本发明涉及服装领域,特指一种运动衣料组合物及其制造方法。
背景技术
近年来人们对运动衣料的品质要求越来越高,目前传统的运动衣料大多是采用织物与人造橡胶利用粘合剂粘合的方式贴合固定,人造橡胶大多采用乙烯-聚酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)泡棉或丁腈橡胶(NBR)泡棉等,但这类泡棉大多含有甲酰胺(DCP)化学发泡剂,成品的泡孔大小不均,物理性能较差,且容易析出化学物质,存在致癌风险,也不可回收,不利于环境保护,另外,在织物与人造橡胶之间涂覆粘合剂粘合的方式,使得成型效果较差,也降低了生产效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种运动衣料组合物及其制造方法,解决了运动衣料制造困难的问题,利用超临界流体发泡热塑性弹性体与织物热熔复合,使得衣料的成型效果好,也提升了生产效率。
实现上述目的的技术方案是:

本发明运动衣料组合物,通过利用超临界流体发泡热塑性弹性体支撑发泡片体,进而将发泡片体与织物片体通过热压复合的方式固定贴合,这种方式加快了粘合的速度,发泡片体与织物片体也不需要添加粘合剂,从而提升了制造效率,另外由超临界流体发泡热塑性弹性体制成的发泡片体不会析出化学物质,对环境友好,且利于使用者的身体健康,解决了运动衣料制造困难的问题,利用超临界流体发泡热塑性弹性体与织物热熔复合,使得衣料的成型效果好,也提升了生产效率。
本发明运动衣料组合物的进一步改进在于,该织物片体中混合有热熔纤维,热压时该热熔纤维发生热熔而将织物片体与发泡片体固定呈一体。
本发明运动衣料组合物的进一步改进在于,该织物片体还包括布料纤维,该布料纤维与热熔纤维编织混合形成织物片体。
本发明运动衣料组合物的进一步改进在于,该热塑性弹性体为热塑性聚氨酯、热塑性苯乙烯-乙烯丁烯-嵌段共聚物、热塑性聚酯弹性体、聚酰胺弹性体或聚烯烃弹性体。
本发明运动衣料组合物的进一步改进在于,该热熔纤维为聚氨酯热熔胶单丝、苯乙烯-乙烯丁烯-嵌段共聚物热熔胶单丝、聚酯热熔胶单丝、聚酰胺热熔胶单丝或聚烯烃热熔胶单丝。
本发明提供了一种运动衣料组合物的制造方法,包括如下步骤:
S11.利用超临界流体发泡热塑性弹性体并加工形成发泡片体;
S12.将织物片体置于发泡片体的顶面,进而利用热压机热压成型,使得织物片体与发泡片体紧密粘合,从而形成运动衣料组合物。
本发明运动衣料组合物的制造方法的进一步改进在于,热压前,还包括:
提供布料纤维和热熔纤维,将布料纤维与热熔纤维混合编织以形成织物片体。
本发明运动衣料组合物的制造方法的进一步改进在于,利用超临界流体发泡热塑性弹性体时,还包括:
提供挤出机,将热塑性弹性体倒入挤出机中,进而将超临界流体注入挤出机中以与热塑性弹性体混合,经挤出机挤出成片材后发泡,从而形成发泡片体。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
参阅图1,本发明提供了一种运动衣料组合物及其制造方法,通过利用超临界流体发泡热塑性弹性体支撑发泡片体,进而将发泡片体与织物片体通过热压复合的方式固定贴合,这种方式加快了粘合的速度,发泡片体与织物片体也不需要添加粘合剂,从而提升了制造效率,另外由超临界流体发泡热塑性弹性体制成的发泡片体不会析出化学物质,对环境友好,且利于使用者的身体健康,解决了运动衣料制造困难的问题,利用超临界流体发泡热塑性弹性体与织物热熔复合,使得衣料的成型效果好,也提升了生产效率。下面结合附图对本发明运动衣料组合物进行说明。
