背景技术
家庭装修后墙面开裂是较为普遍的问题,随着人们对室内的装修装饰要求提高,更多的注重墙体表面的装饰效果。人们会在墙面上贴上壁纸或者刷上乳胶漆来达到美观效果。对于壁纸,更多的是停留于装饰效果,功能性改进并不多,诸如我国南方空气较为潮湿,经常有返潮现象,普通的壁纸在铺贴后未经许久便容易发生翘曲、褶皱、甚至脱落等情况,耐用性较差,无法满足使用需求特别在防火阻燃、环保上还有诸多缺陷。对于乳胶漆,会释放游离甲醛,从而诱发各种疾病例如致癌、白血病等等。
海基布是一种由玻璃纤维编制而成的壁布,具有很多优点:环保性、防火性、耐擦洗性、透气性好、防霉变、抗开裂、防腐蚀、立体花纹品种繁多、安全无毒,能够弥补壁纸和乳胶漆在使用过程中的不足。但是目前海基布使用施工中存在一个严重问题:用胶贴在墙上一段时间后,由于玻纤本身的疏水性造成水分无法正常挥发,造成壁布起泡、甚至霉变影响牢度美观。
有鉴于此,有必要对现有技术中的海基布的制备方法予以改进,以解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于公开一种玻纤壁布基布制备方法,通过对玻璃纤维布进行磨毛处理,从而使玻璃纤维布表面形成无数个超细纤维,通过超细纤维的芯吸作用可将玻璃纤维布和墙面间的水分排出,防止起泡和霉变,保持美观,此外,通过向玻璃纤维布中引入少量亲水基团,可使玻璃纤维布能够起到快速输水作用,提高玻璃纤维布和墙面间的水分挥发效率,且不影响玻璃纤维布的其他性能。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种玻纤壁布基布制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:制备玻璃纤维布;
步骤二:将玻璃纤维布浸涂树脂溶液;
步骤三:对玻璃纤维布进行磨毛处理;
步骤一中,玻璃纤维布的制备方法如下:将玻璃溶液高速拉丝制成玻纤长丝;以亲水纤维为原料依次经过开清棉、梳棉、并条、粗纱制成亲水长丝;再以部分玻纤长丝和亲水长丝为原料经过细纱制成复合纱线;对复合纱线热定型处理;最后以复合纱线和余下玻纤长丝为原料制成玻璃纤维布。
在一些实施方式中,所述玻璃纤维和亲水纤维质量比为15~40:1,所述复合纱线中玻纤长丝为1~3股,亲水长丝为1股。
在一些实施方式中,所述亲水纤维选自蚕丝纤维、兔毛纤维、驼毛纤维、棉纤维、麻纤维、粘胶纤维中的一种或多种。
在一些实施方式中,步骤二中,玻璃纤维布浸涂树脂溶液依次在以下温区进行:80℃-90℃、110℃-125℃、160℃-180℃,处理速度:1-8m/min。

步骤三中,用磨辊对玻璃纤维布进行磨毛处理。所述磨辊速度为25M/ 分,压力为13N。所述磨辊为碳砂纤维磨辊,从而不会对玻璃纤维布表面造成磨损。
“芯吸效应”是超细纤维特有的性能,是指超细纤维中孔细,接近真空时,近水端纤维管口与水分子接触形成纤维中真空孔隙,此时大气压值超过纤维内部的真空,水就自然压积进入纤维孔隙中,纤维孔隙越细,芯吸效应愈明显,这种芯吸透湿效应愈强。
经过磨毛处理的玻璃纤维布表面形成无数个超细纤维,通过芯吸可将玻璃纤维布和墙面间的水分排出,提高了水分挥发效率。
实施例四:
实验方法:取四块1m*1m的小样(实施例一、二、三中的玻纤壁布基布所制备的海基布和普通海基布),分别粘接在同一面墙上,通过肉眼观察,结果如下:

由此可看出,相比于市售海基布,通过本发明获得的海基布,能够快速将玻璃纤维布和墙面间的水分排出,无起泡和霉变现象,且对其他性能无影响。其他性能包括环保性、防火性、耐擦洗性、抗开裂、防腐蚀性等。

Claims (9)

1.一种玻纤壁布基布制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:制备玻璃纤维布;
步骤二:将玻璃纤维布浸涂树脂溶液;
步骤三:对玻璃纤维布进行磨毛处理;
步骤一中,玻璃纤维布的制备方法如下:将玻璃溶液高速拉丝制成玻纤长丝;以亲水纤维为原料依次经过开清棉、梳棉、并条、粗纱制成亲水长丝;再以部分玻纤长丝和亲水长丝为原料经过细纱制成复合纱线;对复合纱线热定型处理;最后以复合纱线和余下玻纤长丝为原料制成玻璃纤维布。
2.根据权利要求1所述的玻纤壁布基布制备方法,其特征在于,所述玻璃纤维和亲水纤维质量比为15~40:1,所述复合纱线中玻纤长丝为1~3股,亲水长丝为1股。
3.根据权利要求1所述的玻纤壁布基布制备方法,其特征在于,所述亲水纤维选自蚕丝纤维、兔毛纤维、驼毛纤维、棉纤维、麻纤维、粘胶纤维中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的玻纤壁布基布制备方法,其特征在于,步骤二中,玻璃纤维布浸涂树脂溶液依次在以下温区进行:80℃-90℃、110℃-125℃、160℃-180℃,处理速度:1-8m/min。
5.根据权利要求4所述的玻纤壁布基布制备方法,其特征在于,所述树脂溶液包括如下组分及重量份数组成:树脂5-40份,水55-91份,分散剂0.5-1份,渗透剂1-2份,抗静电剂1-3份。
6.根据权利要求5所述的玻纤壁布基布制备方法,其特征在于,所述树脂为丙烯酸树脂或VAE树脂或硅丙树脂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的玻纤壁布基布制备方法,其特征在于,步骤三中,用磨辊对玻璃纤维布进行磨毛处理。
8.根据权利要求7所述的玻纤壁布基布制备方法,其特征在于,所述磨辊为碳砂纤维磨辊。
9.根据权利要求8所述的玻纤壁布基布制备方法,其特征在于,所述磨辊速度为15-25M/分,压力为8-13N。
