Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to an anti-inflammation mask and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The facial mask is gradually becoming an indispensable skin care product in daily beauty and maintenance of women, and has a great number of effects, such as moisturizing, freckle removing and whitening, inflammation diminishing and bacteria resisting and the like. At present, there are two main types of anti-inflammatory masks in the market, one is to add various chemical additives with anti-inflammatory components, and the addition of the chemical components can cause some users to easily have symptoms such as allergy and the like, and aggravate the inflammatory condition. The other is adding a plurality of traditional Chinese medicine extracts with anti-inflammatory effect, however, the addition of the traditional Chinese medicine components can shorten the shelf life of the mask, and the mask is not easy to store and easy to agglomerate.
The pepper, as a rutaceae plant, is often used as a food seasoning, and besides, the pepper also has good antibacterial, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects, and can be used in the fields of daily chemicals and the like. At present, part of researches on adding pepper extract as a preservative into the facial mask can prolong the shelf life of the facial mask and simultaneously prevent allergic reactions of users. However, the antioxidant component of zanthoxylum is mostly extracted by a solvent extraction method, so that the content of the anti-inflammatory component in zanthoxylum is low, and the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects cannot be achieved. Therefore, a mask with natural components, better anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects and no caking is urgently needed to be found.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems, the invention aims to provide an anti-inflammatory facial mask which is natural in components, has better anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects, does not agglomerate and does not generate floccules and a preparation method thereof.
The pepper contains various active substances such as abundant volatile oil, alkaloid, total flavonoids and the like, but the properties of each active ingredient are different, and the content difference of different active ingredients extracted by different methods is large. Therefore, in order to make the anti-inflammatory and antiseptic effects of the facial mask better, the anti-inflammatory and antiseptic components extracted from the pepper with high content and high purity cannot be extracted by using the traditional solvent and supercritical CO2Extraction and the like.
In order to achieve the purpose, the following technical scheme is adopted:
the first scheme is as follows:
an anti-inflammatory facial mask comprises facial mask paper and facial mask liquid, and is characterized in that the facial mask liquid comprises a pepper extract and auxiliary materials.
Further, the pepper extract is a pepper extract A and a pepper extract B.
A preparation method of an anti-inflammatory mask comprises the following steps:
firstly, cleaning and airing the pepper, crushing and sieving by a sieve of 60-80 meshes to obtain pepper powder for later use;
secondly, according to the material-liquid ratio of 1: 10-1: 15 mixing and soaking the pepper powder and water for 4-6h, adding the mixture into a distillation flask for steam distillation, collecting emulsion in the distillation flask, adding a NaCl solution into the emulsion, and separating an oil layer from a water layer to obtain an oil layer for later use;
③ adding anhydrous Na into the oil layer2SO4Filtering to obtain fructus Zanthoxyli extract A;
fourthly, placing the water layer in the second step into an ultrasonic extractor, extracting for 20-40min each time for 2-5 times by ultrasonic, collecting and combining products extracted each time to obtain a pepper extract B;
fifthly, soaking the facial mask paper in a mixed solution of the pepper extract A liposome, the pepper extract B and the auxiliary materials for 10-20h to obtain the anti-inflammatory facial mask.
Furthermore, the temperature of the steam distillation in the step II is 80-110 ℃, and the distillation time is 6-8 h.
Further, the mass concentration of the NaCl solution in the step (II) is 0.3-0.5 g/mL.
Furthermore, the ultrasonic frequency in the fifth step is 110 kHz.
According to the first scheme, the volatile oil of the pepper extract A is extracted by adopting a steam distillation method, the alkaloid of the pepper extract B is obtained by adopting an ultrasonic extraction method, the pepper extract and auxiliary materials are mixed and directly soaked in the facial mask paper to obtain the anti-inflammatory facial mask, floccules easily appear, the use of the facial mask is directly influenced, and in order to solve the problem, the inventor improves the first scheme again, so that the following technical scheme is adopted:
scheme II:
an anti-inflammatory facial mask comprises facial mask paper and facial mask liquid, and is characterized in that the facial mask liquid comprises a pepper extract, phospholipid and auxiliary materials.
Further, the pepper extract is a pepper extract A and a pepper extract B.
A preparation method of an anti-inflammatory mask comprises the following steps:
firstly, cleaning and airing the pepper, crushing and sieving by a sieve of 60-80 meshes to obtain pepper powder for later use;
secondly, according to the material-liquid ratio of 1: 10-1: 15 mixing and soaking the pepper powder and water for 4-6h, adding the mixture into a distillation flask for steam distillation, collecting emulsion in the distillation flask, adding a NaCl solution into the emulsion, and separating an oil layer from a water layer to obtain an oil layer for later use;
③ adding anhydrous Na into the oil layer2SO4Filtering to obtain fructus Zanthoxyli extract A;
fourthly, dissolving phospholipid in chloroform, then carrying out rotary evaporation on the chloroform solution in a flask to form a layer of film on the inner wall of the flask, adding the pepper extract A into the flask and continuously stirring to obtain pepper extract A liposome for later use;
fifthly, putting the water layer in the second step into an ultrasonic extractor, extracting for 20-40min each time for 2-5 times by ultrasonic, collecting and combining the products extracted each time to obtain a pepper extract B;
sixthly, soaking the facial mask paper in the mixed solution of the pepper extract A liposome, the pepper extract B and the auxiliary materials for 10-20h to obtain the anti-inflammatory facial mask.
Furthermore, the temperature of the steam distillation in the step II is 80-110 ℃, and the distillation time is 6-8 h.
Further, the mass concentration of the NaCl solution in the step (II) is 0.3-0.5 g/mL.