参阅图1,图1为本发明运动衣料组合物的分解状态示意图。下面结合图1,对本发明运动衣料组合物进行说明。
如图1所示,本发明的运动衣料组合物,包括:
发泡片体11,该发泡片体11由超临界流体发泡热塑性弹性体制成;以及
置于发泡片体11顶面的织物片体12,通过热压发泡片体和织物片体,使得发泡片体11与织物片体12熔合固定呈一体。
作为本发明的一较佳实施方式,该织物片体12中混合有与热塑性弹性体相熔的热熔纤维,通过热熔该热熔纤维使得织物片体与发泡片体固定呈一体。
具体的,该织物片体12还包括布料纤维,该布料纤维与热熔纤维编织混合,由于热熔纤维与布料纤维编织混合,因此在热压过程中热熔纤维熔化与发泡片体粘合的过程中填充布料纤维中的间隙,相对于使用粘合剂粘结,这种方法对运动衣料组合物的整体厚度影响较小,具有更好的塑性性能,也更为轻薄服帖。
较佳地,该布料纤维可以采用涤纶、氨纶或锦纶等。
进一步的,该热塑性弹性体为热塑性聚氨酯、热塑性苯乙烯-乙烯丁烯-嵌段共聚物、热塑性聚酯弹性体、聚酰胺弹性体或聚烯烃弹性体。
进一步的,该热熔纤维为低熔点材料,如聚氨酯热熔胶单丝、苯乙烯-乙烯丁烯-嵌段共聚物热熔胶单丝、聚酯热熔胶单丝、聚酰胺热熔胶单丝或聚烯烃热熔胶单丝。
较佳地,若该热塑性弹性体为热塑性聚氨酯时,热熔纤维可采用聚氨酯热熔胶单丝;若该热塑性弹性体为热塑性苯乙烯-乙烯丁烯-嵌段共聚物时,热熔纤维可采用苯乙烯-乙烯丁烯-嵌段共聚物热熔胶单丝;若该热塑性弹性体为热塑性聚酯弹性体时,热熔纤维可采用聚酯热熔胶单丝;若该热塑性弹性体为聚酰胺弹性体时,热熔纤维可采用聚酰胺热熔胶单丝;若该热塑性弹性体为聚烯烃弹性体时,热熔纤维可采用聚烯烃热熔胶单丝。
又佳地,该织物片体12中热熔纤维占15%~25%,布料纤维占75%~85%。
本发明的具体实施方法如下:
选择热塑性聚氨酯、热塑性苯乙烯-乙烯丁烯-嵌段共聚物、热塑性聚酯弹性体、聚酰胺弹性体或聚烯烃弹性体作为热塑性弹性体,并将热塑性弹性体倒入挤出机中;
向挤出机中注入超临界流体,使得超临界流体与热塑性弹性体混合,进而从挤出机的出口挤出并形成片状,通过控制压力和温度的方式控制发泡,以形成发泡倍率为2-10倍的发泡片体,例如,将片状热塑性弹性体置于100-250℃的高压模具中发泡,恒温保压一端时间后以一定速度卸压至常压,从而形成特定发泡倍率的发泡片体;
本实施方式中的织物片体以聚酰胺复丝作为布料纤维、聚氨酯热熔胶单丝作为热熔纤维为例,采用150D/26f或100D/26f的聚酰胺(锦纶)复丝,以及150D且熔点为95℃的聚氨酯热熔胶单丝,将75%的聚酰胺复丝与25%的聚氨酯热熔胶单丝混合编织成织物片体;
将织物片体置于发泡板的顶部并使用平板热压机在15-20Kg/cm2的压力,120-125℃的条件下,压合30-40s,聚氨酯热熔胶单丝可以完全融化并与发泡片体完全融合,经实际测量,发泡片体与织物片体的剥离强度可达3Kg/cm2以上,从而形成运动衣料组合物。
结合图2所示,本发明还提供了一种运动衣料组合物的制造方法,该方法包括如下步骤:
执行步骤S11.利用超临界流体发泡热塑性弹性体并加工形成发泡片体11;接着执行步骤S12
执行步骤S12.将织物片体置于发泡片体11的顶面,进而利用热压机热压成型,使得织物片体12与发泡片体11紧密粘合,从而形成运动衣料组合物。
进一步的,热压前,还包括:
提供布料纤维和与热塑性弹性体相熔的热熔纤维,将布料纤维与热熔纤维混合编织以形成织物片体12。
进一步的,利用超临界流体发泡热塑性弹性体时,还包括:
提供挤出机,将热塑性弹性体倒入挤出机中,进而将超临界流体注入挤出机中以与热塑性弹性体混合,经挤出机挤出成片材后发泡,从而形成发泡片体11。
较佳地,该织物片体12与发泡片体11热压时可采用三维蒸汽热压机,使得形成的运动衣料组合物具有设定的三维形状。
本发明提供的制造方法实际实施的操作方式如下:
选择热塑性聚氨酯、热塑性苯乙烯-乙烯丁烯-嵌段共聚物、热塑性聚酯弹性体、聚酰胺弹性体或聚烯烃弹性体作为热塑性弹性体,并将热塑性弹性体倒入挤出机中;
向挤出机中注入超临界流体,使得超临界流体与热塑性弹性体混合,进而从挤出机的出口挤出并形成片状,通过控制压力和温度的方式控制发泡,以形成发泡倍率为2-10倍的发泡片体,例如,将片状热塑性弹性体置于100-250℃的高压模具中发泡,恒温保压一端时间后以一定速度卸压至常压,从而形成特定发泡倍率的发泡片体;

Claims (9)

1.一种运动衣料组合物,其特征在于,包括:
发泡片体,所述发泡片体由超临界流体发泡热塑性弹性体制成;以及
置于所述发泡片体顶面的织物片体,通过热压与所述发泡片体固定呈一体。
2.如权利要求1所述的运动衣料组合物,其特征在于,所述织物片体中混合有热熔纤维,热压时所述热熔纤维发生热熔而将所述织物片体与所述发泡片体固定呈一体。
3.如权利要求2所述的运动衣料组合物,其特征在于,所述织物片体还包括布料纤维,所述布料纤维与所述热熔纤维编织混合形成所述织物片体。
4.如权利要求1所述的运动衣料组合物,其特征在于,所述热塑性弹性体为热塑性聚氨酯、热塑性苯乙烯-乙烯丁烯-嵌段共聚物、热塑性聚酯弹性体、聚酰胺弹性体或聚烯烃弹性体。
5.如权利要求4所述的运动衣料组合物,其特征在于,所述热熔纤维为聚氨酯热熔胶单丝、苯乙烯-乙烯丁烯-嵌段共聚物热熔胶单丝、聚酯热熔胶单丝、聚酰胺热熔胶单丝或聚烯烃热熔胶单丝。
6.一种如权利要求1所述的运动衣料组合物的制造方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S11.利用超临界流体发泡热塑性弹性体并加工形成发泡片体;
S12.将所述织物片体置于所述发泡片体的顶面,进而利用热压机热压成型,使得所述织物片体与所述发泡片体紧密粘合,从而形成所述运动衣料组合物。
7.如权利要求6所述的运动衣料组合物的制造方法,其特征在于,热压前,还包括:
提供布料纤维和热熔纤维,将所述布料纤维与所述热熔纤维混合编织以形成所述织物片体。
8.如权利要求6所述的运动衣料组合物的制造方法,其特征在于,利用所述超临界流体发泡所述热塑性弹性体时,还包括:
提供挤出机,将所述热塑性弹性体倒入所述挤出机中,进而将所述超临界流体注入所述挤出机中以与所述热塑性弹性体混合,经所述挤出机挤出成片材后发泡,从而形成所述发泡片体。
9.如权利要求8所述的运动衣料组合物的制造方法,其特征在于,所述发泡片体的发泡倍率为2-10倍。
