一种富硒滋补泡菜
【技术领域】
本发明涉及泡菜加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种富硒滋补泡菜。
【背景技术】
我国约有2/3的地区属于缺硒地区,其中大约1/3属于严重缺硒地区。而在湖南怀化芷江,硒资源相对丰富和集中,属于富硒区,被誉为“世界第一天然富硒生物圈”,亦是全球唯一获得“世界硒都”称号的城市。
硒是一种人体必需的微量元素,有机硒具有延缓衰老、抗辐射等,对心血管疾病、肝硬化、糖尿病、高血压、肝炎等有防治作用。因硒元素稀少,又被称为稀有元素。人体不能合成硒,且不具备长期储存硒的能力。因此,从食物中摄取硒成为大众补硒的首选。
但是现有的泡菜,很少有富含硒元素,且不具备滋补效果,颜色也较单一,不美观。
【发明内容】
本发明公开了一种富硒滋补泡菜,从而解决背景技术中涉及的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案为:
一种富硒滋补泡菜,按重量份计,包括30-40份的富硒蔬菜、0.05-0.5份的山梨酸钾、0.002-0.015份的5'-呈味核苷酸二钠、3-5份的红枣片、3-5份的核桃仁、2-3份的枸杞、1-3份的党参以及剩余的调味料。
优选的,所述富硒蔬菜包括富硒白萝卜和富硒紫甘蓝。
优选的,所述富硒蔬菜的硒含量不低于30μg/100g。
优选的,所述调味料按重量份计,包括10份的麦芽啤酒、80份冰糖、70份鸡精粉、100份食用盐、50份蚝油、90份海鲜酱油、50份大蒜、50份泡椒、90份朝天椒、20份花生、50份黑芝麻以及90份陈醋。
本发明的有益效果如下:泡菜口感好,富含硒元素,具有延缓衰老、防辐射、提高抵抗力等有益功效;颜色呈鲜艳的紫红色,色彩美观。

需要进一步说明的是,所述富硒蔬菜包括富硒白萝卜和富硒紫甘蓝,所述富硒蔬菜的硒含量不低于30μg/100g。所述调味料按重量份计,包括10份的麦芽啤酒、80份冰糖、70份鸡精粉、100份食用盐、50份蚝油、90份海鲜酱油、50份大蒜、50份泡椒、90份朝天椒、20份花生、50份黑芝麻以及90份陈醋。
下面以具体实施例对本发明提供的富硒滋补泡菜进行详细说明。

一种富硒滋补泡菜,按重量份计,包括30份的富硒蔬菜、0.05份的山梨酸钾、0.005份的5'-呈味核苷酸二钠、3份的红枣片、4份的核桃仁、2份的枸杞、1份的党参以及剩余的调味料。

一种富硒滋补泡菜,按重量份计,包括35份的富硒蔬菜、0.3份的山梨酸钾、0.01份的5'-呈味核苷酸二钠、4份的红枣片、5份的核桃仁、3份的枸杞、2份的党参以及剩余的调味料。
实施例3
一种富硒滋补泡菜,按重量份计,包括40份的富硒蔬菜、0.5份的山梨酸钾、0.015份的5'-呈味核苷酸二钠、5份的红枣片、5份的核桃仁、3份的枸杞、3份的党参以及剩余的调味料。
本发明的有益效果如下:泡菜口感好,富含硒元素,具有延缓衰老、防辐射、提高抵抗力等有益功效;颜色呈鲜艳的紫红色,色彩美观。

1.一种富硒滋补泡菜,其特征在于,按重量份计,包括30-40份的富硒蔬菜、0.05-0.5份的山梨酸钾、0.002-0.015份的5'-呈味核苷酸二钠、3-5份的红枣片、3-5份的核桃仁、2-3份的枸杞、1-3份的党参以及剩余的调味料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种富硒滋补泡菜,其特征在于,所述富硒蔬菜包括富硒白萝卜和富硒紫甘蓝。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种富硒滋补泡菜,其特征在于,所述富硒蔬菜的硒含量不低于30μg/100g。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种富硒滋补泡菜,其特征在于,所述调味料按重量份计,包括10份的麦芽啤酒、80份冰糖、70份鸡精粉、100份食用盐、50份蚝油、90份海鲜酱油、50份大蒜、50份泡椒、90份朝天椒、20份花生、50份黑芝麻以及90份陈醋。
