本发明涉及充电桩技术领域,且公开了一种电动汽车充电桩插头插座耐拔锁止装置,包括插头和插座,所述插头与插座相适配,所述插头的顶部开设有扫描区,所述插头后侧的底部固定安装有连接板,所述插座的前侧开设有环形槽和圆槽一,所述环形槽内转动安装有环形齿轮,所述环形齿轮的前侧和连接板的后侧均固定安装有相适配的电磁铁,所述圆槽一内转动安装有齿轮,所述插座的后侧开设有圆槽二,所述圆槽二内固定安装有双向电机。该电动汽车充电桩插头插座耐拔锁止装置,通过在充电时,连接板卡入环形槽内,之后齿轮带动环形齿轮转动,四个电磁铁两两对应后,通电产生吸力,增大插头与插座之间的连接力,提高了连接的稳定性。

技术领域
本发明涉及充电桩技术领域,具体为一种电动汽车充电桩插头插座耐拔锁止装置。
背景技术
随着对环境保护的重视,新能源车也随之诞生,采用电能作为动力源,为了保证续航里程,就需要对电池充电,充电桩即是专门的充电装置,在充电时,将插头插入车体的插座内即可实现充电。但是,这种连接方式只是单纯的将插头插入插座的插孔内,而且充电的时间一般较长,在充电的过程中,因为导向晃动产生的拉力,可能会导致插头与插座的连接不稳定,导致电池没有被充上电,同时,在充电过程中,可能会有别的车主私自拔出插头,导致正在充电的车辆没有被充上电,进而影响到车子的续航。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种电动汽车充电桩插头插座耐拔锁止装置,具备提高了插头与插座连接的稳定性和确保充电过程中,不被别的车主私自拔出的优点,解决了插头与插座不稳定和被别的车主私自拔出的问题。
本发明提供如下技术方案:一种电动汽车充电桩插头插座耐拔锁止装置,包括插头和插座,所述插头与插座相适配,所述插头的顶部开设有扫描区,所述插头后侧的底部固定安装有连接板,所述插座的前侧开设有环形槽和圆槽一,所述环形槽内转动安装有环形齿轮,所述环形齿轮的前侧和连接板的后侧均固定安装有相适配的电磁铁,所述圆槽一内转动安装有齿轮,所述插座的后侧开设有圆槽二,所述圆槽二内固定安装有双向电机,所述双向电机输出轴的一端与齿轮的后侧固定连接。
优选的,所述扫描区包括信息收集器、转换器、信号识别器、提示器和电能感应器。
优选的,所述扫描区的输出端与信息收集器的输入端电连接,所述信息收集器的输出端与转换器的输入端电连接,所述转换器的输出端与信号识别器的输入端电连接,所述信号识别器的输出端分别与双向电机、电磁铁和提示器的输入端电连接,所述电能感应器的输出端与双向电机的输入端电连接。
优选的,所述电磁铁的数量为四个,且均匀安装于所述连接板后侧和环形齿轮前侧的底部。
优选的,所述连接板与电磁铁的总长度与另一所述电磁铁前侧到所述插座前侧的距离相同,所述连接板与环形槽相适配。
优选的,所述齿轮与环形齿轮相啮合,所述环形齿轮的外径是所述齿轮直径的三倍。
本发明具备以下有益效果:
1、该电动汽车充电桩插头插座耐拔锁止装置,通过在充电时,连接板卡入环形槽内,之后齿轮带动环形齿轮转动,四个电磁铁两两对应后,通电产生吸力,增大插头与插座之间的连接力,提高了连接的稳定性。
2、该电动汽车充电桩插头插座耐拔锁止装置,通过身份验证将插头与插座之间的连接进行锁定,锁定后,在充电过程中,插头与插座不可拔出,也就不会被外人拔出,同时在充完电后,电磁铁断电,失去吸力,外人再需使用时,即可拔出。

