Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of aquaculture seedling culture, in particular to a method for efficiently overwintering culture of octopus variabilis larvae.
Background
Octopus vulgaris belongs to the phylum mollusca, class Cephalopoda, order Octagonales, and family Octopus. Commonly known as octopus, octopus longipedunculatus, etc., and are widely distributed in coastal areas of china, peninsula korea and archipelagic areas of japan. Due to the delicious meat quality, high nutritional value and rich amino acid and protein content, octopus becomes an important economic cephalopod in the north of China. However, the current market for octopus variabilis relies primarily on sea fishing. Overfishing caused by imbalance of supply and demand relations has led to a drastic decline in the natural resources of octopus variabilis in recent years. Therefore, the realization of artificial generation breeding of the octopus variabilis is an important way for solving the problem. Wherein, the overwintering cultivation of the octopus variabilis is a key link.
At present, the artificial breeding work of the octopus variabilis mainly focuses on the propagation and releasing of seedlings, and the overwintering cultivation of octopus variabilis larvae is still a difficult problem. Wherein, the problem of the lack of the bait in winter is difficult to be effectively solved. The hatching time of the artificially cultured octopus variabilis larva is from the end of 10 months to the beginning of 11 months in autumn every year, and the natural water temperature is 11-15 ℃. Moreover, the temperature is gradually reduced along with the continuous growth of the octopus variabilis larvae, and the winter death rate of the octopus variabilis larvae is extremely high. Therefore, according to the current conditions, it is important to provide an efficient, low-cost and environmentally-friendly method for overwintering culture of octopus variabilis larvae.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems faced by the young octopus variabilis in the winter at present, the invention aims to provide a method suitable for efficient overwintering cultivation of young octopus variabilis. The death rate of octopus ocellatus larvae in the overwintering cultivation link is effectively reduced.
The octopus variabilis larva overwintering cultivation method provided by the invention is characterized in that octopus variabilis larvae are overwintering cultivated, and baits fed in the cultivation process are chironomid larvae;
the method of the invention, wherein the culture density of the octopus variabilis larvae is 300-2.The culture temperature is controlled at 13-18 ℃; during the culture period, carrying out bait conversion on octopus ocellatus larvae by using iced fresh chironomus larvae; and after bait conversion, using the iced fresh chironomus larvas for overwintering cultivation.
The young octopus variabilis is 60-70 days old and 5-8 cm old.
And the bait switching is to gradually reduce the feeding of the live baits every day until the bait feeding is stopped, and feed the chironomid larvae after the bait feeding is stopped for a period of time.
Preferably, the time for stopping feeding is 2 days.
The salinity of the overwintering cultivation water body is 28-31, the pH value is 7.5-8, the dissolved oxygen content is more than or equal to 5mg/L, and the illumination is less than 500 lx.
The bait for bait conversion provided by the invention has the characteristics of high nutritive value, low cost, easiness in acquisition, no limitation of external environment and the like. During the overwintering cultivation period, under the condition of living body bait shortage, the survival rate and the growth rate of the cultured octopus variabilis larvae are improved, and powerful support is provided for large-scale artificial generation breeding of the octopus variabilis.

Detailed Description
The invention discloses an efficient overwintering cultivation method for octopus variabilis larvae.
Wherein the Chironomus larvae are larvae of Chironomus of family Chironomus of class Insecta of Diptera.
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, technical sources and technical solutions of the present invention will be described in detail below.
Example 1
Selecting iced fresh chironomus larvae to perform bait conversion on octopus ocellatus larvae with the specification of 60-70d and the specification of 5-8 cm. And selecting 90 octopus ocellatus larvae for bait selection experiments. And feeding the hooked shrimps as baits before the selected octopus ocellatus larva experiments.
3 groups of experimental groups are set in the bait selection experiment, each group is provided with 3 parallel groups, each parallel group uses 10 octopus ocellatus larvae, and the experiment lasts for 1 day. The experimental design was as follows:
one set of experiments: feeding iced fresh chironomus larvae; two groups of experiments were carried out: feeding the iced fresh artemia salina; three groups of experiments were performed: feeding the frozen fresh clam meat.
Daily afternoon 4: 00 feeding bait, 8: 00 observe the feeding and count the residual baits. The feeding condition of octopus variabilis larvae is observed at irregular time.
Table 1: influence table of three different baits on food intake of octopus variabilis
The experimental results, shown in table 1 below, show that the effect of the iced chironomid larvae as a conversion bait is superior to iced blue clam meat and iced artemia magna.
Example 2
Culturing 100 young octopus variabilis of 60-70d in laboratory of China oceanic university in 2019 at 1 month with culture density of 300 octopus variabilis/m2Cladophora and ulva were used as shields. The water temperature is controlled at 13-18 deg.C, salinity is controlled at 28-31, pH is controlled at 7.5-8, dissolved oxygen content is not less than 5mg/L, and illumination is less than 500 lx. The water is changed once a day, and the water change amount is 30 percent. Before bait conversion, hooked shrimps are fed every day as bait. And (4) performing bait conversion on the octopus ocellatus larvae in 2019, 1 month and 15 days. Gradually reducing the feeding of the hooked shrimps every day until the feeding is stopped. And after stopping feeding for 2 days, feeding the iced fresh chironomus larvae instead. The overwintering cultivation lasts for 3 months and 15 days in 2019, and the total period is 60 days. The survival rate of the octopus ocellatus larvae reaches more than 60 percent, and the average body length is about 12cm (table 2).
Table 2: data table before and after winter-crossing of octopus ocellatus larvae
The efficient overwintering cultivation method for the octopus variabilis larvae solves the problem that live baits of the octopus variabilis larvae are lack in winter, and lays a foundation for large-scale cultivation and generation breeding of the octopus variabilis.
