本发明公开了一种多功能自粘型防水隔热卷材,从上至下依次为防水隔热层、自粘层及隔离层,隔离层通过自粘层与防水隔热层压合在一起,所述自粘层由以下原料制成:热塑性弹性体聚合物、马来酸酐、过氧化二异丙苯、增粘树脂、增塑剂、抗氧剂、交联剂;本发明生产工艺简单,由聚烯烃复合编织材料涂覆热熔压敏胶粘剂而成的自粘型防水隔热卷材,具有良好的防水隔热及耐老化性能,所制得的热熔压敏胶粘剂内聚强度高、初粘性好、高温粘接稳定性好;施工时只需要简单地将隔离层剥离,即可将多功能自粘型防水隔热卷材与金属板材等建筑材料实现良好的粘接,达到隔热防水的效果。

技术领域
本发明属于胶粘剂技术领域,具体涉及一种多功能自粘型防水隔热卷材。
背景技术
自粘卷材施工不需要动用明火,是一种环境友好型防水材料,广泛应用于各类民用及工业用建筑的防水工程。普通的自粘卷材不具备隔热的性能,无法外露施用,外露暴晒时,卷材内部温度超过环境温度20℃,非常容易老化、空鼓和结皮,目前的手段是施工完毕后打保护层,而打保护层会造成后期的维修困难,如果出现渗漏点,需要先铲掉保护层再处理防水层,维修时间长和维修费用非常高。且在一些特殊的屋面,如金属屋面、不能承重的屋面等,不适合做水泥保护层。现有技术的防水卷材中的自粘层通常采用沥青或胶粘剂。自粘沥青不耐高温,热稳定性较差,并且必须采用明火加热进行施工;而普通的胶粘剂对于难粘的聚烯烃类材料粘接效果不佳,耐高温性能不强。
发明内容
基于现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供了一种多功能自粘型防水隔热卷材,使用方便,粘结效果好,具有良好的耐高温、抗老化性能。
本发明还提供了该多功能自粘型防水隔热卷材的制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种多功能自粘型防水隔热卷材,从上至下依次为防水隔热层、自粘层及隔离层,隔离层通过自粘层与防水隔热层压合在一起,所述防水隔热层采用聚烯烃编织布制成(多层聚烯烃编织布复合而成),所述自粘层采用热熔压敏胶粘剂;
所述热熔压敏胶粘剂由以下重量份数的原料制成:由以下重量份数的原料制成:热塑性弹性体聚合物15-25份、马来酸酐0.5-1.5份、过氧化二异丙苯0.2-0.4份、增粘树脂35-45份、增塑剂35-45份、抗氧剂0.5-1份、交联剂1-2份。
优选地,所述热塑性弹性体聚合物为苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物,所述热塑性弹性体须在过氧化二异丙苯存在的条件下与马来酸酐进行接枝反应引入交联基团。
优选地,所述增粘树脂选自石油树脂、萜烯酚醛树脂、松香酯及松香中的一种或两种以上。
优选地,所述增塑剂为分子量500~2000的液体聚异丁烯。
优选地,所述抗氧剂由抗氧剂1010和抗氧剂DLTDP复配而成。
优选地,所述交联剂为液体双酚A型环氧树脂。
优选地,所述隔离层采用涂有隔离剂的纸质或塑料薄膜材料制成。
上述多功能自粘型防水隔热卷材的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份数称取热熔压敏胶粘剂的各原料;
(2)将热塑性弹性体聚合物、马来酸酐及过氧化二异丙苯混合均匀后,加入预热至180-200℃的反应型双螺杆挤出机中,于180-200℃进行挤出接枝反应,得到接枝型热塑性弹性体聚合物;
(3)在氮气气氛和搅拌条件下,于160-200℃,将步骤(2)所得接枝型热塑性弹性体聚合物加入反应釜中,然后依次加入增塑剂、抗氧剂及增粘树脂,恒温保持40-60分钟;再加入交联剂,继续搅拌15-25分钟,得到熔融的热熔压敏胶;
(4)将步骤(3)所得的热熔压敏胶通过流延设备涂覆在防水隔热层上,热熔压敏胶的厚度为0.4-0.6 mm,然后将防水隔热层与隔离层压合到一起,即得多功能自粘型防水隔热卷材。
