本发明公开了一种单组份聚氨酯防水涂料,属于防水涂料技术领域,包括以下重量份的组分:聚酯多元醇100~200份,二异氰酸甲苯酯50~100份,有机溶剂40~90份,填料200~400份,有机硅消泡剂10~30份,潜固化剂20~50份,分散剂50~80份,本发明的单组份聚氨酯防水涂料,与其层粘结力强,涂层密实,无针孔,无气泡,水气渗透系数小,即可防水又可作隔气层,可在潮湿基层表面直接施工,施工速度快,能缩短施工工期。

一种单组份聚氨酯防水涂料
技术领域
本发明属于防水涂料技术领域,特别涉及一种单组份聚氨酯防水涂料。
背景技术
聚氨酯防水涂料是由异氰酸酯、聚醚等经加成聚合反应而成的含异氰酸酯基的预聚体,配以催化剂、无水助剂、无水填充剂、溶剂等,经混合等工序加工制成的单组分聚氨酯防水涂料。该类涂料为反应固化型(湿气固化)涂料、具有强度高、延伸率大、耐水性能好等特点。对基层变形的适应能力强。聚氨酯防水涂料是一种液态施工的单组分环保型防水涂料,是以进口聚氨酯预聚体为基本成份,无焦油和沥青等添加剂。它是空气中的湿气接触后固化,在基层表面形成一层坚固的坚韧的无接缝整体防膜。
现有技术中,单组份沥青基聚氨酯防水涂料虽然避免了双组份涂料施工麻烦的问题,但是由于是基于沥青制备的涂料,其对环境保护仍然构成威胁。另外,现有的单组份防水涂料靠吸湿固化,固化时间长,在厚涂层内部,容易产生气泡从而影响防水效果。
发明内容
本发明为克服现有技术中存在的问题,提供一种单组份聚氨酯防水涂料,与其层粘结力强,涂层密实,无针孔,无气泡,水气渗透系数小,即可防水又可作隔气层,可在潮湿基层表面直接施工,施工速度快,能缩短施工工期。
本发明为解决上述现有技术中存在的问题,采用如下的技术方案。
一种单组份聚氨酯防水涂料,包括以下重量份的组分:聚酯多元醇100~200份,二异氰酸甲苯酯50~100份,有机溶剂40~90份,填料200~400份,有机硅消泡剂10~30份,潜固化剂20~50份,分散剂50~80份。
进一步的,所述聚酯多元醇为聚氧化丙烯二醇和聚氧化丙烯三醇按照4~6:1比例混合的混合物。
进一步的,所述二异氰酸甲苯酯含2,4二异氰酸甲苯酯和2,6二异氰酸甲苯酯两种异构体,采用80/20异构比作为原料。
进一步的,所述有机溶剂为甲苯、二甲苯、丙酮中的一种或两种以上任意比例混合的混合物。
进一步的,所述填料为滑石粉、活性碳酸钙、硅灰石粉中的一种或两种以上的混合物。
进一步的,所述潜固化剂为恶唑烷型或酮亚胺型潜固化剂的一种。

本发明的单组份聚氨酯防水涂料,与其层粘结力强,涂层密实,无针孔,无气泡,水气渗透系数小,即可防水又可作隔气层,可在潮湿基层表面直接施工,施工速度快,能缩短施工工期。

实施例1
一种单组份聚氨酯防水涂料,包括以下重量份的组分:
聚酯多元醇100份,其中,聚氧化丙烯二醇和聚氧化丙烯三醇的质量比为5:1;
二异氰酸甲苯酯75份,其中,2,4二异氰酸甲苯酯60份、2,6二异氰酸甲苯酯15份;
有机溶剂90份,其中甲苯30份、二甲苯60份;
滑石粉300份;
有机硅消泡剂10份;
恶唑烷型潜固化剂35份;
分散剂80份。
实施例2
一种单组份聚氨酯防水涂料,包括以下重量份的组分:
聚酯多元醇200份,其中,聚氧化丙烯二醇和聚氧化丙烯三醇的质量比为4:1;
二异氰酸甲苯酯100份,其中,2,4二异氰酸甲苯酯80份、2,6二异氰酸甲苯酯20份;
有机溶剂二甲苯65份;
填料200份,其中,活性碳酸钙100份、硅灰石粉100份。
有机硅消泡剂20份;
酮亚胺型潜固化剂50份;
分散剂50份。
实施例3
一种单组份聚氨酯防水涂料,包括以下重量份的组分:
聚酯多元醇150份,其中,聚氧化丙烯二醇和聚氧化丙烯三醇的质量比为4~6:1;
二异氰酸甲苯酯50份,其中,2,4二异氰酸甲苯酯40份、2,6二异氰酸甲苯酯10份;
有机溶剂40份,其中,甲苯10份、二甲苯20份、丙酮10份;
填料400份,其中,滑石粉200份、活性碳酸钙100份、硅灰石粉100份。
有机硅消泡剂30份;
恶唑烷型潜固化剂20份;
分散剂65份。
以上任一实施例的单组份聚氨酯防水涂料,与其层粘结力强,涂层密实,无针孔,无气泡,水气渗透系数小,即可防水又可作隔气层,可在潮湿基层表面直接施工,施工速度快,能缩短施工工期。

Claims (6)

1.一种单组份聚氨酯防水涂料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的组分:聚酯多元醇100~200份,二异氰酸甲苯酯50~100份,有机溶剂40~90份,填料200~400份,有机硅消泡剂10~30份,潜固化剂20~50份,分散剂50~80份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种单组份聚氨酯防水涂料,其特征在于,所述聚酯多元醇为聚氧化丙烯二醇和聚氧化丙烯三醇按照4~6:1比例混合的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种单组份聚氨酯防水涂料,其特征在于,所述二异氰酸甲苯酯含2,4二异氰酸甲苯酯和2,6二异氰酸甲苯酯两种异构体,采用80/20异构比作为原料。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种单组份聚氨酯防水涂料,其特征在于,所述有机溶剂为甲苯、二甲苯、丙酮中的一种或两种以上任意比例混合的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种单组份聚氨酯防水涂料,其特征在于,所述填料为滑石粉、活性碳酸钙、硅灰石粉中的一种或两种以上的混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种单组份聚氨酯防水涂料,其特征在于,所述潜固化剂为恶唑烷型或酮亚胺型潜固化剂的一种。
