Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of tobacco production, in particular to a box-type storage box-turning feeding system which comprises a box-turning robot and a feeding machine, wherein a box clamping device is connected to a hand arm part of the box-turning robot, the feeding machine comprises a feeding box, the feeding box is provided with a feeding opening which is opened upwards, and a box-turning opening is formed in one side wall of the feeding box. The system provided by the invention can improve the speed, accuracy and reliability of the box-turning feeding, reduce the flying dust and scattering probability of the stored material in the box-turning process, and further optimize the process flow and equipment layout by detecting the residual condition of the stored material after the box-turning.

Technical Field

Background
In the tobacco production process flow, finished cut tobacco needs to be fed according to the feeding requirements of different feeders after being taken out of a warehouse, namely, the finished cut tobacco is supplied to the corresponding feeders and is used between rolling and wrapping vehicles.

In the existing box turnover operation, the tobacco shreds are scattered frequently, so that the loss of finished products is caused. And moreover, after the box of the smoke box is turned over, the smoke box is cleaned by a scraper type cleaner and a brush type cleaner, the cleaning result is not detected, residual cut tobacco is possibly left at the bottom and corners, the purity of the cut tobacco packed next time is reduced, and the process quality is influenced.

The working process of the box type storage, turnover and feeding system is as follows:
the movable box-turning robot 1 moves back and forth on the walking track 2, firstly, the tobacco box is conveyed from the box-turning station 3, in the conveying process, the box clamping device 12 horizontally rotates to one side of the arm part 11 relative to the arm part 11 of the robot 1, so that when the tobacco box moves to the upper side of the feeding box 51, the arm part 11 is positioned on the outer side of the box-turning port 52, then, the tobacco box descends to a certain height in the feeding box 51, the tobacco box is slowly turned over through the turning of the box clamping device 12 relative to the arm part 11, the tobacco box is poured into the feeding box 51, and the stacking height of the tobacco shreds poured to the lower part is guaranteed to be even by the back and forth movement of the tobacco box driven by the robot 1 until the tobacco shreds are completely poured.
After the tobacco shreds are poured, the movable box-turning robot 1 carries the empty tobacco boxes to the tobacco box cleaning position, turns over the box openings downwards and places the box openings on the brushes of the brush type sweeper 6, and the tobacco shreds stuck to the boxes are removed by the brushes.
The mobile box turning robot 1 turns over the cigarette boxes after cleaning is finished, cleaning detection is carried out through the photographing equipment 7 and a control system connected with the photographing equipment 7, and the cigarette boxes which are qualified in detection directly enter the next step; the unqualified detection needs to be carried out again by a cleaning process; if the second cleaning is still not qualified, the cleaning can be stopped, and unqualified empty cigarette box information is written in the electronic tag of the cigarette box.
The mobile box turning robot 1 conveys the cigarette boxes with updated information to an empty box warehouse returning station 4; unqualified cigarette boxes can be placed on the empty box return conveyor in a single box, and the one-time box turning task is completed.
In the prior art, as shown in fig. 3, due to the blockage of the side wall of the feeding box 51, the box-turning operation can only be performed above the opening of the feeding box 51, and in the box-turning feeding system of the present invention, because the side wall of the feeding box 51 is provided with the box-turning opening 52, the arm part 11 of the robot 1 can drive the box-clamping device 12 and the grasped cigarette box to continuously move downwards for a certain distance along the box-turning opening 52, so that the cigarette box can be subjected to the box-turning operation in the feeding box 51, and the scattering of the cut tobacco is greatly reduced.
The box-turning feeding system provided by the invention is technically improved in a box-turning feeding area in a finished tobacco shred box type storage automatic logistics system of Shanghai tobacco group Limited liability company, and the original robot vertical box-turning feeding system is technically improved and partially changed into the box-turning feeding system. The weight difference of scattered tobacco shreds generated by turning over the boxes of a single feeder station every day before and after the technical improvement is very obvious, and is shown in the following table:

Therefore, compared with the existing vertical box-overturning feeding system, the box-overturning feeding system provided by the invention has the following remarkable beneficial effects: compared with the prior art that the cigarette box of the box-turning feeding system is turned over from the upper side of the feeding box of the feeding machine, the box-turning mode provided by the invention has the advantages that the box-turning position is reduced, most of the box body is arranged in the feeding machine in the box-turning process, the possibility that the cut tobacco is scattered outside the feeding machine is greatly reduced, the dust flying condition of the cut tobacco is also greatly reduced, and the intensity of workers on the cleaning work of the workshop environment and equipment is greatly reduced.
In addition, compared with the existing mode, the box turning mode provided by the invention has the advantages that the height is lower, the action is softer, the stacking height of the tobacco shreds poured to the lower part is uniform, the flow stability of subsequent process flows such as material conveying and feeding is ensured, and the box turning robot also reduces the height of lifting the tobacco boxes relatively, so that the working efficiency is improved; according to the invention, a smoke box cleaning mode combining deep cleaning of the brush type cleaning machine and detection of the photographing equipment is adopted, a large amount of excess cut tobacco cleaned by the brush type cleaning machine is automatically recycled, and waste of the cut tobacco is greatly reduced; the photographing equipment photographs and detects the quantity of the residual cut tobacco in the box, and the unqualified cut tobacco is detected and a cleaning flow is needed to be carried out again, so that the residual cut tobacco and the next cut of finished cut tobacco are prevented from being mixed, and the process quality of the product is prevented from being influenced.
