Abstract

本发明公开了一种一种PVC板废料粉碎回收装置,包括:送料机构,用于输送PVC板;切断机构,位于送料机构之后,用于将大尺寸的PVC板切成小尺寸的PVC板;粉碎机,位于切断机构之后,接收小尺寸的PVC板并将其粉碎,本发明无需人工对大尺寸的PVC板材进行折弯,直接由切刀切成小尺寸的条状再送入粉碎机内,形成连续的送料和粉碎过程,提高效率,节省人工。

技术领域
本发明属于粉碎机设备领域,更具体的说涉及一种PVC板废料粉碎回收装置。
背景技术
PVC板在建材行业占的比重最大,为60%,其次是包装行业,还有其他若干小范围应用的行业。
在PVC板生产过程中经常会产生废料,对于产生的废料目前是将其通过粉碎机进行粉碎回收利用,但是对于建材来说其PVC板材尺寸大,粉碎机的入料口尺寸小,需要工人先对大尺寸的废料进行弯折再放入粉碎机,非常麻烦,且对于PVC板弯折来说也是不易的过程,回收成本高。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种无需人工对大尺寸的PVC板材进行折弯,直接由切刀切成小尺寸的条状再送入粉碎机内,形成连续的送料和粉碎过程,提高效率,节省人工。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:一种PVC板废料粉碎回收装置,包括:
送料机构,用于输送PVC板;
切断机构,位于送料机构之后,用于将大尺寸的PVC板切成小尺寸的PVC板;
粉碎机,位于切断机构之后,接收小尺寸的PVC板并将其粉碎。
进一步的粉碎机的出料口处设置有振动筛,振动筛倾斜设置,振动筛正下方设置有合格料箱,振动筛较低的一侧下方设置有不合格料箱。
进一步的所述送料机构包括送料板,送料板上方设置有拨料辊,拨料辊的圆周面上分布有若干个拨料杆。
进一步的所述切断机构包括切料辊,切料辊位于送料板的一侧,切料辊的圆周面上分布有若干个条形的切刀,所述送料板的一侧开设有供切刀通过的条形槽,送料板对应条形槽的边缘形成垫板。
进一步的所述切料辊沿轴向分布有若干组,若干组切料辊结构形状均相同,所有组切料辊上的切刀在轴向上的投影相互错开。
进一步的还包括下料斗,下料斗包括直筒部和锥筒部,直筒部位于切料辊的下方,锥筒部的上方连接直筒部且下方连接粉碎机的入料口,锥筒部的口径由上而下逐渐减小。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:大尺寸的PVC板材在送料板上由拨料辊送至切断机构处,切断机构的切刀与垫板配合将大尺寸的板材切割成小尺寸的板材,并沿着下料斗直接送入粉碎机内,整个过程工作人员只需将PVC板材废料放在送料板上即可,无需耗费额外的力气,提高生产效率。

