This is because, compared to example 1, the hair care compositions of examples 6-9 have a liquid upper layer comprising only a single vegetable base oil, while the liquid upper layer of example 1 comprises four vegetable base oils, which can cooperate with each other to achieve synergistic effects, so that the softness of hair strands is significantly improved, and the problems of dry and rough hair are significantly improved.
The hair care compositions prepared in examples 10-13 of the present invention, when applied to the hair bundle, also showed significantly lower dry combing performance than that of example 1. The reason is that the liquid upper layer in example 1 comprises four kinds of vegetable base oil, the four kinds of vegetable base oil can be matched with each other and have synergistic effect, and compared with example 1, the liquid upper layers in examples 10 to 13 lack one kind of vegetable base oil, and the improvement effect on the softness of hair bundles is obviously inferior to that of example 1, which indicates that the four kinds of vegetable oil must exist simultaneously, are matched with each other and lack one, and only the four kinds of vegetable oil are reasonably compounded for use, so that the softness of hair bundles can be obviously improved, and the problems of dry hair and rough hair can be obviously improved.
The hair care compositions of comparative examples 1 to 3 according to the present invention, which comprise only two of the three layers of the liquid upper layer, the liquid intermediate layer and the liquid lower layer, lack the liquid intermediate layer in the hair care composition of comparative example 1, lack the liquid upper layer in the hair care composition of comparative example 2, lack the liquid lower layer in the hair care composition of comparative example 3, produced hair care compositions which, after being applied to hair strands, had a significantly lower reduction in the combing performance data than in any of the examples. The reason is that only by compounding the upper liquid layer, the middle liquid layer and the lower liquid layer, the easy absorbability of the natural vegetable oil, the smoothness of the siloxane and the moisturizing performance of the polyol can be well combined together, and the problems of dry and rough hair can be effectively solved.
2. Scalp moisturizing test:
(1) and (4) testing standard: in the test, the hair care compositions obtained in the examples and the comparative examples, a commercially available sample A and a commercially available sample B are subjected to moisturizing efficacy test according to the light industry standard 'cosmetic moisturizing efficacy evaluation guideline';
(2) the test principle is as follows: the capacitance method is used for measuring the moisture content of the human skin horny layer, and is based on the obvious difference of dielectric constants of water and other substances, the capacitance values of the measured skin are different according to the moisture content of the human skin horny layer, and the parameters can represent the moisture content of the scalp.
(3) The test method comprises the following steps: selecting 50 subjects who are dyed with perm substance, wherein all the subjects have no history of scalp allergy or scalp diseases, the tested parts have no abnormality, all the subjects are female and are 21-45 years old, the whole testing process is carried out in a constant temperature and humidity laboratory, the room temperature is 20-22 ℃, and the humidity is 40-60%; skin moisture content was measured using Corneometer CM825 (Courage + Khazaka, germany, available from hokyo gold sail), 19 sites were selected on the back side of the heads of 50 subjects, each site was 5CM × 5CM, hair care compositions prepared according to examples and comparative examples of the present invention and commercially available products were applied to each site in sequence, one site was left without any hair care product as a blank, and the higher the value, the higher the moisture content of the stratum corneum;
before testing, subjects wash hair with the same shampoo, blow the hair, keep a certain posture for 30min, respectively coat the samples of examples 1-13 and comparative examples 1-3, the samples A and B on the market on the test part, set blank control areas, and respectively set the test time points of (0h) before coating, 1h and 2h after coating, wherein the sample coating amount is 2.0 +/-0.1 mg/cm2

As can be seen from Table 5, the scalp moisture content was increased compared to the blank control group after applying a certain amount of the hair care compositions or hair oils of examples 1 to 5 of the present invention, comparative examples 1 to 3 and commercially available A, B.
Compared with example 1, the hair care compositions prepared in examples 6-9 of the present invention had a scalp moisture content significantly lower than that of example 1 after being applied to the scalp. This is because, compared to example 1, the hair care compositions of examples 6-9 have a liquid upper layer comprising only a single vegetable base oil, while the liquid upper layer of example 1 comprises four vegetable base oils, which can be matched with each other to synergistically enhance the efficacy, and are reasonably combined with the liquid middle layer and the liquid lower layer, so that the moisture retaining components brought into the scalp by the liquid lower layer can be well prevented from running off, the moisture of the scalp skin can be retained, and the moisture content of the scalp can be significantly increased.
