Description

Antibacterial skin care product
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of daily chemical production, and particularly relates to an antibacterial skin care product.
Background
With the development of society and the deterioration of ecological environment, the skin is also challenged more and more. Bacteria are easily hidden on the surface of skin, and in the existing skin care products, besides moisture preservation and repair are needed, a certain amount of antibacterial agent is needed to be added to resist the invasion of external bacteria. Common fungicides are triclosan and triclocarban. Triclosan and triclocarban, which have been widely used in personal care products for over 30 years as broad spectrum antimicrobial agents, have been in contact with the human body for long periods of time and are released into the environment, causing a number of environmental problems. At present, triclosan and triclocarban pollution is detected in organisms at all levels around the world. The residual triclosan, triclocarban and metabolites thereof in the environment have persistence, biological accumulation and ecological toxicity, thereby bringing certain potential risks to an ecological system and even generating adverse effects on human health. Triclosan and triclocarban have been shown to have a general toxic effect on various levels of organisms including algae, plants, lower animals, amphibians, fish, mammals, etc., and are primarily manifested in growth inhibition, lethal effects, endocrine disruption, reproductive toxicity, DNA toxicity, and the like. The united states Food and Drug Administration (FDA) issued a ban on 2016 for use with antibacterial bath products containing one or more of the 19 specified ingredients, the two most used of which are triclosan and triclocarban. And 7, 11 months in 2018, the Canada constitution newspaper is released to finally decide that triclosan and triclocarban are included in the toxic substance list of Canada environmental protection Law. Silver antimicrobials have received renewed attention.
The silver-based antibacterial agent has a long application history and plays a great role in human health. And in terms of safety and antibacterial effect, the inorganic silver antibacterial agent and the silver composite antibacterial agent have the advantages of long acting, high efficiency, broad spectrum, safety and the like. Silver has been found to have natural antibacterial properties and safety in ancient times. At that time, the ancient Egypt person knows to cover the wound with a thin silver sheet to prevent bacterial infection, and the Mongolian person who accelerates wound healing knows to useThe sheep milk contained in the silverware can keep the freshness of the Li Shizhen of the Ming dynasty physicians in Ben Cao gang mu, and the fact that the psoriasis has the effects of calming the five internal organs, calming the heart, stopping palpitation due to fright, eliminating pathogenic factors and the like is described in the Ben Cao gang mu, the sheep milk can lighten the body and prolong the life after being taken for a long time, the raw silver has pungent and cold taste, is nontoxic, is used for diagnosing and treating related diseases by using the silver in the traditional Chinese medicine, and has the record of treating ulcers. In 1884, German obstetrician Crede dropped 1% silver nitrate solution into eyes of newborn infants to prevent conjunctivitis of newborn infants, and the blindness rate of infants was reduced from 10% to 0.2%. In 1893, tests show that silver has a killing effect on microorganisms such as bacteria, and the silver has a wider medical effect until today. 0.5% silver nitrate is a standard solution for treating burns and wounds; the silver nitrate with the concentration of 10-20% can be applied to treat the uterine erosion. Researches show that the silver has strong killing effect on various pathogenic bacteria such as escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus and the like, the required concentration is extremely low, and the general dosage is 10-6And (mass fraction) sterilizing. In terms of safety, silver is one of tissue components in a human body, cells treated by silver ions with very low concentration have no obvious changes of cell aggregation, cell deformation, cell lysis, pH value and the like, and a small amount of silver ions have no obvious harm to the human body. Therefore, the silver-based antibacterial agent is used for improving the antibacterial function of the textile and has sufficient safety.
The silver antibacterial agent has many advantages as an inorganic antibacterial agent, but the silver antibacterial agent has unstable property, nano silver is easy to agglomerate and discolor, silver ions are easy to be converted into brown silver oxide or black simple substance silver through ultraviolet light catalytic reduction, and the appearance of the product and the antibacterial performance are influenced. The composite antibacterial agent is a development direction of antibacterial materials, and many researches prove that the composite antibacterial agent has a better antibacterial effect than that of a single metal ion.

The following examples and comparative examples are used to illustrate the composition of the antibacterial skin care product of the present invention and its bacteriostatic and bactericidal effects.
Table 2, the table lists the example 1, example 2 and the corresponding comparative example components.
Table 3, the table lists the example 3, 4, 5 and the corresponding components of the comparative example.
Figure BDA0002253864540000071
Figure BDA0002253864540000081
The examples and comparative examples listed in tables 1 and 2 above were subjected to challenge tests for bactericidal, bacteriostatic, irritant and preservative properties, the results of which are detailed in tables 4-6 below.
Antibacterial and bacteriostatic properties: the method is carried out according to a 5.1.1 suspension quantitative antibacterial test and a 5.2.1 suspension quantitative antibacterial test in a standard WS/T650-2019 antibacterial and antibacterial effect evaluation method, wherein the test concentration is 1%.
Irritation test method: the surfactant irritation test employed the Zein (Zein) method. Zein is a yellow Zein, practically insoluble in water, whose structure is similar to that of keratin found in skin and hair. Zein reacts with irritant substances, such as surfactant solutions, and the like, to denature and dissolve. More aggressive surfactants are more likely to cause denaturation of Zein than less aggressive surfactants, resulting in increased dissolution of Zein. The amount of Zein dissolved represents the skin irritation of the surfactant or formulation.
Taking a sample to be detected, and preparing a solution with the active substance mass fraction/effective substance of 1%. 100g of the solution was taken, 0.5g of Zein was added in succession until it could not be dissolved, and then stirred for 2 hours, followed by filtration. The filter paper and the precipitate were placed in a 45 ℃ oven overnight to dry, weighed, and the amount of Zein dissolved was calculated. The greater the amount of Zein solubilized, the greater the irritation.
The preservative challenge test may be referred to the "chinese pharmacopoeia" (2010 edition appendix).

TABLE 6
The data listed in the above tables are analyzed, and table 2 and table 3 list the components and the amounts used in each example and comparative example, wherein the base components and the amounts used in comparative example a and comparative example B are the same, and the antibacterial agent is not added in comparative example a and comparative example B. Comparative example A and comparative example B differ in the amount of preservative added. Comparative example A added preservative in the same amount as in example group, while comparative example B added more preservative than comparative example A.
As shown in tables 4 to 6, the antibacterial performance of the skin care product is enhanced and the irritation is reduced compared with the antibacterial performance of the skin care product of the comparative example A and the skin care product of the comparative example B, and the antibacterial performance of the skin care product on escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus and candida albicans can be obviously enhanced after the antibacterial agent is added. Can also reduce irritation of skin care products. The content of the preservative in the skin care product is strictly controlled, the skin care product is easy to deteriorate when the dosage of the preservative is less, and the skin is damaged when the dosage of the preservative is more. In contrast, the comparative examples, a and B show that after the antibacterial agent is added to the skin care product, the antibacterial agent can significantly reduce the amount of the preservative, and can also ensure the hygienic index of the skin care product during the storage period, which means that the antibacterial skin care product of the present invention uses less preservative and has less damage to the skin without affecting the quality of the skin care product.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention.
