本发明涉及一种吊车伸缩臂外壁润滑脂自动雾化喷涂系统,包括润滑脂储罐、润滑脂高压输送单元、润滑脂喷涂单元、PLC控制单元,润滑脂喷涂单元安装在伸缩臂口框架处,所述的润滑脂喷涂单元包括喷嘴支撑架、喷嘴,所述的喷嘴支撑架为圆弧形,喷嘴支撑架的两端镜像对称向内水平折弯制出两个连接臂,两连接臂与吊车伸缩臂通过连接件连接,在喷嘴支撑架上均匀间隔固装多个雾化喷嘴,多个雾化喷嘴通过管路与润滑脂高压输送单元连接,润滑脂高压输送单元连接润滑脂储罐。本发明采用自动生产线来完成吊车伸缩臂外壁的喷涂,这样不仅能够保证喷涂位置比较准确,而且能够保证每个吊车伸缩臂外壁喷涂均匀。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于喷涂领域,涉及吊车伸缩臂外壁喷涂技术,尤其是一种吊车伸缩臂外壁润滑脂自动雾化喷涂系统。
背景技术
伸缩臂外壁原涂油是在伸缩臂组合后,通过伸缩臂向外伸出时通过人工进行刷涂,由于润滑脂粘度比较大,造成伸缩臂外壁刷涂部位的覆盖层不均匀,并且容易漏涂,易使伸缩臂缺润滑脂,造成伸缩臂阻力增加,为防止该现象发生,需要改进喷涂方式,避免上述事故发生。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足之处,提供一种喷涂均匀,喷涂速度快的吊车伸缩臂外壁润滑脂自动雾化喷涂系统。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种吊车伸缩臂外壁润滑脂自动雾化喷涂系统,包括润滑脂储罐、润滑脂高压输送单元、润滑脂喷涂单元、PLC控制单元,润滑脂喷涂单元安装在伸缩臂口o型框架处,所述的润滑脂喷涂单元包括喷嘴支撑架、喷嘴,所述的喷嘴支撑架为圆弧形,喷嘴支撑架的两端镜像对称向内水平折弯制出两个连接臂,两连接臂与吊车伸缩臂通过连接件连接,在喷嘴支撑架上均匀间隔固装多个雾化喷嘴,多个雾化喷嘴通过管路与润滑脂高压输送单元连接,润滑脂高压输送单元连接润滑脂储罐。
而且,在每一节伸缩臂出口框架处均固装一喷嘴支撑架。
而且,所述喷嘴支撑架通过雾化气收集罩包围,对雾化气收集,雾化气收集罩通过管路连接雾气净化系统。
而且,所述的润滑脂储罐通过压油盘控制油位。
而且,所述的润滑脂高压输送单元由通过管路连接的高压泵、稳压器和高压阀组组成。
本发明的优点和积极效果是:
本发明采用自动生产线来完成吊车伸缩臂外壁的喷涂,这样不仅能够保证喷涂位置比较准确,而且能够保证每个吊车伸缩臂外壁喷涂均匀。吊车伸缩臂的运行速度可使单套吊车伸缩臂外壁完成喷涂平均只需要25分钟,这样2个操作人员生产效率可达2.4套/h左右。若纯人工完成,至少需要6个人,这样至少可节约4个人,并且喷涂的润滑脂表面覆盖度基本相同,质量得以保障。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述,以下实施例只是描述性的,不是限定性的,不能以此限定本发明的保护范围。
一种吊车伸缩臂外壁润滑脂自动雾化喷涂系统,包括润滑脂储罐4、润滑脂高压输送单元3、润滑脂喷涂单元、PLC控制单元。润滑脂喷涂单元安装在伸缩臂1上。
所述的润滑脂喷涂单元包括喷嘴支撑架2、喷嘴5,所述的喷嘴支撑架为圆弧形,喷嘴支撑架的两端镜像对称向内水平折弯制出两个连接臂6,两连接臂与吊车伸缩臂通过连接件连接,在喷嘴支撑架上均匀间隔固装多个雾化喷嘴,多个雾化喷嘴通过管路与润滑脂高压输送单元连接,润滑脂高压输送单元连接润滑脂储罐。
所述的连接件可以为卡扣或者螺栓。喷嘴支撑架固定吊挂在前一级伸缩臂口框架处,当吊车伸缩臂沿着伸缩臂出口方向移动时,雾化喷嘴同时进行喷涂,在伸缩臂匀速移动时,雾化喷嘴稳定进行喷涂,由于伸缩臂调整过程时间比较长,在每个伸缩臂出口处均固定喷嘴支撑架,同时满足多节伸缩臂的外壁喷涂润滑脂的要求。喷涂同时结束,然后伸缩臂缩回到原位,再由操作人员将喷嘴支撑架取下,进行下一个吊车伸缩臂外壁的喷涂。
喷涂过程会产生润滑脂雾化气,为防止雾化润滑脂雾气弥漫生产车间,造成操作环境污染,采用收集罩进行雾化气收集,收集罩将喷嘴支撑架包围。收集罩连接雾气净化系统,通过净化系统将雾化气中的润滑脂净化,合格废气排出。
所述的润滑脂储罐通过压油盘控制油位。
所述的润滑脂高压输送单元由2个高压泵、稳压器和高压阀组等组成。高压泵组的流量为0.9L/min,工作压力5MPa左右可输出所需要的润滑脂。稳压器在喷涂过程中,使喷嘴压力波动范围控制在很小的范围,同时减少了高压泵组的频繁启动,延长了使用寿命。雾化效果可达到50μm。在泵出口安装压力表,随时可观察系统压力。
PLC控制单元选用德国西门子公司的(SIEMENS-S7)系统为控制核心,由PLC控制自动完成高压泵启动、喷嘴雾化喷涂等功能。
以上所述的仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

1.一种吊车伸缩臂外壁润滑脂自动雾化喷涂系统,其特征在于:包括润滑脂储罐、润滑脂高压输送单元、润滑脂喷涂单元、PLC控制单元,润滑脂喷涂单元安装在伸缩臂口O型框架处,所述的润滑脂喷涂单元包括喷嘴支撑架、喷嘴,所述的喷嘴支撑架为圆弧形,喷嘴支撑架的两端镜像对称向内水平折弯制出两个连接臂,两连接臂与吊车伸缩臂通过连接件连接,在喷嘴支撑架上均匀间隔固装多个雾化喷嘴,多个雾化喷嘴通过管路与润滑脂高压输送单元连接,润滑脂高压输送单元连接润滑脂储罐。
2.根据权利要求1所述的吊车伸缩臂外壁润滑脂自动雾化喷涂系统,其特征在于:在每一节伸缩臂出口框架处均固装一喷嘴支撑架。
3.根据权利要求1所述的吊车伸缩臂外壁润滑脂自动雾化喷涂系统,其特征在于:所述喷嘴支撑架通过雾化气收集罩包围,雾化气收集罩通过管路连接雾气净化系统。
4.根据权利要求1所述的吊车伸缩臂外壁润滑脂自动雾化喷涂系统,其特征在于:所述的润滑脂储罐通过压油盘控制油位。
5.根据权利要求1所述的吊车伸缩臂外壁润滑脂自动雾化喷涂系统,其特征在于:所述的润滑脂高压输送单元由通过管路连接的高压泵、稳压器和高压阀组组成。