本发明所述热熔压敏胶粘剂主体聚合物热塑性弹性体聚合物为苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SIS),有良好热稳定性,胶色浅、透明,熔融黏度小,能粘结聚乙烯、聚丙烯等难粘材料。为了获得较好的内聚强度,解决在高温下粘接强度低的问题,本发明采用了对主体聚合物高温接枝极性基团马来酸酐,不仅改善了主体聚合物的极性,提高了对金属材料的粘接强度,并且在分子链中引进了交联点,通过与环氧树脂的交联反应,在主体聚合物中形成了轻度的交联结构,显著提高了热熔压敏胶的内聚轻度,改善了胶粘剂的耐高温性能,使胶粘剂的使用温度范围得到提高。为降低体系粘度、润湿性和玻璃化温度,提高热熔胶黏剂伸长率,而使胶膜具有低温柔韧性和良好的密封效果,本发明选用分子量为500-2000的聚异丁烯作为增塑剂。聚异丁烯为无色透明高粘度液体,耐老化、耐氧化、耐低温,并且具有自粘性,由于分子量较高在热熔胶粘剂体系中不易迁移析出,并且与主体聚合物的相容性良好。为改善高温加工及使用过程中产品产生老化,采用复合抗氧剂和热稳定剂是必要的。本体系通过实验验证,复合抗氧剂1010和DLTDP比例为1∶1时,防老化性能最好。为提高热熔胶粘剂的初粘力,改善胶粘剂对被粘物的润湿能力,本发明添加增粘树脂(如:C5石油树脂和松香树脂等),增加热熔胶粘剂的黏弹性和对金属板材的附着力。
本发明在制备热熔压敏胶粘剂过程中,先采用双螺杆挤出机对热塑性弹性体聚合物、马来酸酐和过氧化二异丙苯进行高温接枝改性,再添加增塑剂、抗氧剂及增粘树脂,其目的为:主体聚合物SIS熔融粘度高,需要在高温下和高剪切条件下才能够高效的与马来酸酐进行接枝反应,保证较高的接枝率和均匀性,接枝后的主体聚合物无需进一步处理即可直接使用。并且由于是生产现场进行接枝反应,无需再造粒,直接投入热熔胶混合釜中用于生产热熔胶,可以大大降低能源消耗,减轻对环境的影响,减少混合时间,节省生产成本。
本发明所述多功能自粘型防水隔热卷材使用时,只需要简单地将隔离层剥离,即可将多功能自粘型防水隔热卷材与金属板材等建筑材料实现良好的粘接,达到隔热防水的效果。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:1)所制得的热熔压敏胶粘剂内聚强度高、初粘性好、高温粘接稳定性好;2)所述多功能自粘型防水隔热卷材由多层聚乙烯复合编制材料通过涂覆热熔压敏胶粘剂与隔离层压合而成,隔热、耐老化效果良好;3)生产工艺简单,生产中无有害物质排放,不使用任何溶剂,属环境友好型产品。

为了使本发明的技术目的、技术方案和有益效果更加清楚,下面结合具体实施例对本发明的技术方案作出进一步的说明,但所述实施例旨在解释本发明,而不能理解为对本发明的限制,实施例中未注明具体技术或条件者,按照本领域内的文献所描述的技术或条件或者按照产品说明书进行。
下述实施例中热塑性弹性体(SIS)可由中石化巴陵石化公司购得,马来酸酐可由克拉玛依金源精细化工股份有限公司购得,过氧化二异丙苯可由南京手牵手化工科技有限责任公司购得,C5石油树脂可由濮阳市瑞圣化工有限公司购得,松香树脂可由广西宁明松香股份有限公司购得,增塑剂(液体聚异丁烯,PIB-JX6130)可由锦州精联润滑油添加剂有限公司购得,抗氧剂(抗氧剂1010和抗氧剂DLTDP)可由天津力生化工有限公司购得,交联剂(液体双酚A型环氧树脂,E44)可由中石化巴陵石化公司购得。剥离强度的测试方法采用GB/T328.20-2007和GB/T328.23-2007中的实验方法,测试中使用的拉力机为微机控制电子万能试验机,型号为CMT 6104。所述防水隔热层采用多层聚烯烃编织布复合而成,如:高密度聚乙烯复合编织布;所述隔离层采用涂有隔离剂的塑料薄膜材料制成。
