Abstract
本发明公开了一种解酒护肝赶黄草茶及其制备方法,由重量份数的以下原材料制成:赶黄草50‑100份,苦荞1‑20份,当归1‑3份,沙参1‑3份,黄精1‑3份,杜仲1‑3份,玫瑰花1‑5份,黑加仑3‑8份,乳香胶1‑3份,陈皮3‑8份,淮山2‑7份。本发明所制的解酒护肝赶黄草茶,饮酒前饮用,可减轻醉酒,醉酒后饮用,可缩短醉酒时间,缓解酒后各种身体不适的症状,减轻酒精引起的肝脏损害,能解酒醒神,护肝宁心,能快速解除酒精中毒或者醉酒。同时长期饮用,具有护肝、保肝、益胃生津、健脾的功效,安全无毒,有效无副作用。加水即饮,因而具有广泛的应用前景。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种解酒护肝赶黄草茶及其制备方法,属于保健茶领域。
背景技术
赶黄草,为虎耳草科扯根菜属植物赶黄草的全草。性温、味甘、无毒、利尿、消尿、活血、化瘀、健脾、祛黄疸等,主治黄疸、水肿、经闭、血崩、带下跌打损伤,以及各型肝炎、胆囊炎、脂肪肝,被苗族人尊为传统祛黄病药物。
赶黄草当中含有两种成分,没食子酸还有槲皮素,这两种成分都具有很好的解毒作用,而且能降低酒精对肝脏的损害。
长期以来,人们直接将赶黄草泡水作茶饮以起到解酒的作用。
首先,赶黄草直接泡茶饮,具有苦涩味,口感不好。
其次,虽然赶黄草能解酒,能护肝,但是长期饮用对身体也是不好的。赶黄草属于利水渗湿药,长期服用就会加重肾脏的负担。另外赶黄草是一种凉性中药材,长期服用易伤害到肝肾,脾胃虚寒的人服用赶黄草容易造成胃部的负担。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明的第一目的在于提供一种解酒护肝赶黄草茶,第二目的在于提供解酒护肝赶黄草茶的制备方法,能消除赶黄草的涩味,减轻赶黄草的苦味。在饮酒前泡饮,既能起到解酒的作用。长期饮用,能起到护肝、养胃的作用,减轻肾的负担。
为了实现上述第一目的,本发明提供了一种解酒护肝赶黄草茶,其特征在于,由重量份数的以下原材料制成:赶黄草50-100份,苦荞1-20份,当归1-3份,沙参1-3份,黄精1-3份,杜仲1-3份,玫瑰花1-5份,黑加仑3-8份,乳香胶1-3份,陈皮3-8份,淮山2-7份。
优选:由重量份数的以下原材料制成:赶黄草80-100份,苦荞5-15份,当归1-2份,沙参1-3份,黄精1-3份,杜仲1-3份,玫瑰花1-5份,黑加仑3-8份,乳香胶1-3份,陈皮3-8份,淮山2-7份。
本发明中:苦荞是自然界中甚少的药食两用作物,有着卓越的营养保健价值和非凡的食疗功效,有清热解毒、降气宽肠健胃的作用。
当归可使胆汁中固体物质重量及胆酸排出量增加,当归能保护细胞ATP酶、葡萄糖-6-磷酸酶、5-核苷酸酶的活性,提示其对保护肝细胞和恢复肝脏某些功能有一定的作用。并且当归对肾脏有一定的保护作用,能改善家兔肾缺血后肾小球滤过功能及肾小管重吸收功能,减轻肾损害,促进肾小管病变的恢复。
沙参具有养阴清热;润肺化痰;益胃生津的功效。
黄精补中益气,除风湿,安五脏、益脾胃的功效。
杜仲有补益肝肾、强筋壮骨的功效。
玫瑰花具有强肝养胃,活血调经,润肠通便,解郁安神之功效,可缓和情绪、平衡内分泌、补血气、对肝及胃有调理的作用。
黑加仑富含多种抗氧化生物活性物质,如花青素、维生素C、黄酮和酚酸类物质等",长期服用,增加人体内可以对抗过氧化的营养物质,对于保护肝脏功能至关重要。
乳香胶是名为乳香的植物产生的树胶,树胶凝结后呈块状或颗粒状,可咀嚼,并有好闻的香味。乳香树胶对幽门螺杆菌有杀灭作用,防治胃炎、胃溃疡。减少酒精对胃部的伤害。
陈皮健脾开胃。
淮山具有益肾气,健脾胃的功效。
本发明选用以上药食两用的原材料,与赶黄草搭配做成茶饮,可以长期饮用,具有护肝、保肝、解酒、益胃生津、健脾,减轻肾脏负担的功效。
一方面本发明的配方充分利用赶黄草的解酒护肝功效。在饮酒前后可以泡饮用,降低酒精对肝脏的损害。
其次,本发明的各组分组合,长期饮用,也不会对肝脏、胃及肾脏造成伤害。反而有护肝、保肝、益胃生津、健脾的功效。
