The first reel moves radially in the direction of the second reel, and the second reel moves synchronously and in the same direction with the first reel, specifically: the first scroll and the second scroll both move longitudinally; further, the first reel and the second reel are both moved downward in the radial direction.
The second reel moves radially in the direction of the first reel, and the first reel and the second reel synchronously move in the same direction, specifically: the second scroll and the first scroll move longitudinally; further, the second reel and the first reel are both moved upward in the radial direction.
The mop strip rolling mechanism rolls the mop strip on the second scroll onto the mop strip rolling mechanism, and then folds the mop strip to stack the mop strip. Or the mop strip winding mechanism winds the mop strip on the second scroll to the mop strip winding mechanism to roll the mop strip.
The invention relates to a method for cleaning a cleaning machine by utilizing a dustbin special for the cleaning machine, which comprises the following steps that a cloth dragging strip is transferred from a second reel to a first reel, and a first surface of the cloth dragging strip is contacted with a water surface to clean the first surface; when the mop strips on the second reel are completely rolled up, the second reel continuously rotates in the original rotation direction, and the mop strips on the first reel are rolled up on the second reel, so that the second surface of the mop strips contacts the water surface, and the second surface is cleaned;
when the mop strips are rolled on the first scroll, the claw mechanism is used for wrapping the first scroll, and water is extruded from the mop strips;
when the mop strips are rolled on the second scroll, the claw mechanism is used for wrapping the second scroll, and water is extruded from the mop strips.
Transferring the cloth dragging strip from the second reel to the first reel, and cleaning the first surface by contacting the first surface of the cloth dragging strip with the water surface; when the mop strips on the second reel are completely rolled up, the second reel continuously rotates in the original rotation direction, and the mop strips on the first reel are rolled up on the second reel, so that the second surface of the mop strips is contacted with the water surface, and the second surface is cleaned. When the mop strip is rolled on the first scroll, the claw mechanism and the pressing plate Bao Gadi are utilized to extrude water from the mop strip. The garbage dumping method of the cleaner comprises the steps that a garbage outlet at the bottom of a garbage box of the cleaner is opened, and garbage in the garbage box is dumped into a garbage can; the method comprises the following steps: the automatic turning plate at the bottom of the garbage box is opened, and garbage in the garbage box is placed into the garbage can.
In the invention, the mopping device mainly comprises two parts, namely a mop strip winding mechanism, a scroll and a mop strip.
The mop strip rolling mechanism is mainly used for rolling and storing the mop strips, when mopping, the mop strips are rolled on the second scroll, when mopping, the mop strip rolling mechanism slowly transfers (rolls or draws) the mop strips rolled on the scroll to the mop strip rolling mechanism, in the process, the mop strips move, the first surface of the mop strips contacts the ground to be cleaned, and the cleaning machine is matched with the ground to clean the ground, and of course, the mop strip transfer can also be quickly transferred, the ground is cleaned in the transfer motion, and the cleaning machine is not required to be matched with the ground to travel. Because the mop strips are continuously transferred from the second reel to the mop strip winding mechanism, when a section of mop strips has sludge, the section of mop strips are wound and moved into the mop strip winding mechanism, and the mop strips which come out of the second reel are clean, so that the cleaner can continuously mop the floor. When the mop strip on the second reel is reeled to the end, the second reel is continuously rotated, and the mop strip in the mop strip reeling mechanism is transferred to the second reel, and then the second surface of the mop strip is contacted with the cleaned floor. Therefore, in this embodiment, the mop strip is transferred vertically and is matched with the rotation direction of the second reel, so that both sides of the mop strip can clean the ground respectively. In actual use, although the sludge is attached to one side of the mop strip after cleaning, the other side of the mop strip is clean, and the two sides of the mop strip are used in the embodiment, so that one clean mop strip is used on two sides, namely, the floor area is twice as much as that of the floor area when only one side is used.