实施例1
一种多功能自粘型防水隔热卷材,从上至下依次为防水隔热层、自粘层及隔离层,隔离层通过自粘层与防水隔热层压合在一起,起到保护自粘层的作用。所述自粘层采用热熔压敏胶粘剂;所述热熔压敏胶粘剂由以下重量份数的原料制成:热塑性弹性体聚合物150kg、马来酸酐5 kg、过氧化二异丙苯2 kg、C5石油树脂200 kg和松香树脂250 kg、液体聚异丁烯450 kg、5 kg抗氧剂1010和5 kg抗氧剂DLTDP、液体双酚A型环氧树脂20 kg。
上述多功能自粘型防水隔热卷材,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份数称取热熔压敏胶粘剂的各原料;
(2)将热塑性弹性体聚合物、马来酸酐及过氧化二异丙苯混合均匀后,加入预热至190℃的JSH-D-50反应型双螺杆挤出机中(停留时间为1-1.5分钟),于190℃熔融挤出(接枝反应),得到接枝型热塑性弹性体聚合物;
(3)步骤(2)所得接枝型热塑性弹性体聚合物直接流入具有氮气保护、预热至180℃的电加热反应釜(容积1500 L)中,然后慢慢加入液体聚异丁烯、抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂DLTDP、C5石油树脂、松香树脂;保持釜内温度180℃,恒温保持60 min;再加入液体双酚A型环氧树脂,于180℃继续搅拌20 min,形成熔融的粘稠状液体,得到熔融的热熔压敏胶;
(4)将步骤(3)所得的热熔压敏胶通过流延设备涂覆在防水隔热层上,热熔压敏胶的厚度为0.4-0.6 mm,然后将防水隔热层与隔离层压合到一起,即得多功能自粘型防水隔热卷材。
实施例2
一种多功能自粘型防水隔热卷材,从上至下依次为防水隔热层、自粘层及隔离层,隔离层通过自粘层与防水隔热层压合在一起,起到保护自粘层的作用。所述自粘层采用热熔压敏胶粘剂;所述热熔压敏胶粘剂由以下重量份数的原料制成:热塑性弹性体聚合物180kg、马来酸酐7 kg、过氧化二异丙苯2 kg、C5石油树脂150 kg和松香树脂270 kg、液体聚异丁烯380 kg、2.5 kg抗氧剂1010和2.5 kg抗氧剂DLTDP、液体双酚A型环氧树脂13 kg。
实施例3
一种多功能自粘型防水隔热卷材,从上至下依次为防水隔热层、自粘层及隔离层,隔离层通过自粘层与防水隔热层压合在一起,起到保护自粘层的作用。所述自粘层采用热熔压敏胶粘剂;所述热熔压敏胶粘剂由以下重量份数的原料制成:热塑性弹性体聚合物210kg、马来酸酐10 kg、过氧化二异丙苯3 kg、C5石油树脂280 kg和松香树脂100 kg、液体聚异丁烯420 kg、4 kg抗氧剂1010和4 kg抗氧剂DLTDP、液体双酚A型环氧树脂16 kg。
实施例4
一种多功能自粘型防水隔热卷材,从上至下依次为防水隔热层、自粘层及隔离层,隔离层通过自粘层与防水隔热层压合在一起,起到保护自粘层的作用。所述自粘层采用热熔压敏胶粘剂;所述热熔压敏胶粘剂由以下重量份数的原料制成:热塑性弹性体聚合物250kg、马来酸酐15 kg、过氧化二异丙苯4 kg、C5石油树脂200 kg和松香树脂150 kg、液体聚异丁烯350 kg、2.5 kg抗氧剂1010和2.5 kg抗氧剂DLTDP、液体双酚A型环氧树脂10 kg。
实施例2~4所述热熔压敏胶粘剂均按照实施例1的方法制备。
对比例1
一种多功能自粘型防水隔热卷材,从上至下依次为防水隔热层、自粘层及隔离层,隔离层通过自粘层与防水隔热层压合在一起,所述自粘层采用热熔压敏胶粘剂;所述热熔压敏胶粘剂由以下重量份数的原料制成:热塑性弹性体聚合物150 kg、C5石油树脂200 kg和松香树脂250 kg、液体聚异丁烯450 kg、5 kg抗氧剂1010和5 kg抗氧剂DLTDP。
