the sorted waste plastics are sent into a pyrolysis furnace, plastic rubber is cracked at high temperature to generate pyrolysis gas, pyrolysis oil and activated carbon powder, the generated pyrolysis gas is recycled through a pipeline and is used for combustion of the pyrolysis furnace, the pyrolysis oil can be refined and used again after being recycled, and the recycled activated carbon powder can be reused or sold;
the sorted building garbage contains bricks, stones, cement blocks, ceramic fragments and the like, and the building garbage can be made into new building materials such as hollow bricks, pavement bricks and the like after being crushed;
the sorted waste metal can be provided for a metal recovery station to be reused;
and the sorted waste batteries and the like are used as hazardous wastes and are treated in a centralized way.

sending the sorted organic garbage into a raw material adjusting device for pulping, sending the pulped organic matters into an anaerobic fermentation tank for fermentation, purifying biogas generated by fermentation for power generation, using the generated power for self use or merging into a power grid, and refluxing the waste heat generated by biogas power generation to the anaerobic fermentation tank; performing solid-liquid separation on the fermented raw materials, performing aerobic fermentation on the biogas residues, and then using the biogas residues for producing organic fertilizers, wherein the produced high-efficiency organic fertilizers can be sold and used as a part of cost recovery; the biogas slurry can be completely refluxed to a raw material adjusting device for subsequent pulping after being treated; the waste plastics left after pulping are also sent into a pyrolysis furnace for cracking;
the sorted building garbage contains bricks, stones, cement blocks, ceramic fragments and the like, and the building garbage can be made into new building materials such as hollow bricks, pavement bricks and the like after being crushed;
the sorted waste metal can be provided for a metal recovery station to be reused;
and the sorted waste batteries and the like are used as hazardous wastes and are treated in a centralized way.
The municipal solid waste treated by the process is converted into energy resource products which can be utilized in daily life, so that the change of waste into treasure, pollution-free, waste-free, industrialized and full-resource production is really realized. And the whole treatment process has no waste water, waste gas, waste residue and secondary pollution, and really realizes the comprehensive treatment of the garbage.