Compared with example 1, the hair care compositions prepared in examples 10-13 of the present invention applied to the scalp had a scalp moisture content significantly lower than that of example 1. The reason is that the upper liquid layer in example 1 includes four kinds of vegetable base oil, which can cooperate with each other to achieve synergistic effect, but compared with example 1, the upper liquid layers in examples 10 to 13 lack one kind of vegetable base oil, and the effect of improving the moisture content of the scalp is obviously inferior to that of example 1, which indicates that the four kinds of vegetable oil must exist simultaneously, cooperate with each other, and lack one, and only the four kinds of vegetable oil are reasonably compounded to prevent the moisture retention component brought into the scalp from losing from the lower liquid layer, so that the moisture content of the scalp is retained, that is, the moisture content of the scalp is obviously improved.
The hair care compositions of comparative examples 1 to 3 according to the present invention, which comprise only two of the three layers of the liquid upper layer, the liquid intermediate layer and the liquid lower layer, were lacking in the liquid intermediate layer in the hair care composition of comparative example 1, were lacking in the liquid upper layer in the hair care composition of comparative example 2, and were lacking in the liquid lower layer in the hair care composition of comparative example 3, produced hair care compositions having a scalp skin moisture content significantly lower than that of any of the examples. The reason is that the easy absorbability of the natural vegetable oil, the smoothness of the siloxane and the moisturizing performance of the polyalcohol can be well combined only by compounding the upper liquid layer, the middle liquid layer and the lower liquid layer, so that the effects of moisturizing and nourishing the scalp can be achieved.
In conclusion, the three-layer hair care composition provided by the invention adopts the combination of the natural vegetable oil, the siloxane and the polyalcohol, so that the absorbability of the natural vegetable oil, the smoothness of the siloxane and the moisturizing performance of the polyalcohol are well combined together, four kinds of natural vegetable oil are screened out, and after the four kinds of natural vegetable oil are compounded with the siloxane and the polyalcohol according to a certain proportion, the problems of dry hair, rough hair, dull hair, dry scalp, tightness, pruritus and the like are effectively solved, the hair is kept to be smooth for a longer time, and the scalp is kept to be moist and comfortable for a long time, so that the three-layer hair care composition has wide application prospect and market value.
The applicant declares that the present invention illustrates the detailed structural features of the present invention through the above embodiments, but the present invention is not limited to the above detailed structural features, that is, it does not mean that the present invention must be implemented depending on the above detailed structural features. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that any modifications of the present invention, equivalent substitutions of selected components of the present invention, additions of auxiliary components, selection of specific modes, etc., are within the scope and disclosure of the present invention.

Claims (19)

1. A three-layer hair care composition is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass of 100 percent of the total mass of the hair care composition: 10-50% of the liquid upper layer, 20-60% of the liquid middle layer and 20-50% of the liquid lower layer;
the upper liquid layer is composed of vegetable base oil, an oil-soluble sun-screening agent and essence, wherein the content of the vegetable base oil is at least 50%, the content of the oil-soluble sun-screening agent is 0.01-1%, and the content of the essence is 0.01-1% by taking the total mass of the upper liquid layer as 100%;
the liquid intermediate layer is at least one linear polysiloxane;
the lower liquid layer comprises at least one of polyol, colorant, water-soluble sunscreen agent, panthenol, inorganic salt and water, wherein the content of the polyol is at least 50 percent, the content of the colorant is 0.01-1 percent, the content of the water-soluble sunscreen agent is 0.01-1 percent, the content of the panthenol is 0.01-2 percent, the content of the inorganic salt is 0.01-0.5 percent and the content of the water is 1-10 percent, wherein the total mass of the lower liquid layer is 100 percent;
the vegetable base oil is jojoba seed oil, sweet almond oil, Aralia mandshurica kernel oil and coconut oil;
the three-layer hair care composition is prepared by a process comprising: mixing the liquid upper layer, the liquid middle layer and the liquid lower layer, and standing to obtain the three-layer hair care composition;
the density ratio of the liquid upper layer to the liquid middle layer is (0.94-0.99) to 1;
the density ratio of the liquid lower layer to the liquid middle layer is (1.02-1.3): 1.