Third embodiment of the cleaning device referring to fig. 4, the mop strip winding mechanism of the present invention is provided with a second reel below and a mop strip winding mechanism above. The rolling mechanism comprises a pair of pressing wheels 28 rotating in opposite directions, a mop strip passes through the pair of pressing wheels, a fixed wheel shaft 27 is arranged above the pressing wheels, the mop strip moves from the fixed wheel shaft to the pressing wheels, and swings left and right on a horizontal plane through the pressing wheels, and in the swinging process, the mop strip continuously passes through the pair of pressing wheels, and is layered on the mop strip rolling mechanism. Among these, the fixed axle is fixed between two left and right casings, and the both sides axle head of swing wheel is fixed in the swing frame lower extreme, and the swing frame upper end is fixed on the axle head of fixed axle both sides, and the portable swing wheel of swing frame left and right sides. When the mop strip is transferred from the mop strip winding mechanism to the second reel, the second reel serves as a driving shaft, and the mop strip winding mechanism can be used without action.
In the above example, the mop strip winding mechanism is above and the second reel is below. Preferably, the mop strips on the second reel are in direct contact with the floor, and the friction between the mop strips and the floor is increased by the pressure of the second reel.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the first reel and the second reel are respectively formed by two reels, wherein the first reel is arranged on the upper side, and the second reel is arranged on the lower side. The first reel is mainly used for winding and storing mop strips, the mop strips are firstly wound on the second reel when mopping, the first reel slowly transfers (in a winding mode) the mop strips wound on the reel to the first reel when mopping, in the process, the mop strips move, the first surface of the mop strips contacts the cleaned ground and is matched with a cleaner to clean the ground, and the mop strips can be transferred quickly and clean the ground in a transferring motion without being matched with the cleaner to walk. Because the mop strips are continuously transferred from the second reel to the first reel, after a section of mop strips has sludge, the mop strips are rolled up and received into the first reel, and the mop strips which subsequently come out of the second reel are clean, so that the cleaning machine can continuously mop the floor. When the mop strip on the second reel is reeled to the end, the second reel is still continuously rotated, and the mop strip in the first reel is transferred to the second reel, and the second face of the mop strip is contacted with the floor to be cleaned. Therefore, in this embodiment, the mop strip is transferred vertically and is matched with the rotation direction of the second reel, so that both sides of the mop strip can clean the ground respectively. In actual use, although the sludge is attached to one side of the mop strip after cleaning, the other side of the mop strip is clean, and the two sides of the mop strip are used in the embodiment, so that one clean mop strip is used on two sides, namely, the floor area is twice as much as that of the floor area when only one side is used.
The mopping device comprises at least two reels and a mop strip wound between the reels; the spool is movably installed, and specifically comprises: the reel can perform radial movement, which is specifically: the spool is movable in a vertical direction relative to the housing 15, as well as in a lateral direction. In actual use, when the mop strip on the second reel is rolled onto the first reel, the volume of the second reel is reduced (the volume is that the reel is additionally provided with the mop strip wrapped outside, when the mop strip is rolled, the volume is reduced, and when the mop strip is rolled up, the volume is increased), and the first reel is increased, so that the first reel is moved to the second reel, the space which is increased after the second reel is reduced is occupied, the total space occupied by the two reels is unchanged, and therefore, in the embodiment, the large space which is occupied by the mop strips by the two reels is not required to be reserved for the cleaner, and only the space which is occupied by one reel is required to be designed for the cleaner is required to be occupied by the cleaner, so that a lot of space is saved, the cleaner can be miniaturized, or the cleaner with the same volume can carry more mop strips, clean more floors and double cleaning areas.
After the two above example effects are overlapped, the technology of the invention can be four times of the mopping area of the conventional cleaner structural design.
According to the invention, the first scroll and the second scroll are fixed on the shell by the shaft ends at both ends and do not move radially, and the interval distance between the first scroll and the second scroll is as follows: when the mop strip is completely rolled on the first scroll or the second scroll, the maximum thickness of the mop strip on the first scroll or the second scroll is properly increased, and the gap for rotary movement is properly increased, namely the interval distance between the first scroll and the second scroll. Compared with the embodiment that the scroll can move radially, the embodiment occupies a little more space, but the rotating shaft is not designed on the sliding block, but is directly arranged on the shell, so the stability is better.
In a preferred form, the first reel is disposed above and the second reel is disposed directly below the first reel. During the transfer of the mop strip, the second scroll and the first scroll both move radially, wherein radial movement refers to upward and downward movement of the scroll. Of course, in order to achieve the effect of the present invention, the second reel and the first reel need not be arranged vertically, but may be arranged obliquely downwards and obliquely upwards, and in this case, the second reel and the first reel move obliquely radially. Or can be arranged in a left-right manner, and the second scroll and the first scroll move in a left-right radial direction.
