方式,但是本领域的技术人员应当理解,这些仅是举例说明,本发明的保护范围是由所附权利要求书限定的。本领域的技术人员在不背离本发明的原理和实质的前提下,可以对这些实施方式作出多种变更或修改,但这些变更和修改均落入本发明的保护范围。

Claims (7)

1.一种塑钢板专用PUR包覆胶,其特征在于,主要由如下重量份数的原料组成:聚醚多元醇10~35份、聚酯多元醇40~70份、二异氰酸酯5~10份、增粘树脂8~20份、交联剂2~8份、偶联剂3~10份和催化剂0.01~0.04份;
所述增粘树脂的分子结构中含有一个或多个活性基团,所述活性基团为羟基或羧基,所述增粘树脂为带羟基的酚醛树脂、带羟基的松香树脂、带羧基的丙烯酸树脂中的一种;
所述一种塑钢板专用PUR包覆胶的制备方法:
1)将聚醚多元醇、聚酯多元醇和增粘树脂同时加入到反应釜中,在压力为-0.085MPa~-0.1MPa,温度为100℃~120℃的条件下脱水2~4小时;
2)停止加热,待反应釜内温度降温至65℃~80℃时,向反应釜内加入二异氰酸酯搅拌反应,在70℃~80℃下反应1~2小时;
3)向反应釜中加入交联剂,在70℃~80℃下搅拌反应0.5~1小时;
4)向反应釜中同时加入偶联剂和催化剂搅拌聚合反应20~40分钟,然后过滤、出料、包装,即得到塑钢板专用PUR包覆胶。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑钢板专用PUR包覆胶,其特征在于,所述聚醚多元醇的相对分子质量为500~5000。
3.根据权利要求1所述的塑钢板专用PUR包覆胶,其特征在于,所述聚酯多元醇为聚己二酸己二醇酯二醇、聚己二酸丁二醇酯二醇、无定型聚酯多元醇、液态聚酯多元醇中的一种或几种按照任意比例的混合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的塑钢板专用PUR包覆胶,其特征在于,所述二异氰酸酯为二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、甲苯二异氰酸酯、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯中的一种或几种按照任意比例的混合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的塑钢板专用PUR包覆胶,其特征在于,所述交联剂为丙三醇、三羟甲基丙烷、1,2,6-己三醇中的一种或几种按照任意比例的混合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的塑钢板专用PUR包覆胶,其特征在于,所述偶联剂为KH550、KH560、KH570中的一种或几种按照任意比例的混合。
7.根据权利要求1所述的塑钢板专用PUR包覆胶,其特征在于,所述催化剂为月桂酸铋、异辛酸铋、二月桂酸二丁基锡中的一种或几种按照任意比例的混合。