参照图1至图3对本发明PVC板废料粉碎回收装置的实施例做进一步说明。

一种PVC板废料粉碎回收装置,包括:
送料机构,用于输送PVC板;
切断机构,位于送料机构之后,用于将大尺寸的PVC板切成小尺寸的PVC板;
粉碎机5,位于切断机构之后,接收小尺寸的PVC板并将其粉碎。
工作人员将PVC板废料放在送料机构上,由送料机构送至切断机构处,切断机构将大尺寸的PVC板在横向上切断,使其形成小尺寸的PVC板,此时的PVC板宽度小于粉碎机5的入料口口径,PVC板被切断的一端将直接进入粉碎机5进行粉碎。
本实施例优选的粉碎机5的出料口处设置有振动筛6,振动筛6倾斜设置,振动筛6正下方设置有合格料箱71,振动筛6较低的一侧下方设置有不合格料箱72。
如图1所示,仅粉碎机5粉碎的PVC板形成颗粒状或片状的PVC颗粒,若存在颗粒或片较大的则无法通过振动筛6的筛孔,在振动筛6振动过程中逐渐由较低一侧进入不合格料箱72,而颗粒或片较小的PVC颗粒则顺利通过振动筛6的筛孔到达合格料箱71内,不合格料箱72内的PVC颗粒可重新倒回粉碎机5内进行再次粉碎。
本实施例优选的所述送料机构包括送料板1,送料板1上方设置有拨料辊21,拨料辊21的圆周面上分布有若干个拨料杆22,拨料辊21连接一电机使其转动。
如图1所示,拨料杆22的最低端与送料板1之间留有缝隙,在送料过程中,PVC板材放在送料板1上,在拨料辊21转动过程中,拨料杆22将接触并挤压甚至插入送料板1内,并带动送料板1向前运动,形成主动送料,本实施例优选的送料板1呈倾斜设置,送料板1朝向切断机构一侧较低,工作人员将PVC板放在送料板1上后,送料板1能够自动滑到拨料辊21处,再由拨料辊21进行主动送料。
本实施例优选的所述切断机构包括切料辊31,切料辊31位于送料板1的一侧,切料辊31的圆周面上分布有若干个条形的切刀32,所述送料板1的一侧开设有供切刀32通过的条形槽12,送料板1对应条形槽12的边缘形成垫板13。
优选的切料辊31连接一电机以驱动其转动,在图1中切料辊31沿顺时针转动,如图2和图3所示,当PVC板被拨料辊21送到垫板13处时,随着切料辊31的转动,切刀32将与垫板13配合将PVC板切断,在圆周分布的若干条形切刀32能够对PVC板形成连续的切断作业。
此处可通过对拨料辊21和切料辊31的转速控制,以保证PVC板被连续的切断。
本实施例优选的所述切料辊31沿轴向分布有若干组,若干组切料辊31结构形状均相同,所有组切料辊31上的切刀32在轴向上的投影相互错开。
如图3所示,本实施例中具有四组切料辊31,每组切料辊31上圆周均匀分布6个切刀32,相邻两组切料辊31呈15°错开,此时在轴向的投影面上,所有的切刀32沿圆周均匀分布,在对PVC板切断作业时,可使得时刻有切刀32在切割PVC板,切料辊31受力恒定,电机保持恒定的负载。
本实施例优选的还包括下料斗4,下料斗4包括直筒部和锥筒部,直筒部位于切料辊31的下方,锥筒部的上方连接直筒部且下方连接粉碎机5的入料口,锥筒部的口径由上而下逐渐减小。
优选的直筒部的最低端低于切刀32所能够到达的最低端,直筒部用于先接收被切割成小尺寸的PVC板,并使其端部顺势下沉,当到达锥筒部时,逐渐向中间靠拢并进入粉碎机5内。

1.一种PVC板废料粉碎回收装置,其特征在于,包括:
送料机构,用于输送PVC板;
切断机构,位于送料机构之后,用于将大尺寸的PVC板切成小尺寸的PVC板;
粉碎机,位于切断机构之后,接收小尺寸的PVC板并将其粉碎。
2.根据权利要求1所述的PVC板废料粉碎回收装置,其特征在于:粉碎机的出料口处设置有振动筛,振动筛倾斜设置,振动筛正下方设置有合格料箱,振动筛较低的一侧下方设置有不合格料箱。
3.根据权利要求2所述的PVC板废料粉碎回收装置,其特征在于:所述送料机构包括送料板,送料板上方设置有拨料辊,拨料辊的圆周面上分布有若干个拨料杆。
4.根据权利要求3所述的PVC板废料粉碎回收装置,其特征在于:所述切断机构包括切料辊,切料辊位于送料板的一侧,切料辊的圆周面上分布有若干个条形的切刀,所述送料板的一侧开设有供切刀通过的条形槽,送料板对应条形槽的边缘形成垫板。
5.根据权利要求4所述的PVC板废料粉碎回收装置,其特征在于:所述切料辊沿轴向分布有若干组,若干组切料辊结构形状均相同,所有组切料辊上的切刀在轴向上的投影相互错开。
6.根据权利要求5所述的PVC板废料粉碎回收装置,其特征在于:还包括下料斗,下料斗包括直筒部和锥筒部,直筒部位于切料辊的下方,锥筒部的上方连接直筒部且下方连接粉碎机的入料口,锥筒部的口径由上而下逐渐减小。