The first reel or the second reel may each be a rotatable shaft on which the mop strip is wound directly. Preferably, the first reel or the second reel is composed of two rotating shafts, specifically, the first reel is composed of two rotating shafts which are arranged in parallel, and in the working process, the two rotating shafts synchronously rotate, the rotation direction and the rotation quantity are the same, the mop strip 9 is in transmission connection with the two rotating shafts like a transmission belt, that is, the two rotating shafts are wrapped on the inner side of the mop strip by the mop strip, so that when one rotating shaft rotates, the other rotating shaft synchronously rotates. Preferably, when one shaft is rotating, if the mop is used as a transmission to drive to the other shaft, the transmission efficiency is low, namely: when one of the rotating shafts is a driving rotating shaft 7-1 and the other rotating shaft is a driven rotating shaft 7-2, when the driving rotating shaft 7-1 is used as a transmission to the driven rotating shaft 7-2 through a cloth dragging strip 9, because the transmission efficiency of the cloth dragging strip is not high, the condition that the rotation amounts of the driving rotating shaft and the driven rotating shaft are inconsistent (the rotation angle or the rotation speed is different, and the rotation speed of the driven shaft is lower than that of the driving shaft) can be caused, therefore, a connecting transmission belt 7-3 (the transmission belt is preferably a synchronous belt, and synchronous pulleys are arranged on the driving shaft and the driven shaft) is arranged between the driving shaft and the driven shaft, the end of the cloth dragging strip is fixed on the outer side of the transmission belt 7-3, specifically, the cloth dragging strip is provided with two ends, one end is fixed on the outer side of the transmission belt 7-3, and when the transmission belt rotates around the driving shaft and the driven shaft, the cloth dragging strip is wound on the two rotating shafts together. The second reel is also constructed as the first reel. Only the other end of the mop strip is secured to the outside of the second reel drive belt.
The first scroll or the second scroll is composed of two rotating shafts to form a belt driving mode, namely a synchronous rotating state; all the rotating shafts are arranged in parallel, two rotating shafts are horizontally arranged above the rotating shafts and are positioned on the same horizontal plane and connected through a belt to form a first scroll; two rollers are arranged below and are positioned on the same horizontal plane and connected through a belt to form a second scroll; the rotating shaft at the left side of the upper part is connected with the rotating shaft at the left side of the lower part by a sliding block; the rotating shaft on the right side above and the rotating shaft on the right side below are connected with the end head of the rotating shaft by adopting a sliding block.
The casing has two metal frames or metal sheets about, and the spool sets up between two casings about to all open the shaft hole on the casing, the spool both ends set up in the shaft hole. The scroll is enclosed in the shell; the scroll is a strip-shaped circular shaft. The shaft hole is a chute 10, and is longitudinally arranged, and the scroll can move up and down in the chute.
The spool is mounted on the housing at both ends by means of the slide blocks 14 and movement of the spool in the radial direction is effected by means of the slide blocks.
The two ends of the scroll are arranged on the shell through movable claw hands, and the scroll moves in the radial direction through the movable claw hands.
Of course, both ends of the reel are also directly fixed on the casing, and at this time, the reel only rotates and does not have other relative movements with the casing, so when the mop strip is rolled on the second reel, the mop strip will pad the space between the second reel and the cleaned floor to raise the second reel, because the second reel is fixed on the casing of the machine body, after the second reel is raised, the whole mopping device is raised, even the rear half of the cleaner of the invention is raised, and then the cleaner of the invention generates a forward tilting state. While the mop strip is rolled up on the first reel, the rear half of the cleaning machine of the invention is lowered correspondingly, and then the cleaning machine of the invention is brought into a reclined state. Thus, when mopping, a front inclination and a rear inclination are generated. The cleaning machine is attractive and can be affected to a certain extent. The proposal is different from that the two ends of the scroll are arranged on the shell through the sliding blocks 14, and the two ends of the scroll are arranged on the shell through the movable claw. When both ends of the reel are mounted on the casing through the sliding blocks 14 or both ends of the reel are mounted on the casing through the movable claws, no matter on which reel the mop strip is wound, the reel can be moved up or down relative to the casing or relative to the body of the cleaning machine of the invention, so that the casing or the body of the cleaning machine is prevented from being lifted or lowered, and the cleaning machine can be used for keeping a horizontal placing posture.