最后,由于赶黄草直接泡茶饮用具有苦涩味,本发明通过大量实验选择苦荞、当归、沙参、黄精、杜仲、玫瑰花、黑加仑、乳香胶、陈皮、淮山与赶黄草配伍,最终得到的茶饮不具有涩味,苦味降低,口感好,取得了意想不到的效果。
本发明的第二目的是这样实现的:一种解酒护肝赶黄草茶的制备方法,其特征在于,按照如下步骤制备:
(1)将赶黄草打粉至100-200目,备用;
(2)当归、沙参、黄精、杜仲、乳香胶、陈皮、淮山、玫瑰花粉碎至粒径小于3mm;
(3)将杆黄草粉、苦荞、黑加仑以及粉碎后的当归、沙参、黄精、杜仲、乳香胶、陈皮、淮山、玫瑰花混合均匀,灭菌,包装得到产品。
将赶黄草打粉至100-200目,达到破壁的效果。在浸泡时,能在较短时间内浸泡出赶黄草的大量的有效成分。在充分发挥赶黄草的功效的同时,其苦涩味也加浓。本发明通过增加苦荞、当归、沙参、黄精、杜仲、玫瑰花、黑加仑、乳香胶、陈皮、淮山配伍,能降低苦未,最终茶饮没有涩味。
上述方案中:包装采用分装小茶袋包装,所述分装小茶袋上分布有若干透水孔。透水孔的孔径小于赶黄草的粒径,每次泡饮的时候,取一小袋放入茶杯里,加水冲泡即可。
上述方案中:所述分装小茶袋由无纺布制成。
有益效果:本发明所制的解酒护肝赶黄草茶,饮酒前饮用,可减轻醉酒,醉酒后饮用,可缩短醉酒时间,缓解酒后各种身体不适的症状,减轻酒精引起的肝脏损害,能解酒醒神,护肝宁心,能快速解除酒精中毒或者醉酒。同时长期饮用,具有护肝、保肝、益胃生津、健脾的功效,安全无毒,有效无副作用。加水即饮,携带方便,具有广泛的应用前景。

下面通过实施例,对本发明作进一步说明:
实施例1一种解酒护肝赶黄草茶,由重量份数的以下原材料制成:赶黄草50份,苦荞1份,当归1份,沙参1份,黄精1份,杜仲1份,玫瑰花1份,黑加仑3份,乳香胶1份,陈皮3份,淮山2份。
制备方法为:将赶黄草打粉至100-200目,备用。当归、沙参、黄精、杜仲、乳香胶、陈皮、淮山、玫瑰花粉碎至粒径小于3mm。将杆黄草粉、苦荞、黑加仑以及粉碎后的当归、沙参、黄精、杜仲、乳香胶、陈皮、淮山、玫瑰花混合均匀,灭菌,包装得到产品。包装采用分装小茶袋包装,分装小茶袋上分布有若干透水孔。如由无纺布制成的分装小茶袋。无纺布上有很多小孔,但是不会让粉状物质掉出到水中。

选用40-55岁经常饮酒的男性100名,试验本产品,半年的反馈数据显示,他们分别在饮酒前或饮酒后饮用本发明的产品,可起到减轻醉酒,缩短醉酒时间,缓解酒后各种身体不适的症状,解酒醒神,有效率100%。
选用有肝火旺、口干、口苦、口臭等症状的人群50人,长期饮用本发明的茶,一个月以后,反馈数据显示,95%的人群表示口干、口臭、口苦的症状明显减轻。
本发明不局限于上述实施例,本领域的普通技术人员可以理解:在不脱离本发明的原理和宗旨的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (5)
1.一种解酒护肝赶黄草茶,其特征在于,由重量份数的以下原材料制成:赶黄草50-100份,苦荞1-20份,当归1-3份,沙参1-3份,黄精1-3份,杜仲1-3份,玫瑰花1-5份,黑加仑3-8份,乳香胶1-3份,陈皮3-8份,淮山2-7份。
2.根据权利要求1所述解酒护肝赶黄草茶,其特征在于,由重量份数的以下原材料制成:赶黄草80-100份,苦荞5-15份,当归1-2份,沙参1-3份,黄精1-3份,杜仲1-3份,玫瑰花1-5份,黑加仑3-8份,乳香胶1-3份,陈皮3-8份,淮山2-7份。
3.一种权利要求1或2所述解酒护肝赶黄草茶的制备方法,其特征在于,按照如下步骤制备:
(1)将赶黄草打粉至100-200目,备用;
(2)当归、沙参、黄精、杜仲、乳香胶、陈皮、淮山、玫瑰花粉碎至粒径小于3mm;
(3)将杆黄草粉、苦荞、黑加仑以及粉碎后的当归、沙参、黄精、杜仲、乳香胶、陈皮、淮山、玫瑰花混合均匀,灭菌,包装得到产品。
4.根据权利要求3所述解酒护肝赶黄草茶的制备方法,其特征在于:包装采用分装小茶袋包装,所述分装小茶袋上分布有若干透水孔。
5.根据权利要求4所述解酒护肝赶黄草茶的制备方法,其特征在于:所述分装小茶袋由无纺布制成。