上述热熔压敏胶粘剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份数称取热熔压敏胶粘剂各原料;
(2)将热塑性弹性体聚合物加入预热至190℃的JSH-D-50反应型双螺杆挤出机中,于190℃熔融挤出;
(3)步骤(2)所得产物直接流入具有氮气保护、预热至180℃的电加热反应釜(容积1500 L)中,然后慢慢加入液体聚异丁烯、抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂DLTDP、C5石油树脂、松香树脂;保持釜内温度180℃,恒温保持60 min;再加入液体双酚A型环氧树脂,于180℃继续搅拌20 min,形成熔融的粘稠状液体,得到熔融的热熔压敏胶;
(4)将步骤(3)所得的热熔压敏胶通过流延设备涂覆在防水隔热层上,热熔压敏胶的厚度为0.4-0.6 mm,然后和隔离层压合到一起,即得多功能自粘型防水隔热卷材。
下面测试实施例1~4及对比例1所制得多功能自粘型防水隔热卷材的粘接性能,将隔离层剥离,将多功能自粘型防水隔热卷材粘接于镀锌板上,测试结果如表1。

从表1可见,本发明多功能自粘型防水隔热卷材采用的热熔压敏胶持粘力好,适用于难粘的聚烯烃编织材料与金属板材的粘接,多功能自粘型防水隔热卷材耐高温性能良好。

Claims (5)

1.一种多功能自粘型防水隔热卷材,其特征在于:防水隔热卷材从上至下依次为防水隔热层、自粘层及隔离层,隔离层通过自粘层与防水隔热层压合在一起,所述防水隔热层采用聚烯烃编织布制成,所述自粘层采用热熔压敏胶粘剂;
所述热熔压敏胶粘剂由以下重量份数的原料制成:由以下重量份数的原料制成:热塑性弹性体聚合物15-25份、马来酸酐0.5-1.5份、过氧化二异丙苯0.2-0.4份、增粘树脂35-45份、增塑剂35-45份、抗氧剂0.5-1份、交联剂1-2份;所述热塑性弹性体聚合物为苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物,所述热塑性弹性体须在过氧化二异丙苯存在的条件下与马来酸酐进行接枝反应引入交联基团;所述交联剂为液体双酚A型环氧树脂;
防水隔热卷材的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份数称取热熔压敏胶粘剂的各原料;
(2)将热塑性弹性体聚合物、马来酸酐及过氧化二异丙苯混合均匀后,加入预热至180-200℃的反应型双螺杆挤出机中,于180-200℃进行挤出接枝反应,得到接枝型热塑性弹性体聚合物;
(3)在氮气气氛和搅拌条件下,于160-200℃,将步骤(2)所得接枝型热塑性弹性体聚合物加入反应釜中,然后依次加入增塑剂、抗氧剂及增粘树脂,恒温保持40-60分钟;再加入交联剂,继续搅拌15-25分钟,得到熔融的热熔压敏胶;
(4)将步骤(3)所得的热熔压敏胶通过流延设备涂覆在防水隔热层上,热熔压敏胶的厚度为0.4-0.6 mm,然后将防水隔热层与隔离层压合到一起,即得多功能自粘型防水隔热卷材。
2.根据权利要求1所述多功能自粘型防水隔热卷材,其特征在于:所述增粘树脂选自石油树脂、萜烯酚醛树脂、松香酯及松香中的一种或两种以上。
3.根据权利要求1所述多功能自粘型防水隔热卷材,其特征在于:所述增塑剂为分子量500~2000的液体聚异丁烯。
4.根据权利要求1所述多功能自粘型防水隔热卷材,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂由抗氧剂1010和抗氧剂DLTDP复配而成。
5.根据权利要求1所述多功能自粘型防水隔热卷材,其特征在于:所述隔离层采用涂有隔离剂的纸质或塑料薄膜材料制成。