The shaft end of the scroll is provided with a driving wheel which is connected with the driving wheel through a driving device. Of course, if the drive wheel is self-powered, no power need be externally supplied. The purpose of the drive wheel is to rotate the spool to cause the spool to wind away the mop strip. The reel of the invention can also be an automatic reel, and power is arranged in the reel, for example, a motor is arranged in the axle core of the reel, hydraulic power and a pneumatic mechanism are arranged in the axle core, and the reel is driven to rotate.
The shaft end is provided with a driving device which is a motor, or a gear or a belt pulley; the driving wheel is installed on the sliding block and moves up and down synchronously with the scroll.
The shaft end is provided with a driving wheel which is a gear 6, the driving device is a swinging gear 12, and the swinging gear is arranged between the gear arranged at the shaft end of the upper scroll and the gear arranged at the shaft end of the lower scroll and can be meshed with the gear arranged at the shaft end of the upper scroll and the gear arranged at the shaft end of the lower scroll respectively through swinging; the swing gear is provided with a belt pulley and is connected with an output shaft 16 of a power output device through the belt pulley, and the power output device is a motor and a transmission speed change mechanism; the swing gear 12 swings around the power output apparatus output shaft 16.
The cleaning machine is divided into a front part and a rear part, wherein the front part is a sweeping device, and the rear part is a mopping device; a driving motor is arranged in the sweeping device to provide walking power for the walking device or provide power for the scroll; the cleaning machine is also provided with a circuit board, and a control system is arranged on the circuit board and used for controlling the working program of the whole cleaning machine; a battery 2 is also arranged to provide electric energy for the whole cleaner; a dust collector 3 is also arranged; the dust collector is also provided with a dust box which is connected with the dust collector; the garbage box is provided with a garbage inlet close to the ground, the bottom of the garbage box is provided with a garbage outlet, the garbage outlet is arranged at the bottom of the sweeping device, the garbage outlet is an automatic turning plate, the automatic turning plate is connected with a turning plate driving device, and the turning plate can be driven to open and close through the turning plate driving device; the bottom of the sweeping device is also provided with a sweeping rolling brush which is arranged at the inlet of the garbage box.
The third embodiment of the cleaning device structure, and the state in which this embodiment is mounted on the cleaning machine, refer to fig. 3, 10, 11.
As regards the running gear, the circuit, the battery, the sweeping part are still arranged in front, which need not be mentioned here again, reference is made to the other embodiments described above.
With respect to the cleaning device structure (i.e., floor mopping device portion):
the scroll forms an upper scroll 7 by an upper rotating shaft respectively, forms a lower scroll 8 by a lower rotating shaft respectively, and two ends of the mop strip 9 are respectively connected with the upper scroll and the lower scroll and are rolled on the scroll; one surface of the mop strip rolled on the lower scroll is contacted with the ground. The axes (circle centers) of the upper scroll and the lower scroll are not on the same vertical line, but the axes of the upper scroll and the lower scroll are parallel, but the axes are obliquely staggered, specifically: the upper scroll is arranged at the upper left, and the lower scroll is arranged at the lower right; or the upper reel is disposed at the upper right and the lower reel is disposed at the lower left. During operation, the relative distance between the upper and lower reels is kept constant, but the lower and upper reels still have to be displaced radially, in particular obliquely or around an arc. When the moving purpose is still that the mop strips are transferred, the lower scroll and the upper scroll mutually fill up the space, so that the total occupied space is less, and the machine volume is reduced.
At this time, the shaft hole 10 is a chute opened on the casing, and the chute is disposed obliquely, the chute at the upper winding shaft end and the chute at the lower winding shaft end may not be connected or on the same straight line (this makes the lower winding shaft move around an arc relative to the upper winding shaft, and the lower winding shaft moves rotationally relative to the upper winding shaft), at the same time, the chute at the upper winding shaft end and the chute at the lower winding shaft end may not be parallel, and the two chutes form a certain included angle. The sliding groove at the upper winding shaft end is arranged from left to right downwards, and the sliding groove at the lower winding shaft end is arranged from right to left upwards. The chute has an inclination angle of 0-45 degrees, and the inclination angle is 30-45 degrees in the implementation.