请参阅图1-4,一种电动汽车充电桩插头插座耐拔锁止装置,包括插头1和插座2,插头1与插座2相适配,插头1的顶部开设有扫描区3,扫描区3包括信息收集器301、转换器302、信号识别器303、提示器304和电能感应器305,扫描区3的输出端与信息收集器301的输入端电连接,信息收集器301的输出端与转换器302的输入端电连接,转换器302的输出端与信号识别器303的输入端电连接,信号识别器303的输出端分别与双向电机11、电磁铁8和提示器304的输入端电连接,电能感应器305的输出端与双向电机11的输入端电连接,插头1后侧的底部固定安装有连接板4,插座2的前侧开设有环形槽5和圆槽一6,环形槽5位于插孔的外侧,圆槽一6与环形槽5连通,环形槽5内转动安装有环形齿轮7,环形齿轮7的前侧和连接板的后侧均固定安装有相适配的电磁铁8,电磁铁8的数量为四个,且均匀安装于连接板4后侧和环形齿轮7前侧的底部,两个可以提高连接的稳定性,连接板4与电磁铁8的总长度与另一电磁铁8前侧到插座2前侧的距离相同,连接板4与环形槽5相适配,确保充电时,可以使得连接板4完全进入到环形槽5内,即可保证插头1完全插入插座2的插孔内,圆槽一6内转动安装有齿轮9,齿轮9与环形齿轮7相啮合,环形齿轮7的外径是齿轮9直径的三倍,在齿轮9转动一圈后,环形齿轮7转动三分之一圈,此角度正好可以让两种电磁铁8相对应,插座2的后侧开设有圆槽二10,圆槽二10内固定安装有双向电机11,双向电机11输出轴的一端与齿轮9的后侧固定连接。
工作原理,在充电时,插头1插于插座2内时,连接板4卡入到环形槽5内,扫描区3的将身份卡在扫描区3刷过之后,信息收集器301将收集身份信息,之后传至转换器302,将该信息转换为电信号,传递给信号识别器303,当身份卡不符合时,提示器304进行语音提示,符合的话,控制打开双向电机11,并将电磁铁8通电,双向电机11带动齿轮9转动,齿轮9的啮合带动环形齿轮7转动,使得四个电磁铁8两两对应,磁极相反产生吸力,不需充电时,再通过扫描使双向电机11反转并关闭电磁铁8,同时,当电能感应器305感应到满电后,也会控制双向电机11反转和电磁铁8断电,连接板4和环形齿轮7上的电磁铁8错位,且失去引力,再拔出插头1。

1.一种电动汽车充电桩插头插座耐拔锁止装置,包括插头(1)和插座(2),所述插头(1)与插座(2)相适配,其特征在于:所述插头(1)的顶部开设有扫描区(3),所述插头(1)后侧的底部固定安装有连接板(4),所述插座(2)的前侧开设有环形槽(5)和圆槽一(6),所述环形槽(5)内转动安装有环形齿轮(7),所述环形齿轮(7)的前侧和连接板的后侧均固定安装有相适配的电磁铁(8),所述圆槽一(6)内转动安装有齿轮(9),所述插座(2)的后侧开设有圆槽二(10),所述圆槽二(10)内固定安装有双向电机(11),所述双向电机(11)输出轴的一端与齿轮(9)的后侧固定连接,所述扫描区(3)包括信息收集器(301)、转换器(302)、信号识别器(303)、提示器(304)和电能感应器(305),所述扫描区(3)的输出端与信息收集器(301)的输入端电连接,所述信息收集器(301)的输出端与转换器(302)的输入端电连接,所述转换器(302)的输出端与信号识别器(303)的输入端电连接,所述信号识别器(303)的输出端分别与双向电机(11)、电磁铁(8)和提示器(304)的输入端电连接,所述电能感应器(305)的输出端与双向电机(11)的输入端电连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电动汽车充电桩插头插座耐拔锁止装置,其特征在于:所述电磁铁(8)的数量为四个,且均匀安装于所述连接板(4)后侧和环形齿轮(7)前侧的底部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种电动汽车充电桩插头插座耐拔锁止装置,其特征在于:所述连接板(4)与电磁铁(8)的总长度与另一所述电磁铁(8)前侧到所述插座(2)前侧的距离相同,所述连接板(4)与环形槽(5)相适配。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种电动汽车充电桩插头插座耐拔锁止装置,其特征在于:所述齿轮(9)与环形齿轮(7)相啮合,所述环形齿轮(7)的外径是所述齿轮(9)直径的三倍。
