1. A preparation method of an antioxidant and anti-wrinkling compound moisturizing cream is characterized by comprising the following specific preparation steps:
(1) respectively weighing 20-40 parts by weight of cod skin collagen peptide solution, 10-20 parts by weight of glycerol, 10-20 parts by weight of polyethylene glycol, 2-4 parts by weight of dimethyl polysiloxane, 4-8 parts by weight of vaseline, 2-4 parts by weight of shea butter, 8-16 parts by weight of cocoa butter, 2-4 parts by weight of glucose, 1-2 parts by weight of hydroxyethyl urea, 0.4-0.8 part by weight of glyceryl stearate, 0.2-0.4 part by weight of polyoxyethylene lauryl ether and 40-80 parts by weight of deionized water;
(2) adding glucose, hydroxyethyl urea, glyceryl stearate and polyoxyethylene lauryl ether into deionized water, and stirring at the normal temperature at the rotating speed of 200-300 r/min for 20-30 min to obtain an emulsifier mixed solution;
(3) adding the emulsifier mixed solution, glycerol, polyethylene glycol, dimethyl polysiloxane, vaseline, shea butter and cocoa butter into the cod skin collagen peptide solution, placing the mixture into a high-shear emulsifying machine, stirring the mixture for 1 to 2 hours at a rotating speed of 12000 to 16000r/min under the water bath condition of 40 to 50 ℃, placing the mixture into an ultrasonic dispersion machine, performing ultrasonic treatment for 20 to 30 minutes at normal temperature, and sealing and storing the mixture to obtain the antioxidant crease-resistant composite moisturizing cream.
2. The preparation method of the antioxidant crease-resistant compound moisturizing cream as claimed in claim 1, wherein the power of the ultrasonic treatment in the step (3) is 500-600W.
3. The preparation method of the antioxidant crease-resistant compound moisturizing cream as claimed in claim 1, wherein the specific preparation steps of the cod skin collagen peptide solution in step (1) are as follows:
(1) respectively weighing 10-20 parts by weight of cod skin collagen, 0.1-0.2 part by weight of alkaline protease and 100-200 parts by weight of deionized water;
(2) adding cod skin collagen into deionized water, stirring at the normal temperature for 10-20 min at a speed of 180-200 r/min, and adjusting the pH to 7.8-8.2 to obtain a collagen mixed solution;
(3) adding alkaline protease into the collagen mixed solution, and stirring and performing enzymolysis for 40-60 min at the rotating speed of 120-160 r/min under the water bath condition of 45-55 ℃ to obtain an enzymolysis solution;
(4) and (3) putting the enzymolysis liquid into boiling water, preserving heat and inactivating for 10-12 min, cooling at normal temperature, putting the solution into a centrifugal machine, centrifugally separating for 10-15 min at the rotating speed of 6000-8000 r/min, and taking supernatant to obtain the cod skin collagen peptide solution.
4. The preparation method of the antioxidant crease-resistant compound moisturizing cream as claimed in claim 3, wherein the pH adjustment in step (2) is performed by using a sodium carbonate solution with a mass fraction of 1%.
5. The preparation method of the antioxidant crease-resistant compound moisturizing cream as claimed in claim 3, wherein the cod skin collagen of step (1) is prepared by the following steps:
(1) respectively weighing 20-30 parts by weight of defatted cod skin, 200-300 parts by weight of 10% sodium hydroxide solution and 200-300 parts by weight of 10% acetic acid solution;
(2) adding the degreased cod skin into a sodium hydroxide solution with the mass fraction of 10%, soaking for 40-60 min at the temperature of 2-4 ℃, and filtering to obtain a filter cake;
(3) washing the filter cake with distilled water for 3-5 times, draining, adding 10% by mass of sodium hydroxide solution for homogenizing, stirring at the temperature of 2-4 ℃ at the rotating speed of 200-300 r/min for 30-40 min, and extracting for 1-3 days to obtain cod skin mixed slurry;
(4) and (3) placing the cod skin mixed slurry in a centrifuge, centrifugally separating at the temperature of 2-4 ℃ at the rotating speed of 3000-4000 r/min for 30-40 min, taking supernatant, and freeze-drying to obtain cod skin collagen.
6. The preparation method of the antioxidant crease-resistant compound moisturizing cream as claimed in claim 5, wherein the step (1) of preparing the defatted cod skin comprises the following specific steps:
(1) respectively weighing 10-20 parts of cod skin, 10-20 parts of n-butanol and 100-200 parts of deionized water in parts by weight;
(2) adding n-butyl alcohol into deionized water, and stirring at the normal temperature at the rotating speed of 100-140 r/min for 10-12 min to obtain an n-butyl alcohol solution;
(3) washing the cod skin with tap water for 3-5 times, airing at normal temperature, placing in a n-butyl alcohol solution, standing and soaking for 20-24 hours under a refrigeration condition of 2-4 ℃, and filtering to obtain a filter cake;
(4) washing the filter cake with tap water for 3-5 times, and refrigerating and drying for 1-3 days at 0-4 ℃ to obtain the degreased cod skin.
