The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

the soothing, repairing and moisturizing spray provided by the invention comprises, by weight, per 100 parts of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 0.1-1.0 part of glucan, 0.1-2.0 parts of betaine, 0.1-1.0 part of mung bean fermentation liquor, 0.5-3.5 parts of Gentiana lutea root extract, 0.5-3.0 parts of active yeast cell essence, 0.5-5.0 parts of leupeptin antibacterial liquid, 0.1-1.0 part of thickening agent, 2-10 parts of 1, 3-propylene glycol and the balance of water.

Further, the soothing, repairing and moisturizing spray comprises, by weight, per 100 parts of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 0.1-0.8 part of glucan, 0.2-1.5 parts of betaine, 0.1-0.8 part of mung bean fermentation liquor, 0.5-2.5 parts of Gentiana lutea root extract, 0.5-2.5 parts of active yeast cell essence, 1.5-3.5 parts of leupeptin antibacterial liquor, 0.1-0.7 part of thickening agent, 4-8 parts of 1, 3-propylene glycol and the balance of water.

Further, the thickening agent is a natural polymer, and mainly comprises one or more of pectin, gellan gum, gum arabic and xanthan gum.

Furthermore, the 1, 3-propylene glycol is derived from environment-friendly and reproducible propylene glycol of corn sugar, and has the characteristics of no stimulation, no sensitization and the like.

The invention also aims to provide a winter soothing, repairing and moisturizing spray and a preparation method thereof, wherein the winter soothing, repairing and moisturizing spray comprises the following steps:

(a) heating dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, a thickening agent, 1, 3-propylene glycol and water to 80-85 ℃, and stirring for dissolving;

(b) cooling to 48 ℃, adding glucan, betaine, mung bean fermentation liquor, gentiana lutea root extract, active yeast cell essence and bright peptide antibacterial liquid, supplementing distilled water to 100 parts of the total weight, adjusting the pH of the system to be between 5.5 and 6.5, uniformly stirring, and discharging after the inspection is qualified.

The invention has the advantages that:

(1) the formula of the invention does not use traditional components which are easy to cause skin irritation, such as preservatives, essences and the like, and all the components are natural, thus having the advantages of being mild and non-irritating.

(2) The 1, 3-propylene glycol used in the formula is a non-petroleum source, is a corn source, has the characteristics of mildness and no stimulation, and is more suitable for people with sensitive and fragile skin.

The soothing, repairing and moisturizing spray obtained in example 4 of the invention and similar products sold on the market are used for testing the clinical effect of the sensitive skin test population.

40 skin sensitive subjects were screened using the lactic acid sting assay and divided into A, B groups of 20 individuals each. Group A used the soothing, repairing and moisturizing spray obtained in example 4, group B used a similar product sold, both groups sprayed the spray to the facial skin 3 times a day, and tested the moisture content of the skin of the subject, physiological function index of the skin after epidermal water loss and lactic acid sting score test using a moisture probe and a moisture loss probe of a German CK skin tester for 0 day, 14 days, 28 days and 56 days, respectively, and during the using period, other similar skin care products or medicines are forbidden.

The results show that A, B both volunteers showed significant increase in skin moisture, but the product of the present invention showed superior performance in promoting hydration of sensitive skin and increasing skin moisture content over the commercial product. And the complaints of volunteers concluded that the spray of the invention could alleviate the redness, itching of the skin.

The results show that the transdermal water loss of A, B two groups of volunteers is reduced, but the product of the invention is better than the product on the market in terms of enhancing the barrier function of sensitive skin, reducing water loss and improving the water retention capacity of skin.

3. Comparison of lactic acid stabbing pain

Preparing 50uL of 10% lactic acid solution, dripping on a single-layer filter paper with the diameter of 0.8cm, placing on the nasolabial sulcus of a subject, inquiring about the stabbing pain feeling of the subject and observing the skin condition in 3min, 4min and 5min respectively, and grading according to a 4-point method, wherein (0 is no stabbing pain, 1 is mild stabbing pain, 2 is moderate stabbing pain, and 3 is severe stabbing pain), the stabbing pain accumulation is more than or equal to 3, and the lactic acid stabbing pain is classified into a subject.

experiments prove that the soothing, repairing and moisturizing spray can improve the redness, itching and other conditions of sensitive skin, can increase the moisture content of the skin, enhance the moisturizing mechanism of the skin and enhance the tolerance of the skin, is mild and non-irritant, and is suitable for soothing and repairing the sensitive skin.

Claims (5)

1. The soothing, repairing and moisturizing spray is characterized by comprising, by weight, 0.1-1.0 part of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 0.1-1.0 part of glucan, 0.1-2.0 parts of betaine, 0.1-1.0 part of mung bean fermentation liquor, 0.5-3.5 parts of Gentiana lutea root extract, 0.5-3.0 parts of active yeast cell essence, 0.5-5.0 parts of leupeptin antibacterial liquid, 0.1-1.0 part of thickening agent, 2-10 parts of 1, 3-propylene glycol and the balance of water per 100 parts of the weight.

A soothing, repairing and moisturizing spray according to claim 1, which comprises, by weight, 0.1 to 0.6 parts of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 0.1 to 0.8 parts of glucan, 0.2 to 1.5 parts of betaine, 0.1 to 0.8 parts of mung bean fermentation liquor, 0.5 to 2.5 parts of Gentiana lutea root extract, 0.5 to 2.5 parts of active yeast cell essence, 1.5 to 3.5 parts of leupeptin antibacterial liquid, 0.1 to 0.7 parts of thickening agent, 4 to 8 parts of 1, 3-propanediol and the balance of water, per 100 parts of the weight.

3. A soothing, repairing and moisturizing spray as claimed in claim 1 or claim 2, wherein the thickening agent is selected from the group consisting essentially of one or more of pectin, gellan, gum arabic, and xanthan gum.

4. A soothing, repairing and moisturizing spray as claimed in claim 1 or claim 2, wherein the 1, 3-propanediol is derived from the environmentally friendly, renewable corn sugar propylene glycol, and is non-irritating and non-allergenic.

5. A method of preparing a soothing repair spray according to any of claims 1 to 4, comprising the steps of:

(a) heating dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, a thickening agent, 1, 3-propylene glycol and water to 80-85 ℃, and stirring for dissolving;

(b) cooling to 48 ℃, adding glucan, betaine, mung bean fermentation liquor, gentiana lutea root extract, active yeast cell essence and bright peptide antibacterial liquid, supplementing distilled water to 100 parts of the total weight, adjusting the pH of the system to be between 5.5 and 6.5, uniformly stirring, and discharging after the inspection is qualified.