The slider 14 connects the winding ends of the upper and lower reels to each other so that the upper and lower reels are moved in synchronization with each other while maintaining a distance between the axes of the upper and lower reels. Therefore, the shaft ends of the upper scroll and the lower scroll are arranged in the inclined sliding groove, so that the radial movement of the upper scroll and the lower scroll is also in an inclined direction. The purpose of this is also to keep the machine in operation, the rolls are moved accordingly due to the transfer of the mop strips, the height of the machine body is kept unchanged, and the mop strips can contact the surface to be cleaned.
A spring is arranged at the shaft end of the upper scroll, the upper scroll (together with the lower scroll) is slightly pulled to lean towards the left upper side, when the mop strips are transferred to the lower scroll, the upper scroll (together with the lower scroll) is pulled to the left upper side, when the mop strips are transferred to the upper scroll, the volume of the upper scroll is increased (the mop strips which are wrapped up), after the volume is increased, the shell partition 15-2 or the upper cover plate 15-1 is extruded, and the pulling force of the spring is overcome, and the mop strips are pushed away from the lower side by the shell partition or the upper cover plate.
The cleaning machine of the invention has more indoor workplaces and smoother ground after construction, such as wood floors, ceramic tile floors and the like. Of course, the cleaning machine or the cleaning device of the invention can also be used for cleaning building facades, glass and doors and windows.
The corresponding arrangements of the embodiments of the present invention may be interchanged or the embodiments may be combined with each other to form new structures, which are still used to implement the present invention and ensure the effects described in the present invention, which are not exemplified herein.

Claims (9)

1. The cleaning device is characterized by comprising at least two reels capable of radially moving and synchronously moving during the radial movement, and mop strips wound between the two reels, wherein two ends of the mop strips are respectively connected to the two reels;
the scroll comprises a first scroll and a second scroll;
the radial movement is specifically as follows: the volume-increasing reel moves toward the volume-decreasing reel during transfer of the mop strip from the first reel to the second reel, and during transfer of the mop strip from the second reel to the first reel.
2. The cleaning apparatus defined in claim 1, wherein both of the spools are circular shafts in the form of strips; the radial movement refers to one of vertical up-and-down movement, inclined movement, horizontal movement and arc-around movement.
3. The cleaning device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the upper reel is formed by two upper rotating shafts which are horizontally arranged and positioned on the same horizontal plane, the lower reel is formed by two lower rotating shafts which are horizontally arranged and positioned on the same horizontal plane, the upper rotating shafts rotate synchronously, the lower rotating shafts rotate synchronously, and the two ends of the mop strip are respectively connected with the upper reel and the lower reel and are wound on the reels; one surface of the mop strip rolled on the lower scroll is contacted with the surface to be cleaned;
The upper two rotating shafts are connected by a belt, and the lower two rotating shafts are connected by a belt;
all the rotating shafts are arranged in parallel;
the rotating shaft at the left side of the upper part is connected with the rotating shaft at the left side of the lower part by a sliding block; the rotating shaft on the right side above and the rotating shaft on the right side below are connected with the end head of the rotating shaft by adopting a sliding block.
4. The cleaning machine comprises a machine shell, a traveling device and a mopping device, and is characterized in that the mopping device is the cleaning device of any one of claims 1-3; both ends of the reel of the cleaning device are arranged on the machine shell.
5. The cleaning machine of claim 4 wherein said spool is mounted on the housing at both ends by one of the following means and effecting movement of the spool in a radial direction:
(1) The machine shell is provided with a left metal frame and a right metal frame, the scroll is arranged between the left machine shell and the right machine shell, the machine shell is provided with shaft holes, and two ends of the scroll are arranged in the shaft holes; the shaft hole is a chute and is longitudinally arranged; a sliding block is arranged at the sliding groove;
(2) The two ends of the scroll are arranged on the shell through swing arms, and the movement of the scroll in the radial direction is realized through the swing arms;
(3) The two ends of the scroll are arranged on the shell through the sliding blocks, and the scroll moves in the radial direction through the sliding blocks;
(4) The two ends of the scroll are arranged on the shell through movable claw hands, and the scroll moves in the radial direction through the movable claw hands.
