In order to make the installation effect of the glue nail better and more firm, a pressing mechanism can be arranged above the radiating fins of the glue nail installation station, and the pressing mechanism comprises a pressing block and a pressing cylinder, so that the pressing block is driven by the pressing cylinder to move up and down, the pressing block has a working state of pressing downwards on the tops of the radiating fins when the ejector pins 631 push upwards, and the pressing block has a working state of moving upwards to be separated from the radiating fins when the ejector pins 631 return.
Further, referring to fig. 5, each discharging assembly 613 includes an optical fiber sensor 613a, a discharging blocking piece 613b and a discharging cylinder 613c, and the optical fiber sensor 613a is disposed on the material tube 612 and is disposed near the outlet of the material tube 612 to detect whether a glue nail is coming from the outlet of the material tube 612; the discharging blocking piece 613b is movably arranged at the outlet of the material pipe 612 to open and close the outlet; the discharging cylinder 613c is connected to the discharging baffle 613b in a driving manner, so as to drive the discharging baffle 613b to move. The optical fiber sensor 613a can be connected to a control device, and when a glue nail is located at the outlet of the material tube 612, the glue nail is fed back to the control device, so that the control device controls the discharge baffle piece 613b to move away, so as to open the outlet of the material tube 612 and drop the glue nail; if there is no glue nail at the outlet, the controller controls the discharging blocking piece 613b to close the outlet. The control means for controlling the closing is known in the art and will not be described in detail here.
In the invention, the positions of the glue nail mounting station and the labeling station can be interchanged, namely, the positions of the glue nail mounting device 6 and the labeling device 8 can be correspondingly replaced, and the radiating fin is feasible after the label is firstly pasted, then the glue nail mounting is carried out, and then the radiating fin is detected. Obviously, the label is attached before the glue nail is installed, the label may be damaged in the process of installing the glue nail, and accordingly the number of defective products is increased, and therefore the arrangement mode of firstly installing the glue nail and then adhering the label is more beneficial to production.
In the invention, the conveying mechanism 2 can convey along a straight line or an arc line, so that the labor is saved, and the assembling machine 100 of the heat sink assembly can be operated by fewer people, the conveying mechanism 2 comprises a station index plate 21, the station index plate 21 can rotate on the machine base 1, and a plurality of stations are sequentially arranged along the circumferential direction of the station index plate 21, so that a loading station and a blanking station are closer to each other, and the operation of workers is more convenient.
Further, referring to fig. 9, a plurality of limiting mechanisms 22 are disposed on the station index plate 21 corresponding to a plurality of stations, each limiting mechanism 22 includes two limiting blocks 221 disposed oppositely, each limiting block 221 includes limiting arms extending along the circumferential direction and the radial direction of the index plate, the limiting arms of the two limiting blocks 221 enclose each other to form an accommodating area, and the accommodating area is used for accommodating a heat sink to limit the position of the heat sink on the conveying mechanism 2. The limiting blocks 221 are made of stainless steel materials, the surfaces of the radiating fins are not scratched, and matching holes are formed in the limiting arms, so that when the radiating fin glue nails are assembled, the nails jack up upwards from the bottoms of the radiating fin glue nails and are matched with the radiating fin mounting holes.
Furthermore, a chamfer which is upward and inclined towards the outside of the accommodating area is arranged at the upper edge of the side wall of each limiting arm towards the accommodating area, so that the radiating fins can be more smoothly placed into the accommodating area.
In the invention, an inspection station can be arranged between the feeding station and the glue nail mounting station, an inspection device 7 is arranged at the inspection station, and the inspection device 7 is used for detecting whether a cooling fin is arranged at the inspection station. The inspection device 7 comprises an optical fiber sensor 613a, the optical fiber sensor 613a is fixed on the machine base 1 through a support column, and the height of the optical fiber sensor 613a can be adjusted up and down through screws, so that the automatic identification of the cooling fins with different heights can be realized, the judgment on the existence of the cooling fins is realized, and the accuracy of each feeding is ensured.
In the invention, each device can be electrically connected with a controller so as to control the work of the device at each station through the controller, thereby realizing the full-automatic assembly of the radiating fin component and saving the labor. The way in which the controller controls the operation of the devices is known in the art and will not be described in detail here.