2. The hair care composition according to claim 1, wherein the liquid top layer comprises, based on 100% of the total mass, jojoba oil 1-50%, sweet almond oil 1-50%, argania spinosa kernel oil 1-50%, and coconut oil 1-50%.
3. The hair care composition according to claim 1, wherein the oil-soluble sunscreen agent comprises any one of or a combination of at least two of benzophenone-3, bis-ethylhexyloxyphenol methoxyphenyl triazine, butyl methoxydibenzoylmethane, diethylamino hydroxybenzoyl hexyl benzoate, cresoltrazol trisiloxane, ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate, ethylhexyl salicylate, ethylhexyl triazone, or octocrine.
4. The hair care composition according to claim 1, wherein the density of the liquid intermediate layer is < 0.99g/cm3
5. The hair care composition of claim 1, wherein the linear silicone comprises polydimethylsiloxane.
6. The hair care composition according to claim 5, wherein the polydimethylsiloxane has a viscosity of 100-100000 cps.
7. The hair care composition according to claim 6, wherein the linear silicone comprises: a polydimethylsiloxane having a viscosity of 100cps, a polydimethylsiloxane having a viscosity of 500cps, and a polydimethylsiloxane having a viscosity of 100000 cps.
8. The hair care composition according to claim 1, wherein the polyol comprises a triol and/or a diol.
9. The hair care composition according to claim 8, wherein the triol is glycerol.
10. The hair care composition of claim 8, wherein the glycol comprises any one of propylene glycol, butylene glycol, or pentylene glycol, or a combination of at least two thereof.
11. The hair care composition of claim 1, wherein the colorant is a water-soluble pigment.
12. The hair care composition of claim 11, wherein the water soluble pigment comprises any one or a combination of at least two of CI 15985, CI 42090, CI 42051, CI 17200, or CI 16035.
13. The hair care composition according to claim 1, wherein the water-soluble sunscreen agent comprises any one or a combination of at least two of phenylbenzimidazole sulfonic acid, benzophenone-4, benzophenone-5, benzylidene camphor sulfonic acid, cinnamamide propyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, PEG-25 p-aminobenzoic acid, polyquaternium-59, or triethanolamine salicylate salts and derivatives thereof.
14. The hair care composition according to claim 1, wherein the inorganic salt is sodium chloride.
15. The hair care composition according to claim 1, wherein the liquid upper layer comprises, based on 100% of the total mass of the composition: 1-50% of jojoba seed oil, 1-50% of sweet almond oil, 1-50% of argania spinosa kernel oil, 1-50% of coconut oil, 0.01-1% of oil-soluble sun-screening agent and 0.01-1% of essence.
16. The hair care composition according to claim 1, wherein the liquid intermediate layer comprises, based on 100% of the total mass of the liquid intermediate layer: 68-95% of polydimethylsiloxane having a viscosity of 100cps, 4-30% of polydimethylsiloxane having a viscosity of 500cps and 0.005-5% of polydimethylsiloxane having a viscosity of 100000 cps.
17. The hair care composition according to claim 1, wherein the liquid lower layer comprises, based on 100% of the total mass of the liquid lower layer: 50-95% of polyol, 0.01-1% of colorant, 0.01-2% of panthenol, 0.01-1% of water-soluble sun-screening agent, 0.01-2% of inorganic salt and 1-45% of water.
18. A process for the preparation of a triple layer hair care composition according to any one of claims 1 to 17, which comprises: and mixing the liquid upper layer, the liquid middle layer and the liquid lower layer, and standing to obtain the three-layer hair care composition.
19. Use of a triple layer hair care composition according to any one of claims 1 to 17 in hair oils, shampoos, conditioners or films.