6. The cleaner of claim 5, wherein the cleaner is divided into a front part and a rear part, the front part is provided with a sweeping device, a garbage box and a traveling device, and the mopping device is arranged at the rear part; the cleaning machine is also provided with a circuit board and a battery for supplying electric energy to the cleaning machine; a dust collector is also arranged; the garbage box is connected with a dust collector; the garbage box is provided with a garbage inlet and a garbage outlet close to the ground, the garbage outlet is arranged at the bottom of the cleaner, the garbage outlet is an automatic turning plate, the automatic turning plate is connected with a turning plate driving device, and the turning plate can be driven to open and close through the turning plate driving device; the bottom of the sweeping device is also provided with a sweeping rolling brush.
7. The cleaning machine of claim 6, wherein the cleaning machine is configured to,
the shaft end of the scroll is provided with a driving wheel which is in power connection with the driving wheel through a driving device, and the driving device is one of a motor, a gear and a belt pulley; the driving wheel is arranged on the sliding block and moves up and down synchronously with the scroll; the reel is provided with a driving wheel as a gear, the driving device is a swinging gear, and the swinging gear is arranged between the gear arranged at the shaft end of the upper reel and the gear arranged at the shaft end of the lower reel and can be meshed with the gear arranged at the shaft end of the upper reel and the gear arranged at the shaft end of the lower reel respectively through swinging; the swing gear is provided with a belt pulley and is connected with an output shaft of a power output device through the belt pulley, and the power output device is a motor and a transmission speed change mechanism; the swing gear swings by taking the output shaft of the power output device as the circle center;
The walking device consists of a front driving wheel and a rear driving wheel, the front driving wheel is arranged at the floor sweeping device, the rear driving wheel is arranged at the floor mopping device, the front driving wheel is a driving wheel, and the rear driving wheel is a driven wheel; the front driving wheel is arranged on the cleaning machine through a driving wheel pillar, the front end of the driving wheel pillar is connected with the wheel axle of the front driving wheel, the rear end of the driving wheel pillar is hinged on the machine shell through a hinge pin, and the hinge pin penetrates through the machine shell, is connected to the driving device and drives the hinge pin to rotate; the front driving wheel can rotate around the hinge by taking the hinge pin as the center; the front end of the driving wheel pillar is provided with a driving motor for providing power for the driving wheel; the hinge pin penetrates through the shell and is respectively connected with the rear ends of the driving wheel struts at the left side and the right side, so that the front driving wheels at the left side and the right side synchronously rotate around the hinge by taking the hinge pin as the center; when the front driving wheel rotates around the hinge by taking the hinge pin as the center, lifting action is formed; the rear driving wheel is connected with the driving wheel support column through a lever mechanism; the front end of the lever mechanism is connected with a driving wheel support, and the rear driving wheel is arranged at the rear end of the lever mechanism, so that the rear driving wheel can synchronously lift with the front driving wheel; the rear driving wheel is a universal wheel.
8. A method of operating a cleaning device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, in which the mop strip on the second reel is reeled onto the first reel by the first reel, and the first surface of the mop strip contacts the floor during the reeling process to complete the cleaning of the surface to be cleaned; when the mop strips on the second scroll are completely rolled up, the second scroll continuously rotates in the original rotation direction, and the mop strips on the first scroll are rolled up on the second scroll, so that the second surface of the mop strips is contacted with the ground, and the surface to be cleaned is cleaned;
during the process of rolling the mop strips on the second scroll to the first scroll, the first scroll moves radially along the direction of the second scroll, and the second scroll moves synchronously and in the same direction with the first scroll;
during the process of rolling the mop strips on the first reel onto the second reel, the second reel moves radially in the direction of the first reel, and the first reel moves synchronously and in the same direction as the second reel.
9. A method of operating a cleaning device according to claim 8, wherein the first reel is moved radially in the direction of the second reel and the second reel is moved synchronously and in the same direction as the first reel, in particular: the first scroll and the second scroll both move longitudinally; further stated, the first spool and the second spool both move downward in a radial direction;
