The two exemplary effects are combined, and the technology of the invention can be four times of the mopping area designed by the structure of the conventional cleaning machine.

When the mop strip is rolled on the first reel, correspondingly, the rear half part of the cleaning machine is lowered, and then the cleaning machine is in a backward tilting state. Thus, when mopping, the floor will incline forwards and incline backwards. The aesthetic appearance of the cleaning machine is affected to some extent. The scheme is different from the scheme that two ends of the scroll are arranged on the shell through the sliding blocks 14, and two ends of the scroll are arranged on the shell through the movable claws. When the two ends of the scroll are arranged on the shell through the sliding blocks 14 or the two ends of the scroll are arranged on the shell through the movable claws, no matter which scroll the mop strip is wound on, the scroll can move up or down relative to the shell or the body of the cleaning machine, so that the shell or the body of the cleaning machine is prevented from being lifted or lowered, and the cleaning machine is used for keeping a horizontal placement posture.
The shaft end of the scroll is provided with a driving wheel and is connected with the driving wheel as power through a driving device. Of course, if the driving wheel is provided with a power device, power does not need to be output from the outside. The purpose of the driving wheel is to rotate the reel so that the mop strip is wound by the reel. The scroll in the invention can also be an automatic scroll, and power is arranged in the scroll, for example, a motor is arranged in a shaft core of the scroll, and a hydraulic power and pneumatic mechanism are arranged in the shaft core, so that the scroll is driven to rotate.
The shaft end is provided with a driving device which is a motor, a gear or a belt pulley; the driving wheel is arranged on the sliding block and moves up and down synchronously with the scroll.
The driving wheel arranged at the shaft end is a gear 6, the driving device is a swinging gear 12, the swinging gear is arranged between a gear arranged at the shaft end of the upper scroll and a gear arranged at the shaft end of the lower scroll and can be respectively meshed with the gear arranged at the shaft end of the upper scroll and the gear arranged at the shaft end of the lower scroll through swinging; the swing gear is provided with a belt pulley and is connected with an output shaft 16 of the power output device through the belt pulley, and the power output device is a motor and a transmission speed change mechanism; the oscillating gear 12 oscillates about the power take-off output shaft 16.
The cleaning machine is divided into a front part and a rear part, wherein the front part is provided with a sweeping device, and the rear part is provided with a mopping device; a driving motor is arranged in the sweeping device and provides walking power for the walking device or provides power for the scroll; the cleaning machine is also provided with a circuit board, and the circuit board is provided with a control system for controlling the working procedure of the whole cleaning machine; a battery 2 is also arranged to provide electric energy for the whole cleaning machine; a dust collector 3 is also arranged; the garbage box is also arranged and is connected with the dust collector; the garbage box is provided with a garbage inlet close to the ground, the bottom of the garbage box is provided with a garbage outlet, the garbage outlet is arranged at the bottom of the sweeping device, the garbage outlet is an automatic turning plate, the automatic turning plate is connected with a turning plate driving device, and the turning plate can be driven to open and close through the turning plate driving device; the bottom of the sweeping device is also provided with a sweeping rolling brush which is arranged at the inlet of the garbage box.
The third embodiment of the structure of the cleaning device, and the state in which the embodiment is mounted on the cleaning machine, refer to fig. 3, 10, 11.
The walking device, the circuit, the battery and the sweeping part are still arranged at the front part, and need not be described again, and reference can be made to other embodiments.
Regarding the cleaning device structure (i.e. the mopping device part):
the scroll is respectively composed of an upper scroll 7 formed by an upper rotating shaft and a lower scroll 8 formed by a lower rotating shaft, and two ends of the mop strip 9 are respectively connected with the upper scroll and the lower scroll and are wound on the scrolls; one side of the mop strip rolled on the lower scroll is contacted with the ground. The axle center (centre of a circle) of upper reel and lower reel is not on same plumb line, but the axis of upper reel and lower reel is parallel, but the axis position staggers that inclines specifically is: the upper scroll is arranged at the upper left, and the lower scroll is arranged at the lower right; or the upper reel is disposed at the upper right and the lower reel is disposed at the lower left. During operation, the relative distance between the upper and lower reels is kept constant, but the lower and upper reels are still subject to radial displacement, in particular to a tilting movement, or to a movement around an arc. When the mop strip is moved, the lower scroll and the upper scroll fill up the space mutually, so that the total occupied space is smaller, and the volume of the machine is reduced.
At this moment, the shaft hole 10 is a sliding groove opened on the housing, and the sliding groove is arranged obliquely, the sliding groove at the end of the upper winding shaft and the sliding groove at the end of the lower winding shaft may not be connected, or may not be on the same straight line (this makes the lower winding shaft form a circular arc movement relative to the upper winding shaft, and the lower winding shaft rotationally moves relative to the upper winding shaft), and meanwhile, the sliding groove at the end of the upper winding shaft and the sliding groove at the end of the lower winding shaft may not be parallel, and the two sliding grooves form a certain included angle. The sliding groove of the upper reel end is arranged from the upper left to the lower right, and the sliding groove of the lower reel end is arranged from the lower right to the upper left. The inclination angle of the chute is 0-45 degrees, and the inclination angle of the chute is 30-45 degrees in the implementation.
The slider 14 connects the upper reel and the lower reel at both ends of the reel end, and keeps the upper reel and the lower reel at a distance from each other and moves synchronously. Therefore, the shaft ends of the upper winding shaft and the lower winding shaft are arranged in the inclined sliding grooves, and therefore the radial movement of the upper winding shaft and the lower winding shaft is also in an inclined direction. The purpose of this is also to keep the machine in operation, keeping the machine body height constant and the mop strips able to contact the surface to be cleaned, by displacing the mop strips and moving the reel accordingly.
The mop strip is provided with a spring, the spring is arranged at the shaft end connected with the upper scroll, the upper scroll (together with the lower scroll) is slightly pulled to lean against the upper left side, when the mop strip is transferred to move the lower scroll, the upper scroll (together with the lower scroll) is pulled to the upper left side, when the mop strip is transferred to move the upper scroll, the volume of the upper scroll is increased (wrapped up with the mop strip), and after the volume is increased, the machine shell partition 15-2 or the upper cover plate 15-1 is extruded, the spring tension is overcome, and the machine shell partition or the upper cover plate pushes away downwards.
The working places of the cleaning machine are more indoor, and the constructed flat ground, such as wood floors, ceramic tile floors and the like, is smooth. Of course, the cleaning machine according to the invention or the cleaning device according to the invention can also be used for cleaning facades, panes, windows and doors of buildings.
The corresponding settings of the embodiments of the present invention may be replaced with each other, or the embodiments may be combined with each other to form a new structure, which is still used to implement the present invention and ensure the effects of the present invention, which is not illustrated herein.

Claims (10)

5. The cleaning machine comprises a machine shell, a walking device and a floor mopping device, and is characterized in that the floor mopping device is the cleaning device in any one of claims 1 to 4; two ends of a rotating shaft of the cleaning device are arranged on the shell.