Claims (10)

1. An assembly machine for a heat sink assembly, comprising:
the automatic labeling machine comprises a machine base, wherein a plurality of stations are arranged on the machine base, and comprise a feeding station, a labeling station and a detection station which are sequentially arranged;
the conveying mechanism is used for conveying the cooling fins among the stations;
the labeling device is arranged on the machine base and positioned at the labeling station and is used for labeling the radiating fins arranged at the labeling station; and the number of the first and second groups,
and the detection device is arranged at the detection station and used for detecting whether the attached radiating fin label after labeling is qualified or not.
2. The fin assembly assembling machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein said plurality of stations further includes a defective product feeding station and a good product feeding station disposed in sequence after said inspection station in a conveying direction of said conveying mechanism;
a defective product blanking device is arranged at a position, corresponding to the defective product blanking station, of the radiator assembly machine, and a non-defective product blanking device is arranged at a position, corresponding to the non-defective product blanking station, of the radiator assembly machine; defective products unloader with the yields unloader all includes:
the blanking conveying belt is arranged at one end close to the defective product blanking station or at one end close to the defective product blanking station and extends along the direction far away from the conveying mechanism;
the manipulator is arranged on the base and corresponds to the defective product blanking station or the non-defective product blanking station and is used for picking up and transferring the unqualified radiating fins of the defective product blanking station or the qualified radiating fins of the non-defective product blanking station to the blanking conveying belt.

An assembly machine for a heat sink assembly as set forth in claim 2 wherein a loading means is provided at said loading station, said loading means including a loading conveyor and said robot, said loading conveyor having one end disposed adjacent said loading station for conveying the heat sink to said loading station of said conveyor.
4. The heat sink assembly machine of claim 2 wherein said robot comprises:
the mechanical arm is provided with a movable stroke along the vertical direction and a reciprocating movable stroke between the defective product blanking station or the defective product blanking station and the blanking conveyor belt; and the number of the first and second groups,
the clamping jaw is arranged at the tail end of the mechanical arm and used for clamping the radiating fin.
5. The heat sink assembly assembler of claim 1 wherein said labeling means comprises:
a mounting frame having a label separation station;
the adhesive tape conveying mechanism is arranged on the mounting frame and comprises an adhesive tape unwinding wheel, an intermediate erecting structure and a winding structure, an adhesive tape conveying path for adhesive tapes to pass through is defined by the adhesive tape unwinding wheel, the intermediate erecting structure and the winding structure, and the adhesive tape conveying path passes through the label separating station; and the number of the first and second groups,
the labeling mechanism is arranged on the mounting frame and used for picking up and transferring the label on the adhesive tape at the label separating station to the labeling station and attaching the label to the radiating fin; the labeling mechanism includes:
the adsorption structure is provided with a suction nozzle, and the adsorption structure is provided with an up-down movable stroke and a back-and-forth stroke between the label separation station and the labeling station.
6. The fin assembly assembling machine as claimed in claim 5, wherein said intermediate frame structure comprises:
the separating block is arranged on the mounting frame and positioned at the label separating station, and through holes are formed in the separating block in a penetrating mode, so that an adhesive tape penetrates through the through holes from the upper side of the adhesive tape unwinding wheel and the upper side of the separating block and penetrates out of the lower end of the through holes to the winding structure;
and the guide wheels are correspondingly arranged between the separation block and the adhesive tape unwinding wheel and between the separation block and the winding structure.

The fin assembly assembling machine according to claim 1, wherein said plurality of stations further includes a glue nail mounting station, said glue nail mounting station is disposed between said loading station and said labeling station, said glue nail mounting station is provided with a glue nail mounting means, said glue nail mounting means is configured to mount a glue nail to a fin located at said glue nail mounting station.
8. An assembly machine for a heat sink assembly as set forth in claim 7 wherein said glue nail mounting means comprises:
the glue nail discharging mechanism comprises a vibrating disc arranged on the base, a plurality of material pipes connected with the vibrating disc, and a plurality of discharging assemblies arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the material pipes, wherein each discharging assembly is used for opening and closing an outlet of each material pipe;
the glue nail transferring mechanism comprises a supporting table arranged on the machine base and a positioning block connected with the supporting table, the positioning block has a sliding stroke along the direction from the material pipe outlet of the supporting table to the glue nail to-be-loaded direction, and the glue nail to-be-loaded position is positioned below the glue nail mounting station and below the conveying mechanism;
the installing mechanism comprises a plurality of ejector pins, the ejector pins are arranged on the machine base and located below the supporting table, and each ejector pin has an upward and downward moving stroke along the machine base.
9. An assembly machine for heat sink assemblies as recited in claim 8, wherein each said drop assembly comprises:
the optical fiber sensor is arranged on the material pipe and is close to the outlet of the material pipe;
the discharging blocking piece is movably arranged at the outlet of the material pipe so as to open and close the outlet;
and the discharging cylinder is in driving connection with the discharging separation blade and used for driving the discharging separation blade to move.
10. The fin assembly assembling machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein said conveying mechanism includes a station index plate, a plurality of said stations being sequentially arranged in a circumferential direction of said station index plate;
the station index plate is provided with a plurality of limiting mechanisms which are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence mode with a plurality of stations, each limiting mechanism comprises two limiting blocks which are arranged oppositely, each limiting block comprises a limiting arm which is arranged along the circumferential extension of the index plate and a limiting arm which is arranged along the radial extension of the index plate, and the limiting arms of the two limiting blocks enclose each other to limit an accommodating area.
