技术领域
本发明涉及一种包括壳体和单向阀的液压转向单元,该单向阀具有球体和在壳体中的通道的端部处的阀座,其中,球体远离阀座的运动由通道中的支承件限制。
背景技术
这种液压转向单元例如从US 4 696 161 A中已知。球体通过螺栓固定就位,该螺栓是特殊的车削部件,并且因此制造昂贵。
这种单向阀可在紧急情况中使用或用于消除转向单元中的反冲返回。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有单向阀并且能够以低成本生产的转向单元。
该目的是通过如开头处所述的液压转向单元解决的,在该液压转向单元中,支承件横向地延伸通过通道。
因此,不必然具有包括难以生产的相当复杂的形状的螺栓。仅仅必然的是具有从通道的一侧延伸到通道中的支承件。
在本发明的一个实施例中,支承件的两端均保持在壳体中。即使当作用在球体上的压力非常高时,支承件也牢固地被保持并且不能被折曲。
在本发明的一个实施例中,支承件布置在通道的中心线之外。换句话说,支承件的中心线和通道的中心线不重合。这意味着在支承件的横向于运动的方向的一侧上存在可用的更大的横截面,使得由支承件引起的流动阻力的增加受到限制。
在本发明的一个实施例中,支承件由止回阀形成。因此,液压转向单元具有单向阀(原则上也是止回阀)和止回阀。止回阀具有两个功能。第一个功能是普通止回阀的功能。第二个功能是用于限制球体的运动。
在本发明的一个实施例中,支承件由止回阀的至少一个可移动部分形成。因此,可以限制支承件的尺寸以避免通道中的过高的流动阻力。
在本发明的一个实施例中,止回阀包括阀元件和阀座元件,其中,阀元件由弹簧在朝向阀座元件的方向上加载,并且弹簧形成支承件的至少一部分。弹簧优选地呈螺旋弹簧的形状。因此,支承件至少部分地可弹性变形,以在球体与支承件接触时避免噪音。
在本发明的一个实施例中,在止回阀的关闭状态下,支承件仅由弹簧形成,并且在止回阀的打开状态下,支承件额外地由阀元件的一部分形成。当止回阀打开时,在许多情况下存在压力,该压力在移动球体抵靠阀座的方向上抵靠着单向阀作用。另一方面,当单向阀打开时,具有其中止回阀被关闭的许多情况,使得球体通过止回阀的弹簧停止以降低噪音。
在本发明的一个实施例中,阀元件在壳体中和在固定在壳体中的阀座元件中被导向。因此,阀元件在两个彼此远离的位置处被导向,以实现相对于阀座的稳定对准,即使球体以一定的力作用在阀元件上。
在本发明的一个实施例中,阀元件包括具有锥形部分的杆,并且弹簧至少部分地围绕锥形部分布置。在这种情况下,当球体与弹簧接触时,弹簧可以弹性地变形。这有利于降低噪音。此外,杆仅在小范围内减小通道的横截面。
在本发明的一个实施例中,弹簧抵靠在阀元件的突起上,其中,在止回阀的关闭状态下,突起的至少一部分处于通道之外的位置。当止回阀关闭时,突起不会显著地减小通道的横截面。

图1示出了液压转向单元的壳体1的一部分。
单向阀2布置在壳体1中。单向阀2包括球体3和阀座4。阀座4布置在通道5的一端处。当球体3抵靠在阀座4上时,在通道5和另一个通道6之间的连接被中断。在所示的球体3相对于阀座4的位置中,该连接是打开的。
球体3远离阀座4的运动借助于支承件7限制。在当前情况下,支承件7由止回阀8的部分形成。然而,支承件7可以由销或平衡件替换,只是支承件其不具有止回阀的功能。
在图中所示的实施例中,止回阀8包括阀元件9和阀座元件10。阀座元件10安装在壳体1中的相当大的孔11中,以在止回阀8上实现低压降。
阀座元件10固定在壳体1中,与通道5具有一定距离,并抵靠在围绕开口13的台阶12上,这将在后面说明。
阀元件9利用阀座元件10中的一个端部14以及利用壳体1中的另一个端部15导向。
阀元件9由弹簧16在朝向阀座元件10的方向上加载。弹簧16抵靠在阀元件9的突起17上。开口13略大于突起17的圆周并且具有对应于突起17的高度的深度,使得当止回阀8处于关闭位置时,突起17可以至少部分地容纳在开口13中。
阀元件9包括具有锥形部分19的杆18。弹簧16至少部分地围绕锥形部分19布置,使得在弹簧16的一部分与杆18之间存在间隙。
止回阀8的阀元件9相对于通道5偏心地布置,即阀元件9的中心线20不行进穿过通道5的中心线21。
当由孔11中的压力产生的力超过由通道5中的压力产生的力加上弹簧16的力时,止回阀8打开以在孔11和通道5之间建立连接。取决于第二通道6中的压力,这将导致球体3移动抵靠单向阀2的阀座4以关闭单向阀2。
另一方面,当由在第二通道6中的压力产生并且作用在球体3上的力超过由在通道5中的压力产生并且作用在球体3上的力时,球体3移动远离单向阀2的阀座4。然而,当止回阀8关闭时通过弹簧16,或者当止回阀8打开时通过弹簧16和阀元件9的突起17,球体3远离阀座4的运动被限制。由于阀元件9在任何情况下都在壳体1中保持稳定,因此能够承受作用在球体3上的相当大的力。
突起17在圆周方向上是通行梯段(through going),并且阀元件9在面向阀座元件10的一侧逐渐变细,以当止回阀8打开时在止回阀8上实现低压降。
阀座元件10包括通过臂23支撑的衬套22。臂23以星形方式布置,以将衬套22连接到阀座元件10。
如上所述,止回阀可以用销或平衡件24代替,如图2至4所示。
平衡件24包括插入壳体1中的端部15。此外,平衡件24包括扩大部分25,该扩大部分25可以插入孔11中直到扩大部分25抵靠台阶12。扩大部分25和端部15借助于杆26连接,该杆26足够长,以便端部15可以在通道5的另一侧突出到壳体1中。
扩大部分25包括多个开口27,液压流体可以通过这些开口27。
杆26在通道5中形成限制球体3在通道5中的运动的支承件。
同样,平衡件24横向地延伸通过通道5并且利用两端固定在壳体1中以避免挠曲。

Claims (9)

1.一种液压转向单元,包括壳体(1)和单向阀(2),所述单向阀(2)具有球体(3)和在所述壳体(1)中的通道(5)的端部处的阀座(4),
其中,所述球体(3)远离所述阀座(4)的运动由所述通道(5)中的支承件(7)限制,并且所述支承件(7)横向地延伸通过所述通道(5),以及
其中所述支承件(7)由止回阀(8)形成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的液压转向单元,其特征在于,所述支承件(7)的两端(14,15)均保持在所述壳体(1)中。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的液压转向单元,其特征在于,所述支承件(7)布置在所述通道(5)的中心线(21)之外。
4.根据权利要求1所述的液压转向单元,其特征在于,所述支承件(7)至少由所述止回阀(8)的可移动部分形成。
5.根据权利要求1或4所述的液压转向单元,其特征在于,所述止回阀(8)包括阀元件(9)和阀座元件(10),其中,所述阀元件(9)由弹簧(16)在朝向所述阀座元件(10)的方向上加载,并且所述弹簧(16)形成所述支承件(7)的至少一部分。
