本发明公开了一种极限厚度尺寸的汽车钢化玻璃,包括:第一钢化玻璃层、中间膜层和第二钢化玻璃层,所述中间膜层夹设在所述第一钢化玻璃层和所述第二钢化玻璃层之间,所述第一钢化玻璃层和所述第二钢化玻璃层先经钢化炉钢化后再与所述中间膜层合片,所述钢化炉钢化时的上下风机风压为8‑10Kpa,加热时间为50‑80s。通过上述方式,本发明能够达到汽车钢化玻璃轻量化的装配要求,且大大提高了生产效率,节省了劳动力,节约了生产成本。

一种极限厚度尺寸的汽车钢化玻璃
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车玻璃领域,特别是涉及一种极限厚度尺寸的汽车钢化玻璃。
背景技术
汽车玻璃加工工艺在行业内一般分为钢化及夹层两道工艺,夹层门玻生产工艺主要是采用钢化炉半钢化后再与夹层合片,其工艺步骤繁多造成生产效率低下且成本较高等问题,产品重量较同厚度钢化产品重,与主机厂越来越高的轻量化理念存在一定偏差,而钢化产品厚度大部分在3.2mm、3.5mm、4.0mm、5.0mm等,随着主机厂越来越高的质量标准,研究极限厚度的钢化产品迫在眉睫。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是:针对现有技术的不足,提供一种极限厚度尺寸的汽车钢化玻璃,达到汽车钢化玻璃轻量化的装配要求,且大大提高了生产效率,节省了劳动力,节约了生产成本。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种极限厚度尺寸的汽车钢化玻璃,包括:第一钢化玻璃层、中间膜层和第二钢化玻璃层,所述中间膜层夹设在所述第一钢化玻璃层和所述第二钢化玻璃层之间,所述第一钢化玻璃层和所述第二钢化玻璃层先经钢化炉钢化后再与所述中间膜层合片,所述钢化炉钢化时的上下风机风压为8-10Kpa,加热时间为50-80s。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述第一钢化玻璃层和所述第二钢化玻璃层的厚度为1.6-1.8mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述第一钢化玻璃层的厚度为1.6mm,所述第二钢化玻璃层的厚度为1.6mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述第一钢化玻璃层的厚度为1.8mm,所述第二钢化玻璃层的厚度为1.8mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述中间膜层的厚度为0.81mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述中间膜层为PVB中间膜层。
本发明的有益效果是:通过优化钢化炉内过程参数,主要是调节炉内成型参数的上下风压及加热时间,生产出极限厚度的钢化产品,再与中间膜层合片,达到汽车钢化玻璃轻量化的装配要求,且大大提高了生产效率,节省了劳动力,节约了生产成本。

实施例一
一种极限厚度尺寸的汽车钢化玻璃,包括:第一钢化玻璃层1、中间膜层2和第二钢化玻璃层3,所述中间膜层2夹设在所述第一钢化玻璃层1和所述第二钢化玻璃层3之间,所述所述第一钢化玻璃层1和所述第二钢化玻璃层3的厚度均为1.6mm,所述中间膜层2为PVB中间膜层,其厚度为0.81mm。
其生产工艺为:预处理开大片-坂东切割-掰边-磨边-钻孔-清洗-玻璃缺陷检验-商标印刷-钢化炉钢化-中间膜层合片-辊压下片-高压釜高压-终检及产品包装。
所述钢化炉钢化时的上下风机风压为8-10Kpa,优选为8Kpa;加热时间为50-80s,优选为50s。
实施例二
一种极限厚度尺寸的汽车钢化玻璃,包括:第一钢化玻璃层1、中间膜层2和第二钢化玻璃层3,所述中间膜层2夹设在所述第一钢化玻璃层1和所述第二钢化玻璃层3之间,所述所述第一钢化玻璃层1和所述第二钢化玻璃层3的厚度均为1.8mm,所述中间膜层2为PVB中间膜层,其厚度为0.81mm。
其生产工艺为:预处理开大片-坂东切割-掰边-磨边-钻孔-清洗-玻璃缺陷检验-商标印刷-钢化炉钢化-中间膜层合片-辊压下片-高压釜高压-终检及产品包装。
所述钢化炉钢化时的上下风机风压为8-10Kpa,优选为10Kpa;加热时间为50-80s,优选为80s。
本发明的一种极限厚度尺寸的汽车钢化玻璃,产量由之前半钢化夹层产品的1500片/班提升至6000片/班,有效降低了人工成本及能耗,同时满足主机厂客户越来越高的轻量化装配需求。
本发明揭示了一种极限厚度尺寸的汽车钢化玻璃,通过优化钢化炉内过程参数,主要是调节炉内成型参数的上下风压及加热时间,生产出极限厚度的钢化产品,再与中间膜层合片,达到汽车钢化玻璃轻量化的装配要求,且大大提高了生产效率,节省了劳动力,节约了生产成本。

1.一种极限厚度尺寸的汽车钢化玻璃,其特征在于,包括:第一钢化玻璃层、中间膜层和第二钢化玻璃层,所述中间膜层夹设在所述第一钢化玻璃层和所述第二钢化玻璃层之间,所述第一钢化玻璃层和所述第二钢化玻璃层先经钢化炉钢化后再与所述中间膜层合片,所述钢化炉钢化时的上下风机风压为8-10Kpa,加热时间为50-80s。
2.根据权利要求1所述的极限厚度尺寸的汽车钢化玻璃,其特征在于,所述第一钢化玻璃层和所述第二钢化玻璃层的厚度为1.6-1.8mm。
3.根据权利要求2所述的极限厚度尺寸的汽车钢化玻璃,其特征在于,所述第一钢化玻璃层的厚度为1.6mm,所述第二钢化玻璃层的厚度为1.6mm。
4.根据权利要求2所述的极限厚度尺寸的汽车钢化玻璃,其特征在于,所述第一钢化玻璃层的厚度为1.8mm,所述第二钢化玻璃层的厚度为1.8mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的极限厚度尺寸的汽车钢化玻璃,其特征在于,所述中间膜层的厚度为0.81mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的极限厚度尺寸的汽车钢化玻璃,其特征在于,所述中间膜层为PVB中间膜层。