Further, the concentration of chloroform in the step (iv) is 1 g/mL.
Furthermore, the ultrasonic frequency in the fifth step is 110 kHz.
It should be noted that the technical effect of the present invention is the result of mutual cooperation and interaction of each process step and parameter, and is not the superposition of simple processes, and the effect produced by the organic combination of each process is far superior to the superposition of each single process function and effect, and has better advancement and practicability.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following technical effects:
1. the invention adopts a steam extraction method to extract the volatile oil A of the zanthoxylum bungeanum maxim extract, the purity of the volatile oil A can reach 100 percent, and the volatile oil of the zanthoxylum bungeanum maxim has stronger bacteriostatic action on superficial dermatophytes such as floccus epidermophyton, microsporum lanosum and the like and can be used as a natural anti-inflammatory component.
2. The pepper volatile oil is hydrophobic and unstable, and is easy to agglomerate to generate floccules after being directly added into the mask and placed for a long time.
3. The invention carries out further ultrasonic extraction on the water layer after the water vapor extraction to obtain the alkaloid B of the pepper extract, the alkaloid in the pepper has strong antibacterial activity and has inhibition effect on escherichia coli and bacillus anthracis, thus the pepper extract can be used as a natural preservative. Meanwhile, the zanthoxylum bungeanum alkaloid has certain bacteriostasis and sterilization effects on 11 dermatophytes and 4 deep fungi, and the combined action of the zanthoxylum bungeanum alkaloid and the zanthoxylum bungeanum volatile oil further enhances the anti-inflammation and bacteriostasis performance of the mask.

secondly, according to the material-liquid ratio of 1: 12 mixing and soaking the pepper powder and water for 6 hours, adding the mixture into a distillation flask, distilling the mixture by using steam at the distillation temperature of 90 ℃ for 8 hours, collecting emulsion in the distillation flask, adding NaCl solution with the mass concentration of 0.4g/mL into the emulsion, and separating an oil layer from a water layer to obtain an oil layer for later use;
③ adding anhydrous Na into the oil layer2SO4Filtering to obtain fructus Zanthoxyli extract A;
dissolving phospholipid in chloroform with the concentration of 1g/m, performing rotary evaporation on the chloroform solution in a flask to form a layer of film on the inner wall of the flask, adding the pepper extract A into the flask and continuously stirring to obtain pepper extract A liposome for later use;
fifthly, putting the water layer in the second step into an ultrasonic extractor, extracting for 2 times and 30min each time at the frequency of 110kHz, collecting and combining the products extracted each time to obtain a pepper extract B;
sixthly, soaking the facial mask paper in the mixed solution of the pepper extract A liposome, the pepper extract B and the auxiliary materials for 20 hours to obtain the anti-inflammatory facial mask.
The mask obtained in this example did not show floc and clumping after a long time of standing.
Comparative example 1
Compared with example 1, the preparation method of the anti-inflammatory facial mask omits the ultrasonic extraction of the zanthoxylum bungeanum extract B of the water layer, namely the zanthoxylum bungeanum extract A extracted by only adding steam distillation, and the rest operations are the same.
Comparative example 2
Compared with the preparation method of the example 1, the method for preparing the anti-inflammatory facial mask cancels the zanthoxylum bungeanum extract A extracted by steam distillation, namely only adds the zanthoxylum bungeanum extract B extracted by ultrasonic wave, and the rest operations are the same.
Comparative example 3
Compared with the preparation method of the anti-inflammatory mask in the embodiment 1, the step (IV) is omitted, namely the pepper extract A volatile oil is not embedded by phospholipid, and the rest operations are the same.
The mask obtained in this comparative example exhibited the appearance of flocs and lumps after a long-term storage.
And (3) bacteriostatic test:
test strains: staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli, saccharomycetes and microsporum lanosum.
The test method comprises the following steps: respectively preparing bacterial suspension from the tested strains, and respectively injecting the bacterial suspension into corresponding sterilized liquid culture dishes. The filter paper sheets soaked with the anti-inflammatory mask solutions of examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-2 were slightly air-dried and placed in culture dishes, 3 sheets of the filter paper sheets were placed in each culture dish, and were completely contacted with the culture medium, and were placed in an incubator for culture, and staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli were cultured at 37 ℃ for 24 hours, and yeast-like bacteria was cultured at 28 ℃ for 30 hours, and were taken out for observation, and the diameter (mm) of the zone of inhibition was measured with a vernier caliper, and three parallel samples were set for each group, and the results were averaged. The test results are shown in table 1.
TABLE 1
The results in table 1 show that the anti-inflammatory mask disclosed by the embodiment of the invention has a better inhibiting effect on pathogenic bacteria such as escherichia coli and superficial dermatophytes, and the inhibiting effect is obviously weaker than that of the mask prepared by adding the volatile oil and the alkaloid in the embodiment of the invention when only the pricklyash peel volatile oil or the pricklyash peel alkaloid is added.
In conclusion, the anti-inflammatory facial mask is obtained by distilling the pepper by using water vapor to obtain the volatile oil extract, embedding the volatile oil by using phospholipid to improve the solubility and stability of the volatile oil, then performing ultrasonic extraction on the water layer separated by distillation to obtain the alkaloid extract, and finally mixing the extract with auxiliary materials to soak facial mask paper. By adopting the series of preparation methods, the extraction utilization rate of active ingredients in the pepper is improved, the anti-inflammatory property of the facial mask is enhanced, and the finally obtained anti-inflammatory facial mask is not agglomerated and does not generate floccules.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; while the invention has been described in detail and with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; and the modifications or the substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
